The Shoes from outside looked similar to original. Therefore I thought its an Original pair of shoes. However, the first time I wore it it pained my leg since I have rod in my leg. As soon as I checked the sole of the shows, i found it was a fake product..

I did shopping on myntra using myntra credit and other payment method. When I returned few of the products, it gave me two options of refund which were 1. Back to source (meaning myntra credit and other payment method) and 2. Myntra Credit. I opted for option 1, which is back to source. I ordered a few tshirts from Myntra as a gift for a friend. One, out of the 4 tshirts, was different. I have been trying to return it/ exchange it and get refund for it since the past 10 days. I have shared pictures and the whole case with Myntra, their executives and escalation manager 3 times. The customer care were not able to help with an issue with login to online account. They took one week and asked so many details and even then were not able to resolve the issue. This is the worst experience with customer care. Also, Myntra do not have a stable IT system to support customer account....

I'd ordered a product from Myntra and received without tag. And now they're denying to pick it up. I've raising complaints multiple times they say they will schedule a pick up. But then delivery agent rejects the pick up coz he's unable to pick it up without tag....

I am struggling to log in myntra app since many days but its not sending otp to my account to login. I have 2400 Rs myntra credit and till 3 days back i was unable place any order as otp was not being sent. Now my account also go logged out and i cant also login as otp is not being received. All phone settings checked. Myntra seems to have locked my account for no reason and is not allowing me to login my account whic even has a balance....

I used to be a happy and satisfied customer of myntra, but in my last order all my reviews about myntra has changed and their Service have become horrible now .

My Product was supposed to be delivered on March 6 and when i check its says its delayed, Since then i was calling to the customer care and nobody even bother to confirm the actual delivery date / Estimate date .

Myntra is not helping me and My item was missing from package and Myntra clearly said that order was shipped properly from our side, . That's all .
Now it's your own responsibility either you receive or not .

Myntra.com is doing everything possible to harass and cause extreme difficulties for the customer. I am a frequent buyer of Myntra for almost the last 10 years. I have ordered two t-shirts from Myntra, one item costing 239 rupees and another costing 174 rupees, ~413 total order value.

I always order from Myntra but from 10 days Myntra showing not deliverable to my pincode any product i choose. So i am curious to know what's the matter.
