[Resolved]  Mpokket — Dues paid more than a year ago still shows active

Dues have been paid more than a year ago. When checking credit report via Experian and Equifax, 7 active loans on experian and 2 active loans on equifax still shown. Credit score has decreased. Tried email help but no response via mpokket.
