Before 2 to 3 days, i was going to your service station in ahmedabad for my complain regarding the air in tubeless tyre,

he checked the tyre & told me that due to car drive in puncher postion and that why air found in tyre.

i checked from other person about the complain but they say me that it is not possible to drive the car in puncher postion,

so please look in this matter & give the satisfactory result in this matter.

I would like to bring this in your notice that on 30th of March 2018 I bought a tyre from one of MRF authorised store in(126 Chittaranjan avenue, Kolkata 700073).

After using it for about a month.All of a sudden some strings came out from the tyre and because of it an air leakage started taking place.Now as per the promise made by the shop in terms of the warranty from MRF, I was reluctant that there no injustice I would face.
But unfortunately it turns out to be totally different.
After chasing the shop owner for about a week or so, I got a letter from MRF mentioning it not to be there manufacturing fault.
Can anyone kindly explain it to me that how come the other 5 tyres which I am using in the same vehicle for more than 6 month have not came accross with such issue, Where a brand new tyre from MRF faces it in just a month time.
For your information, Every tyre in this 6tyres vehicle faces an equal amount of pressure.

While making a purchase it was assured from the shop that MRF is the best service provider at present, Now I am totally disagree with. I never thought that such a big company will make a lame excuses.

Hello, I am Ajit Ku. Sahoo own a motor bike of Regd No-OD-19-E-6422 since Oct 2015. The above mentioned tyre of serial no-[protected] mounted on my Yamaha FZ(rear tyre), the tyre is getting pilled off/air pockets in several places of tyre bid. Although I always maintained tyre inflation properly since procurement of my vehicle. As per my knowledge MRF is a reputed Company of our nation but such type of consequences putting a bad name or ruined the name of the company. Henceforth you are requested to kindly replace the tyre at the earliest. The above mentioned tyre is neither yet completed 3 years nor completed 30, 000 KMs. This is for your kind information and further do the needful action.

I bought a tyre for my Hero Honda Splendor back wheel on 11-Apr-18 from ** Enterprises Kovilambakkam. After changing the new tyre, I have been observing the wobbling, gave service at Hero honda show room on 19-Apr-18 and said that there no issue with Wheel rather issue with tyre. Went again with tyre change mechanic and they also claimed that tyre is faulty one. Approached the RR Enterprises for the same issue about faulty tyre and they took one hour and tried something but still seeing the same issue. How come faulty tyres can be sold such a shops and bringing to your notice and need to be rectified by you .

Sir I have to clame for Tyre my mrf tyre is just 2year old and it is in warranty period.
Sir when I have apply for claim then showroom seller tells me comny will cutt rupees from claim for Tyre scrubbed .sir is that right or wrong please tell me if it is wrong please take some action on compney seller. Sir please help me.

Hi, i am balasaheb nagare,
I have to change mrf tyre in warranty company has given me rs 1725 repayment against tyre but dealer had took 2150 rupees payment from me. So i have complaint to company about this extra payment but company has not taken any action against om sai tyres vaijapur dealer. I have argued with dealer bcoz of company bad reply they have been not taken any action against dealer from today onwards i will never buy any tyres of mrf company. One old client going to bye the company becoz of bad reply of om sai tyres dealer vaijapur.

Pls refer claim item under number[protected]Serial no.1215) processed through dealer "viplav tyres" tikrapara, raipur on june 5.
Claim is accepted on june 8.
But dealer is not responding positively.
He is saying that particular model of tyre is not available and living date to come. But inspite of giving 4 times date, he is still saying tyre is not available.
I want to know 'is this service quality of mrf. Pls consider it seriously and go through it.
And pls provide my replacement claim immediately.

I purchased activa 4g from m/s. Punjab honda ahmadabad on 16 dec. 2017 shocking and surprising that the tyre punctured three times within three months. After third times i went to honda honda who referred me to mrf tyre dealer, who straight way rejected replacement on the plea that it has no manufacturing defect and issued a certificate to that effect. I purchased another tyre for rs. 1100/= on the spot. After that i personally handed over the tyre to the dealer m/s. Mrf fast on 25 may 2018 for theri research and analysis but nothing has been heard form theri end till date.

Albeit, i am on the way to file rti for the lapse and causes for the same and ask permission from mrf to get the inspected and tested from govt. Authorized agency.in the meantime, i request to devoid from using mrf tyre and recommend to apply some standard tyre in order to avoid such a harassment. Instead accepting the tyre and for further remedial step to avoid such recurrence, mrf issue ready-made certificate on the spot reflect mrf brand is misused for sale and mrf applied very low and poor quality of materiel. Other wise mrf has to accept the sent for further
Investigation.

Non receipt of response from yu and i peforce to file legal action against mrf in the court which please note.

I have purchased new tubeless tyre for santro on feb/2018 and fitted. When i was moving in my car on april 2018 the new tyre bursted and unbalnce of vehicle.. How i could managed and control the vehicle. Then i lodged the complaint with dealer for new tyre. How ever the company replied there is no manufacturing defect. As you know tyre condition plays major role in safety of vehicle. The tyre was failed with in 2 month with 1400 km run.
However you replied there is no manufacturing defect. How can you say there is no defect when the tyre failed, where as other make tyre are running run good even after four years.
Pl give detailed report from company and replace it immediately. Your products have very poor quality and safety.
You are requested to replace with new one urgently and do not play with customers' lives. And to safe gaurd urcompany reputation.

My claim was rejected tyre was not even 1 year old it was company fitted tyres from maruti suzuki.

It was not even punctured, due to manufacturing defect it changed its shape.

My car is driven only 12000 kms, normal rides in delhi/ncr.

I am very disappointed by the mrf brand.

Very poor quality rubber is used in mrf tyres.

I need necessary actions.

I am regular buyer and buying 24 tyres in ludhiana. But response from service engineer is really pathetic, tyre run mileage is only 1500 km, tyre got seperation from sidewall.

Komal singh thakur s/o guljar singh thakur village shurekha cluster sihora jabalpur mp had to purchase mf7250pu dated on 17/05/2018. Running hour 90.in this short time duration lot of hole coming on his tractor rear tyre, and customer is very irritated and saying to return tractor. So i kindly request to you sir, as for as possible please solved the problem.

It was such a bad experience to buy mrf tyres. I will never buy mrf tyres in my whole life and will also recommand to my dear once that please dont buy mrf tyres. They are made up of cheap material plus people there are also very rude in nature and dont know how to talk to the customers. I bought a pair of tyres from authorised showroom but they both are defective.

I ordered a tyre from mrf on 18 may 2018 online and paid in advance. They gave the appointment date and time for collection of tyre from dealer but when i went there on the given time, mrf refused to provide the tyre. Even they are not refunding my amount till date after 20 days. Writing to ceo& md through speed post no. Ed[protected]in fell on deaf ear. A really horrible company who take the money from customer, do not provide purchased items on the given date and time and most astonishing is they will not return your money.

I have mrf zapper y tyre from your dealer sri badmavathi tyres, perungudi on[protected]. After 5 months o[censored]sage the tyre gets skid when braking. I have given for service and checked everything, they have mentioned everything works fine, because of tyre only the problem arises. When contacted mrf regarding the issue, they have told to check for wheel balancing, i have done the same. Even though the problem is not solved. Kindly replace the new tyre for my safety. I have fell down thrice in last month because of your tyre. If anything happens critical, its because of you people. Till now i have spent almost 1k for checking the fault, but not resolved. Nearly half of tyre cost i have spent for checking. Kindly do the needful. I need the replacement for the tyre at earliest.

My MRF car tyre got burst within 2 years of purchase while driving my Honda jazz car at the speed of only 40km/ hr on a buzy Outer Ring Road of Bangalore and have only driven 21000 km only till the date of purchase .I am feeling cheated and Really facing a bad experience and also can cause safety issue in future because other 3 tyres of my car are also mrf made .I want them to change my tyre but they are telling the warranty is not covered in the case of tyre burst .

i purchased honda activa 4g in apr-2017. On 19th march i have issue found in tyre. When i checked there is bubble in tyre so went to arjun tyre gondal franchisee office for mrf he said that go to puncture repairer & take out tyre & give us so we can send this to our company office i will take 7 to 10 days. I said ok & did as per his advise. After two days i have received message that my request for warranty it got rejected as this is not company fault. Sir this is ridiculous that bubble in tyre is not company fault. We can't create bubble in tyre with our hand. Please look in this matter & give me justice.

I have new Polo of 2 months old. after the running of tyre of about 2000kms, front RH side tyre was suddenly punctured & gets flat while driving on road. I stopped my car and checked it, fortunately there was a puncture repair guy who checked the tyre & showed me sidewall cut of tyre. he suggested me to ask for warranty of tyre as this is new tyre & any cut is not possible on sidewall of tyre (especially new) due to any pothole. I submitted the complaint to MRF & given the tyre for checking, after two days their reply came with there is no manufacturing defect. I have asjked the same to MRF dealer at Kolhapur, he replied the same that the your complaint is rejected. How the new tyre can have such kind of sidewall cut? Very bad quality tyres provided by MRF.

The tyre manufacturing week wa one and half year back. During fitting at a garrage, a portion of tyre got chipped. The mechanic informed that due to heat /storage the tyre has become brittle and hence got chipped off.
Kindly educate about the reason of failure. Further am i eligible to get a free replacement. The dealer refused to accept my claim.
