Received broken makeup product

Received broken eyeshadow pallette of makeup revolution from myntra... I tried contacting them.. They even called and asked to wait for solving the issue.. But they disconnected the phone call and sent me a message call disconnected the matter is now closed. Ordered two pallete both came broken. Didn't expected this from myntra....

Today (June 22, 2020) i received 2 of the products from order #[protected]-9252101 from myntra.
1st product, the roadster tshirt has no issue and is good.

This complaint is regarding the

unexplained deactivation of myntra account

To begin with, i had received a random otp for myntra on my cell phone on may 30th, without having done any transaction. I checked myntra immediately to see if there was any unexplained activity. Since there wasnt. I ignored that message. Towards 1st/2nd of june i noticed that my myntra account had got locked. On june 4th i tried recovering my account by answering to the security questions and i tried reaching the customer care to explain...

unresponsive customer care. unable to ever contact them. written issues marked as resolved without actually resolving them.

I've been trying to get in touch with the customer care since a month now.

Myntra now doesn't have an email address, or a phone number for customer care.

They have an in-app process where you can "write to them", "chat with them" in real time, and "ask for a callback".

The last two options are always greyed out. Even during normal working hours. So the only option you have is to "write to them"br...

Account is locked

My myntra account has been locked. When i asked customercare, they said it was locked for unknown reasons and they cannot recover them back. I changed the emailid n tried to create a new account. After creation even the new account says it locked. I tried with other two email id’s. They are getting locked. I thought may be because of my mobile number. Package not delivered

21st of may i placed order from myntra.com. I have ordered two calvin klein boxers. My order number is[protected]-7755701. Because of the current situation corona virus lockdown the delivery date as expected was late that is 27th of may.in between i 27th to 28th i tried to ask costumer service about my order and i just got reply saying that i will receive my order on promised date. not able to exchange/return due to missing price tag

I ordered a nike shoe worth rs 5, 035/- from myntra shopping app on 6th feb 2020. I received the product on 11th feb. The size was small so i requested for an exchange within 10 minutes of receiving the product.

On 15th feb, the delivery person came with the new product but before he took back the earlier product, he checked and he said he cannot take as the price tag was missing. I told him that i receive without any price...

received an empty box

I ordered bluetooth earphones from myntra on 8th february 2020. And received the product next day 9th february
2020 around 12:30pm. The payment was done through cash. When i opened the package from myntra the box inside
Wasn't well packed. Then i found that the box was empty and there was no wireless earphones inside it. Then i instantly
Called their customer care service, they told me that they have filed a complaint...

change of address

Hello myntra, i have purchased a dress. By default i put the wrong pincode and the dress was delivered to that pincode which is approx 15 km far from my place. Although i got the dress through some source. Now i want to exchange it. So is it possible to change the pick up address.
Please update soon. As i don't want the dress anymore. So tell me the ways to change the pick up address.

out of stock products are never restocked

Myntra rarely restocks the out of stock products and it's annoying. What's the point of the sale if you can't buy anything. I have been meaning to buy some products for so long but they were never restocked. Sales came and went but i couldn't avail the offers. I make frequent purchases from myntra but this negligence on the part of the myntra staff completely puts off the whole shopping experience....

suddenly stopped delivering to my pincode

Today while placing order on myntra, i was shocked to see that they are not delivering to my pincode 700010, where all my orders have been delivered since last 2-3 years. Even last october, i got my products delivered here. I tried putting my work pincode which is 721645, and even one of my relative's pincode oh howrah, but still facing the same issue. refund not received after 2 day

On 27 nov i order a jacket of 1956 rs. But i return this and on 16 dec 2019 refund of 1956 is intiated. I payment thru airtel money wallet.
But didn't get refund its goes 2 days.
When i pay thru phonepe refund credited instant than why not now

refusing return

I had ordered a pair of dorothy perking trousers but it turned out too big for me so i decided to return it. Myntra refused pickup saying original tags are missing. All original tags that i received are intact and attached to the trousers.
I have reached out again and again to the customer support but they are unable to help. I have already shared the pictures of tags received with myntra. The trousers are unused and in the same condition...

refund is not credited in myntra credit wallet

I have cancelled my order which was paid through myntra credit, they have mentioned that myntra credit is instant refund but the amount is not yet refunded and when i checked with the customer service they asked to wait 48 hours and even after deadline got completed refund is not yet done & when i checked again with the customer care (Himanshi singh) they are asking to wait 48 hours more and my question to myntra is if you need more than...

skechers shoes

I ordered for skechers shoes on myntra for rs 7999 along with jackets. I received all the products in a big polythene bag of myntra but when i opened it, the shoes were in cardboard box without any cellotape on the box. The shoes inside the box were in a polythene and were used puma shoes without any tag on it. I called myntra and told them about it and also have sent them photos but they rejected its return.

refund on hold

I had ordered one dorothy perkins jeans which i returned due to very poor quality. I got a message that due to orginal tags missing the refund is on hold. But i raised a complaint that i had returned the product as it is. Whenever i would call them for the follow up they would say that they will return the product back to me. I told them you keep the product and my amount also., but just show me the proof that they had dispatch ed the product...

my myntra credit expired

They informed me that if i will add that gift card to myntra the i can use any time if i will not add to myntra account then it will expired in one year. warranty claim

money was deducted from my bank account but order was not placed in myntra shopping site.

I ordered Puma navy blue cappela IDP slip-on Sneakers worth rupees 2309 on 29 october 2019 from Myntra. I prepaid using Punjab National Bank ATM and net amount of rupees 2530 was deducted from my Punjab National Bank account. I got confirmation for the deduction of money from my bank but the order was not placed. Please help me recover my money. This is cheating from myntra. Since i got no message from myntra if they have cancelled the order...

invalid gift card

I have been gifted a gift card from my cousin worth 2000/-
Even after waiting si many days
And putting correct details it's still showing invalid.
I spoke to customer care aldo..they said to speak to the sender who gifted me this but she also can't do anything..she sent same card again and it's showing incorrect again.
How can that be possible.
