I have purchased 6 products from myntra and due to fit issues I have kept return for that 6 products. And from almost a month my return is not picked up and I am calling customer service and they are opening a complaints and giving me some timeline and once that time line is done when I call again, again they are giving me another timeline. And at the end of that timelines my return was cancelling. And again I am calling them placing returns....

I have ordered 5 items on Myntra.com on 21st August. Out of this they delivered one item and cancelled two items by saying "unforeseen circumstances" on 26th August. Remaining two items are showing "Shipping delayed" which were expected to be delivered by 30th August. My myntra credits of about Rs 2811 expired without any prior notice by myntra on mail. Please extend my expire date so that I can redeem what's mine. I will be thankful to myntra customer care team.

Hi this is Suhasini, firstly I received a wrong product, on top of it till now its not been picked up, the delivery agent was so ruthless, he asked me to drop the product down from second floor to ground floor. I sincerely don't know what kind a service Myntra is providing. Secondly I didn't receive 3 products but it was shown as delivered. For 2 products I got refund back but for the other one every time they tell it will take 3-4 business...

I ordered a 46" size shirt and they send 36" shirt..They didn't send my refund after a month also..And talking with unparlimentary language..after a 1 month also they didn't send my money back..kindly take the action...

I have ordered Tommy Hilfiger flip flops from Myntra. Due to size issue I returned the product. Last Wednesday that is on Aug 23, 2023, I got a call from delivery boy around 1:27 pm. The delivery boy came and took the product. But around 7:27 pm, I got a message from Myntra saying the pickup rejected due to product mismatched. Again at 7:29 pm, I got another message from Myntra saying Return is on hold as the product didn't passed the quality...

I placed an order and did payment. Amount was successfully deducted from gpay but myntra showed payment failed. I did payment again for same order and amount deducted again.
Now the amount has been deducted twice of failed payment also...
