Purchased mts mblaze online from flipkart, mts mblaze recieved with delhi registration which was not subject matter to the registration where it was delivered that is haridwar uttarakhand. Citing problems with the activation of device. Help

Recieved call from flipkart have been told to go to mts office to beat the warranty service as i have lapsed the time for returning the item purchased. Flipkart not accepting the fault for delivering the wrong product, just stucked with their policy of returning with in the period of 1 month.

And there has been a dull response from mts as well stating that this is not their problem and no warranty is given on such delivered items
No problem resolved, would be persuing the same matter in consumer forum.

    June me mobile purchase kiya with 1yr. warranty ...kuch problems aa gyi mobile me service centre mana kar rha hai thik karne ke liye...ek jageh se dusri jageh bhej dete hai...(saali farzi company galti kardi mts ke handset purchase karne me)...or ye phone Tara communication jagatpura se purchase kiya tha ...or wo bhi mana kar rha hai .

      Dear Appellate Authority @ MTS, Very good technology MTS has, without any measure or site visit MTS team said that I am getting'DECENT SIGNAL' on my MTS Mblaze at my Residence. It is with respect to the ongoing [Atleast 10 complaints] I made on Poor signal reception. Then why the* your executives/Field engineers called me many times [Atleast 7-8 Calls] and given false promises on site visit. One person told me that he will visit yesterday by evening and I kept on waiting. You are responsible if I approach consumer court, that very poor appellate authority MTS has and they dont understand English and only know to reply using standard templates like "We regret the inconvenience you are experiencing in this regards. At MTS, we believe that our customers inputs / feedback helps to improvise our services and ensure that we strive towards achieving customer satisfaction." this is crap please don't use such kind of English which you don't know the meaning. Even customer support team is also not supportive and knowledge level is very low. My MTS number [protected] Should I thank You! Santosh

        I have sent an email to MTS all email address on 11 Aug 2015 and told on chat to disconnect my MTS because I am not using that now. I have asked them that Please disconnect my number today. I will not be paying anything for any service after today. Even I have asked to sent the details of the amount till 11 Aug 2015 so that I can pay the amount on-line. But I guess MTS customer care never check their emails I am not sure they have real email id's :) because I did not receive any response from there. yes call centre guys told that you have to come at the office for disconnection. Why why why ??? If the MTS guys come at my home more than 2-3 time for giving the connection. Why they can't disconnect that on phone or emails. I am receiving calls from MTS for the payment I can do the payment only if they confirmed that the disconnection was done on 11 Aug and sent the total amount details till 11th Aug 2015.           My balance is deducted by rs 115 on 24 aug 2015.When i speak to customer service he said that the balance will be refunded in next 24 hours.After 24 hours only 64 rs were credited in my account. Again on 25 aug my rs 60 balance is deducted from my mts prepaid account. When i contacter to customer service executive she said that the balance will not be credited and disconnect line. I am highly diappointed with the service provided by mts customer care.

            Hi Can you help me settling up the MTS bill, as they are overcharging. MTS data card: [protected] Request number for dongle lost (29-Jun-2015): 1882108 Still, they have sent me bill for july month. July bill waveoff request: 2329861 Again raised complaint for july bill wave off: AUG/14011 Now they are mailing me for demand notice and calling me for legal action.               They are losers! Fake commitments. I bought a device nearly 6months back It was sometimes very good at speed. After 3 months it went like 25kbps to 50kbps. I told them to improve and get me the solution, raised a complaint. After 3 days I received a call from there executive and had a fight with him because of his misbehavior and didnt want to listen to what I am saying. I wrote a mail again same revert was replied to me, I accepted. After 2 months of struggling speed and Misbehavior I wrote a mail again but some executive said that we're struggling with low bandwidth in your area and some have raised a complaint again. In the unresolved end I said I'll not pay the bill rather I asked for Compensation. Again I faced a misbehavior approach from them. These people are non sense and no coordination, i guess!                   I recharge my telephone for Rs 122 on August 18 and got conformation stating that I have Rs122 in my account. Same afternoon it went to Rs59 and next day it went down to Rs29. Third day morning it was Rs 1.69. Since than I talked to few goonies at customer care. All of them are saying that I requested three value added services. No body could explain me how/when I got those services.

                    I Was a genuine customer of MTS (No. [protected]) Till 24/03/2015. Later I placed a request to deactivate the service via MTS Customer Care (Toll Free Number :[protected])(Request Reference Number : 1405622), They replied you will have to clear all your outstanding amount to deactivate the account so, according to their instructions I had paid all my due bill amount on 18/04/2015. After that Next month they again generated bill for my connection even though it was not in active status.so, I again complaint in customer care they said it is just system error kindly avoid this, But this problem continued till the month of June-2015 and total they have generated 1440/-Rs. Approx. Bill For my dead connection. And Now Today I am getting a call by their advocate saying that there is court case registered in Delhi against you for not paying the pending amount so, I humbly request you to do the needful as soon as possible.                     Same here, these people won't resolve the issue but generate the bill and asks for payment. i'm facing a similar kind of issue for 3 months and they are asking payment for a lost device and are not closing my connection as well.
                    Worse customer service. I prefer 0 star rating

                      Hi my name is amit I bought mts data card from their online shop and the retailer is *think o[censored]s* they delivered it to me take all my document and they told me it will activated in 2 days but its been 8 days and now they not even pick up my call.[protected]/[protected] That's there no. I want to put a case against these people.

                            MTS sales person contacted me and assured that I would be getting 1Mbps minimum speed and observed that speed in a demo. Based on this I opted for the MTS network with a dongle for Rs.1000 and Post paid plan of 599 for 10GB (5GB day & 5GB night). For the first couple of days speed was good enough to browse, later the speed is barely hitting 50kbps. It really makes tough even to load a normal google homepage with that irritating speed. Raised a complaint with customer care and they assured it will be fixed in couple of days. It was not fixed and when I called back, they said since number o[censored]sers in your area is high, we can support only this much speed. This is so unethical business done by MTS. They just want to get lot of subscribers more than what they can really support and they ask us to disconnect our connection after eating up our Dongle and one or two month bill amount.

                              I am using MTS 3G wifi Dongle, from starting of August month I am facing lots of issue in terms of speed, I have raised following two complaints(ID): 1. Aug/2409 2. Aug/3780 Which they have closed without solving the issue, I have tried lots of time to connect with them, but their executives are not read to listen the issue and they just closed the request ID's to full fill their TAT times for tickets. When I purchased it was agreed that minimum speed would be 5MBPS but currently I am getting 0.49MBPS, which is causing lots of issue, hampering my personal as well official work.

                              It happened to me as well, MTS gives false advertisement and makes people buy the product which not worth to spend.
                              MTS is fraud company.
                              I faced this speed problem and tried to contact the customer care executives who are very much disinterested to listen to my issue.
                              They don't have proper records of the tickets, they close the tickets without solving.
                              Please don't buy products from the MTS frauds.

                                  Dear Sir I have bought MTS MBLAZE data card from Global web infocom exclusive MTS store, Karna sree point, Anand nagar, Marathalli, Bangalore(karnataka)India on9th August 2015, Company offered me browsing with speed of 3.1mbps. But I am not getting proper connectivity.I have called mts customer care so many times and registered complaints, and when next I call again to know the status of my complaints, company another executive tells some other things. From the date of purchasing I only used approximate 20MB from my account, and spend many hundreds of ruppess for calling customar care. My account expiry date is comming near, after two days i. e. 25th Aug.2015 and I have used nothing. My data card no. is [protected] So please register my complaint to solve the problem.                                     I paid Rs 1000 for mts datacard as 40 GB usage it has, Not even 100 mb i could use on the whole month itself because of its bad performance toooooo slow and not working always. so i dropped it. Last month I received a call saying that Mts filed a legal case on me to pay 1600 bill amount, where I have paid 1000 rs for datacard( what is the use of empty dongle).They are giving lot of mental pressure to pay the amount. I have all the proof of their rectifying false commitments messages. Pls dont buy MTS anybody

                                      MTS is a scam service provider. MTS cheat their customer every time. Immediately require to Ban this type of company. MTS no brother anything, also no brother government also. My mobile no [protected], presently useless because after recharge cut my balance. And contract their bogus customer care, know that activate something. Which was not done by me. Regular suffer thousands customer this type cheat but not way to solve. So we request to government please Ban MTS. MTS is a Scam Company. - Partha - [protected].
