I mahirajsinh parmar had applied for pos machine of mswipe application no appl00305207 under the name of aalishan hotel. I have deposited a sum of 5078 for machine and rental plan. I was promised the delivery with in 48 hrs but it has been 10days and have not received any device neither they have clarified about the issue. They have now stoped replying to me and have cheated me. I would advice every consumer to stay away from this fraud company and would further add that strict action should be taken and possible shut down such fraudsters who cheat consumers and loot them with money.

    Sir from your company a. S. O mr umakant had sold us a swipe machine with above mentioned number. We had given him an amount of rs1500. The device he gave us wasn't working so 15 days back we returned it to him and still not got new one. 2 months rent has been deducted from my account. Please refund my total rs 2500 and inquire regarding it. I had already complained about this 2 times on your helpline number but didn't got any response.

      My swipe device i purchase from payumoney initially by paying rs7000 life time services from payumoney. Payumoney transferred to mswipe without my consent of righteousness of this transfer. Me, having no say, or suggesstion, after having paid the money, transferred the swipe services to mswipe. Mswipe has limited services to machine transferred from payumoney now. My batch settlement since 19 september has not reflected in my bank account yet. Nobody to take responsibility. Payumoney blames mswipe. Mswipe blames payumoney machine. Who gives my money now??? Please think well before you buy mswipe or payumoney device??? Waiting for reply from mswipe seniors now??? Let's see

        I took a mswipe device two yearz ago and was using it for few months. Now as i have stopped my business i don't have any use for it.

        Hence requested the mswipe customer care to cancel the services immediately on 7th february and still now they have not cancelled it and are still collecting monthly rentals from my bank account.

        How to stop this cheating by mswipe technologies?

          Very horrible exprince from there side
          MSwipe given short loan to us for 3 months & started taking 10% money back on every transaction we made through their device & taken whole money after one month & charged 3 months interest too. No response on customer care & mails.

          I am feeling like cheated.

                A mswipe agent came to me sell machine at my shop. He sold me two machines @ rs.1500 and said that there will be no monthly charges. I paid him via cheque. Now problem is that i have received only one mswipe machine and i am being charged huge amount on transactions. Please take back your machines and refund me my full amount.
                I had made two transactions using your machine.
                1) 1st transaction on 04/08/2017 worth rs.2184 but received only rs.1777.28 huge charges. I am in loss
                2) 2nd transaction on 01/09/2017 worth rs.845 but received only rs.415 in my bank account less than half of the original amount.
                I want my money to be refunded in full original rs.1500 + rs.406.72 + rs.430... Total refund amount is rs.2336.72.

                  I have made purchase ok 18000/- at merchent nagarkar jwelers on 28th aug 2017. My first transaction was timed out however amount got deducted from my account. Due to time out error on previos merchenk did another transaction and was successful.
                  For first transaction merchent requested reversal of failed transaction on 29th aug. However after many follow ups with mswipe i didnt received reversal payment till 6th sept.

                    Sub: legal representation for not issuing the payment of transaction made on 23/8/2017 on mswipe pos machine through credit card

                    I made pos transaction with your mswipe intending to receive funds on next day for rs. 15000 but even after 4 days i didn't receive the refund and had no intimation on that. On enquiring to customer care they told it was on hold and need to send invoice for the same. As said i sent invoice it was again rejected without intimation when calling they said to send another invoice on repeated confirmation with mr. Prathik sharma he said there was no problem with invoice and i will get refund by 05th september that is today when not receiving i called them they said again my invoice was rejected. The worst behaviour ever from the customer care exective. Please clarify the explaination of above activities and behaviour. I made a request to send back to customer which it appeared to be refunded by 72 hours. Kindly justify and solve the issue.

                      I have surrendered by mswipe account with you in the month of apr. 2017.
                      The machine was also taken away by your representative.
                      Even after that you have deducted rental charges from my account 2 times in the month of july and then again in the month of aug. 2017.
                      I have repeatedly lodging complaint with your customer support no. Still there is no reply from your end except that the complaint will be resolved within 48 hrs.
                      It is really strange to know that since aug. 08, 2017 till today mswipe 48 hrs. Is not completing.
                      May i request you to look into the matter urgently and try to complete your 48 hrs. Within next 12 hrs. Otherwise i will be forced to take extreme action against this fraud.

                        We made a swipe on our mswipe terminal on 11th aug. Till date we have not received the swiped amount. The swipe is done for inr 57000. They said that its on hold and asked us to send invoice. We have sent invoice still no resposnce. I insisted speaking with a supervisor and he once said payment will come in 2days its been processed from our end. Even post that payment was not made and again the same process they are saying its on hold for field verification. There is no field verification that has happened for almost a month now.                             I had deposited my swipe elite plus on 15 july for repairing purpose its touch not working.

                            Till toady on 31st aug i have not received my phone even i contact to swipe customer care no then they said approx 1 week is futher required for the same.

                            I am highly disappointed from swipe service even i can say that i use wrest service of my life.
                            At every time when i call to customer support they repaired that part is not available for the same.
                            If swipe are enable to keep part in running stock even not manufactured in 45 days then why they are running a company.
                            If they are unable to provide timely service to your customer then they have not right to provide such service.
                            My primary contact no is off from 45 days due to swipe worst service. You can imagine dissatisfaction of a customer.
                            When i submitted my phone swipe representative tell me 15 to 20 days for entire repairing process that is false statement.
                            I want immediate action on it.

                              I applied for machine and paid rs2000/- in the end of june. I have not received the machine. Hence i started asking for refund.
                              Whenever i call, the helpdesk representatives give 48hrs, 72hrs, asap, in process, pending with concern department and also some follow up tickets. Tbk01401305

                              In the meantime, our bank has received adho frequency for rs.4200 towards rent.
                              You did not provide the machine and services, how can you send frequency for rent???
                              Writing to higher authorities also of no use
                              Don’t cheat the poor customers like me. Send back the refund.

                                That's why your service is very poor, if you have no solution of customer complaints so stop your service and stop to taking service charges and sim rent that is not working. I don't want to continues yours services more.

                                Many time i send request to not continue your poor service. Discontinued my all services and refund my security deposit
                                I login my complaint against poor service and surrender the device, why you greedy peoples logout my complaint without resolving
                                My last warning to your company not cheat yours costumers, disconnect my all services and refund my security deposit, mswipe have no manners to handle customer's complaints.

                                  Customer has made single transaction of 7000 rs from sbi credit card on 19th august 2017 at sbs medical asha hospital malad east mumbai at mswipe terminal. Mswipe has received two times 7000rs. One 7000 rs has been credited to merchant bank account and another amount 7000 rs was put on hold. It was duplicate amount. Customer has done multiple follow-up's with sbs medical. Sbs medical has submitted request on 23rd august 2017 to return duplicate 7000 rs to customer account. Sbs medical has called 7 to 8 times to mswipe customer care to return/refund 7000 rs amount in customer account but mswipe did not return/refund till yet. This is very bad support from mswipe. This is frustrating.

                                        From last two month i have been trying to surrender m swipe machine however unable to do so. Spoked with more than 9 executive however they say you will get a, call within 48 to 72 hrs. Same thing is going from last 2 months. Mswipe certainly is the worst service provider i have ever experienced in my life...
                                        Cust care is full of illeterate people. Cant even speak english. Most oh them hang up on cust.. Msipe should certain focus on cust care... There should be some quality checks.. M swipe should make sure that the executive behave well after all mswipe is paying them... Worstlife experience dealing with this company...
