With no tag and it seems like it's a used product when I placed return they approve the return ...but the delivery agent didn't accept the product ...

    I purchased a House of Quirk sofa cover from Myntra on July 24th for ₹3000. I returned it on July 26th because it didn't fit my sofa. I returned it in its original condition with all the thermocol sticks and the carton. The delivery boy picked it up successfully, but he threw the carton outside the lift area and spit on it. I don't know what he did with the sofa cover. I didn't receive a message confirming the pickup until that night, which made me suspicious because generally messages came after 1-2 hrs only. Also if there is a mismatch or anything, the pickup boy checks verified at the main gate and he has the full right to refuse the article if it does not match or if any tag is missing. But here he picked it successfully as it matches everything in the same packing which came and also he matches tags and everything he verified. When I went outside in the evening, I saw the carton with spit on it. Later that night, I got a message saying the return had failed the quality check.

    I called customer care multiple times, and they assured me it would be resolved by August 3rd. Two days later, the delivery boy came back to return the cover, but I refused to take it back as I didn't know what had happened to it in the last two days and I returned it in same condition in which I got it. I am not responsible for anyone's behavior and obvsly I will not track the pick up boy till the warehouse. I called customer care again, and they reassured me it would be taken care of. However, two days ago, I received a message saying the return was rejected.

    When I called customer care, Pinky from the team told me my only option was to retake the cover. I called customer service again today, and they reiterated that was my only option. Do I need to take responsibility for the delivery boy's behavior?

    Nandita ma'am(CEO of mynta), I emailed her multiple times but didnt get a response. This is a critical issue for customers, and due to the negligence of the delivery boy, I am the one suffering. Can you please look into this as a priority and provide my refund as soon as possible? I also want to inform you that I will not be buying anything from Myntra again due to the lack of support from the team and the irresponsible behavior of the pick up person, which has caused me to suffer. Please process my refund as soon as possible.

    Customer care, I request you tp please look into thisas they have pciked the cover and also not refunded my money. I am feeling very helpless here.

      I placed an order for a Forever New dress and that was a cash on delivery order. But it was very embarrassing when my order was delivered. I received baby bloomers instead of the dress I ordered. I requested for my return and the order was already picked up by the Delivery person but my return request is getting rejected again and again. Being a regular loyal customer, I was expecting an easy return process but i am not getting a proper response to the request. Please get this fixed ASAP. As the delivery agent has already taken the product from me and the return was cancelled by mentioning that the product does not match and also Myntra mentioned to the delivery agent to cancel the product. It's not a small amount which can be ignored, please get this fixed and initiate a full refund to this.

        I have faced the most pathetic customer service experience of my life!! 2 orders were returned together, somehow I received refund for 1 order but did not receive refund for the broken pieces order.
        I have been following up with customer support for more than 20 times and yet nobody cares to provide a resolution. This was picked on 17th July 2024 from Sriram Greenfield Phase 2 (G-802) Bangalore 560049 between 12-1pm by Tarun Singh. I received damaged item and nobody cares to even provide a solution to this after multiple attempts. I dont know what kind of customer service they provide but I really got frustrated on how a regular customer like me is getting treated this way!!! Amazon provides resolution within 2-3 days and I am very happy with Amazon.
        Guys PLEASE DO NOT DO PREPAYMENT ON MYNTRA - YOU WONT GET REFUND!!!

        Myntra has not responded to my multiple emails which I had sent to [email protected] copying the CEO [email protected]. I have called customer care from Myntra app many times and nobody was able to provide a solution. According to them, the order was never returned. The order has been returned along with another order. 2 orders were picked together but I received refund only for 1 order. I did not receive the refund for the broken item which was delivered that way. I even spoke to the Supervisor and explained how frustrated I am following up on this again and again and she gave me an ETA of 26th July. But it never got resolved by then. I have spoken to customer care on multiple days on this number - 080-61561999 . I had made these calls on the following days:- 1st Aug at 1:58pm IST and 1:57pm IST; 30th July at 3:41pm IST and 25th July at 6:55PM IST Orders were picked by Tarun Singh from G-802 SRIRAM GREENFIELD PHASE 2, Bommanahalli, Bidarahalli, Bangalore 560049 address. Tarun Singh's phone number is +91-08217370645. He even confirmed that it was picked by him. I am not sure what more details are to be provided from my end as I have already provided all of these details via email and calls to Myntra. Please look into this asap.           I ordered an Ajile by Pantaloons cotton joggers from Myntra. The product they delivered to me was some waste piece of cloth. When I initiated the return and highlighted my issue to the customer care, they outright refused my claims and closed the portal. They claimed that it was delivered with mandatory checks and hence they won’t return or refund it. This is a malpractice and a way of looting innocent customers. I have been a loyal customer to the site and still they did not even consider my claims and just sent a pre generated message refuting my claims of a return. This amounts to fraudulent practice.

            A torn jeans delivered and company is refusing to refund or exchange the product. Product is still kept with all the tags attached intact as issue was seen as soon as I opened the product from packet. We have followed up with customer care for past 2 weeks, they now refused to replace, or refund the amount. Furthermore, they failed to follow up on our calls despite claiming to do so in 24h multiple times, despite assuring us that they would get back to us within that timeframe to resolve the issue. Very pathetic, they claim that the product has passed though their quality process without showing any evidence for it from their end, while we have evidence that a defective product was delivered, beyond a reasonable doubt. With this I really doubt if they really follow any quality process. Need help, we cannot be at mercy of these sellers to type and reject the things.

                I received a product from Myntra, but even after 20 days, the status of the product remains "rejected" despite having received it. I complained about this to Myntra, and for the past 7 days, they've been repeatedly asking me to wait for 24 hours. It's been 7 days now, and I'm frustrated. I want my refund because the product is damaged.

                  Wrong Product, Online Fraud
                  This app is not trustworthy at all. I have received wrong product 3 rd time from this app, some not having price tag, some not having brand name, and one with different brand name and when I have put return request Myntra haven't accepted the return and have not refunded me the amount, this is absolutely FRAUD with their customers. Even I had to chat, call multiple times for follow ups but they just ask time and more time to solve.

                  I have also taken videos while opening the product yet return is not accepted.

                  Also they don't have the service to open the product in front of the agent when he/she come to deliver the product. It's just the one way check when returning the product and not when receiving the product. Surely they are makeing online money by doing fraud with customer. I hope this company shuts down soon for they are doing so much Fraud.

                    I had Purchased from the website on 9-june-2024 as being Myntra Iconic Member i get benefits and the 1st attempt to deliver the goods was on 15-june-2024 and i said the delivery person that i am not there and please deliver on 17-june-2024 but after that till today there is not update on the delivery of the parcel and i raised the complaint on their customer care on 19-june-2024 and was told by 22-june-2024 it will be resolved then on 22-june-2024 i get the message that by 25-june-2024 it will be resolved and on 25-june-2024 it was not resolved and i called the customer care on 25-june-2024 to Mt Armanul the senior over there and he assured me for resolution within 24hrs but still there was no resolution So i called again on 27-june-2024 and spoke to Miss Riyesha And the lady said that we have raise your complaint on priority basis but they were not able to give my timeline i request you to solve the issue and get my item delivered

                    I have not got any update regarding my Complaint and i have raised the matter with ingram and sending you the ingram grievance screenshot
                    I had also requested to send a new shirt at the same price i had bought which is still available and cancel the order which you can't trace and deliver to me from 16-June-2024
                    but that also you don't want to do and want me to cancel this order and order new shirt and pay higher price being an iconic member which is top of your membership still I am getting this type of service

                      Good evening I have ordered and AND product from Myntra on 16th of May.
                      I got a product and I have a s
                      Size issue.
                      So I contact the Myntra customer service and they said that I have to send by own shipping.
                      They didn't mention any address they didn't give any address where I need to send.
                      So I made return request on 22nd of May and I have ship the product through DTDC to the given address WHICH IS THERE IN THE PACKAGE.
                      The same address was available in the package from where I received and also the same metres was available in the invoice also.
                      So I thought that this was the address and I send it to that address.
                      And I was waiting for the refund from Myntra that was no update regarding the refund.
                      So I was sending a mail to Myntra regarding with all information the shipping number package picture.
                      And today which is on 7th of Jun they called me and they said that I have send wrong address package.
                      Hindi in the package which I received from Myntra product is clearly mentioned that if it is not delivered please return to the same address so I thought to send to the same address.
                      This customer care people from Myntra they ask me to contact DTDC I don't know what logic in that.

                        My name is Richa Kalyani and my contact number is [protected].I purchased a product from Myntra under the Order number[protected]-4502303, which was Blue heaven set of seven liquid non transferable lipsticks. After my order was delivered I found out that i have been given a wrong item. I contacted customer care team and they created a return on my behalf. My return was approved but delivery executive denied my return even though it was approved. And after one single pick up attempt he never showed upon my doorstep. Due to his negligence my return was declined . I again contacted myntra customer care team right away telling them about my problem and how no one came to pick up my return. They assured me that they are going to help but after making me wait for almost a month I came to know that my claim has been declined and myntra is not going to pickup my return and refund my money. I don't think anyone customer deserves this type of behavior and service. I want you to look into this matter as soon as possible. I am attaching the images of the product I ordered along with what I received and invoice. Regards.

                              I ordered jeans on 1st June 2024, of INR 187 in offer, so I paid, and the order was not placed. I made the payment using the Myntra app. The order id is vmbFq0Jksv8kCyOuGTel and transaction id is: CICAgPCavqK4fA.

                              I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning issue I encountered while attempting to make a purchase on Myntra.
                              On the 7th of November, 2023, I initiated a transaction on Myntra using my father’s registered contact number. However, despite the deduction of funds from my father’s account as well as my Paytm bank card, the transaction succeeded but due to a payment gateway issue the order was not placed . Subsequent attempts to resolve the matter through communication with your customer support team have been unfruitful, exacerbating my concern. I visited the Paytm office and spoke with their team regarding the payment I made to Myntra. They provided me with all the necessary details, confirming that the payment has been successfully processed from my end . However, upon checking my Myntra account, the amount does not reflect as paid . The failure to process the transaction despite the deduction of funds constitutes a clear violation of these rights, leaving me with little recourse but to seek redress through formal channels. I am reaching out to seek your urgent intervention in resolving this matter and ensuring that appropriate measures are taken to address my grievances.

                                I had placed an order with myntra on 22 May 2024 for a co ord set from Brand "INDO ERA" and it was delivered to me. We cannot open the package until we take the delivery. Once i paid and took the package from the delivery boy and opened it i noticed that the product delivered is from brand "RUNWAY DREAMS". I filed a return complaint for the same as the product delivered was not of the brand I had ordered and the fabric mentioned while placing the order was SATIN but the fabric received was POLYESTER. I have been trying to contact the customer care but they are not helping. I have placed return pick up requests twice but the delivery agent is not coming. If the product delivered by myntra is not what i ordered then they are due to refund me the amount. I have wasted my time calling them but they are not willing to respond. I have attached all details and pictures for your reference.

                                  Myntra is not delivering H&M products at my pincode 302017. they used to deliver the H&M products at my pincode but they suddenly stopped. They are delivering at other picodes in Jaipur city but not at this specific pincode.

                                    Refund for Order ID # 1268030 [protected] in the total amount of ₹4, 978.00 is not credited. Myntra asked me to wait for 48 hours, but it is still not credited to the UPI.

                                      I ordered a pair of Men's Rust Leather Comfort Sandals, but I received the wrong color. As a result, I initiated a return request on May 4, 2024. The courier arrived on May 5, 2024, between 1:00 pm and 3:00 pm to pick up the sandals. However, I later received a message stating that the product was rejected for pickup by Myntra. Despite this, I have not received the product back. When I contacted Myntra support, they informed me that they have not received the product and therefore cannot proceed with the refund.

                                        With regard to the above Order ID, I purchased (Invoice attached) Jack N Jones jogger jeans on 12th May but received wrong product(Two ladies purse - Image attached) on 21st May complaint registered the same over phone and also in myntra app along with images of received products, the next day pickup person came and denied for accepting the pick up stating jack N jones jeans image was shared to him. Once again i raised complaint regarding the same issue, till date i have raised complaints for more than 6 times on 25th i got reply from customer care that replacement \ refund request cannot be allowed saying correct product was despatched. If I would have received the correct product why i would have raised complaints this many times.
