MTS / Sistema Shyam TeleServices [SSTL] — Mts data theft.

they steal according to the data plan, many may not notice but if you clearly notice the data you use and the data usage they calculated it totally differs, they steal .5 gb from 3 gb pack and they steal more than 5 gb from 12 gb pack .it comes from 20 to 35 percentage data theft from the pack.i just made recharge for 3 gb day and night i seen 2 anime serials, first serial have 13 episodes and each episode have 80 to 90 mb and second serial have 9 episode and each serial take 50to 60 mb ...as per my calculation first serial takes 1170 mb and second serial takes 540 mb ..and max page load data 5md each 110 mb total data usage 1820 mb should be the consumed data but 600 mb something is the remaining data it shows. some times it keeps on showing data download and upload even the only page opened is the 192.168.1.1 which is the GUI page for mts

many time i have seen my 12 gb pack goes in air, like i use only some 7gb and total pack consumed if we ask mts customer care they say, sir it is right you used the data as per our record, and they tell -sir its totally computer work no data can be theft, damn computer or the program is made my the greedy human's not the holy god or something, i it self learned some basic program, i know the program can be made the way it can select random customer and reduce the data . How can tell the data theft data comes from nowhere, its in air .mts made it's data monitor the way the customer struggles to monitor his data usage mts have problem like automatic data connect cut and connect and the data usage is not monitored in the way like, data used for each time the mts connected and disconnected, and the data is used in non working state and even the data is consumed as per the on-time .

There must be proper GUI and the data monitor system for each connect and disconnect of mts net .and some proper certification should be made for the mts program by many certification companies
