My Myntra credit of around Rs. 2100 expired recently.

I had contacted the customer care some time back and asked them to transfer the amount in my bank account as I did not intend to shop in the near future but they refused. So, I agreed to use thec credit only.

But recently when I opened my app to shop, all my savings were gone. The credit had expired. I was not sent any warnings or reminders about the expiration...

A refund of Rs. 1418/- had to be initiated on 23- July 2023 and in case of delay, it will take 7-10 days.
17 days have been passed since and I haven’t received my refund yet. Upon contacting the company multiple times, they have finally fiven me a bank reference number to deal with the bank myself.
Why am I to deal with the inconvenience caused by the company due to their negligent behaviour....

I ordered from Myntra' a product and as soon as my product got delivered they immediately logged out my session and when I tried to login again it showed up that due to security reasons my account has been deactivated for which I contacted customer support also but they are just asking me to wait for higher authorities mail, which will take around many days to resolve or even not resolved as I have read lot of complaints now against Myntra...
