Really very disappointed with the service.. The products look good in there pictures only.. But in reality it is totally different than that. I have ordered “lucky charm for mom”. The product which i have received not at all similar with the product mentioned at there website for which i have paid more. Neither they responded to the call or the chat. My Flower Tree customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. May 20, 2019 Updated by SahaRinku The issue is not oresolved yet. They told me that product may vary. Now please suggest me is the actual product acceptable at all compared to its cost (599)?? I have requested them to replace the product but they didn’t respond to that. They are totally fraud, cheaters. For 5 rupees chocolate they are charging 25 rupees without any reason. Please look into this matter positively. I ordered Heart Shaped Red Velvet Cake(1200rs) and what they delivered is cheap cake worth 100rs . its a fake site. DO NOT BUY anything from this site.

Order is prepaid. Was supposed to be delivered on 12 may 2019. Haven't yet been delivered. Noone is responding neither on call nor on chat. Automated msgs Being sent that executives are busy. And sending messages continuously for fresh and new orders. When can't deliver to their commitments then y they take orders. Pathetic customer service. Poor.

My order "498440" is still not delivered, It was supposed to be delivered on 12th May 2019 (Mother's Day), I tried to contact them on customer care but no body responded to my call.
