    The branch manager is not guiding the customers properly while customers want to repay the gold loan and take the ornaments/ gold back by the customer. Due to improper information provided by the branch manager, customers are irritated by visiting the branch so many times for a single job/ need. I don't no how this organization made him as bm. If any customer visiting the branch for certain job, that branch manager should responsible to provide the required information/procedure regarding that job to the customer in a simple/ understandable way. But this bm is passing half information only to the customers. Due to this customers are repeatedly going to the branch instead of once.

      I have jewel loan in your manhoot finance redhills branch. I didn't get any sms alert from your side. Today i gone to your branch to pay interest. But your staff is not responded well so asking the details your staff is harassed me in official language. So i escalated to manager he is supporting to the his team only and i told i want to give complaint against the executive he is not willing to the complaint and he also harassed so much and he is telling he will not give my jewel and he is going to demolish the jewel.

        Andhra bank — amount debited after using debit card but not received by next party.
        Habibunissa on dec 18 2017.

        On 13th dec i have used my debit for online payment of rs.1106. It was showing payment error. But after some time i got msgs regarding amount debited for 1106 rs. I asked the concern person but didnt got any money.. Now 5 days has been completed still i didnt got any money.. Please do the needful.

          On 15.12.2017 i have visited their branch in to renew my gold loan account after i got a phone call from their office. Also there was a message also from them for payment of rs.1202/-. But the staff in the branch told me to come tomorrow since they are busy, i have requested them to renew my account on that day itself. They have renewed the account and gave me a letter for renewal. They have collected rs.1850/- in cash and gave me a manual receipt, i have questioned this and the reply is very surprising. Since i have gone to their office at 4.45 pm, it was their closing time so they are helping me. I was in some confusion and let from their office, then i have verified the sms received from muthoot, it shows rs.1202/- is actually payable. They have deceived me for rs.648/-. Huh... This is my experience. Who will help me to get rs, 648/- back?

            When peoples are visit muthoot finanace budhlada branch budhlada their staff members say that we are unable to close loan because of internet problem. But when peoples go to take new gold loan then they make new loan very fast but they
            Dont close gold loan easily.

But people or not expecting our feeling. He's telling go to electronic city or bellenthur branch visit. This not a correct. I have local address also. Never visit to our branch

                    Recieved two loan payment posts from the muthoot group, which was never applied for. Never taken any loan from the muthoot group.
                    When called the branch office (R k puram) the customer service was so bad plus they had no information like no id, no correct phone number just the name and address.
                    How can you issue a loan when you have no valid id.
                    Is this a scam or what?

                      They speak very rashness with customers, even manager also. Today i asked bank manager that, there is no one in cash counter,
                      When he will come?
                      Manager said that he went for lunch.

                      Again i asked that when he will come?

                      Can not he understand the question properly.

                      He is saying that he will come, you should wait.

                      Is the way to give answer by manager.

                      When ever i go to branch they will say that server is slow or ups is not working.

                          My gold is mortgage at muthut fincorp ltd, at bhiwandi branch.
                          My due was approximately 12000 rs interest. So i was given an option to pay 8653 (Documnet attached) as interest and remaining amount will be added to the principle amount of 550000. I was agreed to it and returned to the bank after 5-6 days. When i gave 8653, mr. Uday machha the person at counter started arguing with me and asked for rupees 9116. When i tried to discuss and ask for the explanation the person gor angry and refused to give any explanation saying "jao complaint karo"
                          I m poor man hence mortgage the gold. I m wondering why i eas quoted two amounts just within few days; within a week. Seems like a fraud with the customers and its pathetic service by the bank.

                            I have taken a jewel loan in muthoot finance ltd teynampet branch on 31.05.2017 but i have received a advocate notice to clear my loan on 25.10.2017.

                            As per the agreement with the company it was 12 months period after that only the muthoot finance can take any action that is standing rules for any finance company.

                            If we are not paying the interest on monthly then as per the agreement it will be charged from 1.75% to it will revised to 2.0%.

                            By sending a early advocate notice seems threatening the customer and company want to get the jewel to themselves.

                                I am a regular customer of muthoot till 9 years. I am owning a tea shop. I am paying regularly the loan amount. Due to some inconvient situations I cannot pay at correct time. It has delayed upto 10 min even though I pay the penalty. But sometimes the collecting person he won't come at regular interval of time due to that reason it get delayed.now I have applied for 2nd time loan. But I am getting it. I just want to file a complaint please go through this problem and solve this as soon as possible.
                                I m the regular costumer of muthoot money transfer.but here the staff of aligarh (u p), center point branch is very lazy and very illmannered.so plz teach them that how to treat with the costumer.they reallg dont care abt the timings .waste the time in just talking to each other.thanks

                                    My name is sajith svihar sukumaran. I had tried to take inr 10000 (Rupees ten thousand) using my icici bank debit card number [protected] from muthoot finance limited atm on coimbatore main road in velanthavalam, palakkad at around 10.35 a. M. On 15th october 2017. A message displayed on screen was'your financial institution is not recognized'. Therefore i cancelled the transaction, waited for sometime and left the cabin to the nearby atm. After few minutes i received an sms that inr 10000 has been debited from my sb account #[protected]maintained at icicibank emgee square branch ernakulam. Therefore i returned to the atm to reconfirm whether cash has been released from the tray. Since i had experienced the same incident earlier i waited for a message for cash reversal. After few minutes i took inr 5000 using the same debit card from the same atm. Since i found that inr 10000 has not been reversed, i tried to contact the customer service numbers of both icici and muthoot finance limited, but in vain due to holiday. Kindly treat this mail as an urgent complaint and do the needful to get me back my money asap.

Today was the due date of my interest and i wanted to pay it today but was unable to do so due to renewal of my loan. I didn't find any source of renewal from your online web pay site. So i request you to kindly look into the matter and do as desired for avoiding inconvenience of customers.
