Hello, I have purcased few good from Vimal saree emporium on 7th jan 2017 amount was Rs 10900. The payment was done via HSBC card using mswipe machine. The company has deducted the amount 2 times from my account and doesnt return to me or to mechant yet. I tried to contact them but they are fool people and thinking us also fool. This compnay doesnt have any proper support from customer. So i want you help in issue resolution It cost me an addition loss of Rs 2600 Was this information helpful? | |||||

That my 10500 hold from this Mswipe service for more than 30 days worst customer service cutting calls Everytime I faced it.. if you are having any idea buying this it is bad plan. Every person in Customer care is rude I don't know how they are behaving like this in a cash type of transaction and they are having no rights to hold my money.

I make a call to customer care they give me mobile no of niraj gupta : [protected]
First thing they didnt pick my call and later he message me on whatsapp and after knowing my concern he block me.
So i request to kindly take a strict action against them.
As they dont know the basic rule of transaction .
They are frustrating us with there service.
As it seems to be like that my rs 10900 is just gone is air and disapears
