I had returned this on july 1st wk.
It has completed 2 months that i had returned the equipment. Today again it has debitrf monthly charge rs 300
It is a serious concern. Pl arrange to deactivate this account at most priority.

    From last two month i have been trying to surrender m swipe machine however unable to do so. Spoked with more than 9 executive however they say you will get a, call within 48 to 72 hrs. Same thing is going from last 2 months. Mswipe certainly is the worst service provider i have ever experienced in my life...
    Cust care is full of illeterate people. Cant even speak english. Most oh them hang up on cust.. Msipe should certain focus on cust care... There should be some quality checks.. M swipe should make sure that the executive behave well after all mswipe is paying them... Worstlife experience dealing with this company...

      Tbk01533515 without intimate close my ticket and again complaint against poor services and stop services, surrender device (12 august)

      And so manny complaint numbers i have.

      That's why your service is very poor, if you have no solution of customer complaints so stop your service and stop to taking service charges and sim rent that is not working. I don't want to continues yours services more.
      Please refund my security deposit

      Many time i send request to not continue your poor service. Discontinued my all services and refund my security deposit
      I login my complaint against poor service and surrender the device, why you greedy peoples logout my complaint without resolving
      My last warning to your company not cheat yours costumers, disconnect my all services and refund my security deposit, mswipe have no manners to handle customer's complaints.

      This is another way of cheating.
      Your company is fail to provide after sale service and continue charge rs350 for service charges. I'm not agree for 2.5%mdr charges Very high mdr charges, it's is only the and way of cheating customers. Please stop my all services and surrender that poor device and Refund my security deposit immediately. I'm want to stop your poor service immediately.
      Good luck getting security deposit back, because they will say it was not security deposit it was installation fee which is non-refundable.

        I was approached by a salesman from mswipe technologies to avail credit card swiping services. I rented the machine at 350 per month and swiped a few transactions which were credited to my bank account within 24to 48 hours. The last transaction of rs.34900 has not been credited even after a week. Inspite of many calls and emails they are making excuses. I have sent email as per their instruction but thereafter unable to get any response. I do not even know if they are authorised to do such transactions nor if they are a genuine company

          Hello,
          I have given my request on 17/7 17 for surrendering my m swipe machine on your toll free no. And deactivate it. The executive gave me following complaint no. Tbk01428268.

          He assured that some one from the company will collect my machine in 15 days and i will get my refund in a month after deducting my rent of 6 months.

          Now till now you have not collected my machine. Can i understand theotive of the company for not responding after calling your executive for almost 4/5 times after 17/7.

          Waiting for your prompt reply and action.

            I bought mswipe device on june 19th 2017. The sales person told the 1st month rent is free, if you swipe below rs2000 you wont be charged any commission and the deposit amount fully will be refunded if you cancel the device. But all the promises made by seller are false. They charged 1st month rent within 20days. I complained about this to customer care, i got reply as "sorry". After that i gave request to cancel my device on july 24th 2017. But on august 10th they again deducted rent from my account. Mswipe is a fraud company and they are cheating to customers.

              I am using mswipe card machine for swiping purpose. Our company name is derma traders. It is noted that many occassions what ever the amount swiped bu costomers, is directly going to mswipe accounts and they are not releasing that amount. They are holding that amount with them saying some silly reasons. Please stay away from mswipe card machine because they are rolling your money

                I have surrender the mswipe device last month and i gave complaint for deactivating before 4 months. From the date i gave complaint your call center people said that we will not collect any rental from now.

                But last month your employee came and collect the device now even i don't have device but u people tried to take rent from my account and it was returned u people tried for 13 times and why u collect 100rs from my account.

                After deactivating how can u take rent from my account without my permission.

                Now for cheque return from bank side the put the fine of rs 5000.

                And i have lost all my cibil score.

                For your carelessness irresponsibility why should i suffer from all this.

                I[censored] are not properly respond this time i have all the audio (All calls talked to your customer care), video (Your employee collected my device) and mails i will file the case in consumer court.

                    I have swiped for 2 times for the same amount of rs. 30300 on 21st nov 2016. I was instructed to send invoice bills for both the transactions, i did the same, after that one amount got credited but the other amount was not credited till now.

                    I have mailed several times but no responses.

                    Today also i mailed.

                    So kindly look into this and take necessary action to transfer back the amount to the concern cardholders account so that u may avoid myself to proceed from any sort of legal actions...

                    I have got all the proofs of our customer care conversation recorded, even i have ur reply mail stating that the amt will get credited within 72 hours...

                      We have recently received mswipe machine but the installation person was not able to guide properly and not given advise that how to pair the device with mobile by bluetooth.
                      And how to do transaction due to which we are loosing our card sales despite of holding your renowned & latest edge technology.

                      On top of above we have created a complaint through your mswipe app.
                      A call have come and even with out resolution the complaint have been closed.

                      We have also approached the sales person who have collected the payment and documents from us.
                      But he is also not extending any help.

                      Seriously the experience is pathetic and can't be expected with your company.

                              Myself mr. Vikas kadam have purchased swipe machine (Application no. Appl[protected] from mswipe technologies p ltd. Sales executive mr. Balu yenkure his mobile no. [protected] fyr. I have issued him cheque of rs.1500 dated 24/04/2017 with cheque no.495382 and the payment got cleared. But still i have not received the swipe machine due to lack of their service. As per their engineer mr. Sachin chavan with mob# [protected] he has promised me that due to non-availability of swipe machine he will refund the amount within 15 days & even told to talk with sales executive mr. Kunal jadhav with mob# [protected] & later kunal promised that they will make the arrangements for refund. But this guy is the useless person i ever met from that day till now he is just making me fool.

                              I hope that company should take severe action against such employees who are the stigma to the company.

                              When the employees of such company is fraud i can't trust any more on this company. Yes the amount of my purchase is less but why should i waste on such fraud company. I will do whatever steps required to get my claim settled at any cost.

                                  I have made a swipe of 10500 on 28th december 2016 with a car rental company in chennai. First time they swiped it took so long for processing and the merchant had to cancel and reswipe the card again. First time i didn't get any notification so i thought it was a declined swipe, second time when they swiped it was successful and got notification from bank. After few days i checked my statement and found that there was two charges. So i contacted the car rental company and said that i have been charged twice, so they checked their statement and said that there is only amount credited to the account and they needed a week to check the issue with the card machine company (Mswipe). After a week i again contacted them and they were still saying that they haven't received the duplicate amount and that's the issue with mswipe. So i told them that i am going for a charge back from my bank side. I filed a charge back with mswipe through my bank. My back said that it will take 3 months for the process to complete. So i waited for 3 long months and finally my bank said that mswipe have informed them that i have made a purchase for 21000 and not 15000 (Which was a utter lie) so they are unable to refund the 10500 (Duplicate amount). So my bank said that the charge back was not successful as i have purchased for 21000 (I have made purchase for only 10500). So i got a poof from the bank that both the amount was credited from my account and went to the car rental company and showed them the proof, so again they contacted mswipe to release the amount which was on hold for more than 6 months, they exchanged emails and phone conversation, no use, no response from mswipe to release the amount. So i finally had to speak directly with mswipe, when i spoke to them they said the car rental company did not respond to them when contacted. So i asked them to refund the amount which was on hold and they said they need an email from the rental company. Again i had to go to the rental company and ask them to email them and waited for a week, no response and i didnt get the refund yet. So i finally asked the mswipe guys what's the final way to get refund. They said to use the mwsipe merchant app and refund the amount. Again i went to the rental company sat with them and refunded the 10500 (Hold amount) on 8th july through the app (I have taken a pic of the refund notification in my phone). The notification said to wait for 72 hrs for the process to complete. After a week again i contacted mswipe and the representative said that the refund have been processed and wait for 2 more days. I waited, no refund received to my account. Again i called and was informed that the guy will for the request once again and wait for another 2 days. Again i waited. No refund. I lost all my patience and called them and said that i wanted to a supervisor, they said they cant transfer the call, so i asked about the refund the guy said yes it has been refunded. So asked for a refund reference number, he place me on hold for 15 minutes and disconnected the call. I called them again and asked for the refund reference number again they placed me on hold for 20 minutes and disconnected the call. I totally lost my patience and called once again and after fighting for 15 minutes, i was able to speak to a supervisor. He asked me to send an email and i got a response that my amount will be processed in 4 working days (There was nothing indicating the actual amount of 10500 in the email just an amount). I replied to the email asking for a compensation for the amount which was on hold for 7 months and the disrespect and agony i went through when i called them. Again i got a response that my amount will be processed in 4 working days, and the 4 working days is over and here i am registering a complaint as i havent received any refund or response from swipe.

                                    M swipe has illegally hold the 50000/- of mine from 19/07/2017 and are not paying back. Last 17 days i am calling to executive everytime they told baseless and different stories. I have submitted each and every transaction but they are not paying back either to me or to the customer, if this will go on beleive me you will not exist in market going forward. Even they dont bother that customer is having trouble becuase of this. They put on phone hold, neither transfer call to senior, nor he exclate the matter

                                        My company develops the apps and website package.
                                        I have one of my client given me two project each costing around 24000.
                                        So while payment the client made the payment for each invoice separately on mswipe on 14 july 2017.
                                        On next day i got a message that due to duplicate transaction rs. 24000 is on hold. I contacted the support team and they told me to submit the invoice on the app and contact us.
                                        I attached the invoices and contacted the customer support after that they told me to wait for 72 hours.
                                        From last 8 days i am getting a reply to wait for 72 hours.
                                        Very fraud company.
                                        Please cancel my account and refund me my money.
                                        Or else i will sue you in court and you will have to pay interest for the money used.
                                        Such a fraud company using my money from last 15 days.
                                        Dont go with mswipe.
