    I have ordered 5 items on Myntra.com on 21st August. Out of this they delivered one item and cancelled two items by saying "unforeseen circumstances" on 26th August. Remaining two items are showing "Shipping delayed" which were expected to be delivered by 30th August. They are also not allowing to cancel the delay delivery order neither providing reschedule delivery date. They have "cancel" option in their website but it is giving system...

    I have ordered Mitera cream colored & Red floral silk blend saree which cost me 2179/- (order id #124439670333204824803) sold by AARSH LIFESTYLE PRIVATE LIMITED -SJIT, I have received a top of price approx 600 instead of the saree . I have raised complaint regarding this issue in myntra customer care but they dont resolve it they say we have delivered the fresh product. I have raised complaint upto myntra escalation desk. But no one has resolved the issue even the return pickup is failed for this product

      Rubbish myntra customer service. Ms. Kajal escalation supervisor is so unprofessional and doesn't treat the customer issues neither try to help the customer.
      I got the wrong product and delivery guy took the wrong product but never delivered my original primary product and without informing me the team has cancelled the product and initiated the refund without my knowledge. Upon asking so many customer care executives, supervisors and managers none of them were able to give the proper response.
      And upon raising my voice ms. Kajal says you have to be professional when talking to us, instead of helping me with my issue she was raising her voice even though the mistake was from myntra side. Pathetic customer service team myntra.
      Also without my knowledge all the chats and issues were marked as resolved whereas the issue was on since 13th aug 2023. And these guys marked all the issues as resolved just to close their tickets.

        I had purchage material from myntra 21 august.On 25 august i have got message that material delivered on given location.But it had not received by me or my family.Without any otp or call confermation material handover unknown person.Already complaint raised on myntra customer care but not given any positive response.

          On 15August, 2023, I placed an order for product 'Stella anarkali kurta set'
          on Myntra, Order no. "1244002-...". Regrettably, the product l
          received was not only different from what was displayed on your platform
          but also defective. This situation prompted me to immediately request a
          replacement/refund on the very same day the product was received.

          Following this, a pickup was scheduled, and the product was returned to
          Myntra's facility. However, l was shocked to learn that the product failed
          in the quality check process. It is crucial to clarify that the reason for
          the return was not receiving the actual product and product's inherent
          defect, and it was not due to any mishandling on our part. In response,
          Myntra's representatives initially assured us that a replacement/refund
          would be processed.

          To our dismay, I later received notifications claiming that the pickup had
          failed, despite no actual pickup attempt being made. This contradictory
          information only added to my frustration. To make matters worse, my
          subsequent efforts to contact Myntra's customer service team yielded no
          satisfactory resolution.
          Now they have closed the case stating that they checked their video footage and everything was correct and seller does not provide the product which I"m claiming to recieve.
          If they are right why aren't they sharing the proof with me.

            I am getting harrassed by Myntra service. Order ID # 1245270 [protected] I am repeatedly complaining to them however no resolution is provided. I am a regular customer of Myntra and never faced any issue with them however that's not the case with my recent order. I ordered this and received the same, the very next minute i opened the parcel and saw that instead of the Item I ordered they sent me an old newspaper i called the delivery agent but he didn't came back and said that's what I received, certainly the package was intact. Upon complaining to Myntra, they kept on saying that the right item was sent but it was not otherwise why would I even raise complaint to them and why I never raised any earlier? It was a prepaid order and I need my money back. Kindly help me

              Deactivated my account without notice

              Hello, Myntra deactivated my account without any notice. Well as per their policies i understand they can delete accounts anytime. I had super coins in the account and they gulped it along with the account. now when probed further that why my account got deleted I need My account urgent Please I would request you to active the account or i Shouldtake this issue To Indian Navy Commanding office and I think I Should Take This With INDIA TV...

              I have ordered this product on 21 august and got it on 26 August but received completely different product in design, color, size and price too.
              So, I have raised a complaint from my end to return the product and the return was approved from their end and after 2 days I got the message of pickup, and the pickup guy came to receive the product and said I cannot keep this product as the product failed the quality check from Myntra end. And he also said please raise again this request by choosing different issue of returning the product. So, I placed the request again by choosing the issue of returning the product is that the product is completely different in design. And then my request was approved and after two days I got the message that pickup is cancelled. Then I choose Myntra Help forum to know the exact reason behind this and to raise my complaint regarding this. They listen to me and raise my request from their end and said that your product will be picked up by 2 September. But still the product was not pickup up till 2 September. So again, I raise complaint from Myntra section, and they done the same as done before. After that I got the message that pickup will be done by 5 September and then the pickup boy called me that day and asked for the OTP and I gave it to him, but he still did not come to receive the product but cancel the return request from his end by saying that he tried to contact me, but I did not receive his call.

                I am so disappointed and frustrated. I've been a Myntra customer for 8 years or more. I use it on my account, my siblings account and my friends delivered gifts to my homes too via Myntra and we never faced any issues regarding delivery just over a month ago I ordered some stuff on my pincode and yesterday when I spent hours choosing items for my upcoming birthday and finally decided to place an order, it showed we don't ship to your pincode....

                My account is showing deactivated for security reasons when ever I tried to log in. Customer care also had no information about that. They have even done this before without any information on the mail but claiming that they have send.

                  Ordered a 1seater sofa cover, the delivered product on 19th Aug was wrong in first place on, then I didnt find any price tag, I placed return on 20th Aug, pickup was not scheduled until 30 Aug, but every day I got a message from 29th aug to 1sep that it will be picked, no one attempted, so I everyday called the pickup guy, his behaviour was il come if i have time, if i have mood, if i pass by your area, suspicious of the behaviour, called cust care every day they assured pickup will be done before 2nd sep, I got a msg pickup denied, I again called cust care they assured in 24hrs it will be done, on Sep 3rd return is cancelled and issue was closed stating i was not available. They pickup person never came for pickup never called me in any given time frame of return. This is 100% scam. I want my refund take the product, its in fully packed good condition.

                    I placed an order for a Tshirt on 23rd of august 2023. The image shown on the Myntra app is of a Tshirt of an off white one. The one that was delivered to me was a darker shade and hence I wanted to return it. I placed my return request on the very same day the product was delivered to me.

                    When the delivery agent came to pick it upm he rejected it on the claims that the color did not match. He asked me reach out to myntra customer service to solve this out and so I did.

                    The first time I talked to them via chat support, the agent assured me that it will approved. He canceled my current return request and asked me to place a new request. I followed his instructions.

                    Another delivery executive came to pick up the product and rejected it again. He shouted at me claiming that I switched the product, even though all the original tags and packaging was untouched.

                    I talked to the customer service from Myntra AGAIN and they assured me the issue will be resolved in two days (ie, by 1st September). And today morning they rejected the cancel request claiming that it did not pass quality check.

                    They send the wrong colored Tshirt and expect the customer to keep while showing a different colored product in their app. Not only is this false advertising on their part, but also a gross violation of my consumer rights.

                      Why suddenly myntra stopped delivering at my pincode 411015?
                      I have received my last order from myntra a couple of weeks ago and nothing is deliverable at my pincode can someone please sort this out

                        My myntra credits of about Rs 2811 expired without any prior notice by myntra on mail. Please extend my expire date so that I can redeem what's mine. I will be thankful to myntra customer care team.

                          Hi this is Suhasini, firstly I received a wrong product, on top of it till now its not been picked up, the delivery agent was so ruthless, he asked me to drop the product down from second floor to ground floor. I sincerely don't know what kind a service Myntra is providing. Secondly I didn't receive 3 products but it was shown as delivered. For 2 products I got refund back but for the other one every time they tell it will take 3-4 business days. Today when I asked the agent to pass the call to manager she told manger is not there on the floor. You can listen the recorded call. This is really a worst type of service provided.

                              I have ordered Tommy Hilfiger flip flops from Myntra. Due to size issue I returned the product. Last Wednesday that is on Aug 23, 2023, I got a call from delivery boy around 1:27 pm. The delivery boy came and took the product. But around 7:27 pm, I got a message from Myntra saying the pickup rejected due to product mismatched. Again at 7:29 pm, I got another message from Myntra saying Return is on hold as the product didn't passed the quality check. So, I called the Myntra customer care these people they don't have any faintest idea of where my product is. They took the product, and put the return is on hold neither they refunded the money nor they send the product back to me. So I lost the product not I got any refund. This is complete plain cheating to customers. They took the product and didn't refunded the money. This is fraud and cheating. I'm attaching the screenshot for the reference.                                 I placed an order and did payment. Amount was successfully deducted from gpay but myntra showed payment failed. I did payment again for same order and amount deducted again.
                                Now the amount has been deducted twice of failed payment also

                                  I order 7 items from Myntra. The order was supposed to deliver after 4 days. 15 days later, Myntra orders updated as delivery delayed. After the order reached to the nearest hub in hyderabad. Order never got out for delivery. No delivery agent contacted me.

                                  I connected to the customer care executive, they said that they have raised the query at there end and will try to deliver the product ASAP.

                                  Within 24 hours, the out of seven, 3 orders get cancelled and refund generated. Others items are still showing as delivery delayed.

                                  I again connected to the customer care executive regarding the same. But they didn't provided me with any solutions or reason why this happened. Also they said for the remaining order they will see if they can do something and that's it.
