I had placed an order on 3rd June 2023 for Rs. 3723.27 using my HDFC Debit Card. The amount was deducted from my account but for some reason, the order wasn't placed. Myntra is refusing to refund the amount by stating that they never received the money. I had to place the order again and had to make the payment by cash. I have contacted both Myntra and HDFC bank regarding the same but nothing has been done yet. Myntra keeps resolving my issue without any correspondence or solution. I would like to receive my money back. The online tickets are IN[protected] and IN[protected].

    I have been a Myntra Customer for a few years now and have been ordering from the Ecommerce site regularly, I could place the order as recent as last week, however from last 4 days I have been checking continuously and for some reason my pin code 411015 is not serviceable any more and for the products in my card I am getting a message that they don't deliver to this pin code any more.

    I would like to know the reason and logic for the same and also would want them to start delivering the same as soon as possible. I am experiencing the same situation with Flipkart too, while the product is available its not deliverable at my location.

      Hello

      I ordered a Fossil watch on Myntra on 22 July . But they sent me a different Invictus product . I have raised complaints with Myntra customer care to help me by either pickup/ replacement/refund of the product but they have not at all helped me here.

      I have called them every day for one Week.
      Initially they mentioned that the pickup approval has been done from Myntra side but when the delivery boy came at my doorstep for pickup he used to say that he hasn't received any approval from the vendor side. This happened on 24 July. Every time I had to call Myntra and wait on hold for long hours then the pickup request used to get scheduled but was never successful.

      Further I escalated this issue with every customer care representative but they again said we have approval but again the delivery boy said he hasn't got approval.

      Since last 4 days this issue went to the case manager and they had done a re-investigation and I have dropped my tweet and complaint on consumer help against myntra . And every time I receive a message on twitter A case manager will call you today but they are not contacting me .

      But this is wrong. I am still suffering with wrong product. The vendor has mislead Myntra. I have received the wrong product at my end. And I want a refund at the earliest or be replaced by the correct product.

      Now Myntra says that they say that there is no further process. I Am waiting lst
      Everyday a senior executive is saying today you will receive the update otherwise we will pickup the product without any inquiry. Everyday they are giving me seruity of the update but still not received any update .

      My desired resolution is to get a refund of the product.

        I ordered an AND dress from Myntra for Rs 2254 on 13th July. I received a different product. When I raised the issue, the support team said that it is a tamperproof packaging, so we have sent the right item, but I have received a different dress but of the same color. I reopened the case 3 times but still same result.

            I ordered from Myntra' a product and as soon as my product got delivered they immediately logged out my session and when I tried to login again it showed up that due to security reasons my account has been deactivated for which I contacted customer support also but they are just asking me to wait for higher authorities mail, which will take around many days to resolve or even not resolved as I have read lot of complaints now against Myntra that they do this practice to defraud customer, but problem is their return period is only of 7 days and as I'm not able to access my account I won't be able to return the product and then my return period will get over, pls help me to get my money back pls pls

              I had placed order on myntra.Com on 23/07/2023for a Fossile Watch and tI had initiated returns and provided them with necessary things which was required to channelize return same days after i received the product. In spite of sending images of the wrong products shipped; the person who came to collect the products (For return) refused to collect them as they were not the same as what was mentioned in the order.                 I have requested return of my Order ID # 1240279 [protected] on 10th of July 2023, immediately after receipt of product. I called multiple times to them they said they will pick up the material, but on 25th July 2023 I got message that they were unable to pickup the product. I need my money back if they were unable to pickup what can I do.

                I request kindly get my refund from Myntra.

                  I ordered one dress Berry shirt from Myntra and they delivered the parcel successfully at given pin code. but its not fitting me well its little bit tight for me I Raise exchange request 2 times but they cancelled the request from there end that's why I raised return request but they are not arranging the pickup request by saying that no one is available to come at my pin code I want to return the parcel as soon as possible and want my refund.

                      I had ordered a Khadi product(Packet ID [protected]) from Myntra which was scheduled to deliver on 2nd July. Myntra delivery executive called and asked to collect the product from 3 KM away from our home. When we had refused, he had marked the product delivered. I had not received any product.
                      I had lodged a complaint. It was closed without resolving the issue. I had again re-issued the complaint again it was closed without resolving my issue.
                      My question is why myntra do not have OTP enabled for low transaction also.How can delivery executive mark product delivered without delivering it ? There is no proof of delivery.Your delivery executive is lying.I had not received the product yet.Also now your customer care executive is not re issuing my case.

                        Myntra has deactivated my account and the reason mentioned is "The account has been identified to be in violation of Myntra Fair Usage Policy and has been deactivated for any further transactions."

                        But, I didn't violated any policy and for this I have been following up with them to provide the details on the activities pertaining to which they have deactivated the account.
                        However, I haven't received any response from them since more than a month.

                        They are not receiving customer care call, or emails.

                          Hi,
                          Recently I purchased one jacket for my 11Y old son. Seller has mentioned size suitable for 12-13Y. Unfortunately the size didn't fit and hence I requested exchange with size suitable for 14-15Y. Now the issue started. Agent who came for pickup said the product has stain and he can't pickup. I reached out customer care and they said that it will be picked again. Next time also the pickup man cleaverly and said he has come to pickup but after seeing the product he said he has not come for pickup and by mistake he has come. Later on after he went the status changed to Exchange request cancelled due to damage product. I have some questions to Myntra -

                          1. When you deliver any product, have you adviced delivery agent to open and show the product to customer for quality check ? If not, they how you know that customer has damaged the product ? It is possible that it was delivered in that condition only.
                          2. If you feel customer is cheating, then why would I request for larger size ? Do you think in order to hide any damage by requesting you a product which will not be suitable size ?

                          It was such a nightmare experience doing online shopping with Myntra. Myntra used to be known for leading in online garment e-commerce but those days are now no longer.
                          I am feeling cheated.

                            Hi,
                            I ordered one jacket for my 11year child of size which was claimed to be suitable for 12-13Y but it didn't fit him. So I requested for exchange of product with size 14-15Y. Surprisingly, the agent who came to pickup checked the product and said there is stain over it and they can't pick up. I was shocked to get this experience as online shopping has become so common these days. I reached out to customer care and they said it will be exchanged. Immediately after few hours, one agent came but he also did the same and didn't collect the product. Now I have 2 concerns here -
                            1. If at all Myntra cares so much of product quality check while exchange/return, why does he not do while delivering the product ?
                            Maybe what they are claiming damaged was always in the same condition when it was delivered.
                            2. I personally don't think there is any issue with product and my reason for exchange is not product damage but there is a size issue. Why would I put exchange request with another size if I have really damaged the product ? I should have requested in the first attempt for damage product return with right product but I didn't do because I really needed bigger size.
                            3. Product seller should be caught who claims size suitable for 12-13Y and it doesn't fit even a child of 11Y.

                            Now I feel like cheated.
                            Really bad Myntra. You have loose your image of leader for online garment shopping.

                              After I cancelled the order due to delay in shipping, I was informed that refund was done for my order (Order ID # 1238265 [protected]) on 11 June 2023 and 12 June 2023 (individually for 2 products in the order).

                              But on the order page, the bank reference number was not there unlike previous refunds. After contacting them, they said me to stay assured, I will get the refund in 10 days. It was first time Myntra was dealing the issue at hand very carelessly. After repeated communication I was informed that the issue will be sorted and i will be given bank reference number by 06 July, but no, the customer care peoples only copy pasting random replies (bearing the same repeatitive lines & language). Since 45 days, they just replying but no action has not been taken.

                              Meanwhile, i contact my bank and they say no refunds have been received from the said transaction.

                              After an aggressive communication with one agent, I was given a fake refund bank reference number. Imagine a billionare company like myntra doing this!

                              I tag them on twitter etc. But same sophisticated replies and nothing else they are doing.

                                I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to file a formal complaint against Myntra, an online retail platform, regarding an unsatisfactory purchase experience.
                                On [15 July ], I placed an order for a Peter England suit (Order[protected]-6581003]) through Myntra's website. However, upon receiving the package, I was disappointed to discover that the product delivered to me was of a different color than what I had ordered. The website clearly displayed the suit in the desired color, but I received an entirely different variant.
                                I immediately contacted Myntra's customer support to address the issue, but despite multiple interactions, the matter remains unresolved. The customer support team has been unresponsive and failed to provide a satisfactory solution to my problem.
                                I have attached copies of relevant documents, including order confirmation, delivery receipt, and communications with Myntra's customer support, as evidence of the issue.
                                In light of this, I kindly request your intervention to resolve the matter fairly and expediently. I am seeking compensation for the inconvenience caused, either in the form of a replacement of the correct suit or a full refund for the purchase.
                                I believe that as a consumer, I have the right to receive the product as described and advertised, and it is disheartening to experience such negligence on the part of a reputable online platform.
                                I trust that the Consumer Court will ensure justice and safeguard consumer rights. I am hopeful that my complaint will be duly acknowledged, and necessary actions will be taken to rectify the situation.

                                  For Order ID # 1240771 [protected] placed on 09th July for baby clothes there was a coupon applied NORETURN5 for a discount of 138Rs ..Without conveying user that he will be allowed to return the product against the order. There was no pop up and user acceptance for T & C of the discount availed...I was online shopper and never come across coupon like this in any site..They are cheating customers by coming out this type of policies and sending cheap quality products.

                                    I was patient to wait the entire 4 days of time sought by myntra, timeline passed, no resolution, no revert.

                                    delivery executive number in snapshot to help you investigate, and attached screenshot of ticket id.

                                    please resolve, I am ok to take the product if myntra cannot refund, just deliver the product.
                                    I have wasted lot of time with the daily follow ups on IVR call, long wait time chats etc.

                                      I have ordered a product (Libas Women Green & Gold Zari Woven Design Straight Kurta with Trousers & With Dupatta) from Myntra. Due to fit issues, I placed an exchange request, but no one called or came to pick up the item and deliver a new item in exchange. I followed up with customer care and spoke to supervisors as well multiple times. But there was no resolution. When I realized it isn't helping me, I asked the supervisor to place a return request on the product instead. The supervisor cancelled the exchange request and placed a return request on my behalf on July 4th. He mentioned the item would be picked up within 3 days. But no one called or came for pickup. I kept on calling customer care after 3 days. Everytime I call they say wait for 48 hrs and nothing happens in 48 hrs. I don't have trust in Myntra any more. They are not telling me the root cause on why the product isn't getting picked up or why no one is calling me. The have wasted my time and money. My product is still not picked up and I lost my money. I want Myntra to refund my money back.

                                        I had placed an order for a tommy hilfiger pink analogue watch on the 19th of June but on the 3rd of July I received the wrong product I even raised a complaint against it, and it's been over 10 days and they are trying to cancel my order and even trying to ship. I had paid through UPI during the time of order placement on 29th of July.

                                        Please deliver my product to me as soon as possible.
