I am extremely dissatisfied with the myntra services as whenever i call the customer care, i never get the resolution for my query. Today just 10 mins back i called the myntra customer care to request for the reactivation of my account .I have to check the refund status of my previous purchase.but the myntra representative told me the accounts suspended and he can't reactivate it.

I placed an order today from myntra for a pair of jeans and a top. I have paid the money online and even got a message from SBI about the transaction. but i havent received any confirmation message from myntra. when i thought of tracking the order, even their nothing was shown. so i have given a complain to them online. they sent a message saying one of their customer service member will attend to my problem within 24 hours. Im still waiting....

We at MYNTRA expect and desire some serious quality norms and GENUINE ORIGINAL reliable products to be offered..! But my most recent experience proved to be a disaster..! OK.. I had made an order from Myntra and it was a gift wrap being sent to my friend. Inspite of my confirming again and again to customer care that its a gift wrap. An tax invoice was sent. Were as customer executive confirmed that no invoive is sent. Very bad expreience. There were two packages. I again called them after first gift was received that pls make sure that invoice is not there on second gift. But it was still there....

I had placed an order for two shoes on Myntra.com on[protected]. Unfortunately the transaction didnt take place properly and the amount of Rs. 2,339 was diducted from my HDFC account (A/C no:[protected]).Also no trace of the transaction can be seen in the "my Orders' menu as well.I am afraid i lose this huge sum. I have purchased T-shirts to my friends for 2011 New year eve on 23.12.10 & they promised to deliver it on 30.12.10. Till date the T-shirts are still on manufacturing stage & i am really worried because it my gift to my friends which i cant deliver it:(
They didnt responded to any of my calls, They reply saying the T-shirts will be sent to me after New year!!! Dont you think its crazy???? I just hate this guys and i am not...

The refund of ₹1, 112.88 for my returned order (Order ID:[protected]-[protected] is marked as “Credited” in the Myntra app on 14 Aug 2025 to my ICICI Visa card ending in 5287.

However, I have not received the amount in my bank account/card yet.
