Hi,

Purchase baleno 6 months back. Only 4.2k kms run. All of sudden on highway, tyre got burst.
I gave to maruti dealer and they have handed me the slip from mrf company which mentions that it's sudden impact. Point is mrf isnot ready to accept. Not sure why mrf tyres are high on list of bursting and that too on highways.

Bursting of tyre that too on highway with car only 4.2k km driven is definitely a manufacturing fault.

I have purchase mrf tyre from mrf tyre house satara on date 21/6/2016 against bill no 647 - tyre size is 155/80 r13 zvtc & number is [protected]

Above number tyre is crack at side on date5/7/2016 & same day myself given complaint to ref no 9230 at satara to mrf dealer under no[protected]

Mrf tyre rejected my claim & not accept his manufacturing defects i need replacement of new tyre within 15 days such type of incidence happened at time of tyre purchasing mrf tyre company give n me warranty

A tyre was purchased at francise shop during 25 oct 2015 for wagon r regn no. Gj 12 j 3495, owner bh s v r k raju.
It is sumitted that unfortunately the tyre damaged /cut at side and packing of tebe used for riding, the tyre is always getteng punchered.
Hoe the tyre is damaged during such short duration 1 year 4 months, the milage run in this tyre is 95000km only.
Particulars of tyre as under:-
Purchased at : phonix tyres, 44-a promennade road, trichy-01
Vide invoice no. 122169 dt 25 oct 15
Tyre no. 145/70-r13 71s no.[protected] steel belted radial.
Pl look in to this matter do need full. Since we have fiath on mrf tyre quality.

I purchased an mrf tyre (130/70 r17 m/c 62p radial) for my bike ; pulsar 200ns about 8months back. But in this mean time it has developed 8-10 cracks even if i have maintained `recommended pressure throughout its life span.
I attended to dealer (Oval tyre) regarding this issue but they did not take any responsibility and they asked me to lodge a complaint.
Now i want compensation for this. Plz help me.

I bouht my cat before three months and there war warranty of 35, 000 kilometre I just used 20, 000 kilometres.(the tyres are damaging in the corner)

After 15 day in tayer occur problem automatically. Automatic cut problem in tayer upper side. So please give me a satisfied answers and replace the tayer unless give me my money back. Anyone person can't listion my problem. Please provide a help for change it. Mrf tayer customers care not responding my call. Please inform to me whatever be possible. I am a student and I can't able to purchase new tayer so please. Thank you

I have bought new fz16 bike on feb and due to some tyre problem. I have went to guindy mrf tyre and they were charged me for the new tyre rs 428, why should i have to pay for the mrf tyre problem they are telling for usage of previous tyre i have to pay if the tyre not getting any problem why. will i come to new one kindly help me with this and Provide a response from the company

No action has been taken regarding this two tyres and even the engineer is also not picking up the phone. This much delay of time in producing the sole effect regarding the replacement of tyres will have a bad effect on the reputation of the company on small scale. So i request you to plz take immediate action regarding this claim numbers. I too want to add that in our locality (Dumka, jharkhand) non availability of tyres with number (705016 &
70016) is causing a lot of problems for local businessman. So i hope after reading this message of mine u will be concern about your products availabilty in our region's mrf showroom.

Myself ashish sohal from kangra (H.P) . I own ktm 200, i buy new mrf tyre from kangra mrf bm tryes. Firstly they dnt have proper equipment to install a tyre . After running 1500 km, my tyre get puncture from side, where you can't use puncture kit . I ask them to replace it, i will pay some amount . Like micillin they give replacement warranty, if tyre is not repaired .I was always use mrf in my bikes, car, but now on after having this type of experience, i can't buy mrf or not suggest to anyone .

Hi, i have brought new maruti suzuki baleno vehicle that is fitted with mrf tubeless tyres after 3 months (5200km running) one of the tyre is burst with a side crack, i ve given that tyre to sai tyres, bijapur on 23/04/16..I am not getting response from dealer and not getting response from maruti suzuki also, now a days i am observing same problem for mrf tyres, and company is not claiming the same...So please take necessary action..

Sir/ Madam,

This is to inform you that "Pankaj Tyre" authorized dealer of MRF TYRE, sold a tyre saying it was a tubeless tyre on 29 mar 2016 receipt number 39/3851. After 1-2 days it was observed that the tyre was always in deflated condition. After a thorough check it was observed that it was a tube tyre and not tube less. So the above dealer was contacted and informed about the situation. The above dealer refused to replace and asked to use the tyre with 50 psi air filled in it. The dealer was not co-operating and misbehaving and was blaming us for the same. He however issued a "CLAIM FORWADING DOCKET" and the tyre was replaced on 6 Apr 2016.

This is the complaint I want to lodge and request to look into the matter and either issue a warning letter or cancel the franchise. The mental harrasment was not tolerable. Also Please note if no action is taken from your side I will further lodge a complaint in "CONSUMER FORUM". Please do send the details of action taken on my mail id.

This is ilanchezian i bought new MRF tyres and tube before 5 months but i had very bad experience that the tube was not good seems like got teared this was happened when im in driving. i need the solution to replace the tube because i have much expectation with MRF and tyres mainly in quality.
But now its very risky to buy MRF tyres.

I bought activa in 2015 .since12000 km run ...i got a 4 puncture and 1 bubble of my tyre ...then i go to mrf tyre office in worli . There is one engineer . He checked my tyre . He said come tomorrow and will replaced ur tyre . Six days had gone ...but der is no reply from anyone ..whenever i m calling, they said stock nhi h and all.
Worst company ...my motorcycle is on Roadside ..and i took my tyre with rim out from last 6 days.
Plz help me out .
