Dear sir / madam,

My bajaj pulsar 220 (Kln bajaj) in 2017 april, which is coming with mrf tyre, its been almost 14 months, i have driven 10, 200kms. Currently my rare tyre got bulged in some places, i checked with multiple service centers, they have examined completely and said no issues in rim and other parts, the issue is with tyres. Due to that bike is jumping when driving and dragging to one side.

So pls kindly take some necessary action to fix the issue. To verify the issue i can visit the near by mrf centre or you can assist your executive to have s look at this.

Please help me on this by replacing the tyre..

I bought a tubeless tyre of mrf for my cbr 150 bike 1 month ago but my tyre having cut in one sight even i m not ride bike on off road and in one month i ride my bike only 200 -300 km only please solve my problem this is a bad quality of tyre of mrf i m not thinking for mrf tyre have bad quality i miss my 2200 ruppee means i bought a tyre 2200 rupee please change my tyre or give me refund

I was trying to make a purchase of a pair of tryes for my bike and contacted sri manickam tyres, guduvancheri an mrf tyres dealers. They said the cost for the rear and front tyres are ₹3200 and ₹₹2400 respectively. But i found that tyres were ₹2100 and ₹1400 on the company website. When i asked them they said we cannot buy tyres online and this is price they can offer. Then i searched online and bought the tyres on mrf website itself at the website mentioned prices. These dealers are trying to cheat people.

Mrf should get involved and solve this issue.

My 9 month old purchased bullet mrf tyre (110/90/18) got inner side wall cut mark for which i faced continuously punctured 2 days because that cut mark damaged tube also. I clamed to nearby mrf dealer anand tyre (Salipur, cuttack, odisha) dated-02/05/2018 and they sent tyre for inspection to mrf, bhubaneswar but i highly disappointed that mrf, bhubaneswar got the complaint tyre from dealer dated 07/05/2018 but not yet their is no response from them about services or inspections. I called them also but they answered very poor reasons regarding that they have no one peraon for inspection, when the persons will come they will call me. Here is very poor services given by them or mrf tyre also. I highly dissatisfied.

My eco sport front wheel tyre got bursted while the vehicle is around 10km hr speed, the damage was in the side wall. But contacted the mrf service station chennai, they staraightly said that you have hit a sharp object and rejected the tyre claim, and service manager as soon as made visual inspection and concluded that its due to ssharp object hitting, and comparing pv to cv. Poor response and they gave an report just copied and pasted the the text that already they have to customers.

Two mrf zvtv tyres damaged within a period of one month and somehow i have escaped from major accident. Tyres were original and fitted at the time of purchase of the car in december, 2013. First 2 tyres i have replaced recently on 12/04/2018. Today i am going to replace again next two tyres from mrf dealer at city tyre care center, dr. B. Baruah road, guwahat.

I bought a new tata hexa diesel car in may 2017 fitted with mrf tubeless tyres. Mrf providing warranty along with the vehicle. 3 tyre started exhibiting premature wear and tear before 13000kms.

Complaint logged in feb 2018 at mrf tyre outlet & mrf dealer m/s nakli singh satyapal singh shamli uttar pradesh. He sent for checking tyre/claim at upper level & got a rejection on feb 15th 2018. I purchased new tyre from the same dealer on feb 9th 2018 (At the time of previous tyre report). This got damaged only after 200km drive. I got claim rejection for this tyre on march 3rd 2018. They didn't mention details for the rejection. Both rejection showing same line of text. I am very much annoyed & feeling cheated.
Please resolve this as soon as possible. Don't force me to take any legal step against you. Thanks

We purchased a tyre for centro car with tyre no :1912. After 2 months purchase we find that tyres was having bubbles and its not in working condition.
We asked and given to mrf company retaillar in chhibramau city of kannauj district (Up). Now retailler is telling your type is not replaced by company and neither is returning the defected tyre. Could you please let us know what next action i can take to get the eplacement for detected tyre?

I had purchased a tata hexa xt model on 30th august 2017 from jorhat anamika motors dealer. It is very unfortunate to inform you that my 1 tyre (Mrf 235/55 r19 105t) got burst due to some unreasonable circumstances. On midnight 15th april 2018 the tyre got burst in the dibrugarh, assam. Whole night i stayed with the car.
In assam mrf tyres have a good reputation but like this situation will create a bad impact in your business. 10 days ago i had changed the rear tyre with new one where the tube was not properly responding. This is really a pathetic service from your tyres only after 8 months purchased.

I have purchased a Balano Car on 24th Oct., 2017 from Nexa Show Room, Rajahmundry. After travelling only 2100 kms, in March, 2018 I have notice a hair line crack on side wall on front wheel Tyre. Immediately, I have taken up the issue with the car dealer and they advised to raise a complaint at any MRF Dealer. Then, I made a complaint at M/s.CP Reddy Tyres, Rjy. The same is rejected with a reason due to impact the hair line crack occurred. But, there is no impact/damage appears on any place on the Tyre except the crack. If it is occurred due to forcefully impact then there should be some damage/rough on the Tyre but nothing is there on the Tyre, then how can they certify that due to impact that hair line crack occurred on the Tyre. Every body aware that MRF is an International Brand and gives better customer support. Therefore, I request the good office to look into the matter and do proper justice to me.

I purchased new fzs bike on 6th june 2016. Total driving km is approx 17k.

The quality of rear tire is very poor. Till date it has total 16 punctures.
It has 5 years of warranty, but in 2 years only it is not in condition to use more.

Little obstacles like small piece of glass, small stones also damaged the tire badly.

Do not expect such service from mrf.
Please take appropriate action on this. I want tyre to be replaced with new one.

Please do the needful asap.

I had purchased 4 tyres from 'Tyre bay' stadium by pass Palakkad for RS[protected]×4) on[protected]as per the bill No 3344 and SL.no 4217). Before 500 km one tyre punchered and I approached the dealer the examine the tyre and found an air leak on the side of the rim then the staffs of dealer fill the air and hit the tyre heavily with a hammer repeatedly but could not stop the air leak then they removed the tyre and clean the rim (rest) and cleared the air leak but after one month (Jan 23-2018) the same tyre punchered the staff examine and said that the tyre could be used and advised to register a claim for replacement and I register a claim on[protected]. But the dealer informed me that the claim got rejected because the complaint was occurred by hitting hard. I am sure that the punchered occurred by hitting of the staff of the dealer by the hammer to stop the air leak on the side of the rim. Hence I request you to take necessary step for replacement. I hope a favorable reply at the earliest

I bought a new Honda Jazz iDETC VX variant car in the month of Feb 2018 the car has done 2200KMS so far and within this my left side rear tyre inner side wall ruptured, the PSI was set as recommended. I took it to MRF reclaim center as it is in warranty and they have rejected the claim telling that a stone has hit the tyre hence it is a physical damage. I am now wondering how delicate the tyre is for a stone hit the tyre has torn ironically I was driving at a speed of 100kmph. Please find the pictures attached

I bought TYRE for my BAJAJ PULSAR 150 DTSI.BOTH FRONT AND REAR FROM SHRI HARI TYRES, CHANDKHEDA, Ahmedabad.
They change my TYRES but not fiting well so my disc brakes jam 80% and I got expenses 2500 rs.bcoz of that irresponsibility I just miss my life, but god only save me.so pls take some action against them.so further mishappening will not occur in future. FROM Ashish solanki-[protected]

Am purchase honda shine so on last may month. The bike was an mrf tube less tire the tire has been repaired last december. I was asked to go to the honda shoema and they will be the first to change. Then it can not be changed refused.

I bought a new MRF TYREon 01/12/2017 and it got blasted on 15/02/2018 on pune banglore highway.since it is a new tyre I need claim the warranty, and more over the standard of the tyre should improve otherwise it will affect many people’s life. So please do the necessary action. I am waiting for a proper reply . This company’s customer care toll number also not working

I have a ritz car & I purchased four tyre from dealer ZLo 195/65/14 the shivaji moti nagar new Delhi after the running 3000km I came from my office the right front tyre was blast & my car hit into the divider & I have to much lost in it. I went to mrf moti nagar they refused before inspect the tyre & they didn't submit the tyre. I also complained on mrf call center they gave me the no. 114580. Its only request u to please help me to change my tyre
