I have been facing the issue from the past 4 days or more. The delivery guy from myntra refuses to take my return which is luggage bag cabin sized. The only reason they mention is that the bag they carry is not suitable to carry my return luggage which is not my fault, they always appoint a new delivery guy every day and all of them have a same reason....

I had ordered from myntra.com on 29 sept 2019, but due to some reason i cancelled my ordered. Since then i'm waiting for refund, i talked to them on phone but they aren't responding. They told me that they have already initiated refund and i need to call state bank of india or to call their customer care. I did visit the bank and called sbi toll free number but they said it's the responsibility of the bank through which they have initiated...

I am an old customer of myntra. Recently i have ordered some items with the amount of more than 10k. I did a mistake with changing my delivery address. But there is no such option like this. And even some item is not showing "cancel item" option. So what what do you mean, i have given a wrong delivery address means i have lost the money. Is it like that? Such a good way of making fool right???...

I ordered a palazo on 28 feb 2019, when I received the order, the MRP tag was missing in the packet and on the product itself. I didn't like the product so when I requested for return and the pick up boy came, he refused to take it since the tag was absent. When I emailed the very company they replied saying my request put on hold due to quality issue. I mailed them again, they again replied the same thing. I wasted my 1400 something to this...

On 27 the june i placed order for 4 items by full payment online. On 2nd july 1 item delivered. But problem started as i checked myntra app. It showed 2 items delivered though i did not receive any call or message for undellivered item. I contacted customer care they took the complain. But no progress till now regarding my complain. Everytime they are just extending the dates. Till now among 4 items 3 items delivered properly. But 1 item...

I have ordered BOaT headphone from Myntra on June 30 2019 whose price was Rs 470. I received the parcel on 30th June of the month. I had already made the payment before receiving the parcel. When I saw the parcel it was torn from one side and was sealed with white tape. So I opened the parcel in front of the delivery agent. I ordered a product from myntra on 22.06.19 and it was shipped through ecom express. On tracking the order, i find that the pickup of the order has been rescheduled everyday for the last week. No support from myntra and neither can i query why my product is taking so long to be shipped. This is so frustrating given that the order has already been paid for. My myntra account was hacked last night, it had credit balance of 3500 something and i had ordered items but the hacker canceled my order and used the refunded credit to buy his goods. What's the point of doing online shopping with full home address?? the UNPROFESSIONAL Myntra delivery executives are not delivering to doorsteps without any reason. these kind of lazy, irresponsible employees should be either relieved from work or withhold payments unless they learn the meaning of online -home deliveries....

I got message early morning specifying that delivery will be attempted today, and later in noon got a message saying myntra was unable to deliver. I called up the on the number mentioned in the message of delivery agent and he says no such delivery was scheduled for him for today.
Called up myntra care and they say it was declined from customer end. How is this possible if the delivery guy does not have it scheduled at the first place?br...

My bad experience with myntra. Fake branded products.

I bought a tommy hilfiger navy blue sling bag from myntra on 25 feb 2019. It was stated on the website that this is an original tommy hilfiger bag.
I ordered it for rs 2830 which is too high for this sized bag but i went forward with this product as it was stated that it is original.
But to my surprise, after only 20 days o[censored]sage, the bag has started to wear...

I got a fake myntra logistics job offering with good salary package I sent my documents their office address after sending my documents their 1 text message delivers to me for terms and conditions of the company, which should I accept for this job, but after download the pdf of t&c they demand 4700 for security deposits which will be refundable.. There were number display was not correct....

Since, myntra permited the castomer to reject/ refused the items of their order at the time of delivery... Few days ago.. I received a percel from myntra.. But without aware of the shipping charge. The price was more than i expected.. I was confused and told our servant to refuse the item over the phone.. (Since i was not at home at that time). Then the delivery boy telephone me.... Next time we can not delivering your order anymore...br...

I am regular customer of myntra. But I didn't get my refund against the 4 return. I called up the myntra executive about the refund for which they told me to wait for 10 days as they have already initiated the refund. After 15 days, when i called up another myntra executive telling that it's already 10 days and the money hasn't been refunded yet then executive tells me that that they have refunded the money on and provided me with a reference...

Hello,

Myntra also started cheating the customer, as while check out it is showing the discount applied and while payment it is showing the complete amount.

Also customer care started claiming the customer dont know how to booked the order and they are not willing to cancel the order(which i am not getting the option to cancel my self).

At last they will keep you amount in your account for 20+...
