    The delivery agent refused to exchange the product, citing the reason as 'No tags are presented' even though the original product was delivered without any tags. Dealing with the agent was stressful, as he failed to understand my argument and remained stubborn. I suggested he open the exchange package to determine whether this particular seller includes tags. However, he did not agree to this reasonable request.

    When I sought assistance from customer care to have the product returned for a refund, instead of an exchange, the representative was equally stubborn. She insisted on only providing an exchange, and refused my request for a return against refund.

        I huv ordered a footwear from myntra. when i opened it and tried it was big in size. So i put it on exchange. but when the delivery boy came for exchange he was saying seal of myntra is not there. But it was not there when i got the parcel. if they sent me without seal how can i come to abouy the seal. company tag of footwear was there and now also. i complaint about the same to myntra. They were saying to reschedule the delivery within 24 hours. But after three days nobody came to take it. Kindly solve my problem.

          FRAUD!!
          I ordered products worth over Rs 50000 for a wedding that is in 2 days . All the high value items that were delivered to me were replaced with cheap random stuff with or without tags. Opened mostly all packages in front of the delivery guy. Registered complaint with Myntra. Delivery agent came to pick up and rejected the pick up stating he has images for verification and they don’t match with what I have. Ofcourse they wouldn’t match because all the wrong items were delivered to me. The supervisor named Shruti promised me that all the existing issues will be resolved in an hour or two yesterday and assured that all the products will be picked up without any hassle today. And that she has reopened the tickets. All the agents and supervisor atleast 20 of them that I spoke to did not help at all other than just making false promises and wasting my time. Sent pictures and videos a hundred times .No resolution provided. Stop the scam and pick up the wrong products that you delivered. I will otherwise be filing a legal case immediately if they are not approved. There are a total of 8-9 items that I was scammed with. IN[protected]

          Spoke to 4 more managers at the escalation date. Everyone promised different timelines. Calling them everyday and they tell me it will be resolved by eod. They are closing my tickets without resolution or rejecting the pick ups.

            Two deductions have been made by Myntra on the same day (25th January)

            4718 and 4771. The second one(4771) is for purchase and the first one didn’t go through (4718).This amount (4718) has to be refunded by Myntra as the bank (HDFC) has confirmed that it has been credited to Myntra and HDFC cannot cancel it.

                Myntra stopped delivering to my pincode

                Hello, I purchased a dress and a scarf from from Myntra. The dress came on 15th Feb at my pincode 517507. I wanted to exchange it for a bigger size but it said that exchange is not possible at my pincode. So I returned it and asked for the refund money in Myntra credits since I was going to purchase from Myntra again. The money was refunded as Myntra credits on 16th Feb. And when I went to buy the dress again on 17th Feb, Myntra kept showing...

                  I received the product on 20 Jan 2024 and placed return request on 22 Jan 2024 as the product looked old and dirty, Myntra is unjustly rejecting my return my stating that the returned product does not pass its quality checks. All the tags are intact and I placed request within specified time frame still they are not accepting the return.

                    I have received dirty looking product which myntra is not accepting stating that their quality check was confirmed before dispatching the product. So how did the product become dirty. They are not listening at all to me. I raised re investigation also but they closed it without any proper justification.

                    I had received the product on 19th Jan 2024 and placed a return request on 22 Jan 2024.

                      I purchased a coupon of mast and harbour from the myntra insider using 250 super coins on 5th december 2023. The coupon was showing in the app but not applied to my cart, where the products of my cart are the products mentioned in the coupon and not other. I contacted customer care on 5th december they said it might be an server issue and asked me to wait for sometime or try re installing the app again. Neither of the worked and i called customer again they asked me to raise a complaint to [protected]@myntra.com regarding the issue. As they said I sent a mail to the support on 5th december, they replied me back and asked to send me the screen shots of the products and product code and i did as they said. later on 12th december they closed my complaint without resolving it. Then i called them back again on 14th december to reopen but they didnt do that and i called again on 16th december they said they opened and wait for 24-48 hours. but the issue didnt resolve i called again on 25th december and i spoke with the higher official and they said the same of wait for 24-48 hrs it will be resolved.Foloowing that I called them back on 29th december later on 2nd january 2024 and kept replying the same. Finally I spoke with the Manager on 13th january who is the head of escalation team myntra and he also replied back the same as everyone.I totally spoke for 120 minutes i.e 2 hours having the call records and waited for 45 days but it didnt resolve. I hope my struggle will not be wasted and i get justice.

                        I have bought shoes on 17 January 2024 and got delivered on 23 January 2024.Now I want to exchange the shoes because of small size but I get error that exchange service is not available for delivered address.I tried different address but got the same error.

                            Hi!

                            On 7th Jan, Sunday, I ordered 2 Fleece Jackets in size S & XS thru Myntra.
                            For some reason a different product was delivered to me so on10th Jan I raised a return request.
                            On 11th Jan, Thursday, I got a call from the pick up boy stating that the items did not match the product images, so I calmy explained to him that this is the main reason that I was returning the package to Myntra, as product received did not match product ordered.
                            On 12th Jan, Friday, a pick up boy picked up the package in the afternoon, So I thought to myself - good seems issue resolved.!
                            But this was only the start of things yet to unfold in front of me. For the next 2 days I kept getting multiple messages saying that the Pick up FAILED and will be reattempted!! It was so annoying and frustrainting, as on 13th and 14th Jan I chatted with the customer support people asking for them to check why I am getting such messages when package was already picked up - I thought it was that the system was not updated.
                            Last nite I spoke to the customer complaint center and the one thing that was repeated to me upteem number of times - was that though they understood my situation, but they were unable to help me as the system shows package was not picked up - so they cannot help me. Its just that they were vomiting whatever they were trained to say to customer - thinking that showing they understand - the customer will go soft on them perhaps - !! But surely not me - as after 2 days of chatting with customer support and the numerous message - i was not ready to listen to the empty words., so I asked that I be connected to the manager. After a 2-3 min wait a guy claiming to be her manager came on the line and repeated the same words - I understand but ...blah blah, blah... For a manager firstly he didnt sound like one, infact sounded like a trainee!! and secondly he gave no resolution to my complaints. He gave his name as Shaid.
                            I have managed to retrieve the camera footage and am sharing a video showing that the courier guy is leaving with the Myntra bag.

                            I want to know with the proof that the package is picked up I want you to resolve my issue and immediately refund my amount to me without any further delay.
                            I have not been able to enjoy the Lohri festival and have just been calling and messaging you to help me out.. Not to forget the numerous messages. Had I not retrieved the footage - Myntra would have called me a lair as their system is flawless.

                              Harassment on delivery and return of the products

                              On 1 Jan 2024, I made an online purchase of puma shoes from your company
                              and I have received the product with the delay of 2 days and the fake
                              reason was updated from your delivery agent that non absense of the
                              customer at home but the thing is that I was there at home. And 2nd thing
                              the delivery agent do not answer the call at all. If we call the delivery
                              agent 20 times then 1 call...

                              I was bought 2 items from myntra on 13 dec 2023 of Rs2249 and Rs1799 and return both item on 17 dec 2023 but they only refund Rs2249 and share reference number of it.

                              But still they do not refund my Rs1799 amount.

                              From last 10 days i am regularly talk with customer care but they only told me to wait for 24-48hr.

                              I also provide them my bank statement as well as official mail of my icici bank in which my bank mention clearly that myntra is not initiated your refund of Rs1799 till today[protected].

                              Myntra is pure scammer and ding fraud with their customer.

                              This is my last warning to myntra . Kindly refund my amount asap.

                              Otherwise i am going to register a complaint to national consumer helpline and consumer court against this myntra fraud.

                                I have ordered a footwear from myntra but they were too big for me...so initiated a return...the item was picked up on 04 Jan 2024 but I was shocked to see the delivery guy has marked the return failed...when I tried calling his number he is not responding...when I talked to customer care of Myntra they said they can't do anything about it... this is harrasment and fraud both...either the guy who came for pickup marked it erroneously as pickup failed but then why should a customer be liable for his error...if not then it is a case of fraud by Myntra where they pickup the item and later decline the pickup...they are not even contacting the return pickup guy and refused to share his contact so that I could confront him... this is a fraud this is harassment... malpractices on part of Myntra...I am a govt servant I won't lie for an item worth rs 700 only...but I am shocked to see a company like Myntra indulging into fraud and harassment...i will go to court and book them for fraud since a public cctv was available there.

                                  I have purchased a product from myntra but it was a bad fit so I initiated a return ..item was picked up on the pickup day...but I was shocked to see that delivery executive has marked the pickup as failed...he collected item from me and marked it failed...now when I call Myntra customer care they say they can't do anything...it could be an error from delivery guy part but why should I pay for it...or it could be a fraud from myntra that they collect the product and mark it as return failed ...don't worry I have cctv proof and I am going to book them for fraud... this is harassment and fraud both...Myntra you failed
