I ordered something from Myntra today but money was deducted from my account but my order was not booked. Then I ordered again and my money was deducted again and the order was booked.

    I have ordered 3 park avenue shirts from myntra.com, only one delivered, 2 shirts are missing .

    I have escalated this issue and it is not getting resolved. I want the refund of my money for the two shirts not delivered.

      Hello all,

      I am lodging a formal complaint regarding the handling of my return request for an item purchased on 18th Dec 2024 through Myntra Online Portal (Order ID:[protected]-9004201, JFK Plus Printed Large-Sided Medium Trolley Bag).

      Issue Summary:

      Return Request Delays: Placed on 19th Dec 2024, repeatedly canceled by the delivery agent without reason.

      Reference Number: Issue raised under IN[protected], and resolution now delayed to 31st Dec 2024 despite multiple follow-ups. Even Escalation Team of Myntra is looking absolutely clueless and helpless

      Customer Support Ineffectiveness: Contacted on 26th Dec 2024, but received only standard responses, with no actionable resolution provided.

      This experience has been highly frustrating and unacceptable. I request an immediate resolution, including the processing of my return and refund.

          Ordered aldo size 9 – men textured round toe comfort insole textile slip on sneakers date of delivery of myntra consignment 24th october 2024. Total paid in advance rs.5940/-. Received a pair of damp old worn out canvass shoes. Issue created in[protected] return id [protected] issue reopened with ref no. In[protected].

          When numerous calls, msgs with myntra customer failed i approached ceo vide my letter 16.11.2024 copy marked to chief grievance officer vide which i returned the original consignment as received containing a pair of damp old worn out canvass shoes for getting it lab tested to ascertain any tempering. I followed up vide my letters 27.11.2024, 29.11.2024, 08.12.2024, 21.12.2024 but all into vain.

          I am a sr.Citizen of 70 years having both kidneys failed and surviving on dialysis twice a week. At this stage and age i earnestly appeal myntrato help and send me pair of new aldo shoes as was originally ordered and paid for.

          As for customer services myntra is pathetic and insensitive

              This is regarding the wrong product
              delivered.
              I have raised the concern on the same day of delivery i.e on 14th dec. the product I have ordered is Octave men track pant but instead of it I have received a shirt of different brand .

              I don’t know this mistake is done on whose end.
              I got a response from Myntra’s team that investigation is done and we have delivered you right product.

              But I have already told them many times that this is not the case and may be delivery person or someone has done this fraud because the package is opened and re pasted with glue

              I don’t know why I am not getting any resolution from their end and refund for my paid amount as we are purchasing from Myntra so it is their responsibility if the fraud has happened why should a customer bear any loss.

                I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding my order placed with Myntra on 11th April 2024 (Order ID: #1264719 [protected]). I ordered the BUNAI Striped V-neck Top with Palazzo. However, when I received the product on 19th April 2024, I found that it was not the product I had ordered. Instead of the BUNAI Striped V-neck Top with Palazzo, I received a green flared gown with embellished work, which, although a beautiful piece, was not the item I had selected.

                This mix-up is highly disappointing as I had carefully chosen the item based on its specific features and style. I immediately contacted Myntra's customer support to report the issue, but they have denied my request for a refund, claiming the product delivered was correct, which is not the case.

                Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue through their customer support channels, Myntra has failed to provide an adequate solution. I am now requesting a full refund of ₹5, 845 for the incorrect item delivered to me.

                  I ordered Crocs Sandals from Myntra on 7th December and they delivered a completely different model, I didnt even remove the product seal and now the Myntra support is refusing exchange saying the product I am trying to exchange is different. This is not my fault and Myntra is not exchanging or replacing the product. The product price and already increased now and myntra is refusing to exchange it, give a coupon for the price difference or give any solution. I am looking to get either the same product I paid for compensation for the price difference.

                    I have purchased a jacket under Deewali Promotional offers. It was placed successful and tracking shows that it reached my nearest delivery hub, but all of sudden it was cancelled and being returned to myntra. Upon talking to customer care they said because of operation issues it is being returned, please purchase again with new price.
                    Price has increased by more than 5000. I want to know if you are cancelling without informing the customer is not a good practice and this has happened multiple times and sale has became a joke for you.

                      My name is Richa Kalyani and my contact no is [protected].Recently I ordered a dress from Myntra which was Aadat ethnic embroidered round neck mirror work cotton ananrkali kurta, size XXL having order ID #128417813621852020101 .But after delivery of the item I found out that the fitting of kurta was not good so I ordered an exchange for the kurta .On the day when my exchange was to be delivered the delivery boy did not came to my doorstep and put my exchange on hold for no reason. I right away called myntra customer care team and they assured me that they have raised a complaint regarding this and my exchange will be delivered. For last one week I have been calling myntra customer care team regarding my issue but they took so long to resolve my complaint that my exchange was not delivered and now they have cancel my exchange .I tried to create a return for the dress since I had size issues and it is not fitting me properly because of customer care delay in solving my complaint return window has been closed now and I cannot create a return for the dress.I am requesting you to please create a return request on my behalf since I dont want to keep this dress because it is not fitting me properly. Please do the needful as soon as possible. Regards.

                        It’s for the 3rd time myntra has send me the completely wrong product.First- I had ordered white shirt they have sent me Green shirt.
                        2nd time- I had ordered blue cardigan but received completely different one just with similar colour.
                        3rd time- I ordered shoes without lace in grey colour but they have sent me a completely different pair which has lace.

                        It’s really disheartening to receive wrong product every time. This is very disappointing for such a company like myntra to be so careless with their products . Please recheck before sending any product. Otherwise we will have to stop buying from Myntra.

                          Dear All,
                          I had placed an order (order ID:128434354697526136701) for two sweatshirts (Size: M & L) in Myntra by paying full amount of Rs 1281.
                          Expected date of delivery was on 30th Nov 2024. On 30th Nov my Myntra app showed that my order is delivered.
                          where as I didn't receive my complete order, I received only M-Size Sweatshirt the L-Size sweatshirt was missing in the packet.
                          I received packet on 30th-Nov-2024 at 1:50 PM and after 10 mins I contacted Myntra customer service They told me to wait till 4th Dec-2024.

                          On 4th Dec'24, And finally after 4 days, ie today, 4th Dec, I contacted Myntra customer service and came to know that I need to wait for another 72hrs.
                          Invoice attached for your reference.
                          I am writing this mail with deep grief and disappointment.
                          I neither got my order nor the refund till now, despite several calls and communications with Myntra.
                          Only the dates are being extended. I have attached my invoice. Please look into this matter seriously and provide a resolution as soon as possible.

                            Haute sauce bag

                            Ordered bag thru myntra. Recvd it on 10th nov. Requested retun request on the same day as there wasn't any tag, brand name or price tag. They accepted the request n the person came to collect the bag on the 11th of Nov at 7.35 pm when I was nt at home n my minor son was there. The pick up guy rejected the product saying that it's a different product though it's the same product n also approved. After that it shows the pick up is on hold....

                            I placed an order on myntra for the dress
                            The dress got delivered to me of anther brad and I wanted to return the product as I did not like the quality of the product
                            Upon requesting for return the pickup agent cam and refused to pickup the dress
                            I called myntra cxservice they said thati have to cancel the request and raise another request
                            I did as said, again the pickup agent came and did not pick up my dress
                            Again I called myntra cx service, they apologised and asked me to wait for 48 hrs.
                            There was no updaye from the team so post 48 hrs I called up them again, I was told that the return is approvd and they are aranging the pick up agentt for me and asked me to wait for another 24hrs. This has repeatedly for 2-3 times.
                            Post that an executive told me that the product brand is wrong and I need to share the images of the products. I did share the images, the executive closed that complaint and raised another complaint asking me to share the images again, again I shared the images, after sharing the images its been 10 days there is no update and follow up taken on the complaint
                            I call the cx care they just say that they are working on the complaint and need to wait for last 24 hrs, 24 hrs are not getting over at all

                              I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration as a loyal Myntra customer of over 7 years. I recently placed an order for a V-Mart [V-Mart Men Striped Polo Collar Cotton T-shirt] and received a completely different and unusable product.

                              Instead of the brand new item I purchased, I was sent a filthy, worn-out garment that appears to have been used. This is not only unacceptable but also a clear case of fraudulent behavior.

                              Despite the obvious discrepancy, the seller has refused to offer a return or exchange. This is a serious breach of trust and a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction.

                              I am deeply disturbed by this incident and question the quality control and seller verification processes on your platform. As a long-standing customer, I expected a higher standard of service and product integrity.

                              I demand immediate action to rectify this situation. I expect a full refund or a replacement of the correct product. Failure to resolve this issue promptly will force me to escalate this matter to higher authorities, consumer protection agencies, and social media platforms.

                              I hope to receive a swift and satisfactory resolution to this matter.

                                I ordered Red Chief shoes worth ₹2000 on Myntra, but to my shock, received a cheap shoe valued at ₹400. Despite providing clear evidence of fraudulent delivery, my return request was cancelled .

                                Thousands of customers raised complaints but still this fraud company operating smootthly and shamelessly in India. This can only happen in India.

                                    First, i complaint for myntra to i have missing product from delivery, and i show him proof and then he asked, We delivered all products with full item. but, In my package the product is missing.                                       I have ordered one shows due to quality issue, I have raise a request to return the product however, they have not come to pick up the product but on their website it showing that the product quality check was failed but no one have come to pick up the product ever. I am raising request again and again but there is no response from Myntra and and it has been more than a week that no one has to come pick up the product whenever I am trying to contact them. They are keep saying that just wait for 24 to 48 hours. The product will be pick up but it has been never pick up. I am waiting for so long. Still there is no response. There is no action has been taken by Myntra. I would like to request to please resolve the issue and help me to get my refund back.

                                      Nothing has been done yet by Myntra every time I am calling. They are just giving me the time frame. Just wait for 24 to 48 hours now it’s been almost more than 10 days. Still my issue has been not solved yet. They are not even updating the status of the product. I am just waiting when the product get pick up and when I get my money back but there is no response from the Myntra.

This is the time of festival where everyone is planning to go there home but I am waiting here to just come to Myntra person to pick up the parcel and I get my money back in that I can go home but there is no initiative has been taken by the Myntra, this is so rubbish and Myntra is such a bad company I will never ever suggest anyone to buy anything from Myntra. They are making people fool and holding their money back even their customer service representative. Don’t even have managed to speak with others. If I am asking for someone apart from a base is in to speak, they are not even transferring the call. They are not allowing me to speak with someone higher than them so that they can help me regarding that.
