I have been using MTS Mblaze Dongle from last 6months approximately and i have filled my complains around 20 times in these months still i dont listen anything from them not a permanent solution from there side. They say 7MBPS speed as their services but not a single time its been upto 7mbps speed they lie, they fake about there services, a month back what they provide me a solution that High usage is being done in my area sorry we cant provide you good speed then i asked him when you will solve this he replied don't know sorry sir. Today 17th october 2015 i again filled my complaint the consumer help line number from which they called me was[protected] the man who called me without solving my speed issue he ended my call saying call us again. Please take some actions against this company and their consumer helpline and I want to return their product and want my money back, as a proof i am attaching screenshots(images) of speed i am getting and available high speed balance.     Hello, I bought an MBLAZE device on 12-Sept-2015 on a cost of Rs 1499 and its no is [protected]. I am not satisfied with the internet speed. I did/do not want to use this device anymore. So want to submit the device and get refund for this device. At the very first, I have requested for refund process on 19Sept 2015 with all the details and invoice copy. Due to not getting response from MTS side, this issue has been delayed. I continuously call/mail to [protected]@mtsindia.in and appellate.[protected]@mtsindia.in When I call Customer Care they said to me to drop mail and I am not getting any/some fruitful response from call/mail. I am re-iterating all the points - 1) 12 Sept - I bought MBlaze [[protected]] on 12 Sept. I found speed is not good in my area, also crossed checked it with my friends. As per the policy, device can be refunded with 15 Days and less than 1 GB usages. 2) 19 Sept - I called CustomerCare for refund process. That person logged a complaint for speed issue. I didn't ask him to log a complaint. I just wanted to get refund process initiated. He told me to drop a mail to [protected]@mtsindia.in and I dropped mail having invoice scanned copy attached on the same day . 3) 23 Sept - I didn't get any response till 23 Sept so again called CustomerCare. That person again said to drop a mail. I told him that I already sent a mail on 19 Sept for the same. He said drop mail again and refund process will be done. So I again replied on that mail on 23 Sept. 4) 25 Sept - Didn't get any response till 25 Sept. So called CustomerCare on 25 Sept. That person again said to drop a mail again (Really frustrating for me). I told him that I have sent mails two times on 19 and 23 Sept. But he said drop mail again. I wanted to talk to some senior person. So he arranged a call back for me. 5) 25 Sept - I got a call on same day from Help Desk. And that person again said to drop a mail (Waaaooo). I told him that I have sent mails two times on 19 and 23 Sept. He said this is Help Desk so call CustomerCare. 6) 25 Sept - I again called CustomerCare. The person assure me to take necessary action on my request. Then I got a reply on my mail that my detail has been shared with concern team. Next update will be in 48 hours. 7) 28 Sept - One person from MTS visited my residence on 28 Sept [around 11:30 AM] and check the speed. He also confirmed me that he would forward my request to next level and device will be refunded soon. 8) 30 Sept - It's had been two days and I didn't get any update/acknowledgment yet. So dropped a mail (you can see that mail below in this thread) to [protected]@mtsindia.in 9) 3 Oct - Didn't get any response/update/acknowledgment till 3Oct. So called CustomerCare again. He said to drop a mail and mail will be replied. 10) 8 Oct - Didn't get any response/update/acknowledgment till 8 Oct. So again called CustomerCare and said him "Please ask me what ever information you need to track all the things. I will provide you but I need status of my refund process." He arranged a call back for me. I got a call from Subhodh. He listened me and provided me "appellate.[protected]@mtsindia.in" to raise my point. 11) 8 Oct - I got a reply on my 30 Sept mail that my detail has been shared with concerned team and will be updated in 24 hours. 12) 10Oct -I got reply from appellate.[protected]@mtsindia.in. They asked me to send invoice copy. I gave invoice copy and other detail on the same day. Today is 17 Oct and I am not getting any response from MTS side. Regards, Pushkar Sharma [protected]

      Dear Sir/madam, MTS complaint number : 5910840 Data card number : [protected] My Name : Sadhasivam I have purchased this data card last month(Sep) around 15th (executive mentioned that invoice will be send to my mail id but till now it not reached me)and this was activated on 18th but data card was not working so I have raise complaint with MTS and they sent their engineer and confirmed that MTS data card will not work so one of their executive name called Gowtham confirmed to take back the data card and returned the initial amount Rs 1000 to me on Sep 26th and after that I got a call from MTS Vipinesh on oct 6th stating that amount will be refunded once i handed over the data card and purchase invoice. As I mentioned above I have not received the invoice to get my refund in the showroom mentioned by MTS guys. Everytime when I call this guys no proper support, i have to escalate and argue and get the current status. Kindly request you to help me to get the refund from this guys

        Recently, I purchased MTS data card # [protected] on . While purchasing It was promised the plan with a speed of 9.8 Mbps .I don't find the speed of 2G even while using it.Data card is working at worst speed . I also had a talk with customer care executive and as per him there is some network up gradation work going on in this area. If this was the scenario why it was not informed at the time purchase itself.I also sent a complaint mail to [protected]@mtsindia.in dated on 5th, 8th, 9th, 10th Sep couple of times. But, not getting any proper response.While purchasing, This was also notified If I find any problem in services, the device can be refund within 15 days.But, now they are not ready for refund at all. Now a days, device is not connecting at all. While calling customer care they are not responding properly. I request please look into this matter and help me here to get the resolution.           Mts company.i called up customer care for deactivating my mts mblaze postpaid connection with no [protected] registered by name Rabindranath chatterjee. They said after ur full payment ur card will be deactivated nd the complaint has been registered.i called up after payment for conformation.they said no complaint has been made. Urgently need some solution.coz i cant pay the bill from next month.

            Respected Sir/Madam, I am from Kadapa District of Andhra Pradesh State, today i have received a call from the no.[protected], a lady told me that someone has filled a suit against me at Delhi court, i can not understand what is the matter then the lady gave me a no.[protected] named Vikram Rana.After that i came to know that i have a outstanding balance, so the company has filled a civil case in my name. But neither i have received any legal notice from court nor i have received any outstanding bill from MTS. So i just can't understand what is the matter of bothering someone in this way.               This is Ruban G. My number is [protected]. On 6/10/2015 I have called MTS Customer Service and requestd for demo for MTS Data Card so they have sent one of their dealer but that dealer not even brought Laptop. However, I have bought 2 MTS Data Card and that dealer promied me that the Cards will be activated within 24 hours so I have waited util 9/10/2015 evening but cards were not activated so I tried to call that dealer (Dealer num#[protected]) but he did not atten so I have waited until next day (10/10/2015) evening but same again cards were not activated so once again I tried to call that dealer but he did not atten so i have sent a msg via watsup like "if the cards are not activated before evening, I don't wants the Data Cards and requested for money back" for that he advised me to contact his manager and he gave his manager number ([protected])and I called his manager and explained about my issue and given my data cards number and his manager said that "he will check the status of my data card and get back to me" but he did not get back to me until (11/10/2015) evening so I tried to the manager and dealer but no was attended my call then I left that day and waited until next day (monday (12/10/2015)) evening but i did not get any calls from dealer, manager or Customer care regarding the activation so I first called that dealer and I said that if you guys can not activated my data card before (12/10/2015) evening then I don't wants the Data Cards and requested for money back but he asked me to contact Customer Care for money back, and I replied that Customer Care agent only advised me to contact you for money back but he said that like "that and all not possible and you can do whatever you can and you can't do anything against me" so I called Customer Care again and explained about the dealer and inquired about the activation but that agent informed that my data cards were not activated due to proof is not clear and advised me to resubmit the proof to MTS Show room which is near by my area so I went there to resubmit the proof but show room dealer was not accept my resubmittion and advised me to resubmit the proofs to previous agent who sold Data cards to me. Finally I got irrated due to irresponsible Customer Service, dealer and manager and decied to file a complain against irresponsible MTS Customer Service, dealer and manager. Please take neccessary action against Customer Service, dealer and manager and I have spent more that Rs 40 for calls and wasted time so I would like to get my money back which spent for Data Card and calls.

                This is in regards to my complain number which was created only after two days of my complain. I had recharged my MTS Data card on 10th of OCT after which I never got my speed and I have called MTS everyday 3 times or more than that.Initially everybdy assured me for a call back and nobody called me.When I wanted to escalate they created a complain number for me which OCT/2499 and said the resolver team will be calling me back and they did call me but did not help. and after which nobody called me and this is the third day and I am still waiting.This is the worst customer care service I have ever seen in my life. They are least bothered about the customer's issue.And i dont want their assistance because I want my Money back which is 999.

                  Initially took the plan of 999 rs Broad band connection with promised speed of 5mbps and 40GB, later in the month on may2015 they changed the plan and reduced the Speed and capacity to 24GB Filled a Customer service complaint, find out speed is only 300kbps and they said this is the possible speed I will get due to number of connection.They replied they cant help further. Connection Details are attached. MY Number: [protected] Request to get the proper speed or money back for the 5 months which we paid for false promise service.

                    My datacard number :: [protected] MTS mblaze karnataka I have cleared all the bills till date & I called customer support for 4-5 times to disconnect my postpaid datacard connection, but they are not transferring call to supervisors. I want connection to disconnect & I don't want to pay any bills further. Even I did mail for two times, but I didn't received any reply message from your side. they are planning to extend this & make money through bills.

                      I have been using an MTS MBLAZE internet dongle for 10 months. They claim the speed upto 9.8 mpbs. But I am receiving the speed normally 700 kbps and sometimes 1-1.5 mbps. After registering the complaint they did not do anything about it, asked some questions & details and closed the complaint saying that you are 1.9 kms away from the tower and we can not do anything and the complaint is resolved.

                        Sir i am not using mts data card from last fifteen days.I have deposited my due bill amount rs 1310 to your mts partner national communication shop no 5 shambhu dayal building ghaziabad on 07/10/2015 against my billed amount of rs 1203 in which he include rs 100 for the disconnection charges of the data card. He told me to contact with the number [protected] to disconnect. I called that number three times they told me that you have to call from your registered number to disconnect but i dont know which number you are register in your data.                           Dear Sir/Madam, I'm writing to you directly because I did not get any satisfactory response from MTS authority. I was using MTS postpaid services for internet. GOPINATH V MDN NO : [protected] In july 31, I changed my postpaid plan to prepaid by paying all bills till that date and extra paid for prepaid connection. Please find the attached photo. Later from september onwards I used to get calls and mails from MTS asking me to pay postpaid bill of august. Till that time I did not know that my plan was still postpaid. Now they are disconnected my internet facility and asking me to pay two month bill of Rs 1560/- As a customer I did not get any satisfactory reply from MTS

                            Hi I purchased data cart from MTS on 19.09.2015 #[protected] nesg from then recd on21.09/15 stating that Data card activated I checked same day Night 23.32 hrs it is not activated and No balance in said a/c no Next day 22.09.2015 Telecaller Named Priya called and informed that I have to spent minimum 200 mb innext two days I told vher that yesterday I checked and it is not activated so I will try today evening then operation started from 19.30 hrs so it is from22.09.15 to 15 days will end on 06.10.2015 but they end my act onv05.10.2015 itself without any information or communication several time contacted their Ambathur office Chennai they told to conutact CCar to venkat [protected].. he is the right person but no use to contact him he is telling stories again Nd again and asked to contact Cc care ther will respond allv attempts vail They took 1590 and used approx 2Gb balance 8Gb not carried forward Poor customer care Telling lies and false commitment in Chennai Ambatur MTS office No proper communication or reminder for Data ending details so for No SMS too. phone line saying Tamil help line no 2 but it is only Hindi No Tamil Please dont use MTS because no info no cc after sales By:Sathyanarayanan MBA L.L.B

                              Dear Sir, Recently I have a taken MTS postpaid data card no [protected] with account no [protected] from MTS executive SUNNY contact no [protected].It was not working from first day itself. This executive did not give any payment receipt and said MTS team will send a payment confirmation maill with in 24 hours but it was more than a month I did not get any thing from any one. For using 2 or 3 days they illegally charged me Rs 250 and MTS team is not giving my refund. Executives sunny and raghu are not picking the calls and not refunding my 1500 device cost. MTS is not helping anything in this regard but MTS team is pressurizing and asking me several times to pay 250 bill.If the MTS can not give refund, how they activated my data card and how they generated the bill. Now who is at fault Sunny or Raghu or MTS and who will give my refund of 1500. I lost device cost of 1500 and 250 bill amount so total I incurred 1750 financial loss and lot of mental tension and wasted lot of time. I want MTS to pick the device and refund my 1500 device cost and waive of 250 bill amount for illegally generating bill without authenticatioon.

                                Hi, MTS persons are threatning me to forward case file to court regarding non payment of MTS Data Card. Conversation with MTS begin here- The bill outstanding of 2128 rs. was pending. On 10th July, They first call me to pay the outstanding of 1400 rs., remaining they will give waiver to me. The person told me to pay the 1490 on same day. Then I called helpline number. she asked me to pay the 1490 within today, only then they would give waiver to me. I asked her to send a mail regarding this so that I can have this in written. She did so and I paid the 1490 immediately on 10th July. Still my connection was inactive. They activated my MTS account next day on 11th July and for only two days It was active. It got again deactivated after two days on 13th July. I asked call center for the reason. They told that they would give waiver only in case if you want to continue with your connection. I asked him that this thing was not told by them neither in mail nor in voice call. I mailed 3 or 4 times to them. Still there was no response from them. On July 14, they mailed that it would be full and final waiver and asked me to confirm if I want to continue with MTS or deactivate. I accepted the waiver on july 16 and asked them to deactivate my MTS services. They reverted on july 17 that they would revert in 22 hours. I didn't get any revert after 22 hours. I got a mail on july 20 that they Would share the full n final bill on next month and asked me to pay the same. I reverted on 23 july that I will not pay any bill as I already accepted the offer of full and final waiver. Then they reverted on 24 july that they would give update on this within 48 hours. And finally after their 48 hours, I got revert after complete 1 month on August 24 that waiver of 755 rs. has been credited to your account. Then after two days I was checking my MTS account if it is deacivated or active. I found it was temporarily deactive and outstanding was 0. After sometime I found My account Status as Active. I immediately wrote a mail to MTS regarding this. They reverted me on this mail on same day on 28th August that it would take max 7 days to deactivate services. In meantime if any Usage, the bill o[censored]sage would be shared with you. I said they how they can activate my temporarily deactivated account without asking me. Then they mailed me on september 6 that they have temporarily deactivated my MTS services from 4 september. Now, before 3 days, I received a call from MTS and I told this all happenings, and she ensure me to do adjustments in bill. But still, I am recieving these threatening calls. Please do the needful.

                                  My number is [protected] sam pandiyan pollachi last month i have recharged for 499 company said they will give me 5 gb data they gave me 4 gb in main account and 1 gb in promo account and there is only one validity date . so i thought till that date i can use that whole data, before three days to expiry i have 3.5 gb in main account and 1 gb in promo account but when i saw in the next day there is only one gb data only without any information they took 3.5 gb data when i call customer care no response after taking that 3.5 gb data next day i had receving sms that your account is expiring previous day i have proof for all can any one can help me plz

                                    Hello All, My name is Rahul Gupta and I would like to complain about My Postpaid MTS WiFi Datacard connection with MDN Number [protected]. When I purchased this connection I was told that its a 9.1 MBPS Connection and it will work atleast at the speed of 5 to 7 MBPS and I can Connect upto 5 Devices on this connection BUT as soon as I started using this connection it is giving the worst speed of 0.07 MBPS (41 Bits per Second) which is totally unacceptable ( Please Look at the Attached ScreenShot of SpeedTest.Net ) I also launched several complaint regarding that ( Latest Complaint Number : OCT/2165 ) but as usual they are closing my complaint without resolving the issue which is totally unethical. They are neither responding on their social media regarding this issue. They also changed my DataPlan to 40 GB at Rs. 1399 which in total costs me Rs. 1595 and there is no Possible way that I can consume 40 GB Data at 0.07 MBPS Speed. When I pointed this issue to MTS Customer Care team and they started harassing me. I Request you to take necessary action against MTS for this illiterate approach.

                                      What the hell is going on...i have surrended my SIm but you dont update n ask me pay the bill for the mnths after i surrender the sim.. you have sent msg frm legal department too... to hell with u.. i strongly reccommend all people not to ever have any tie up with this company..deeply worried n irritated to core..worstu customer service ever..i[censored] dont know to respond to customers call..y do u run a company

                                        Very regretfully and disappointed to inform that MTS retailer MR. Raman [protected] asked me Rs. 100/- extra to activate the MTS data card no. [protected]. It is demoralize and disheartening that from[protected] He did not activate the data card by not upload the photocopy of proof which I submit. He did not attend my calls and if I call center, staffs not register the complaint against him and not issue the complaint number. MTS service is catastrophic and denigrate. Suggest what I should do with this dead data card worth 1300. Failing to hear from you, I would be escalating the same to Telecom consumer complaints monitoring system.
