M SWIPE NO:- MS273153 MOBILE NO:-[protected] I have given the request for deactivation of M SWIPE machine since February 2017.But no one came and not collect the machine.I called many times to your customer care. But still deactivation pending, i got messages that multiple ECS being deducted from my account linked in mswipe today (december-6-2017) We contacted at their customer care number multiple times. You (Mswipe) are requested to refund the charges deducted from my bank account since February to till date immediately, as shown in the attached statements. Expecting your proper and fast response. This is uttam dubey, i am requested many time to mswipe to get your machine away but no one is there to listen me... They are just deducting monthly charges from my account since past 3 years ... I said that there is no use please collect it back but no one is from mswipe to resolve it... So pathetic company I have ever seen
This is Mohan Bhogale same thing happened with me. I asked Mswipe to surrender the machine on 17 th August 2021 and since then not used the machine. Today my account got debited by Rs. 472.00 as rent.
I have a email from Mswipe saying no debit will occur from them and still they debited.
Need to know where I can complaint.
