I am writing to request a return and refund for the Adidas sandal I recently purchased from your website. My order number is[protected]-9303601.

The sandal arrived on 30/11/2023 and I was disappointed to find that the color was significantly faded and the overall condition appeared old and used. This was not the quality I expected from Adidas or Myntra.

I have attached photos of the sandal showcasing the faded color and worn-out appearance.

I would like to request a full refund for the sandal. I have not used the product and it is still in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Please let me know how I can proceed with the return process. I would be grateful if you could arrange for a pickup at my earliest convenience.

    I requested a return & refund of Reebox Shoes that were tight for me. Although the shoes were picked-up, it was returned back the next day and refund rejected stating "Used" and "Stained". This is completely false as I had only tried the shoes once, and the SEAL too is INTACT.

    I CONTACTed Myntra SUPPORT mANY TIMEs and even mailed them with pics & video of shoes being intact, with no soiling or damage but received empty apologies and NO ACTION. I demanded to speak to a higher up, got through to an 'Escalation Team member' named Pinky demanding proof of the damage they claimed, but was denied it saying internal investigation couldn't be shared. ###! In fact I was to get a call from a Case Manager but nothing! Only a mail from a JayaBHARATi stating the claim was rejected and complaint closed. Reeks of disappointing service and total fraud.

    Then why boast of a Return Policy in the first place? SCRAP IT Myntra!

    IF you DO CONDUCT an investigation, shouldn't you share validity and proof of it? What are you hiding Myntra ...your inefficiency??

    You have more trust in a pickup person who reports the product used although it hasn't, but you have NO FAITH in your own CUSTOMERs who provide you business, Myntra???

    It's an UTTER SHAME and I am definitely NOT GOING to place any more orders from such a poor service provider as Myntra that earns Millions by defrauding people of their hard-earned money. 👎 Myntra

      Received a fake and a duplicate product

      Recieved a fake and duplicate product from myntra. The product recieved was different with retinol which was not mentioned in the product description. The Myntra was irresponsible. The Myntra didn't take any action. They are not ready to return the item and not ready for a refund either. The original price of the Lakme product is 947 but I got it frm myntra for 589 and was a fake Lakme product...

So we generate a return but my package not received still even my login password has blacklist by the myntra. So we are requested to solve my return query on urgent basis. Otherwise we will face a heavy loss. Please do the needful

          Dear Team,

          I'm not sure if your team will be able to help me with my problem, but I wanted to let you know about a few of your products that I brought from the Myntra site.Although I usually stick to a brand, after using the wallet for a few days the leather started to peel in some corners. It now looks like a roadside market wallet, where they used to sell them for fifty or sixty rupees, but I paid more than a thousand rupees for it. We are unable to assist you because the merchandise return policy has been broken, according to Myntra customer service. Indeed, but where is the responsibility for your brand? Not anywhere? If the customer is not satisfied, then it's acceptable?
          I want a solution rather than sorry or deeply apologize mail.

            I have ordered to Myntra Order no[protected]-9604801, Packet ID [protected] Dt[protected]

            Myntra has uploaded the Option "Delivered", While there were no any delivery made to me.

            Which Delivery Person they inform me with the contact no [protected] to follow up, Never reachable, Like my no is Block with them. The parcel was in My City Moradabad om[protected] at morning.

            I had contact to Myntra Customer care over the App, then first they lodged my complaint with assurance that till night.

            Surprisngly, The option has started to show "Delivered". then I gain tried to approach him with various communication means. But No body respoded yet.

            So I have to approach you, that how Myntra Show "Delivered" of non delivered order to me????

            You are requested to take necessary action at my issue and resolved ASAP.

              Hello Team
              I ordered something on Myntra on October 31st with cash on delivery. It was delivered on November 7th, and I paid for it using a scanner.However, the order status remains unfulfilled on the website as of right now, and I received a notification today stating that it was unsuccessfully delivered because I wasn't there.
              And now that the item is the wrong size, I want to swap it, but I can't because the order is still in the undeliverable condition.

                I had ordered stick on nails 2 packs. I received empty nail pack cartons with no nails inside the packaging. Received the package at 6.14pm paid online to delivery guy and raised complaint in support which images attached which have a timestamp of 6.17pm and Myntra denied my claim.

                  I have ordered product named pink sleeve kausally brand dress where it shows me it’s delivered but I didn’t the receive the product. I made pre payment through UPI. I have reached out to coustmer service of Myntra but the issue is not sorted out.

                      I'm extremely disappointed with my recent order from Myntra. I purchased a pair of jeans, but they didn't fit me. I promptly initiated a return request within 15 minutes of receiving the product. However, the delivery person refused to accept the return, claiming that the color didn't match. He instructed me to contact customer service and report that the product was different, which I did, even though, in my opinion, the product was as described. Now, it seems that the delivery person is deliberately avoiding picking up the product. I strongly advise against ordering from Myntra. My order ID is #1250711 [protected].

                          I've ordered dressberry perfume 2 sets, where 3 perfumes in one package, totally 6 bottles. I've been delivered with only 2 bottles. I was not available, my friend got the parcel, so I raised the issue the next day. The package was partially open and only 2 bottles were there. I raised complaint in myntra, they in turn seem like respond but not and they placed return, without my concern. I've cancelled the return two times. Also no response, they cut the call while I'm in call. The Delhivery had delivered, I raised the complaint to the Delhivery TL, he took call and asked me to WhatsApp the bill, remain ignoring and not responding. My complaint is not taken, no response from Myntra and Delhivery.

                            . I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration with my recent experience regarding an order I placed with Myntra.

                            On 02.09.23 I ordered a trouser through your platform, and upon its arrival, I was sent the wrong size. Naturally, I initiated an exchange process immediately. Little did I know that this would be the start of an extremely frustrating ordeal.

                            It took an entire month for Myntra to process the exchange, during which I had to call your customer service a total of 15 times to inquire about the status. At the end of this prolonged wait, to my utter disbelief, Myntra simply canceled the exchange without any reasonable explanation. This was not only highly inconvenient but also a significant waste of my time and effort.

                            Now, I am stuck with a product that is of no use to me, and despite my attempts to reason with your customer service team, they have offered no solution for the situation. I am unable to use the product, and when I requested a return, it was denied.

                            This experience has left me deeply dissatisfied with Myntra's service and the way this situation has been handled. I trusted Myntra as a reliable online shopping platform, but this incident has severely eroded my confidence in your company.

                            I am reaching out with the hope that you will take immediate and effective steps to resolve this issue, either by processing the exchange or arranging a return and refund for the product. I kindly request a prompt response and a solution to this matter.

                            I believe in fair and reasonable customer service, and I hope Myntra can address this situation and regain my trust.

                              I have ordered 2 Cortina sofa covers of charcoal grey colour from Myntra together but I was delivered light grey items. I have recieved wrong product and I had been requesting for the pickup since 27th September.
                              After one month of constantly complaining, they picked up one of the sofa covers. The second one is yet not picked. When they were bought together, delivered together, then why are they not picked together and why is it not picked till now??
                              Everyday, I chat with the Myntra customer care and they say they have raised a ticket but they literally do nothing about it.
                              I want them to pick the product and refund my money back asap. This is a way of harassing the customers and actions should be taken against these kind of scams.

                                Requested to return the product which was a tommy hilfiger lofer shoes but their pickup agent is not picking it up and i complainted on 9th of oct. Myntra is only giving time and time wait for 2-3 more days they say everytime…is there any limit or what their pickup agent is abusing over call..this is not the way to treat a customer..when i called then 3-4 times myntra has also deactivated my account so that i can’t be able to contact them..help me out to make a refund..going to share the deatils

MYSC[protected] - showing arriving on 30th October since when I have placed the order, and it was clearly mention that the delivery address is belongs to office address. It is not for the first time, I'm facing several times this issue.                                   Have ordered 2 numbers of Tokyo Talkies women Pants out of which One Cream Colored Parallel Trouser Zip was found Damaged. The said product with Order ID # 1249282 [protected] placed on[protected] was delivered on[protected]. We have not opened or checked the package until[protected] due to busy schedule. On opening the package on[protected] found one item Zip was defective while the other was in good condition. So placed an exchange request stating defective or damaged item delivered as the return window was open until[protected]. Exchange request was accepted and exchange product arrived on[protected] but delivery executive denied stating that he will not accept the damaged item while all the original tags and packaging was intact. After explaining him that we have raised a exchange request due to defective item he said he need pre approval from customer care and updated on orde page as Tags were missing. It's not fair to make false update but however after contacting customer support they too denied that item has passed all quality checks before despatching. If so why other customers too made reviews stating that Zip was found Damaged while they received the product. It's a matter of only Rs.200 but it's highly alarming that it would be a great hassle if more valuable item would have got same issue as Myntra Exchange process won't work. Even after sharing the images your customer service team is blindly replying stating that Item has passed all quality checks. Is this was the QC performed by QC team. Really worst experience for the first time with Myntra. I have received more than 10 orders in this month from My tra and this is the only defective item received but no proper resolution could be provided by your team. I have attached images of same for your reference and if no resolution found I have to tweet with all screenshot and replies as Buying Valuable Items will be an hassle during return or exchange process.
