This is highly disappointing that entire Myntra team is not able to find out that delivery boy who pick up my Sketcher Shoes which was picked up on 24th Sep 23 from my address registered with Myntra.

Senior associates of Myntra also not able to update about my refund. I have called almost 10-15 times. Every time they said wait for 24/48 Hrs, issue would be resolved.

One side they are saying the your order is under quality check and at the same side everyday I am getting emails that picked up failed.

As per the email received today morning, it says RETURN CANCELLED BY COURIER. I am not able to understand what is this mean.

Just for their comfort they have just stopped enquire about my complaint.

I am forced to take this way by raising my complaint again Myntra after waiting for more than 16 days

I am waiting for my refund till date...

        Received dress with Price Tag mentioning Brand name "Kalini" but the dress label stitched mentions "VBUYZ". For return & refund, the pickup agent refused the pickup stating that price tag and dress label are not matching. Have raised incident with Myntra customer care - IN[protected]

        The responses, which I ma getting is that price tag is missing, which is not the case here. The photographs are being overlooked. Even the support agent ( voice call), said that she is understands the problem but not able to arrange for the pickup & refund.

        Wondering why as a consumer i am being penalised for Kalini using VBUYZ or VBUYZ using Kalini brand names.

          Myntra suddenly stopped delivering at my pincode 491881... Till Sunday everything was fine..I even got parcel from Myntra..but from Monday not able to order anything from Myntra, it says it cannot be shipped at my pincode..why so sudden... Myntra Even not providing proper answer or explanation.. please fix this issue asap

            Recently, I returned a product, and the refund was processed as Myntra credits. However, upon checking my Myntra account, I noticed that the credited amount is not visible.

              I recently ordered a Roadster Navy Blue Polo collar T-shirt. Unfortunately, the size of the T-shirt is not suitable, prompting me to request an exchange.

              Initially, the system indicated that the product exchange would be processed by the 9th-10th of October. However, to my dismay, the exchange has been canceled without any apparent reason. Furthermore, the system is now stating that the time period for returning the product has expired, which seems contradictory given the delayed exchange process.

              I am left with an oversized T-shirt and no means to return or exchange it. Really disappointed. I want the tshirt to be exchanged and if that is not possible then I would like to return it.

              They have accepted my return request. So, I will get my refund in next 7 to 10 days after pick up of the product and quality is check is completed.

                  I had purchased a pink coloured cotton top of ONLY brand from Myntra and it was delivered to me on time. However I had to replace it due to some manufacturing defect . The Myntra delivery guy took the defective tee shirt but did not give me the replacement. The app shows delivered on the 11th September. I have been making repeated calls to Myntra and have spoken to their supervisor two times in a row. Every time they give me an assurance that the matter will be resolved in 48hours but nothing has been done till now. Even now when I am writing to you I am on a call with them . It’s been 27 mins and they are still connecting me to a supervisor. Request you to help me in this. Either give me the replacement product or refund.

                    This mail is with respect to the order that i have placed with you Order ID # 1246217 [protected] using Credit Card.

                    I have cancelled two items in this order on 11th sept 2023 (Tommy Hilfiger shirt and trouser) but haven't received the refund yet.

                    I have called the customer care 8-10 times and registered a number of cases with you but everytime the case has been marked as resolved without actually doing anything at all.

                      I ordered a saree wth Myntra which had only 2 days of exchange period. Initially The timeline of delivery was to be delivered on or before 7th September. But Myntra delivered on 8th Sept that too a wrong product (original product was of worth 7000), and i have already left for another city by that day. On returning on 11th sept, when i filed the complaint for wrong product delivery and returning it, Myntra rejected the request and have not being listening to any of my reasoning. Upon asking for their policy on late deliveries, they are saying they donot have any such policy, its only for return & exchange.

I did talk with customer agent about 6 to 7 times, they could not assured me, they told me various dates and did not fix my problem, though the amount is not huge, but it required my monthly needs, Please solve the issue

                          Since the order got delivered, the order history is not visible. I can't raise a return request. Service-wise, this seems to be a huge flaw.

                              I have ordered a lipstick and moisturizer which is not delivered yet and they marked as delivered on app I raise an issue they marked as resolved without my permission even though issue is not resolved by my side I didn't even receive a call or message by delivery partner or myntra regarding delivery I reopen my issue but they are not taking complaints now they are saying it's been longtime since you have ordered infact they are the one who takes almost month to resolving my query and it's still not resolved.

                                On Myntra i ordered a liberty black shoe size 8 I get that product on 11/9/23 but size was to large so I applied exchange request on Myntra app same (liberty black shoe size7)after few days old product was picked up on 15/sep/23 by delivery boy .on nxt day I sawed in Myntra app the resized ordered was delivered on same date 15/sep/23 but as a true I did not geted any delivered message opt on myntra side still now I get not get product of (size7) then I compliant mytra customer care...they issued a complaint on(sept 18 ) where my product was? And they convinced me the issue will be solved in within24 to 48h but still now when where I call only conveniening me on sep26 i received MSG on Myntra they resolved but issue was not cleared they closing my complaint without my permission again I call customer care they again applied a complaint.so i don't have hope on Myntra...plz I want a justice of ₹2024.                                   I have ordered a watch and a tshirt for my friend in gurgaon on 21st sep, and it was supposed to be delivered on 23rd sep and today is 26th sep and it is still not delivered and not even its status is showing. From past two days it is showing delay. Please let the customer know the status. This is not done for the products with higher prices. I need the answer from myntra.

                                      Today is the 24th of September, 2023. I ordered a dress from Myntra named KALINI SHARARA two weeks ago. I had put the order for replacement due to fit issues. Usually, a Myntra delivery executive collects and delivers the orders. But this time, they sent an e-kart delivery executive. I gave him my parcel and asked about my replacement.
