Myntra provided me only one product and refused to provide me delivery confirmation and not listing to my complaint.

They do not have any delivery confirmation also but they are claiming that they have delivered the product.

Myntra is such a big company but by cheating middle class people and totally unexpectable.

I recently order few items from myntra. Its tracking details shows shipped status. And after expected delivery date passes then be it shows delayed and then gets automatically cancelled sharing no concrete reason to cancel my order. Myntra has picked up the return product but refusing to credit the refund amount for no reason. I even contacted their customer care and escalated the matter to senior supervisors many a times but no substantial response from their side too. It’s been a mental harassment and financial loss to me caused by Myntra. Hence, I request you to direct Myntra to credit my refund amount at the earliest. Thanks....
