refund on hold

I had ordered one dorothy perkins jeans which i returned due to very poor quality. I got a message that due to orginal tags missing the refund is on hold. But i raised a complaint that i had returned the product as it is. Whenever i would call them for the follow up they would say that they will return the product back to me. I told them you keep the product and my amount also., but just show me the proof that they had dispatch ed the product...

my myntra credit expired

I purchased 4000 myntra gift card one year back, that time i called the customer care ask about the validity. They informed me that if i will add that gift card to myntra the i can use any time if i will not add to myntra account then it will expired in one year. Now the customer care is saying that will expire in one month if you have added to the myntra count also. I have unused rs1724 was in my account. Neither they are interested to return...

warranty claim

I had purchased a del mondo shoes online on myntra costing 2526. The sole of the shoe is wearing out gradually. I want to claim the warranty as the product was received by me on 12th july. I mailed the condition and details of the shoe to the shoe brand and they responded to claim the warranty directly to the purchasing site. Please expedite the issue...

money was deducted from my bank account but order was not placed in myntra shopping site.

I ordered Puma navy blue cappela IDP slip-on Sneakers worth rupees 2309 on 29 october 2019 from Myntra. I prepaid using Punjab National Bank ATM and net amount of rupees 2530 was deducted from my Punjab National Bank account. I got confirmation for the deduction of money from my bank but the order was not placed. Please help me recover my money. This is cheating from myntra. Since i got no message from myntra if they have cancelled the order...

invalid gift card

I have been gifted a gift card from my cousin worth 2000/-
Even after waiting si many days
And putting correct details it's still showing invalid.
I spoke to customer care aldo..they said to speak to the sender who gifted me this but she also can't do anything..she sent same card again and it's showing incorrect again.
How can that be possible.
This is merely Making people fool....

delivery boy refusing to pick up return

I have been facing the issue from the past 4 days or more. The delivery guy from myntra refuses to take my return which is luggage bag cabin sized. The only reason they mention is that the bag they carry is not suitable to carry my return luggage which is not my fault, they always appoint a new delivery guy every day and all of them have a same reason....

order cancelled but refund not credited yet in my account

I had ordered from myntra.com on 29 sept 2019, but due to some reason i cancelled my ordered. Since then i'm waiting for refund, i talked to them on phone but they aren't responding. They told me that they have already initiated refund and i need to call state bank of india or to call their customer care. I did visit the bank and called sbi toll free number but they said it's the responsibility of the bank through which they have initiated...

not able to change delivery address

I am an old customer of myntra. Recently i have ordered some items with the amount of more than 10k. I did a mistake with changing my delivery address. But there is no such option like this. And even some item is not showing "cancel item" option. So what what do you mean, i have given a wrong delivery address means i have lost the money. Is it like that? Such a good way of making fool right???...

mrp tag missing

I ordered a palazo on 28 feb 2019, when I received the order, the MRP tag was missing in the packet and on the product itself. I didn't like the product so when I requested for return and the pick up boy came, he refused to take it since the tag was absent. When I emailed the very company they replied saying my request put on hold due to quality issue. I mailed them again, they again replied the same thing. I wasted my 1400 something to this...

item not delivered but customer care said it was delivered properly

On 27 the june i placed order for 4 items by full payment online. On 2nd july 1 item delivered. But problem started as i checked myntra app. It showed 2 items delivered though i did not receive any call or message for undellivered item. I contacted customer care they took the complain. missing product when its delivered

I have ordered BOaT headphone from Myntra on June 30 2019 whose price was Rs 470. I received the parcel on 30th June of the month. I had already made the payment before receiving the parcel. 'pickup rescheduled for the next day' since a week

I ordered a product from myntra on 22.06.19 and it was shipped through ecom express. On tracking the order, i find that the pickup of the order has been rescheduled everyday for the last week. No support from myntra and neither can i query why my product is taking so long to be shipped. This is so frustrating given that the order has already been paid for. My myntra account was hacked last night, it had credit balance of 3500 something and i had ordered items but the hacker canceled my order and used the refunded credit to buy his goods. What's the point of doing online shopping with full home address?? the UNPROFESSIONAL Myntra delivery executives are not delivering to doorsteps without any reason. these kind of lazy, irresponsible employees should be either relieved from work or withhold payments unless they learn the meaning of online -home deliveries....

unable to deliver when no delivery was attempted

I got message early morning specifying that delivery will be attempted today, and later in noon got a message saying myntra was unable to deliver. I called up the on the number mentioned in the message of delivery agent and he says no such delivery was scheduled for him for today.
Called up myntra care and they say it was declined from customer end. How is this possible if the delivery guy does not have it scheduled at the first place?br...
