I have purchased your MTS connection on 24th October, 2015(mts: [protected]) from a vendor who had build a tent on road . I purchased the MTS dongle for 500rs and was given me a offer for 999 monthly package with 24 GB data/unlimited. The donlge I got from the Person Hemant Soni(Aread Head Vadodara) gives a speed upto 3 mbps only whereas i was told for uptol 21mbps like the one I had prior (MTS : [protected]). The one I am using right now does not given even a speed of 1 Mbps. Before going to the consumer forum I would like to email you about the problem. I tired to reach the guy named Bankim Raul who provided me with the dongle but got no response. I made a complain about the speed today dated 28th October, 2015 complain:OCT/4332. I had a word with some other person who informed that the stick i have just gives the speed o[censored]pto 3 mbps. Your executive sold the unit without informing me anything. I was with my wife and i have a witness too about your fraud. I would request you to take a look into the matter. The speed and unit I have right now is of now use for me. Awaiting for your response.     This is my second reminder. My number is [protected]. Name- Pramod Varughese Mathew. Place Trivandrum, Kerala-695028. Got MBLAZE on 16/10/2015. Downloading speed is 0.1Mbps. Complained via customer care but closed my request without resolving. Complained via mail last week, but no action yet. I want a service personnel to check the speed in my desktop during peak hours (7-8pm). Please attend to my request.

      I bought one mts dongle that is very nice 5 GB day, 5 GB night that time is mb finshed so very slow so i was change my plan 12 GB DAY, 12 GB night but i have a lot of GB but same issue is there but Asianet is very super 50 mpbs what a speed we are using in Office so i will change my network to asianet

        Hello Team - I bought MTS wifi data card with postpaid plan of rental 999 with 40GB with speed upto 15 MBPS, but never it was beyond 2 MBPS in Bomanahalli as well in other locations of Bangalore, which i used for couple of months but then after speed was so low (below 1 mbps) due to which i could not perform my work, so i called MTS call center to rectify but they never responded on this. So, I stopped using MTS data card. And the they sent me the bill for the same month and again one more bill for one more month but for the second month i never used it but still MTS people are harassing me to pay bill for 2 months and sending me messages of pay bill to avoid LEGAL issues. Today on 27th Oct 2015 i received a call from MTS Lawyer his number is [protected] and he was telling it will be LEGAL Issue Now here is my question. When MTS is openly telling and advertising all over Bangalore stating that speed up to 15 MBPS but when it is actually max of 3 MBPS which i got to know from MTS store in Marathalli and 40GB data usage in 999/- plan (20GB Day and 20GB night) which again i got to know when i called customer care. How can one use 40 GB with such low speed of some kbps to 2 mbps that too gets disconnected many times. So do I really have to pay for complete 2 months which i dint even used? is there any legal complaint that i can also take against MTS that MTS is cheating their customers such a way, Can MTS provide usage of data in such cases and charge bill only for data usage ?         Legal Notice under Section 403, 405, 406, read with Section 420 of the IPC.

        Sir / Madam,

        Sub: Non-receipt of payments for the post-paid services to [protected] of M/s. Sistema Shyam Teleservices Limited.

        Ref: Bill with reference for the above mentioned services, Subscriber Account [protected].

        Under instructions from my client M/s. Sistema Shyam TeleServices limited[SSTL], having its office and place of business at A-194, Phase-I, Okhla Industrial Area, New Delhi–110020 I hereby issue this notice for demand with reference to your outstanding bill towards usage of post-paid services to MDN Number [protected].

        That you had subscribed for the postpaid voice/data services being offered by SSTL in accordance with the Terms & Conditions set out in the customer acquisition form [CAF], which was duly signed for and acknowledged by you.
        1. That in support of your credentials /verification you had furnished / attached along with the CAF, the photocopies of the requisites documents (viz. your Photo ID and Address Proof etc)

        2. That the CAF clearly states that the terms and conditions for the services to be rendered by M/s. Sistema Shyam Teleservices Limited, . The said CAF also provides the manner and the duration till which the SIM CARD/DONGLE was to be used by the person subscribing for the services of SSTL, and its return to its rightful owner (i.e. M/s. Sistema Shyam Teleservices Limited) in the eventuality of discontinuation of said services..

        3. That the “SIM CARD/DONGLE” being provided to the subscriber is the property of M/s. Sistema Shyam Teleservices Limited and the same has to be used and utilized by the subscriber strictly in the manner stated in the CAF and only till such time the terms and conditions of the said CAF are being adhered to by the parties, . You had been entrusted with the SIM CARD/DONGLE by M/s. Sistema Shyam Teleservices Limited with express instructions that usage of the same to access the network of M/s. Sistema Shyam Teleservices Limited shall be done by you in accordance with the terms and conditions of the CAF. However, you have failed to return the same to SSTL. And retaining the same illegally and the same amounts to misappropriation of the same .

        4. The bill, which duly and timely reached you, clearly stated a date of Payment in the bill statements. This was followed by verbal Communications / repeated requests for payment via tele-calling and SMS messages for the same. However till date we have not received any payment towards the discharge of your outstanding liability which amounts to Rs.2282 /-

        Therefore, despite having availed and enjoyed the services promised and duly delivered by M/s. Sistema Shyam Teleservices Limited, you have dishonestly and fraudulently induced SSTL and thereby causing wrongful loss to SSTL and wrongful gain to yourself.

        5. Please take notice that should the property (SIM CARD/DONGLE card) M/s. Sistema Shyam Teleservices Limited, given to you in good faith, for a specific purpose, not be returned along with the payments due and outstanding, within seven clear days from the receipt of this notice, SSTL shall be constrained to initiate/invoke all or any of the legal remedies available under law to recover the same ; in addition to the your prosecution under Sections 405, 406 and 420, of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 190/200 and 357 of the Code Of Criminal Procedure, before appropriate court . Furthermore, SSTL shall be at liberty to share the information regarding the unlawful retention of its SIM CARD/DONGLE and the default in payment on your part with other telecom operators or credit verification agencies.

        6. However if you have made payments prior to receiving this notice, please ignore this notice and kindly furnish us the proof of payment to avoid further action.

        7. You are also liable to pay cost of legal proceedings.

        8. For further clarification and /or assistance regarding your aforesaid outstanding please contact

        And today again i got call from [protected] - MTS (He refused to tell his name and was using abusing language) - When I asked him to revise the bill as per data I used he started yelling like anything and started telling 'your shameless defaulter and not making payment" - I say MTS is defaulter for whole India customers and doing fraud business.

        Then he told we sent you legal notice - i asked to share FIR number and I am ready to fight.

        Advocate from Delhi called and told he will be lodging a complaint in Delhi high court and i have to come for hearing in delhi.

        But my question when MTS has an registered office in Bangalore at below address then how they can lodge complaint in Delhi. Is there any way for Me lodging complaint in Bangalore first as we are the customer from Bangalore and got services in Bangalore.

          To The Concerned Department, Consumer Complaints Forum India Respected Sir, This is to bring it to your kind attention that I, Sri Samrat Mitra residing at 98/1/28, G.L.Tagore Road, Kolkata - 36 would like to state the fact that MTS India had forcefully taken a payment against the bill that they had levied on my connection (MTS Number [protected] / account number [protected]) though I have not used the connection from the very first day it was installed. I had received a call approach from their telecaller sales team with a good connectivity serivce for which I had taken the WIFI dongle from their department by paying Rs 1200/- cash. But after submiting all the necessary documentation I was unable to connect the same. Immediately I had informed their customer care team regarding the fact but there was no proper respond to solve my case from their end. Being a customer I had informed them several times telephonic-ally as well as via mail ( the mail acknowledgment details of which are attached herewith) but nobody had turned up from their end to resolve the case. Moreover they started sending me bills of which I had not used the connection for a single day. On a conversation I had mentioned the fact to their team that from the very first day my case was not resolved and then why are they sending me the bills again and again though I have not used the connection for a single day. They did not even bothered to send any executive to my place for the same which is quite disappointing from a customers point of view. I even told them that if my case is not solved I wont be paying the bills just because i have not used the connection for a single day. Today while returning home I had received a call from the Delhi Court mentioning the fact that the MTS Department had filled a fraud case against me of not paying their outstanding bill of Rs 987/-. Now sir, my question to you is where is the customers fault here? it was the department who had regularly harassed a customer by giving false commitment of sending the executive and solving the problem which they finally had failed to do. Has there been any misleading from my end. As per their instructions I had made the outstanding payment of Rs 987/- to their department (Transaction ID: P97156726a15 ) and have also told them several times to collect the dongle from my place. Sir, I heartily seek proper justice from your end to my case. These companies are just misguiding the customers in this manner. Is this the way customers be harassed by such companies who claim themselves to be Brand in today's market.             Hi, I ordered a MTS wifi modem online. After few days one guy called me (Mob number - [protected]) and told that he will send another guy for delivering modem, the next day[protected] one guy came (mob number - [protected]) and collected ID proof and given modem, he taken Rs.[protected] for modem, 100 for charger and 100 as service charge) for the same and given a box, I checked the box in front of the guy, and there was no charger in the box as they offered for that much money. I asked that guy about that, and he told me that he will send the charger by courier. Its almost 1.5 months gone, I called him few times, he is telling he will come, but he is not coming. Please help me to get the charger or my money back.

              My [protected] is mts postpaid connection and i wants to start my company name callertone but mts starts any rajasthani song. they also charged in bill. imany times i called to costomer care number but they always cut my call after 15 mints.

                I(Rovendra Kumar) have bought WiFi device through internet from MTS online store on date[protected]. Device doesn't activated yet. When I call to customer care they give only date not a proper solution. When I call to sales executive he uses abusive language with me when I told him to return the device. Please help me to refund my money.

                  My MTS number is [protected]. I lost my MTS card almost a year ago . I immediately reached the customer support asked them to disconnect and also informed I paid all pending bills. The customer support agent told they cannot deactivate the account and I need to talk to the franchisee company who sold the card. I told I have no idea it is sold via franchise and I don't have any contact. She told sine u lost the card u will be not receiving bills as it depends on the usage. So you can just ignore n the account will be closed. Now it's been a year I have been getting all kind of mails calls messages every now and then . Why should I be responsible when I was misguided by the MTS customer support . Although I paid till my last usage I got bills.                     I bought a MTS postpaid Datacard on 17th Oct'15. They told that it will get activated on the same day by evening and executive will come for the address verification. But the verification team came on Sunday 18th Oct'15 around 8:00 pm, by that time I was out of town so I requested him to come on Tuesday between 3:00 pm to 5:30 pm. I didn't get a proper response for it. Tuesday I called and asked when they are coming for verification, they told as 6:00 pm. I patiently waited until 6:15 pm and got no update form them. At last, he came at 7:40 pm and questioned me as "why are you not in the mentioned address" it was as unacceptable behavior of speech from the verification team. Below two numbers are playing double game, [protected] [protected] MTS Customer support told that, once the verification team verifies your address proof and collects my photo and signature only then the datacard will get activated, but still now no activation team came to collect the proof and signature but today I got a sms at 5:12pm from YD-HTACTD as your datacard will activated Without my acknowledgement how can you send sms or how can you activate? I need a clear explanation of your procedure and also would like to know is this how you train your employees to verify address in a rude manner.

                      I have been a good customer of MTS (Sistema Shyam Teleservices) for over 1.5 years now, despite of the fact that their services were pathetic and the service team along with resoltions were unbearably sloppy and unprofessional; least to mention erratic.

                      From the beginning, I had speed issues with the connection. I lodged numerous complaints and each time it was closed abruptly without any resolution. Initially, I enquired a few times as to why it was closed even though there was no resolution; to this some lady (from some call-centre) would respond, "we cannot keep the complaint open beyond a date. So, we have closed it. But, your problem will be fixed". How ingenious!!

                      Finally, I gave up on them towards the beginning of last month. Paid the last bill as can be checked from the screenshot "current-billing-status-mts.png" on 23rd September 2015, ceremoniously ran my car over the 3G dongle they had provided (gave me so much sense of freedom at last) and wrote to their appellate authority to close the connection with immediate effect. I requested that they wave off any further bills because I had not used the device for more than 3 days of September. Please find below the entire trail communication.

                      This is in continuation to the numerous complaints I had registered so far.

                      Anyways, “you cannot fix the problem”. This is a fact rather than just a statement. If you could, you would have done it already.
                      I became a Certified Novel Administrator in the year 1997 and later became a MCSE in 2003. I was holding an advanced diploma in “Cellular Technology” from Asset International in the year 1996. These are times when many of you were most probably in primary or high school. This was just for you to know where I am coming from and that my statement is not based on assumptions or frustrations. We both know what is the holdup with MTS not being able to solve these long-standing speed issues plaguing many of its customers. So, let us not get into details here.

                      I have paid the latest bill and I have not turned on the device for the past several weeks (please feel free to check this out). Please check screenshots referring to the internet connection which you had provided to me. Now that we have the facts, please turn off the connection immediately and I hope you would be considerate enough to wave off any further bills. That way, we can end this here in a civil manner. Else, continue speaking of rules at your own peril. I do not have the time nor the patience to listen to it.

                      This is how it plays off from here. Please disconnect the connection with immediate effect and wave of anything that might be outstanding. Check for yourself, the device has not been plugged in for at-least 15 – 20 days. No more calls, no retention team, no fixing of problems required here. Just send me an disconnection confirmation via email or SMS. Else, send me a bill and I send you a legal notice, drag all facts (you have no clue how much I have assorted) to the media, blogs, public forums, social-media and we see where your market stands.

                      If anyone has now gone through the trail conversation above, it does not take a genious to realize that MTS Apellate authority is asking me redundant questions. Infact, I am sure they did not even read my entire email because I was precise and they completely ignored the entire context. DEAR MTS, IF YOU GUYS DO NOT HAVE TIME TO READ MY FULL EMAIL AND STICK TO THE CONTEXT, I DO NOT HAVE TIME EITHER TO ENTERTAIN YOUR DUMB QUESTIONS.

                      The problem is, we have a general problem with narrow spectrum and bandwidth in India due to limited infrastructure and resources. Most service providers are suffering due to this. MTS was overzealous with their marketing strategies when they offered unlimited data for INR 999 per month and similar plans. That way, they made some immediate profits. But, in the process they bit a bigger portion then they could actually chew. I have technical evidence pertaining to this fact.

                      As for the unpaid bill "MTS Apellate Authority" is referring to, lets come down to some actual facts. My email is dated on 27.09.2015 which was further forwarded on 30.09.2015 (01:58 IST). So, the latest bill was generated after both these dates. Hence, you cannot be referring to this bill. I would then conclude that you are referring to the previous bill which was already paid on 23.09.2015 (before my email to you). Which bill are we talking about? Do you guys not check your records before shooting emails to your clients?

                      What I want is clear within my email. Read it once more and do the required. If anyone tries to call me up again in order to discuss things further, I know my legal rights in terms of criminal harassment and I have lawyers of my company who receive salaries and are hired to do my bidding. I will not restrain from taking severe steps if pushed any further. This is a closed discussion for me. Please just disconnect the number, wave of the current bill because I have not used the connection for over a month and a half, as it was unusable despite of repetitive complaints which did not get resolved. Send me a confirmation.

                        Iam just fedup with this mts prepaid data card everytime iam doing my recharge but they only taking money from my account but not recharge, for this complaint also they are not taking response this is my 4th time they have plucked my money than what is the use of giving back this after a month this is the way they with customers,

                          I wanted to cancel my post paid connection with MTS and I have called customer care but of no avail. I have chatted with customer care on online chat but of no avail and I have email several times to customer care but of no avail. I don't understand the reason why there is no action from MTS regarding my complaint. Is this the way MTS deals with its customers. In the past I believed MTS is a company which provides services which had value for money and to some extent I feel the same now but the way they have ignored my requests does not speak well about them. If a company is not ready to accept cancellations then they are playing unfair. I have the right to go to TRAI and inform of any malpractices that they are doing. I would them recommend not to keep things hanging and expedite any requests that have been made.

                            Order Confirmation No. [protected] MDN no: [protected] I purchased a wifi dongle from official MTS online website on 1st April. As per the plans mentioned on their website as per 1st April, I selected available plan and paid for the dongle i.e. (Rs 999 for 20gb day+20gb night = 40gb data). I also confirmed the same with MTS customer care and I got e-bill confirmation with plan and price as per my purchase. | called also a representative from MTS for new connection and he had come to my house to collect documents for same. Even he mentioned 40gb data, 999 plan and I gave him all my documents for the same plan (ref. acknowledgment copy). But MTS gave me connection only 4 days later and now said they changed their plans and hence cannot give 40gb data but only 24gb instead. I opposed and questioned why they would change something after purchasing device and opting as per data requirement. Why wasn't the website information updated and given false information to public.. They never gave any answer. I asked refund amount for dongle of Rs 999 but they said it is not possible as sim is already activated to my mdn. They said I can deactivate connection but will not receive any refund for dongle that was purchased. Hence I had no other option but to use their services as I had to use internet too. If they had refunded me product I would happily discontinue their services. I called up customer representative who gave me connection and asked him what is all this about and why MTS cheat me? He said he will speak with his area manager and get me 40gb data as same day he arranged for another customer old plan of 40gb despite changing plan. So MTS were giving selected customers old plan even when they were telling me otherwise. But later he said area manager refused and hence he was not in power to issue that. Hence I made complaints by phone and email to MTS and Appellate. But they simply ignored the matter saying they can do nothing as there is no data plan of 40gb as of today.. but yet on their website old plan is showing. They are cheating customers in data plans and not revealing hidden plan until customer has purchased their product. Please see that this is broad day light robbery on customers. Apart from that they give selected customers old plans even when claiming they don't have such facility. They promised that the old plan will come back soon and they can give me then. So, I continued with them for few months until I decided to disconnect in July 2015. I had need of 40gb data but since I was getting only 24gb, I had to pay extra Rs 300 for extra 5gb data per month. I decided to not pay their last bill of July for cheating and refusal to refund/ give me plan for what I purchased (as per information I received and put on their website as on 1st April. Now MTS is threatening me with legal letters for payment due of Rs 865 which I am not going to pay due to said reasons above. They should refund me Rs 999 plus all extra costs I incurred during these 3.5 months of their lies. Please see that justice is being done here and not allow such things to be repeated in future. It is incorrect and against law to put outdated price/data information and then expect customers to pay more/ less facility provided after purchasing of any product especially e-marketing. Please resolve these issues with MTS and ask them not to contact me again or send me further emails/mails to my address.

                              I gave a request for closure of my MTS Wifi ([protected]) on 02-Sep-2015. The Customer Care calculated an amount of Rs.961 and asked me to pay it for closure. I paid that amount on that day itself. The connection was not terminated. On 22-Sep-2015, I was asked to pay another Rs.722 and call again to take a closure request. I paid Rs.622 as there was a waiver request for Rs.100. I called the Customer Care again after paying the amount and then they gave me a SR number 5884396. The next day (23-Sep-2015), a lady from the back end team called me and asked me the reason for cancellation. She was very adamant and wanted me to go for safe custody. I told her that I would reply later. On 24-Sep-2015, I called that lady and told that I am not interested in safe custody and I wanted my connection terminated. Immediately after, I got the message that my request has been processed. I thought that my connection was terminated. On 19-Oct-2015, there was an email saying that this month bill is Rs.398 and has to be paid by 03-Nov-2015. Shocked, I called the Customer Care, they behaved in the most unprofessional way one would ever imagine. They were absolutely rude and was not willing for me to search for the details they required. They asked me to call again and again. They also said that they got the information from the back end team that I wanted to go for safe custody. Only God knows why the lady from the back end team did not update my conversation on 24-Sep-2015 that I wanted my connection terminated. She had updated everything that happened till 23-Sep-2015 (all what she spoke to me). The Customer Care wanted me to pay another Rs.566/- to the the termination request on 20-Oct-2015. Another lady from the back end team ([protected]) and again asked me the reason for termination. Fed up with my previous experience I simply asked her to refund my Rs.566 which I paid today and terminate the connection. She spoke rudely to me and said refund is not possible I will terminate the connection and immediately banged the phone (to cut the call). This incident clearly highlights the negligence of the back end team which did not give the correct update to the Customer Care. As a result I have to bear another Rs.566/- for the termination. Still I am not sure whether my line would be disconnected and I wont be surprised if I am presented with one more bill for next month. Does this speak well of a reputed Service Provider like MTS. Clearly disguting. I have paid a total of Rs.2149/- from 02-Sep-2015 to 20-Oct-2015 without even touching the device. Please investigate on this and provide me a refund for atleast the Rs.566 that I paid today (20_oct-2015). Thanks Chackravarthi [protected]

                                Hi all I am using data card of MTS. At the time of purchasing the data card, i was told that i can ay the bill through net Banking.but whenever i ay the bill by net banking, money is not transferred to their account.I about about this to them many a time. but after 9th of every the add late charges but improving their services. I have received a call from Jyoti who claims to be lawyer from tis hazari court. she told me the bill or face consequence. After this i tried to call her many times but she did not responded I have gone through the entire consumer complaint regarding.                                   Mts dongle [protected] [protected]@gmail.com I bought mts dongle an year back. But then due to their poor service, I stopped using it before 6 months and also cleared the bill and informed their customer executive as well.Still they are repeatedly sending me fake bills with amount addition every month.I contacted their customer executive as well but to no use. Please take appropriate legal action against such fraud companies who harass customers into paying fake generated bills.

                                    I have taken MTS dongle one week back, but i am getting very poor customer support, i am unable to setup this NEW MTS DONGLE to access MTS broadband, Extremely poor service quality fo MTS, despite so many complaints on customer care of MTS, no one from MTS is helping em setup and configure my MTS dongle...and I am not able to sue the same.. But I am sure MTS will bill em for the last 3 days where my dongle is not properly configured by MTS and i did not sue MTS dongle ...MTS is a cheat company. I am not able to use my MTS DONGLE despite email of activation, . I am a new customer. and i want that MTS should start billing me only from the day when i actually start using this dongle.. Customer care is not able to help me activate my MTS dongle... I do not want MTS to initiate a dispute and cooperate with em in activation my dongle and only start billing when they help em connect to internet using MTS from my machine.. As on date 20th OCT 2015, i have not been able to sue my dongle and i should not be billed for this date.. Any wrong billing will go to litigation with this communication .i warn MTS to behave ethically and help customers and not wrongly bill them..

                                      I am MOHAN Mob: [protected] I bought a data card for Rs .1300/- in chennai 3G services are are not activated in my area and when I surrendered the data cad, they have billed me FOR 1 GB - 280 Rs without giving 3 G service. Also delayed their reimbursement. CHEATERS.
