I ordered a saree wth Myntra which had only 2 days of exchange period. Initially The timeline of delivery was to be delivered on or before 7th September. But Myntra delivered on 8th Sept that too a wrong product (original product was of worth 7000), and i have already left for another city by that day. On returning on 11th sept, when i filed the complaint for wrong product delivery and returning it, Myntra rejected the request and have not being listening to any of my reasoning. Upon asking for their policy on late deliveries, they are saying they donot have any such policy, its only for return & exchange.

    I had ordered it on 17th September, by my SBI Drbit card, and cancelled it on next day .today is 30th September. I did talk with customer agent about 6 to 7 times, they could not assured me, they told me various dates and did not fix my problem, though the amount is not huge, but it required my monthly needs, Please solve the issue

      Since the order got delivered, the order history is not visible. I can't raise a return request. Service-wise, this seems to be a huge flaw.

        I paid for this order yesterday and it was visible till yesterday..today in orders nothing is shown says its empty

            I have ordered a lipstick and moisturizer which is not delivered yet and they marked as delivered on app I raise an issue they marked as resolved without my permission even though issue is not resolved by my side I didn't even receive a call or message by delivery partner or myntra regarding delivery I reopen my issue but they are not taking complaints now they are saying it's been longtime since you have ordered infact they are the one who takes almost month to resolving my query and it's still not resolved.

              On Myntra i ordered a liberty black shoe size 8 I get that product on 11/9/23 but size was to large so I applied exchange request on Myntra app same (liberty black shoe size7)after few days old product was picked up on 15/sep/23 by delivery boy .on nxt day I sawed in Myntra app the resized ordered was delivered on same date 15/sep/23 but as a true I did not geted any delivered message opt on myntra side still now I get not get product of (size7) then I compliant mytra customer care...they issued a complaint on(sept 18 ) where my product was? And they convinced me the issue will be solved in within24 to 48h but still now when where I call only conveniening me on sep26 i received MSG on Myntra they resolved but issue was not cleared they closing my complaint without my permission again I call customer care they again applied a complaint.so i don't have hope on Myntra...plz I want a justice of ₹2024.                 I have ordered a watch and a tshirt for my friend in gurgaon on 21st sep, and it was supposed to be delivered on 23rd sep and today is 26th sep and it is still not delivered and not even its status is showing. From past two days it is showing delay. Please let the customer know the status. This is not done for the products with higher prices. I need the answer from myntra.

                    Today is the 24th of September, 2023. I ordered a dress from Myntra named KALINI SHARARA two weeks ago. I had put the order for replacement due to fit issues. Usually, a Myntra delivery executive collects and delivers the orders. But this time, they sent an e-kart delivery executive. I gave him my parcel and asked about my replacement. He said that he would check the tags and will deliver the product the next day. I have placed replacement orders before as well. We get the replacement product on the same day. That night, the status of my order was changed to 'delivered'. Whereas, I did not receive it at all. I contacted Myntra customer care on 15.09.2023. According to their suggestion, they were supposed to give me an update on 19.09.2023. I have been calling them since that day... No one is willing to help me... All they say is, to wait for the update in the next 24 hrs. Since 15th September, it has been many days. I still haven't got my product or any update about it. My order number is:[protected]-9229801 and the ticket ID is: IN[protected].
                    The customer support people try to act soft and ask for feedback after the call ends, but no one is working to resolve the issue. I want an immediate resolution. I have attached the necessary screenshots and my contact number is [protected]

                      Don't trust Myntra

                      Had requested for return of product on 11th of September and product was picked up by e-kart delivery boy but this was not updated in Myntra app and again on 13th of September there was another delivery boy who came and asked for same product but I had already returned it on 11th itself, I informed him the same but he had mentioned as product quality issue and updated In Myntra app.even after that I didn't even receive my product nor my refund...

                        I ordered a Top then I want to exchange with Noise watch so It put it on exchange. The delivery boy came took the Top but didn’t gave me watch and it is wrongly marked delivered successfully on the app. I talked with Myntra customer care they told me it was a glitch and they will solve the problem but atleas 4-5 times I talked with them they always give another date and today half of the month completed but my problem is not solved yet!

                          I have created return 15 days back still not picked the item. Again due to such delay pick up, nonsense Myntra management will denie to accept that return and customer will suffer it with lose. Useless management nonsense service centre advisor . Worst service.

                            I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and disappointment with Myntra, a company that has managed to ruin what was supposed to be a special occasion for my family. As a common man who finds happiness in few occasions, my daughter's birthday on September 22nd was one such cherished event. We decided to make it memorable by ordering a dress for her from Myntra, a decision we now regret profoundly.

                            The problems began immediately after the delivery of the dress. Not only was the dress significantly larger than expected, but it also looked nothing like the product displayed on the website. In response, we initiated an exchange request, willingly agreeing to pay an additional amount for the new dress, hoping that our daughter's special day would still be salvaged.

                            On the 15th of September, E-cart Logistics collected the old dress as part of the exchange process. However, it has now been a frustrating ordeal as we are yet to receive the replacement dress. The Myntra mobile app falsely claims that the new product has been delivered (Product Tracking Number: MYSP[protected]). Numerous attempts to contact Myntra's customer service yielded promises that have remained unfulfilled.

                            First, on the 19th of September, we were assured that the new dress would be delivered without fail. This promise, too, proved to be empty as there was no delivery or communication from Myntra or E-cart. Subsequently, on the 22nd of September, after yet another long and fruitless call with your customer service, we learned that our order had been locked by Myntra, causing further delay and frustration.

                            It is both disheartening and infuriating to know that the product we ordered is sitting at the delivery hub, within our reach, yet we are unable to obtain it due to the incompetence of Myntra's technical team and the unresponsiveness of E-cart Logistics. This entire ordeal has left our family deeply disappointed, especially my daughter, who had to celebrate her birthday without the dress she had so eagerly anticipated.

                            The way Myntra has handled this situation is nothing short of a scam and a betrayal of customer trust. We expected much better from a reputed company like Myntra. It is disheartening to see such a lack of accountability and customer service. We had to resort to purchasing another dress from a nearby store at the last minute to salvage the celebration, incurring additional costs and stress.

                            I implore Myntra to rectify this situation immediately by unlocking our order, ensuring the prompt delivery of the new dress, and compensating us for the immense inconvenience, disappointment, and financial burden we have experienced. This entire experience has left me questioning whether Myntra truly values its customers, and I sincerely hope that the company takes swift and appropriate action to make amends.

                              I ordered a trouser from Myntra. Opted for a refund later. The product was picked up and I got a proper msg of product pickup. After that still the refund has not been done and still they are asking for pickup. I even shared the pickup msg with them which I got from delivery partner. Still it has been 6 days.. and they are still not refunding. They are asking for time and time and more time. My hard earned money is still with them. They are not providing any solution for problem.

                                A product without tags was delivered to me. When I tried to return, the delivery person did not take it saying that it doesn't have tags. I have called many times and they raised the issue saying it will be resolved in 24-48 hours. It has been more than 5 days and every day I am given a new timeline and product is not picked up and my money is wasted. No-one is responding to complaints as well

                                  I received wrong product from Myntra for which i applied for return and they even took the product for return but they re shipped to my address saying that the product was rejected to be returned when I contacted at the help centre those people were only giving me dates and none solved my problem I want my money back

                                    I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction and utter dismay with the deplorable service provided by Myntra.com, an online retail platform that I, unfortunately, trusted with my hard-earned money. My experience with Myntra.com has been nothing short of a nightmare, characterized by deceitful practices, non-delivery of paid products, and an absolute disregard for the trust and loyalty of its customers.

                                    On 08 September 2023, I placed an order with Myntra.com for MAX1SHRT64766960([protected] max Men Coral Classic Checked Cotton Formal Shirt, Size: 44 with Order ID #[protected]-7337101. The transaction was completed promptly, and I received a confirmation email, stating that the order was placed successfully and that I should expect delivery within the specified timeframe.

                                    However, this was the beginning of my ordeal with Myntra.com. On 11 September 2023, I received a message indicating that the new product had been delivered and the old stuff was picked up. To my astonishment and dismay, I found no package at my doorstep. I waited patiently, hoping that there might be a delay, but days turned into weeks, and still, there was no sign of the product I had paid for.

                                    I immediately attempted to contact Myntra.com's customer support, which proved to be an exercise in frustration. The customer support representatives displayed a shocking level of apathy, providing vague responses and empty promises, all while refusing to acknowledge the glaring issue – that I had paid for a product that had not been delivered.

                                    I have attached the order confirmation, delivery message, and proof of payment to this complaint, which should serve as incontrovertible evidence of the abhorrent treatment I have received as a customer. It is evident that Myntra.com has engaged in misleading practices by falsely marking my order as delivered, despite the fact that I have not received the product I paid for.

                                    This behavior is not only unethical but also illegal, as it amounts to fraud and false advertising. I demand immediate resolution and restitution for my order. Myntra.com must take responsibility for its actions, refund my payment promptly, and take corrective measures to ensure that such deplorable conduct does not recur.

                                    Furthermore, I strongly urge the consumer complaints forum to investigate Myntra.com's business practices thoroughly. It is clear that this company has a pattern of deceiving customers and failing to deliver on its promises. They must be held accountable for their actions and face appropriate consequences for their unethical behavior.

                                    In conclusion, I want to emphasize the urgency of this matter. Myntra.com has shown a complete disregard for customer satisfaction and has engaged in deceptive practices. I demand justice, restitution, and strict action against Myntra.com for its unethical and fraudulent behavior.

                                      I have purchased 6 products from myntra and due to fit issues I have kept return for that 6 products. And from almost a month my return is not picked up and I am calling customer service and they are opening a complaints and giving me some timeline and once that time line is done when I call again, again they are giving me another timeline. And at the end of that timelines my return was cancelling. And again I am calling them placing returns. And the same process goes on repeatedly. This is like third time I placed returns and even now also the same happened. Literally it’s a month completed.

                                      They are just raising and closing complaints without resolving the complaints.

                                      In their policy it is written that within 3-5 business days return will be picked up. But this like violating their policy right.

                                      Still my issue was not resolved. As I recently delivered a baby this is really frustrating to me. The way how these myntra agents handling this issue. They are not even showing the concern.

                                      Don’t they have anything in their policy, what to do if they violate their own policy.

                                      Even the manager level persons also giving me the fake timelines which never gonna solve the problem.

                                      I am having all the call recordings and the screenshots of what happened in this entire month.

                                      I am really frustrated with their worst behaviour.

                                      I am willing to go to consumer court and raise a complaint regarding this MYNTRA. But just waiting to know full process.
