I had purchased a MTS Data card for internet access, no- [protected]. From the beginning it was not working properly, Speed is very low, sometimes it disconnected automatically. And for the past 1 month I was not able to connect and use my net at all. I have logged many complain from last few months. They tried to solve it on over phone but it did not get solved and they use to close my complain. So I decided to disconnect the mts connection by calling customer care.

But every time they say that they will arrange a callback within 4 hours and I need to talk to the team for the closure once they call me. But I do not get any phone calls after that. Why shall I pay the bills without using the internet at all? This is a policy of MTS to harass their customers.

If this keeps on going I will be bound to lodge a legal complaint against them for harassing me.

    My husband took MTS data card postpaid connection in March 2015 and from the last 2 months we are not using it and we have requested the closing of this data card for several times over calls but they never close it and they have been sending us bill every month, and last month the MTS representative came on 22/08/2015 and we have asked him to close it for the final time and paid the bill that they generated for the month of August bill amount Rs. 1138(though we have never used it) and the guy confirmed for the closing of the connection. Now today again they have come up with the bill and they have still not closed it. This is really annoying and harassing. Unnecessary of this miscommunication they have created. They have such a poor customer support system. I have paid two months of bill even i have never consumed it during that time just to get rid of their annoying calls but still they have not done anything I request you to please take action on MTS to stop this and close this connection and stop calling us regarding this.       MTS Fraud 1. POSTPAID CONNECTION given at a very lucrative tariif 2. device sold at a very high rate Rs. 1800 for MBLAZE ULTRA Wi-Fi. 3. Then Plan automatically changed to half quantum in Day and Half quantum in night. Practically they reduced your data limit to half as most o[censored]s use our data in day time.So you have to buy high speed vouchers for an extra cost. 4.Then they revised the limits for day and night from 5 GB to 3 GB. 5. Now they have been providing poor services, interrupted connection and slow speed. You cannot say anything as they never guaranteed high speed. They claimed speed upto 3.1 mbps which they would be able to show at a particular spot in the telecom circle. So nobody can put them behind bars as they have not guaranteed anything or claimed anything beyond their control. 6. The customer care they have responds quickly but is having very low knowledge of the subject matter. For anything or everything they say pls contact to MTS Outlet nearby. What happens at Nearby Outlet: If you wish to surrender Postpaid: you will never be able to use the CDMA dongle again.They will block it and you can never activate it. If you wish to change from Postpaid to Prepaid: a) You have to pay for Rs. 506 as conversion charges . b) You will have to recharge the prepaid dongle within 2 months with a recharge of minimum amount Rs. 299.i.e. Rs. 150 per month even if you don't want to use it. c) You may put the dongle in "SAFE CUSTODY" of MTS at a price of Rs. 50 per month. for not possessing it and not using it. All these charges make you think "Chalne de re yaar isi connection ko vaise bhi aadhe time to acchi speed aati hi hai" and you carry on with unreliable, inferior services till eternity. But I shall prefer to surrender the postpaid connection and will post this on as many forums as possible. So that least number of ppl get cheated by MTS Fraud comapny.

        Hi I am Hemanth, I am postpaid customer of MTS, I raised a compliant to stop service two week before, but no response from MTS and if I call to them they say like you will get another call to cancel service in an hour. But that is not happened. And now I need to pay bill for coming month

          While buying MTS Mblaze dongle they promised me that i will get good speed and service but unfortunately from the day first i am not getting the speed which they promised.I raised complain several times but they didn't resolved the issue and closed the ticket without my knowledge.Complain no-Jul8671, Aug664, Aug, 3809, Aug5580

            I was using 3 datacards and now I do not require them. I want to amicably close the connection. However, this company is so unprofessional that it does not give me any window for disconnection. Further, they have barred the connection and still keep generating the bills for every month. Also, they threaten me over phone and over emails(from a gmail account) of legal action and when I reply them seeking disconnection, they do not care to respond at all. The payment guys call me 4 times a day and have made my life miserable. But they will not suggest me a gentle way of disconnection and keep accumulating bills for the service, I have not used.

              THE ACTIVATION OF THE CALLER TUNE WITHOUT MY PERMISSION I keep getting calls from the MTS customer care. I pick the call the disconnected after that it actomatically actiavted the caller tune to my number [protected], within one hour it should be deactivated or I will port this number. worst service ever. pls do the needful at the earlist.                 I am facing connectivity problem since so long and whenever I registered a complaint, it starts properly. My billing cycle is 1st of every month. It has already 9 DAYS gone from the cycle start. But I didnt get any connectivity till date. I have filed complaint on 2nd September at there customer care center(Complaint No. SEP/2247). They have informed me that we will call you in working hours only(What they defined working hours is 9 am to 6 am). But they called me on Sunday noon, stating that we can call you at any time but your complaint solving hours is 9 to 6 only. Moreover they have comfirmed me when I have asked that how much time it will take to resolve my query. They said that 24 working hours(Which they count as 6 Working days). I dont know its just a connectivity problem and they are not giving proper answer for problem. I am feeling so CHEATED that I am paying my hard earn money for those service which I am not using.
                Please help me by compensate what I have had beared for.
                Hope you help me out.

                  I am the owner of khera and assocites .i do have a package from mts blaze with name ashwani khera and no is [protected] for the mts .From last two days i am complaing against of slow speed and to put a booster pack these people acknowlege and saying yes we will put in 3 hours but nothing is dobe after calling so many times now they are saying to wait for three more days.I can not work and my emloyees are sitting ideal without internet.Whole of the office is disturbed please register a complaint against them.

                    Hi, my name is ramesh rawat i used mts wifi dongle from last 1 year, my mts no is [protected] as it goes well untill the bill of august 2015 came, as everytime my monthly bill was rs 1139 including all texes, and i pay it every time but this time they send me a bill of rs 1156 and mentioning that a vas service is activated on my mts dongle, as i didnot use such kind of service in my dongle i just use my dongle to surf internet, i also complaint it to the mts customer care but got no solution and also they closed my complaint by saying that i activated the service by my own, as i never activate this service nor even on my cellphone using other operator so why i use these bloody cheap services on my dongle, they said that i have to pay this bill of rs 1156, as it is not just about the 17rs, it about to humilate customer, kindly help me in this case

MTS company disconnected my data card connection without any reason. i paid all the bills and when i call them they refuse my request every time, this is my 3rd complaint for the same but i didn't get any solutions from mts. This is recluse from mts company, worst service ever have.

                        MTS number: [protected] Mail recieved from MTS apellate states the connection has been temporarily deactivated since 27th August https://gyazo.com/73deea965f737956f6af1483e44b454d May I know why when a permanent disconnection request was placed on 23rd June'15 Request number: 180040 https://gyazo.com/84b90e34f39f2204265dad6bf2bb7f9c Bills are being continuously raised even after disconnection request was placed. They are sending me advocate notice etc for non-payment of bills I was then informed that if I clear my last bill they will permanently disconnect the connection, but again a new bill was raised! This is sheer customer harassment and will not stand in court of law eiither. So why waste your time and customers time. How many mails do I have to keep on writing for a damn disconnection and to waive off bills as I am not liable to pay any bills post 26th June 2015 as disconnection was confirmed from MTS. Why was it in active state when a disconnection request was already placed? Disconnection request number 1800040 Moreover customer was not informed about its active state When you check the usage post 23rd june You will find no data was consumed as customer never ordered for a reactivation nor was informed about it So on what grounds was the connection in active state when a disconnection request was already placed and conformed by mts why are false bills being raised and customer being harassed day and night by calls, smses and mails? Please clarify

                          I have a MTS connection [protected], I have paid my bill of cost Rs 777 on 18th aug, from MTS web portal, but that payment is not received in device account. After a long useless mail trail, I recharged again my MTS device on 27th aug as they deactivated my service. MTS are not refunding my amount. I have given all the necessary information, account details and net banking statement, but they are not resolving my issue. Please consider my complaint, I am serious consumer, I know my rights. MTS is a fraud company, it was closed in east UP and everywhere due to some case, and now also may have so many complaints against them. I have three connections of MTS and now I am going to deactivate all of them and have airtel internet connections.

Few month back i had purchased a MTS Data card for internet access, no- [protected]. From the beginning it was not working properly, Speed is very low, sometimes it disconnected automatically. I have logged many complain from last three months. More time they tried to solve it on over phone but not solved it, two times their engineers visited my house also & did the speed test. After their activity they told “We will submit our report to office & provide you a receiver or do something that problem will solve" but still to date problem not solve yet. Many times i have drop the mail to customer care but they did not do anything. Only they called me for monthly bill payment. June month i had told them “if my problem will not solve, i will not pay any further bill. Because why i will pay for interrupted service which is not usable to me. First you have to solve my problem then i will pay money". July month they had disconnected the service without any reason & without solved the problem. After that they are frequently asking for two month bill Rs. 1250.00 for payment. Every time interval they are call me for money but not ready to listing my problem. Sometimes they told this is not our matter, you should talk to customer care. Whenever i mail to customer care they are unable to short out any path. Every day i am suffering to use this Data card. Now they are threatening me for bill payment & today sent a massage for legal notice. They are harassing me but not interested about the problem.                               I had a complaint issue and already rises a request for my problem on MTS no of [protected]. Main Subject: I have been raised the request for safe custody mode on july... after it was reactivated automatically, but main issue was that these unbilled amount of Rs1127 has came to my account. so current status of my mts account is inactive status because of these issue. I hope you will understand and solve my problem immediately. Thank you

                                I have purchase a new wifi dongle on 11.08.2015 and i am first complaint 12.08.2015 and executive / technician will came 18.08.2015 and he told me this is network issue and your problem is not resolve return the dongle and after that refund your amount i complaint in toll free customer care he told me send the complaint in my customer care mail id i send the mail on 20.08.2015 first mail and in the mail i told my problem and my mts dongle no. [protected] and replied mail is your problem is resolved on 2-30days and my executive visit your home after that replied me your no. is not reachable my executive call last 2-3 days and after that i send the mail please send your executive no. and then send me the no. and i call and he told i visit your home and your problem not resolved and reported in head office. and after that i send the mail mail and mail and mail did not satisfactory replied me

                                  My name Prateek Juneja. I purchased a wi fi dongle of MTS on[protected]. Till date even after spending about Rs. 300 on telephone calls and after writing so many mails at [protected]@mtsindia.in nothing has been happened. I purchased the dongle as I had to Visit Mumbai and there dongle was needed for some official works but neither I had any internet facility while visiting Mumbai and because of that I faces huge losses and my reputation. Even till date my dongle has not yet been started by MTS. My 10 digit number is [protected]. For proof I am adding copy of bill of purchase of dongle Now I am fed up of MTS. till date 13 replies have been received from MTS that they will respond within 48 hours but I dont know how long are 48 hours for MTS officials. my e mail id is [protected]@gmail.com

                                      Sir, My MTS dongle no was [protected]. It stopped functioning in June 2015. After more than of dozen complain in MTS customer care, I requested to close my service. I paid the last bill even without benefit of service. Now they say that while your request to close the service was in progress phone call dropped, so even without service you need to pay the monthly bill. In July they demanded ₹904, I argued with them but they behaved rude, In August they demanded ₹1804...now they are threatening me through their agents by the name of court. I have been harassed a lot and MTS must be fined and punished for harassing a genuine Customer Thanks Anup Kumar

                                        I purchased mts mblaze ultra wifi data card .([protected] number) when i pruchased that time i asked that is suitable my locality . but i used i receive less than 2g speed.' i complain to company . complain number is sep/1501. company reply me that you live far from tower.so you not receive speed. now what i purchased home near mts tower. company cheating me. pls return my datacard otherwise gave me good speed.
