On 15.12.2017 i have visited their branch in to renew my gold loan account after i got a phone call from their office. Also there was a message also from them for payment of rs.1202/-. But the staff in the branch told me to come tomorrow since they are busy, i have requested them to renew my account on that day itself. They have renewed the account and gave me a letter for renewal. They have collected rs.1850/- in cash and gave me a manual receipt, i have questioned this and the reply is very surprising. Since i have gone to their office at 4.45 pm, it was their closing time so they are helping me. I was in some confusion and let from their office, then i have verified the sms received from muthoot, it shows rs.1202/- is actually payable. They have deceived me for rs.648/-. Huh... This is my experience. Who will help me to get rs, 648/- back?
