I ordered a sweatshirt from Myntra and it was delivered today. As soon as I opened, I found stains near its neck. Therefore I tried to request for exchange. However, Myntra says they do not provide exchange services at my address.. In fact, any of my addresses. I do not understand! If it is possible for them to deliver, why not exchange? Also, this was never mentioned when the actual order was placed. I tried 'contact us' on Myntra where the bot gave me a number. I attempted a number of times but the call never got connected. I would like to receive a fresh piece without any defects.

    I have ordered women off-white cigarette Trouser. The size was not fit. So, I have returned the product. But later I got the status as "Return rejected because the quality check failed". But the day itself I have kept the product as Return status. I had only tried the dress once and all the tags are intact, and the team did not provided any other details. I refuse to believe that the product can be categorized as damaged/used. And even if done, nobody from their team can provide me the exact details and the reason they did it. I want proof of the same, which I know they don't have because the product is as it is. Even before they delivered the product back, I didn't even received the call from the delivery agent, that they were delivering this product back. They simply put the product at my door steps and went.

    Also in addition to the refund and return, I would also like to escalate the inconvenience caused and unprofessionalism by the team.

      Order of events:
      1. Placed an order for Shezone Women Black Printed Ballerinas, Size: 37 on 28th July 2023. (Invoice number: I0724SE[protected]
      2. Received product on Aug 1.
      3. Placed return request on Aug 2, on account of damaged product.
      4. Received message by their delivery partner "Ekart" on Aug 6, for pickup of the product.
      5.Received call from Ekart delivery agent at 1:15 pm on Aug 6 for pickup of product.
      6. Personally went to return the shoes. He checked and the contents of the box and said everything was alright. Also mentioned message will come soon. Delivery agent took the product with him.
      7. At 5:13pm on Aug 6, received an SMS from EKart stating " Pickup Rejected (due to damaged product)
      8. Simultaneously received a message from Myntra at 5:20 pm stating "they were unable to pick up the Shezone shoes due to operational constraints and that it will be picked up later." They also sent a message that return request has been cancelled as product could not be picked up.
      Please note the contradiction in the statements by Myntra and Ekart.
      9. Immediately called customer support. They mention that according to their database this product has not been picked up at all. Complaint registered with Myntra on Aug 6. Issue no:IN[protected]
      10. From then started the back and forth calls and messages to Myntra about the status. All they could reply is give us 24-48 hours. Every time I called them, all they said was "this product has not been picked up, we are looking into it" . They did not mention that the quality check failed or anything of that sort.
      11. On Aug 18th, they closed the complaint stating product not received, hence refund denied.
      12. I immediately called customer support, who then told to send screenshots of Ekart as mentioned above, about the product pickup.
      13. Aug 19th they state saying could not find information in screenshot.
      14. Contacted customer support on Aug 21st. Explaining the whole issue, they reopened the query. Spoke to the supervisor who then finally claims ( After 15 whole days), that the product was checked by the delivery agent and it failed to meet refund requirements as the product was damaged. Hence product was returned back to me and not picked up. They said they will look into this but have not giving any conclusions.

      Please not the sheer contradiction in their statements.
      First, Myntra states they could not pick it up, now they claim it was checked and rejected by the delivery executive.
      Second, the reason why Myntra claims it was rejected was because it was damaged. The whole purpose of my refund request was because it was a damaged product, then how can they reject it?
      Third, even if it was rejected, why was I not informed about it at the time of checking of the product and why was my product taken away by the agent?
      Fourth, they took 15 days to initially close my query saying that no product was picked up. This is an absurd amount of time to check such a simple thing.
      Lastly, nor do I have the product with me now and nor am I able to get a refund for the same.

        I have ordered shoes from myntra on july30th it got deliverd on aug2nd . They deliverd a wrong product so immediate we raised a exchange request and posted the photos and waited till aug09. Product was not delivered so made a call to customer support, they told to send photo of the wrong product again. The very next day, the delivery person came to deliver the product but he rejected the product as the exchange was not approved. Again we made a call to customer support, they told to wait for 24- 48 hours but it fot approved on aug13 but they delayed delivering the product again made a cimplaint to customer support they told us to wait for 24-48 hours. We have spoken with many customer agents still they are saying daily as to wait for 24-48 hours. Till now aug21 product is not delivered, no proper response from them. Even we said them to take the product and reverse our money they are not responding to that.
        Kindly solve this issue asap.

          Hey, i have been shopping from myntra for past 5-6 years on same address...but now in aug 2023 ..its showing that pay on delivery is not available for selected pin code(142038)...i nedd to shop more...please solve this problem asap

            When I clicked on exchange ..it says item not exchangeable
            No help from customer support

              I have submitted a request for a product on 2 August as the fit was not correct.

              I'm told the pick up will be done in 2-3 days. Its been over 12 days and nothing. More than that lies and misguiding the customer.

              I have been constantly asking for help from customer service.

              I have been REQUESTING Myntra for almost 2 weeks now to pick up the return! IF YOU OFFER SOMETHING TO YOUR CUSTOMERS PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU CAN EXECUTE IT.

              I have been speaking to your executive almost every second day. I talked to him on 7th Aug for first time and he assured me on I will be updated till 9 August. BUT OBVIOUSLY THAT WAS NOT DONE. I SPOKE TO ANOTHER EXECUTIVE ON 9 AUGUST AT 6pm, SHE ASKED ME TO WAIT TILL FOR 24-48 HOURS.
              And yet again nothing happened.
              I spoke to your executive for the third time on 12th AUGUST and still no response.
              The last time I contacted your executive was today i.e 14 th AUGUST and yet again I have been told to wait for another 24 or 48 hours.

              I HAVE LOST ALL PATIENCE WITH MYNTRA. I know that this email will only be escalated without any action...JUST LIKE IT HAS BEEN IN THE PAST.

              THIS IS THE MOST PATHETIC SERVICE EVER.

              I am definitely writing about this at all consumer forums.

                On 6th July 2023, I had purchased for a new pair of trousers from myntra.com, thereafter within 20 days of purchase, barely 1 usage and 1 wash, the product has torn.

                When I escalated this issue to Myntra, they asked me to submit proofs like images from all sides along with description as on 30th July. I did the needful subsequent to which my return claim was approved. However the Delivery executive who came to collect the product refused to take it.
                Thereafter, I escalated the issue to Myntra again and they raised a return request all over again. After 2 days, Myntra arbitrarily decides to reject my return claim without any reason/expalaination given.

                I contact Myntra again and the same procedure is repeated and yet again after 2 days, Myntra cancels my return request without any justification.

                it has been over 15 days that I am struggling to get my product returned and just get my money back. Over the last 2 days, I have made a minimum of 15 calls to Myntra to explain my problem however they have failed miserably to attend to the same.

                Today, out of sheer mental agony and deep pain, I have no choice but to approach this forum to raise my plight before the honourable body.

                I am a middle class salaried woman. Every piece of garment I buy comes after months of bugetting and savings hence it is extremely painful to see expensive products being torn off barely after 1 usage and absolute lack of support from big ecommerce giants like Myntra.

                I even told Myntra that due to their inability to initiate the pick up, they should just refund me my money but they refuse to do that as well.

                I request you to kindly help me get justice in this fight against Myntra and take strict action against the malpractices and violation of Consumer rights as detailed under ecommerce guidelines.

                  I returned 4 mimosa sarees and 1 tavas saree to Myntra on august 10.
                  The customer service has not credited back my money for 1 mimosa saree and 1 tavas saree.
                  Now they are sending messages that an agent will pick the sarees up.

                  I called customer service and am getting no answers
                  I persisted and chatted on the Myntra chats and Agent lied that return was approved
                  I escalated to supervisor and he did not resolve or credit back my money
                  Opened another ticket
                  I have screenshots for proof of the customer service lying.

                    Bought Ahika green printed kurta and palazzo sets. Size issue. Quality issue. I bought 2 sizes as different sellers have different sizes in India. So i bought 3xl and 4xl. 3xl has bad shoulder stitching and lose for me, also it is faded than 4xl. Because it is lose so there was no question of trying the 4xl size also. So i didn't try it and just looked over the package and saw difference in shade, one dark, and one way too faded. I immediately decided to return. And I placed return. The pickup happened next day. And after a few minutes I received messages for both sets, for 3xl i received that return is successful and refund will be initiated, but for 4xl the msg said refund declined due to failed quality check. I contacted customer service. They told me the product will be reshipped to me and after that I will have to raise another complaint. Okay I received the product again. A day later. And called them again. Now they tell me after two complaints n investigations, the issue hasn't been resolved and I won't get refund. That they can't help me bcz price tag is missing. Price tag was missing from the seller's side itself. I don't wear price tag and not am I a toddler that I play such games. But because of the carelessness of the seller now I'm not getting my hard earned money back for a kurta set that is of no use to me. Great.. Seller's fault and customer is having to suffer. I used to be a regular buyer of myntra. Used to be very much satisfied. Recommend to all my family, friends, relatives, colleagues...for not just the product quality but the hassle free process of shopping and returning refunding.. I trusted this platform blindly. Loved the experience very much. But I've learned the hard way how they don't value a customer's trust. I demand my refund!

                          I was out of station so after coming on 1st august I opened all the parcels and tried the dresses I didn’t like the fit of 2 dresses in my order, so I raised the return for them. 1 product was returned & refunded Though I didn’t use the 2nd product my return was rejected saying quality check didn’t approve as it was used. I just wore all the products to check the fit in less than 5 minutes for each top only, I didn’t wear any bottom also, how can they say I used it without using, the tags everything is intact. They r cheating people, u should take some action on them.

                            My Myntra credit of around Rs. 2100 expired recently.

                            I had contacted the customer care some time back and asked them to transfer the amount in my bank account as I did not intend to shop in the near future but they refused. So, I agreed to use thec credit only.

                            But recently when I opened my app to shop, all my savings were gone. The credit had expired. I was not sent any warnings or reminders about the expiration dates.

                            Request to give my credits back with a validity of atleast a month so I don't lose my money.

                            Hope to get a resolution. TIA

                                  A refund of Rs. 1418/- had to be initiated on 23- July 2023 and in case of delay, it will take 7-10 days.
                                  17 days have been passed since and I haven’t received my refund yet. Upon contacting the company multiple times, they have finally fiven me a bank reference number to deal with the bank myself.
                                  Why am I to deal with the inconvenience caused by the company due to their negligent behaviour.

                                      I ordered Annabelle by Pantaloons
                                      Women High-Rise Formal Trousers Order Number: 124217265633141950301 but i returned them because i don't like them Return Id[protected], Item had been picked up by myntra executive on 31/08/23 after proper check up of the item but next day i got the message that "item has been put on hold as it did not pass quality check process". This is very ingenuity because i returned the same product which i received and the same was checked by myntra executive during pick up. So, please its a request refund the amount of the product asap otherwise i will raise the issue everywhere of the ingenuity that is doing by such a big name. I am a regular customer of myntra and never expected this type of incident from myntra.

                                        Please note that this company is a fraud and request you to take strict action. I ordered a green jumpsuit from them. The pick-up happened the same day. But as per their claims, I did not receive the refund to date. It has been 30 days.

                                        Multiple executives are involved in this fraud. They opened my 100 complaints and shut it without refunding my money. They said my YES Bank account does not exist so I gave them a Standard Chartered Account. It has been 30 days that I haven't received my refund. They are not willing to give it either. Please help with my refund.
