Quality check issue/return on hold

Hi,
I ordered cultsport short on 13 feb 2022 from Myntra. Product delivery get on 16 Feb 2022, after that I file return request on same day after watching that product is not so up to the mark. pick-up schedule on 17 Feb 2022.as per schedule I am ready with product with all the tags (price tag and brand tag)even white paper which is inside the product, bill, then transparent bag and outer khaki bag.when pickup boy come for pick up...

Refund declined for damaged product

I ordered a suitcase trolley worth Rs. 3k and received a broken product. I got the product on 9th Feb, 2022 at 12:26 pm and initiated return in just 4 mins (12:30 pm). The delivery guy came the very next day to pick up the product and confirmed the damage. Now Myntra has declined my refund stating the product didn't clear quality check. How is a damaged product supposed to clear quality check??

Return request has been declined despite return in perfect condition

I ordered 3 pairs of shoes from Myntra and received them on 11th FEB 2022, one of which came in a box which was torn (photos attached).

I opened the boxes, looked at the shoes but didn't like them. So I put them back in the boxes as is, and initiated the return. I did not take off any tags, did not wear them even - so they were exactly as received including the torn box.

I got a message from Myntra on 14th FEB...

Wrong Product Delivered, then not accepting they delivered wrong product and not refunding my amount

I ordered a Royal Enfield Leather Jacket Large size from Myntra. The delivery person delivered the order on 21st January at around 3:30 pm. I didn't checked the item right away, since I trust Myntra that they will give me the right product for which I paid them. Unreasonable deactivation of myntra account

Myntra Credit amount not showing

I have returned some cloths. And got credit of 3141 Rs. Now It's showing 0 amount in credit. I have checked with customer care they are saying credit valid for one year. Why they are not calling person to use it other wise it will lapse. At least they should credit it in account. This is worst policy in Myntra. Who give you rights to take the customers money....

Amount debited through UPI and order not placed with merchant

I had placed an order of Rs 7311 with Myntra on 18.11.21 via Mobiwik upi through my Indian bank account number. However the order was not placed. I was ordering on Myntra.com and successfully paid via Mibikwik wallet, money was debited, but the order was never confirmed. I emailed Myntra support but they are not responding since 2 days.

Amount deducted but order not placed

Hi team,

I was doing online shopping with Myntra on 20th November 2021, during when I did a payment of Rs. 1099but in between a message shown as Myntra order couldn't get placed due to payment gateway failure. However my amount of Rs 1099 got deducted from my flexipay account.

I also sent a mail to Myntra customer service but got no reply that money will be reversed back from HDFC BANK within 48 hours if not...

Not able to use gift coupon

I bought a gift coupon and 11th November and Myntra did not send me coupon code. I raised complaint on the same day and they asked me for different kind of proof. Which I sent and I was given 72 hours wait time. I called every single day to know about the status and no one gave any concrete answer. Some customer care executives even hung up my call. order was booked as prepaid Order ID # 1185592 [protected] & Myntra sent as COD and 1233/- charged by delivery boy by the receiver.
Had co-ordinating from last 9 days and now they are denying for refund.

Suddenly Stopped delivering on my pincode.

Myntra suddenly stopped delivering on my pincode 193221 from two days. I have received around 7 orders from myntra on this pincode in last two months
When I called the myntra customer service they told to me change my location. But when I asked for the reason for suddenly stopping your services in my location they don't told me any reason about that and cut the call....

I ordered shoes from Myntra. I recieved yesterday, But it's not exact fit. So I am trying to exchange shoes. I tried more than 10 different company's shoes.

I am complaint about Dressberry watch , I got defective and didn't get any help from Myntra

I recently ordered Dressberry silver-tonned Analogue watch from myntra. The product I received was damaged therefore I requested for return, and the delivery boy told me to complaint about it first.
I raised my issue twice lastly they replied that it was working before shipping.

Online gift card added to some other user

I ordered a gift card for my friends with their email ID in recipient's address. When they try to redeem it, they got the error as this card is already added to some other account. The myntra support team is not ready to share the info as which account it got added....
