In reference to call recieved on 01.11.17 at 12:33 from[protected] on my mobile number [protected] i would like to bring to your notice that the executive (Female) who called was rude and didn't let me explain my problem and rather kept on telling that she is explaining everything right. Also told her that we want to discontinue your services due to your poor feedback for which she clearly said you can discontinue your service instead of trying to sort out the issue.
I would request you to kindly discontinue our services.

Hi, Applied for mswipe machine on 16th of Oct'17, but till now machine now installed. I am very disappointed by the service of mswipe.
This is the first and last I will never prefer mswipe to any of my business.

              Wisped id[protected]

              We have given the request for deactivation of mswipe machine since january 2016. But they got the machine collected on[protected] after calling so many times and provided the deactivation form/acknowledgement.

              But still after the deactivation, we are seeing multiple ecs being deducted from our account linked for mswipe.

              We contacted at their customer care number and emails so many times but no one provided the proper solution except providing complaint no tbk01234218 after that no response for the said request number.

              You (Mswipe) are requested to refund the charges deducted from our bank account since 28 march 2016 to till date immediately.

              Mswipe is worst and fraud company.

                Sales person made fake commitments about delivery of machine if payment done in cash. After payment, they take long to deliver the machine and later do not answer any of our calls. The customer care is not helpful at all.

                Though swipe machine has been received, the after sales service is not good. The sales person never received any call once the payment was done.
                I would called m swipe company at least 100 times ...Every time i call up new executive will pick up the call... They will ask for 24 hrs time and no one will respond... Waiting for last 24 hrs and will explore options of consumer court

                  The company person are fraud and they have provided me the link to make the payment but did not sent me the proforma invoice nor the quotation with my company gst number. When i agreed to pay the money the company refused to deliver the wisepad g2+ stating that the scheme is no more valid.

                  I have given all my documents but the company is not ready to send the terms and condition and not ready to furnish the invoice also. M swipe is not reliable company and i will never go with such fraud company.

                    The shopkeeper pressed 150 instead of 100. So he cancelled the transaction. But the money is not refunded yet. I also got a message saying transaction is cancelled and i wont be charged. But i have not gotten my money back. I am supper pissed at this. It has been very long. I need my money back. Where is it?

                      I had purchased 4 devices of mswipe almost two years ago but these never worked, whenever i complained i was ignored by giving different excuses. I approached customer care, other high opfficals even v. P but they all ignored then finally requested the ceo of the company but he too ignored and didn't even bother to respond on my emails that i sent him.
                      This is a big fraud company and they only helping people who shares profits with them.
                      I have been begging them from last two years for my services and for my issues to be resolved but i always have been ignored and i am still being. I have paid for these devices and i was promised that i will get the best customer service but i didn't even get 1% out 100%
                      I have decided that i will go to the consumer court and will file an complaint at rbi as i have seen people who buy their devices today they get all the services but as i am an two years old customer i am still being punished, its maybe that they doing unethical practices and high officials from mswipe are helping them for their own taste as they too might be getting their benifits out of them and that is the reason they helping only selected people and ignoring a common customer who doesn't have any personal relationship with them.
                      I request you people to kindly try to help me out as i am being mentally tortured and i am loosing my sales due to their fault where i am loosing my profit which is the only source for me to feed my family and to run my business.
                      Hope someone might understand and try to resolve this issue.

                      I already have spoke with almost every higher authority at your company and they too ignored by giving baseless excuses and stopped answering my calls and responding to my emails. I requested them a lot even begged them but they just didn't even bother to resolve the issue but just ignored. It clearly means that they too are involved in something that they don't want people to know about if nothing as such then they should I listen to me as I have been begging them from last two months but they just kept quite and ignored.
                      I seriously left with no options but to go to the court and file an complaint against them and to share the experience with people all over the globe so that everyone will get to know how they cheat people and how they earn from the people they have good relation with.
                      Really felt bad after their ignorant response and I am feeling ashamed on behalf of them. How can someone treat a customer like this when they know that the customer has the genuine issues.

He told me your service center in gumar mandi i visit that address those told by your executive but shop keeper told this address is fake many people comes to this address but there is no service center of swipe. I am search in google your service center show in mata rani chowk in ludhiana & janakpuri in ludhiana. I am visit in mata rani chowk. There is no service center. After it i visit janak puri there i saw a to z communication but he told i am refer to your mobile service center but no grantty to return your mobile 3-4 month. I saw 3-4 month this time period how can i do my daily work without mobile. I am very harassment with your service i purchase your mobile in 2-3 month before i cant think in company mobile problem in begginning. Sir when i purchase online 1 year grantty told by you in written. If you have no service center why you foolish people like this why you told 1 month grantty. Now i think i am biggest fool who purchase your company mobile. I have bill if you cant reply my mail yesterday i complaint your company in international consumer court. If can't doing something for me then i will case on you in ludhiana consumer court. Your company is fake & you cheat me.

                            My user id with m swipe is [protected] and i was communicated that if there is no usage in a particular month so there will not be any rental charged for the month.in sep-2017 my machine was not all used for even once it was even switch off all the time still on 29-sep-2017 rs 413 has been charged from my account.

                            Also on 04-oct-2017 there was a transaction of 22000 for which i have received
                            21093 rs only i want clarification of deducting 907 rs for this transaction.

                              1st thing 1st, this is the worst product i have ever come across. There is no communication what so ever. I got this machine about less than a month ago and i have faced nothing but issues with this product. I paid 4000 for this machine and its a piece of garbage. These guys are liars and cheaters. I have called and called and no one is available. They will promise you all kinds of things in the beginning. I haven't even received my money in my account. Everything is garbage about this company and this machine and the staff... Worst ever... Liars...& cheaters

Your executive niranjan prasad who works at karampura in new delhi told me that i will get the device in one week but till date i have not received the device & this man is not picking my phone calls, i am clue less when i will get the device or not.
