I returned product on next day of purchase as product was shown inaccurate results and looks with scratches. Company customer care reps got my account number and informed that they will process refund. But i did not get my refund amount of rs. 1899 so far. Their phone number is not reachable and i raised complaint in national consumer helpline. But this company is not responded for my grievance too
