Updated by A.jay Dear madam, i have taken a loan of 9000 rupees in an emergency situation and due to some financial problems i was unable to pay at that time.. Now I have enough amount to my total principal amount but with the late fines the loan amount is approx 31000 now.. Please i am requesting to remove the late fines and i can able to pay the due amount. Kindly understand my situation

    I have taken loans many a times from mPokket and paid the dues before time. However, I lost my job due to pandemic and was unable to clear my loan amount on time and I am suffering with financial issues. Therefore I request mpokket to grant some more time to pay. I am looking for job to clear the dues.

                      Dear Sir/Mam
                      I have taken loan from your company and was unable to pay because of medical emergency going with me till now and my phone number also lost so I didn't connect with you. i have email you several times that am ready to pay the principal amount please remove my late fees charges so i can pay easily but you not respond me on that and now you have sent me legal notice on my address which is not good as its fraud as every bank or nbfc remove late fees charges when customer wants to settlement or agrees to pay principal amount then why your company cant remove it.

                              Received a legal notice and i m registring my complain in court ..as i was valuable customer i took loan of some amount and repay on time after that i lost my phone number and my phone and today after 1 and half year i recive a legal notice regarding payment with high interest charge kindly contact me ..if we can talk in person and i m going forward with all my right as i m a student and this is injustice to us..there are many people who is facing same as mine...kindly contact me through mail..

                                    Penalty introducing day by day no call no solution from mpokket

                                    Hi i am using mpocket from last two year.
                                    But from last two month they did not send any notification or any msg about repayment date and introducing highly charge....
