    Hi!

    On 7th Jan, Sunday, I ordered 2 Fleece Jackets in size S & XS thru Myntra.
    For some reason a different product was delivered to me so on10th Jan I raised a return request.
    On 11th Jan, Thursday, I got a call from the pick up boy stating that the items did not match the product images, so I calmy explained to him that this is the main reason that I was returning the package to Myntra, as product received did not match product ordered.
    On 12th Jan, Friday, a pick up boy picked up the package in the afternoon, So I thought to myself - good seems issue resolved.!
    But this was only the start of things yet to unfold in front of me. For the next 2 days I kept getting multiple messages saying that the Pick up FAILED and will be reattempted!! It was so annoying and frustrainting, as on 13th and 14th Jan I chatted with the customer support people asking for them to check why I am getting such messages when package was already picked up - I thought it was that the system was not updated.
    Last nite I spoke to the customer complaint center and the one thing that was repeated to me upteem number of times - was that though they understood my situation, but they were unable to help me as the system shows package was not picked up - so they cannot help me. Its just that they were vomiting whatever they were trained to say to customer - thinking that showing they understand - the customer will go soft on them perhaps - !! But surely not me - as after 2 days of chatting with customer support and the numerous message - i was not ready to listen to the empty words., so I asked that I be connected to the manager. After a 2-3 min wait a guy claiming to be her manager came on the line and repeated the same words - I understand but ...blah blah, blah... For a manager firstly he didnt sound like one, infact sounded like a trainee!! and secondly he gave no resolution to my complaints. He gave his name as Shaid.
    I have managed to retrieve the camera footage and am sharing a video showing that the courier guy is leaving with the Myntra bag.

    I want to know with the proof that the package is picked up I want you to resolve my issue and immediately refund my amount to me without any further delay.
    I have not been able to enjoy the Lohri festival and have just been calling and messaging you to help me out.. Not to forget the numerous messages. Had I not retrieved the footage - Myntra would have called me a lair as their system is flawless.

      Dear Sir, Madam,
      On 1 Jan 2024, I made an online purchase of puma shoes from your company
      and I have received the product with the delay of 2 days and the fake
      reason was updated from your delivery agent that non absense of the
      customer at home but the thing is that I was there at home. And 2nd thing
      the delivery agent do not answer the call at all. If we call the delivery
      agent 20 times then 1 call has been answered that too in rude behaviour and
      fake statement. Example -we will b there in last 30min, 1 hour or on so n
      so time due to that I'm unable to move out of the home. And the same thing
      got repeated on every product whether it's related to delivery or return
      due to this I have faced a losss and my time even there was a excessive
      harassment.

      And the same thing got repeated again and again at the time of delivery
      and return of product

      I have complaint many times regarding this even I had words with the
      supervisor and the manager and they informed me that the thing won't get
      happen again in the future and we will take action against the delivery
      agent and your problem with get resolved on so and so date specific date
      but the time of resolution the product get delivered or the product has
      been picked up on the same I get an message that your problem has been
      resolved

      So may I know when I have complaint against the delivery agent and fake
      status which has been updated and the resolution you giving to me that your
      product has been delivered either we have picked up your other. So both the
      things are different. I'm complaining something else and resolution which
      I'm getting something else.

      Due to over all this i have gone through the loss and my time got wasted
      even there was huge harrasment and a mental toucher from Myntra

      I have complaint to Myntra 4th of 5time but there was no proper resolution.

      Even I'll tweet this and will post into the social media and will complain
      into consumer forum

      Below I have attached the proof and recording

      Hope I will get resolution

        I was bought 2 items from myntra on 13 dec 2023 of Rs2249 and Rs1799 and return both item on 17 dec 2023 but they only refund Rs2249 and share reference number of it.

        But still they do not refund my Rs1799 amount.

        From last 10 days i am regularly talk with customer care but they only told me to wait for 24-48hr.

        I also provide them my bank statement as well as official mail of my icici bank in which my bank mention clearly that myntra is not initiated your refund of Rs1799 till today[protected].

        Myntra is pure scammer and ding fraud with their customer.

        This is my last warning to myntra . Kindly refund my amount asap.

        Otherwise i am going to register a complaint to national consumer helpline and consumer court against this myntra fraud.

          I have ordered a footwear from myntra but they were too big for me...so initiated a return...the item was picked up on 04 Jan 2024 but I was shocked to see the delivery guy has marked the return failed...when I tried calling his number he is not responding...when I talked to customer care of Myntra they said they can't do anything about it... this is harrasment and fraud both...either the guy who came for pickup marked it erroneously as pickup failed but then why should a customer be liable for his error...if not then it is a case of fraud by Myntra where they pickup the item and later decline the pickup...they are not even contacting the return pickup guy and refused to share his contact so that I could confront him... this is a fraud this is harassment... malpractices on part of Myntra...I am a govt servant I won't lie for an item worth rs 700 only...but I am shocked to see a company like Myntra indulging into fraud and harassment...i will go to court and book them for fraud since a public cctv was available there.

            I have purchased a product from myntra but it was a bad fit so I initiated a return ..item was picked up on the pickup day...but I was shocked to see that delivery executive has marked the pickup as failed...he collected item from me and marked it failed...now when I call Myntra customer care they say they can't do anything...it could be an error from delivery guy part but why should I pay for it...or it could be a fraud from myntra that they collect the product and mark it as return failed ...don't worry I have cctv proof and I am going to book them for fraud... this is harassment and fraud both...Myntra you failed

              Its been 2 week since i return order (Order ID # 1254801 [protected]). I have tried many times to get refund in my bank account but i couldn't get any refund from Myntra. Please help me to get my money back as soon as possible.

                So this is a serious issue and I want everyone to take attention on it...#Myntra has now started a new scam my sending wrong product and denying the acceptance of it...I order a pair of Adidas Shoes on 18/12/2023 and after waiting for 8 days I got my product delivered on 26/12/2023 when I opened the package I was shocked to see BATA box...i quickly opened the box and found a pair of Bata shoes...i quickly call the customer care and elaborates my whole problem but now after two days I got a response that my return has been declined because product was shipped in intact condition...WOW!!! I just want to know that what parameters are taken by them to investigate the issue who is the care taker of the parcel after they arrived at final delivery station...I'm still wondering how these brand are increasing their scams and fooling people.

                      Product return has been placed since 14 th December.
                      Since 8 days no delivery agent is coming to take the product and on daily basis i am getting messages as Return Failed from Myntra.

                      After multiple requests Myntra helpline also delaying the whole process.They are just asking to wait more 24 hrs.

                      It is really harassing and disappointing.

                      Kindly help to resolve this matter so that i can get my refund.

                        I have ordered a product from Myntra and I requested the return after receiving the product on 14th December as it didn’t fit well.

                        After multiple requests i am just getting delivery failed messages from Myntra and no delivery agent is coming to take the return from last 8 days.

                        I have already informed the Myntra helpline, they are just playing with customer’s time and money.It is really disappointing and feels like a harassment.

                        No one is bothered and these things happening multiple times.

                        Its a request to take proper step against it which would be really helpful.

                          I have odered a product from Myntra and after receiving it I placed the return request on 14th December as it doesn’t fit well.
                          After multiple requests no delivery person is coming and i have also informed the Myntra helpline and they are just simply delaying it from last 8 days.
                          I am just getting return faild messages on daily basis.
                          The Myntra helpline is just playing with customers time and money.
                          This things need to be stopped.
                          Please take appropriate action against it.

                              I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration regarding my recent shopping experience with Myntra.

                              On December 13th, I placed an order consisting of 5 products worth ₹4, 000, all of which were marked as delivered on the Myntra app. However, to my dismay, I never received the items.

                              I promptly raised a support request on December 14th, seeking clarification and assistance in resolving this issue. Unfortunately, despite my inquiry on December 18th for an update, the manager handling my case declined to provide any information, citing it as against your policy to disclose details about the investigation.

                              This lack of transparency is not only disconcerting but also leaves me in the dark about the status of my order. I understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur, but as a customer, I expect timely and honest communication regarding the resolution process.

                              I urge you to prioritize this matter and provide me with a clear update on the investigation or take necessary steps to expedite the resolution. Your swift attention to this issue is crucial in restoring my faith in Myntra's customer service.

                              I appreciate your immediate action on this matter and look forward to a prompt resolution. I need immediate answer and resolution. Either give my money back or deliver my orders correctly.

                                Myntra suddenly stopped delivering to my pin code

                                This is happening quite frequently now especially during the Sale/festive season. Myntra suddenly stopped delivering to my pincode - 411006. This is the pincode, I have been receiving my Myntra parcels since years.

                                After calling them, the only resolution I get is they will raise the Complain and problem will be resolved in few working days.

                                I am tired of calling their customer care now every time. I feel they...
