Someone by the name of Afruz Alom sk is using my id and took so many loans, my credit score is to low to take any other loan from anywhere. They should check and match the name before opening an account or giving loan. I am unemployed and poor I cannot start a business or do anything because of my low credit score. Please call that person and delete that account

I borrowed a loan amount from a company named mpokket, it was 1k, 2k, 2k amount of 7k which I cleared in the month of February 2023. But it is may now and after checking my cibil the loans still shows active even after paying full amount by the name of Jalanchemical. Because of this my cibil score is affecting badly. I tried emailing this company so many times but there is no response, the company is also not providing any NOC on that note. I request you to please take a strict action.

I had taken loan of 10000 rupees in total. Which involved separate loans, 4 loans of amount 2000 and 1 loan of amount 1000. I was unable to pay earlier and now the loan repayment amount has increased to 18000 rupees. I am ready to pay the outstanding but I cannot pay the penalty that's added. I request mpokket to allow me to do a settlement by waiving off the penalty.

I am complaining about m Pocket app which is a scam and fraud app as I repaid my loan but still they show that the loan is not paid and the customer service is so poor that they abuse and harass the customers with their private details and also sell your personal data to blackmailers to harass you for money. I have cleared loan account - 4004628 amount of Rs.4000 and I have received NOC for that from your end. But it is updated to cibil and in cibil report it shows clearly the loan account 4004628 and amount of Rs.4000 as Active. This has effected my score and not able to loan from banks.
I request you to update and close loan account in 3 days for me.
Else I would like to lodge a consume complaint on same against the company.

Request to call to this number 9972933424 anytime 10am to 6pm, Please call clear in next three days.
I am already speaking with Lawyer to send notice on the issue and not clearing the issue from you people after making request with all documents of no due issued and loan not updating in cibil.
3 days of time to contact me and get rid of consumer complaint and I might claim for delay and all cibil affect caused.

Saturday I will lodge police complaint and move with my lawyer to court against this one. Even after providing details there is no sign of communication and cibil action. Before saturday if team clears cibil action and mark closed it will helpful for you, else it would lead to defamation case and I might claim money for the case.
