Did not received my parcel

Tracking no. MYSC[protected] - showing arriving on 30th October since when I have placed the order, and it was clearly mention that the delivery address is belongs to office address. It is not for the first time, I'm facing several times this issue. Defective/ Damaged Product Delivered

Have ordered 2 numbers of Tokyo Talkies women Pants out of which One Cream Colored Parallel Trouser Zip was found Damaged. The said product with Order ID # 1249282 [protected] placed on[protected] was delivered on[protected]. We have not opened or checked the package until[protected] due to busy schedule. On opening the package on[protected] found one item Zip was defective while the other was in good condition. So placed an exchange request stating defective or damaged item delivered as the return window was open until[protected]. Exchange request was accepted and exchange product arrived on[protected] but delivery executive denied stating that he will not accept the damaged item while all the original tags and packaging was intact. After explaining him that we have raised a exchange request due to defective item he said he need pre approval from customer care and updated on orde page as Tags were missing. It's not fair to make false update but however after contacting customer support they too denied that item has passed all quality checks before despatching. If so why other customers too made reviews stating that Zip was found Damaged while they received the product. It's a matter of only Rs.200 but it's highly alarming that it would be a great hassle if more valuable item would have got same issue as Myntra Exchange process won't work. Even after sharing the images your customer service team is blindly replying stating that Item has passed all quality checks. Is this was the QC performed by QC team. Really worst experience for the first time with Myntra. I have received more than 10 orders in this month from My tra and this is the only defective item received but no proper resolution could be provided by your team. I have attached images of same for your reference and if no resolution found I have to tweet with all screenshot and replies as Buying Valuable Items will be an hassle during return or exchange process. Exchange was approved after placing exchange request with reason that defective product delivered.

    Not picking up my Return order

    I'm facing persistent delays from Myntra in pickup of my 2 orders despite numerous attempts to coordinate via customer service.

    Order ID # 1247334 [protected]

    Everytime i reach out to CS they push my pickup to nxt week and keep giving me false reassurances and ask me to wait for 24-48hrs every time I call.
    They will also close the ticket issue at help centre marking issue as resolved.

      No update on tracking

      Hi,
      I’m writing this to express my extreme dissatisfaction in most of my recent Myntra orders. Talking about my most recent one - I placed an order this Monday (23rd October) which was 5 days ago. I had an estimated delivery date given as next Tuesday ie. 31st October - which is ok. Most times, they tend to deliver way before the ETA.       I had ordered a pair of shoes, after getting the product checked that the size was too small so i put a exchange request. But my exchange request got cancelled by Myntra and there is no option shown to return the product, i have also raised the issue multiple time with there customer care executive and she said that she is filing complaint about it and working on it, but its been almost two weeks i didn't get any response from myntra. And my exchange order cancelled due to internal issue. The shoe i have right now is of no use and my money got wasted. ORDER NO: Order ID # 1248737 [protected] I request kindly take return of your product and refund the amount.

          I Ordered Two Items from Myntra for which the delivery partner was EKart Logistics. I Ordered it on 13th October which was promised to be delivered by 20th October. In Track Order Status the Order has been received in the Nearest Warehouse in My City on 20th October Only, However it still has not been delivered and the product has been in Local Warehouse Only since 5 Days. On Making Repeatitive discussions and complaints with Myntra Customer Executive, they are just replying that they are working on the problem and no further update is received by them. On Inquiring they told that there has been a problem in logistics and they will work on it but there is no action on the complaint. On asking to take the delivery of product from warehouse also they denied and said that it will be delivered today, tomorrow or soon. My Tracking Number is MYSP[protected].

            The product i recieved didn't have price tag/seal tag attached to it. I want to return the product but Myntra is not accepting as it doesn't have the tag.

            How can I provide the tag when it was not attached to it?

            Why should I suffer and bear the loss when it's Myntra who haven't attached the tag....

            I have ordered a INCH 5 Women Open Toe Flats, Size 38(EURO38) on 15th october but when i get the deilvery agent number he said i will deliver it in tomorrow morning. I waited the whole day. asked the securiy guard also but the product is not there. when i checked the orders page on myntra . it is showing as delivered. raise the complaint also . they said to wait 3 days till 23 rd october. when i asked to them they said the product is delivered...

            We ordered one kurta from Myntra and they marked it as delivered on 10th Oct but it was never received by us.

            The delivery attempt was made but we could not pick up the call. No conversation happened between the Myntra delivery executive and us about that product. That doesn't mean that it was delivered. Myntra does not have any proof of delivery. We also have CCTV footage that was not delivered when Myntra was mentioned.

            When we raised the complaint they refused to investigate and provide any resolution.

                On 8 Oct. I placed a order on myntra that tracking number is : MYSC[protected]
                When I am trying to track it saying delivery failed on 12 October and 13 October. Delivery guy never call me for delivery. And when I receive the message for out for delivery on that message i got delivery guy phone number that is [protected] PIn 175. And I called on this number and delivery guy says hi is not going to deliver it today maybe hi will try next day. But the same thing happened next day hi did not deliver my order and when I called him hi said I don’t have your package I left that in office and maybe someone else will deliver it. But that day also I didn’t receive that and I got messages saying ‘ Delivery Failed: Sorry, We're facing some issues in delivering your order with 1 Levis Jeans and 3 more items. But don't worry. We're coming soon. - Team Myntra.’. After that no call no update from myntra. I Emailed there customer support but no reply. I called there customer support 100 time but no reply. I chat with there customer support 100 time they give same sill excuse and every time telling me to wait for next 24 to 48 hours. I tag all the screen shot to myntra and CEO of mynta on Tweeter from there also they keep saying me wait for next 24 to 48 hours. It's been 10 days already I don't Know when there 24 hous will be end. i bought that on sale but not price are high now I can't order same thing again because now price are high. It's very frustrating to me. But mantra keep thing on mind i need that items any how. I will do everything for get that order. Even if i need file a consumer complaint in court I will do that. Because you are making fool to us.

                  I ordered a t shirt from Myntra week ago it was on sale and my total bill was 229/- and I saved 800/- I was happy to see how Myntra was selling anything this cheap and expected delivery date was 19th October and unfortunately the delivery delayed and today when I checked the delivery info I found that it was cancelled they were saying that...

                  "I checked the records & I am sorry that the specific order was cancelled due to unavoidable reasons. Unfortunately, this action cannot be undone at the moment.You can always place another order from our App/Website to get the items again."

                  But now I will not get that tshirt in that price again it was not my fault at all why they have to sell something if they don't want to deliver it

                    I raised an issue in Myntra that the delivery boy assigned for the pickup of my return product didn't check and mentioned product mismatch but I asked to reschedule as I'm not available at my place and didn't do this.                       I had ordered 4 products on opening the package I fond only 2 items. And later got the msg that all 4 items has been delivered. Raised the issue with myntra customer care. And they acknowledge the issue and let me know that they would resolve it by 17th Oct with in 5 -6 days. And had also mentioned to them the package may have been tampered as I see the package was glued from bottom which was slightly open. And it didn't had bill as well in package. And I did confirm with delivery person and he asked to raise it with mantra. And after 6 days on 17th Oct they told that they will not be able to deliver the product or refund as they have recording of packing it. So please help me in this regard as see the package was tampered and told the same on call with both delivery person and customer care. I do have call recording. Please do help me resolve it.

                        We order the three products from Myntra and it was supposed to be delivered by 26th of October but it came early that is 20th of October at this moment at the time of 4:00 p.m. we have actually not present at home so we asked the delivery boy is he could deliver the product 23 hours later which he refused but later we also asked if he would be able to deliver it to a different location still he denied and then we ask again if he could deliver it the next day and then he refused and he started miss behaving he said that you can do what ever you want I will not deliver please

                          Product Name : Zastraa Women Black Solid Loose Fit Regular Shorts
                          Refund Amount : Rs.528

                          This order was cancelled and I'm trying to get my refund from past 1 month. Raised multiple complaints which were resolved without my consent. I have shared my bank statement with Myntra as a proof that the refund is not credited but no resolution.
