Myntra has deactivated my account and the reason mentioned is "The account has been identified to be in violation of Myntra Fair Usage Policy and has been deactivated for any further transactions."

But, I didn't violated any policy and for this I have been following up with them to provide the details on the activities pertaining to which they have deactivated the account.
However, I haven't received any response from them since more than a month.

They are not receiving customer care call, or emails.

    Hi,
    Recently I purchased one jacket for my 11Y old son. Seller has mentioned size suitable for 12-13Y. Unfortunately the size didn't fit and hence I requested exchange with size suitable for 14-15Y. Now the issue started. Agent who came for pickup said the product has stain and he can't pickup. I reached out customer care and they said that it will be picked again. Next time also the pickup man cleaverly and said he has come to pickup but after seeing the product he said he has not come for pickup and by mistake he has come. Later on after he went the status changed to Exchange request cancelled due to damage product. I have some questions to Myntra -

    1. When you deliver any product, have you adviced delivery agent to open and show the product to customer for quality check ? If not, they how you know that customer has damaged the product ? It is possible that it was delivered in that condition only.
    2. If you feel customer is cheating, then why would I request for larger size ? Do you think in order to hide any damage by requesting you a product which will not be suitable size ?

    It was such a nightmare experience doing online shopping with Myntra. Myntra used to be known for leading in online garment e-commerce but those days are now no longer.
    I am feeling cheated.

      Hi,
      I ordered one jacket for my 11year child of size which was claimed to be suitable for 12-13Y but it didn't fit him. So I requested for exchange of product with size 14-15Y. Surprisingly, the agent who came to pickup checked the product and said there is stain over it and they can't pick up. I was shocked to get this experience as online shopping has become so common these days. I reached out to customer care and they said it will be exchanged. Immediately after few hours, one agent came but he also did the same and didn't collect the product. Now I have 2 concerns here -
      1. If at all Myntra cares so much of product quality check while exchange/return, why does he not do while delivering the product ?
      Maybe what they are claiming damaged was always in the same condition when it was delivered.
      2. I personally don't think there is any issue with product and my reason for exchange is not product damage but there is a size issue. Why would I put exchange request with another size if I have really damaged the product ? I should have requested in the first attempt for damage product return with right product but I didn't do because I really needed bigger size.
      3. Product seller should be caught who claims size suitable for 12-13Y and it doesn't fit even a child of 11Y.

      Now I feel like cheated.
      Really bad Myntra. You have loose your image of leader for online garment shopping.

        After I cancelled the order due to delay in shipping, I was informed that refund was done for my order (Order ID # 1238265 [protected]) on 11 June 2023 and 12 June 2023 (individually for 2 products in the order).

        But on the order page, the bank reference number was not there unlike previous refunds. After contacting them, they said me to stay assured, I will get the refund in 10 days. It was first time Myntra was dealing the issue at hand very carelessly. After repeated communication I was informed that the issue will be sorted and i will be given bank reference number by 06 July, but no, the customer care peoples only copy pasting random replies (bearing the same repeatitive lines & language). Since 45 days, they just replying but no action has not been taken.

        Meanwhile, i contact my bank and they say no refunds have been received from the said transaction.

        After an aggressive communication with one agent, I was given a fake refund bank reference number. Imagine a billionare company like myntra doing this!

        I tag them on twitter etc. But same sophisticated replies and nothing else they are doing.

          I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to file a formal complaint against Myntra, an online retail platform, regarding an unsatisfactory purchase experience.
          On [15 July ], I placed an order for a Peter England suit (Order[protected]-6581003]) through Myntra's website. However, upon receiving the package, I was disappointed to discover that the product delivered to me was of a different color than what I had ordered. The website clearly displayed the suit in the desired color, but I received an entirely different variant.
          I immediately contacted Myntra's customer support to address the issue, but despite multiple interactions, the matter remains unresolved. The customer support team has been unresponsive and failed to provide a satisfactory solution to my problem.
          I have attached copies of relevant documents, including order confirmation, delivery receipt, and communications with Myntra's customer support, as evidence of the issue.
          In light of this, I kindly request your intervention to resolve the matter fairly and expediently. I am seeking compensation for the inconvenience caused, either in the form of a replacement of the correct suit or a full refund for the purchase.
          I believe that as a consumer, I have the right to receive the product as described and advertised, and it is disheartening to experience such negligence on the part of a reputable online platform.
          I trust that the Consumer Court will ensure justice and safeguard consumer rights. I am hopeful that my complaint will be duly acknowledged, and necessary actions will be taken to rectify the situation.
          Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to a prompt and fair resolution.

            For Order ID # 1240771 [protected] placed on 09th July for baby clothes there was a coupon applied NORETURN5 for a discount of 138Rs ..Without conveying user that he will be allowed to return the product against the order. There was no pop up and user acceptance for T & C of the discount availed...I was online shopper and never come across coupon like this in any site..They are cheating customers by coming out this type of policies and sending cheap quality products.

              customer support not providing resolution
              I was patient to wait the entire 4 days of time sought by myntra, timeline passed, no resolution, no revert.

              delivery executive number in snapshot to help you investigate, and attached screenshot of ticket id.

              please resolve, I am ok to take the product if myntra cannot refund, just deliver the product.
              I have wasted lot of time with the daily follow ups on IVR call, long wait time chats etc.

                I have ordered a product (Libas Women Green & Gold Zari Woven Design Straight Kurta with Trousers & With Dupatta) from Myntra. Due to fit issues, I placed an exchange request, but no one called or came to pick up the item and deliver a new item in exchange. I followed up with customer care and spoke to supervisors as well multiple times. But there was no resolution. When I realized it isn't helping me, I asked the supervisor to place a return request on the product instead. The supervisor cancelled the exchange request and placed a return request on my behalf on July 4th. He mentioned the item would be picked up within 3 days. But no one called or came for pickup. I kept on calling customer care after 3 days. Everytime I call they say wait for 48 hrs and nothing happens in 48 hrs. I don't have trust in Myntra any more. They are not telling me the root cause on why the product isn't getting picked up or why no one is calling me. The have wasted my time and money. My product is still not picked up and I lost my money. I want Myntra to refund my money back.

                  I had placed an order for a tommy hilfiger pink analogue watch on the 19th of June but on the 3rd of July I received the wrong product I even raised a complaint against it, and it's been over 10 days and they are trying to cancel my order and even trying to ship. I had paid through UPI during the time of order placement on 29th of July.

                  Please deliver my product to me as soon as possible.

                    I have an account with number [protected]and email id jc[protected]@gmail.com . i have placed an order of a saffaras jeans but i received a mens low quality jeans on 20 June .
                    then i place a complain and submit all the required things but the pickup person is not taking the return back he is saying that the product mis matched picture is not updated and he will not take the return until the picture and tag of mis matched product is not updated.
                    Then i again complained and explained all the things that what pickup person is saying but they just told me that mam your return is approved and for pickup issue we are raising a complain against the pickup person i and asked me to wait for the next two days
                    Then after receiving no update from myntra till 28 th june I again called to them then again they asked me to wait till 2 July and this time after 28th June the pickup person not even came to take the wrong product he just declined my return every single time till 4 July
                    Then again I call and they ask me to wait till 8 July but after 4 July to 10 th July no one came to take the pick-up even they didn't respond anything to me
                    And after thousands of complains tomorrow they send me a mail and gave me an assurance that your pickup will be done within 24 hr but till now pickup is not done and they send me a notification that your return request is rejected
                    From 20th June to 10july I was just requesting them to take the pickup of wrong product and refund my money or they can also exchange it with the product I have placed
                    But since they are not doing anything .
                    Today they created a return when i complaine but the pickup person is no coming and my return is automatically failed and I am totally frustrated with myntra helpline services because I have invested my money it is also affecting my health
                    Every single time i call to Myntra helpline services they just give me false assurance and ask me to wait for next two days due to which I feel frustrated and it also affects my mental health
                    So now I am claiming a refund of 50thousands because myntra is affecting my mental and physical health and if myntra didn't refund my money then I will definitely go to consumer court because I can't sit by keeping my mouth shut I will take step against myntra and it's consumer's right .

                        I placed an order today from myntra for a 3 jewelley articles worth INR 1498. I have paid the money phone pay and even got a message from HDFC about the transaction. but i havent received any confirmation message from myntra. NO details of order is present on my myntra app also. i either want the confirmation message and the product or i want my money back. dont get ur customers mad. Please better attend my complain quickly

                          The product was cancelled on 1st July and app shows it was credited back to Myntra wallet but i have not received the amount till now. I have already raised a ticket but customer care is ignoring the issue. Their services have become worse day by day and i shall be escalating this further in case i dont get refund in 24 hours. In my case dated 3rd July, the redunf was supposed to by credited by 5th July - STILL NO UPDATE On 5th July, i get an update saying issue will be resolved by 7th July. Today i get an update asking me to wait for 2 more business days. The fraudsters are just pushing the date again and again with no intent of providing refund. They promise refund to the wallet within 24 hours and i am going to FILE A COMPLAINT IN EDAAKHIL FOR MISLEADING CUSTOMER AND MAKING FALSE PROMISES. It has been a week and my refund is still not credited.

                              Purchased a jacket from myntra in april’23
                              - requested if the jacket can be exchanged for a different size. I was advised that jacket can be picked up and team will check and confirm.

                              Myntra team confirmed that jacket cannot be replaced thus they will send my original jacket back. Since then i have followed numerous times but i have not received my jacket work 3k or a refund.

                              Initially cust support team responded but henceforth there is no response on multiple follow ups and i am at a loss of jacket and my money.

                              Really pathetic service and literally cheating.

                                  First return request placed on 26th April 2023, even after so many complaints product has not been picked up, no delivery agent called me or messaged me. Myntra agents always put the complaint on highest priority and generate a return within 7 days. After 7 days, I just get a mail which clearly says your return cancelled from courier. This happened multiple times till now. And also, refund was not provided.

                                    I am unable to exchange my jeans from myntra as the app is showing exchange delivery to this address is not supported. My question is how were they able to deliver my product in the first place? I don't think that this thing comes under hassle free return/exchange program!

                                      delivery boy contact me to receive the item on 18 jun 23. When i went to received the item, the packet was found damaged and i didn't collect the same. After that myntra app is showing the item was delivered.
                                      An issue was opened in the myntra site but they have solved the issue with item delivered.
                                      Again an issue was raised but till now no response from myntra side.
                                      My complain is eighther they refund my amount or delivered the item which was not physically delivered.

                                        I had purchased three items from Myntra, All the 3 items were returned however I have received the refund for only 1 product. Every time I call the myntra helpdesk, the support agents say the money has been refunded please check with the bank. I have checked with the credit card division of HSBC but no payment has been received for the 2 items
                                        I had purchased All about you women rust loose fit which was priced at Rs471/- for which I have not received the refund. The item Berrylush- Peach coloured flared maxi skirt which was priced Rs546/- for which refund has been received to my hsbc card, the item chemistry - women cotton flared pleated prices at rs516/- has not been received. The reference number bank gave for refund is [protected]. I have checked with the bank also and they clearly mentioned that they have not received the payment. Attaching screenshot as evidence

                                        Please solve this issue at the earliest . I have paid for something i never received .

                                        After placing this complaint I have received fraud call faking to be calling from consumer complaints department. The call was from [protected]. This person first gave me voucher code RFC10000AZ and pin PIN 9897 and then asked me to open I mobile app and select cashless payment option and enter 10000, Basically this person was trying to removed 10, 000/- rs from my account . When I said this doesn't seem safe he spoke to me rudely then you must know the option of gateway not working.. This is heights of rising complaint where customer's data is available to strangers . I am doubtful if this is genuine !!
