[Resolved]  Mswipe Technologies — deactivation and refund money (ecs charges)

I have given the request for deactivation of M SWIPE machine since February 2017.But no one came and not collect the machine.I called many times to your customer care.

But still deactivation pending, i got messages that multiple ECS being deducted from my account linked in mswipe today (december-6-2017)

We contacted at their customer care number multiple times.

You (Mswipe) are requested to refund the charges deducted from my bank account since February to till date immediately, as shown in the attached statements. Expecting your proper and fast response.

PS-Mswipe has got worst customer service.

Just now i am talk with your technician, he said that with one week we will collect the machine. I am asking my refund amount, he is saying not refund the amount...please clarify and refund my amount, i had mentioned my problem in above(Since Feb 2017 to till date I called to your technicians so many time) ..otherwise I will take serious on this.

If you guys don't update on this and keep delaying i would choose other way to get my refunds legally . What on earth it takes couple of months to stop a service????

To the Mswipe, i have been waiting for your proper reply on the delaying my concern about refund and deactivation. if you guys wont responds properly, i have every right to take it on to the social media which will effect on your brand.

Dear Mswipe, i have been trying to talk to you through you are disconnecting my call without proper answer here i am telling you, you took over the machine back in january 2018 and you are still charging me !!!?? i would like to inform you, you better give me a proper explanation and give me refund else i will take is as a serious consumer service failure and take this to soical media and also proceed to legally.

This is uttam dubey, i am requested many time to mswipe to get your machine away but no one is there to listen me... They are just deducting monthly charges from my account since past 3 years ... I said that there is no use please collect it back but no one is from mswipe to resolve it... So pathetic company I have ever seen
This is Mohan Bhogale same thing happened with me. I asked Mswipe to surrender the machine on 17 th August 2021 and since then not used the machine. Today my account got debited by Rs. 472.00 as rent.
I have a email from Mswipe saying no debit will occur from them and still they debited.
Need to know where I can complaint.
