I had ordered Reebok Shoes from Myntra on 17th June 2023 and received the product on 19th June 2023 at 2:30 pm. I want to return the product as it’s not comfortable at all but I have no option on Myntra App as the status shown on the app says delivery delayed. I have called customer care several times but they seem to be least bothered about the issue. The delivery was done through M Express which is Myntras own courier service which claims 48 hours delivery. Every time I raise a complaint it is closed and mentioned as Issue resolved. This is wrong business tactics by Myntra.

    Concern: The product should be matched with its item details and its order details. The product is not even opened by me. I opened the upper package, found a different color from the order. Kept the product aside and put another product for an exchange.

    Request: Return the whole money back. Not interested to do shopping from this site whose delivery system is not appropriate. Hope you will hear me soon and solve this issue.

      Dear Team,

      I am writing to express my deep disappointment and utter frustration regarding the deplorable experience I encountered while interacting with one of your customer service executives. It is with great distress that I bring to your attention the escalating issues surrounding my return pick-up request for the product 'Teakwood Leathers.'

      To provide some context, I promptly raised the return pick-up request a day after receiving the product, which was on the 10th of June. Despite assurances, I have yet to witness any meaningful progress in resolving this matter. The app continuously displays an unfulfilled promise that the product will be picked up "tomorrow, " while multiple messages from Myntra proclaiming imminent pick-up dates have turned out to be empty promises. This lack of action is utterly unacceptable.

      To compound my dissatisfaction, today I was appalled to receive a message from Myntra stating that my product return request had been abruptly cancelled due to the address being deemed unserviceable for pick-up. Why, after waiting for more than ten days, was this sudden change in pick-up feasibility not conveyed to me earlier? I am left wondering why Myntra would have delivered the product in the first place if it could not be picked up from the same location. These questions I diligently raised with your customer care executive, but regrettably, he failed to comprehend the gravity of the situation. He simply hid behind your rigid policies, refusing to acknowledge the need for a customer-centric approach.

      When I implored him to connect me with his manager, I was met with dismissive claims of managerial unavailability. I even requested a call back from one of the managers, but he callously informed me that such a facility does not exist. How can it be that a customer is left devoid of any means to escalate an issue and seek a viable solution? If your policies are incapable of assisting customers in need, what purpose do they serve? Moreover, why were these policies not transparently communicated to me from the very moment I initiated the return request? It is bewildering that such a significant policy change would be implemented only after ten days.

      Compounding my frustration is the fact that I am currently unable to courier the product as I am not present in Hyderabad. Furthermore, the 22nd of June marks the final day for returns on this product. Therefore, I urgently implore someone from your team to arrange the pick-up from the same address without further delay. Failure to address this matter promptly and effectively will only heighten my disappointment and contribute to a deteriorating perception of Myntra's customer policies.

      Let me be unequivocally clear: I am thoroughly disheartened by the lack of resolution and the hindrance to my progression towards a higher level of support. As a loyal customer, I had hoped that Myntra would prioritize customer satisfaction and swiftly address any grievances. Regrettably, my experience thus far has shattered these expectations.

      I trust that you comprehend the urgency and severity of this matter. I implore your team to take immediate action, demonstrate accountability, and work towards rectifying this situation promptly. Restoring my faith in Myntra's commitment to customer service is of paramount importance. I sincerely hope that you will not disappoint me further.

          Terrible experience recently. I first put in a request to delete my account, and didn't hear back from them for a while. Then I went ahead and placed an order during EOR sale, using a gift card and myntra credit. Because I assumed nothing will happen since I hadn't heard back from them. I then log in and it says my account has been suspended! I have money left in the wallet/myntra credit. I got no update email from them, nothing. Rs. 1262 is now lost, and the company is profiting from it. Their constumer service is absolutely useless.

            I ordered 6 items from myntra on 14th June 2023. I was expecting those to be received on 16th June but I got it on 19th June. Hence, I was trying to return all the items as I didn't need it after 16th June. I paid in total 3198 rupees as there was instant discount on the OneCard above 3500. So, I got instant discount of 436 rupees. Please note that 3198 is the amount I paid in total. I have also attached the screenshot of the same. Now, when I am trying to return the item, they are giving me 500-700 in total and saying that OneCard discount is applied and OneCard discount is appliable only on payments above 3500. But, I have paid total 3198 and I am not even opened the products. Its seal packed as it is and I am only getting 700 back. So, I want myntra to give me complete refund of the amount I paid and collect the package.

              Myntra rejected my return by stating that quality check does not passed.

              I ordered shoes for my mother-in-law Kumud Gupta on 15 June 2023 and it got delivered on 16June 2023 .
              In just matter of 30 minutes the return request was raised due to size issues .
              The shoes was picked up on 17June 2023 in original packaging conditions. The person who picked up checked the tags and everything and did not complain about anything . In evening i recieved mail that returs in on hold and then after in 3 mins that the return request in declined without stating any details about it .
              If the product is returned in the original condition of delivery then the return should be successful . I am trying to reach them but there is no reply on my chats.

                I had initiated an exchange request for V-MART COTTON CASUAL SHIRT on the same day I received the product(6th JUNE) because of a size issue. Finally i got to exchange my product today (after waiting for almost 11 days) but delivery agent is saying the product is not matching with the details But i had received this product from myntra

                  I Purchased Boult Rock Smartwatch for Rs 2100 with 500 rs Coupon applied. Order ID # 1237859 [protected] From Myntra and Delivered on 6 June, 2023. I noticed that Strap of watch was not so comfortable in wearing and Personally I not feel it accurate calculate steps so I contact Myntra Chat Method on 7th June, 2023. Executive said that product is Defective ( in Terms of Accuracy and uncomfortable in wear) & he assume that it is Damage. Even multiple times I complain they write it wrongly. I check in Site product was Out of stock for Replace and Exchange was available so I decided to create exchange on 7th june, 2023. I paid 400 extra as as It was Exchange with Boult Sphere ( price was Same but This time I can't use First time user Coupen Worth 400 Rs) It Show Exchange Date as 14th June 2023. I waited Patiently till I get Message that your Product is on Hold. I contact there Customer Service Agent on Call and Show them that Product was not Damage and in Proper Condition by Sending Agent provided
                  link on Help Page) Again on 15th June, 2023 after so much attempts (many Times Agents not answer and Cut Call themselves) many Delays (Waiting Time 20 minutes, 16 Minutes...) I talked them and Their Superior Executive. After Telling her All Mess like Return Complain to Exchange Product Hold On then Rejected due to Quality test Check Failed Message and there reason like Return not available then she accept that it was Their fault and Said that will Reinvestigate And Update in 3 Days. I have All Recordings and Chats for Backup. If not Heard by Myntra then By Consumer Court. Waiting For Justice.

                    Hi

                    I have spoken mant a times to adviser and managers but all of them never helps despite of promising callback and compensation payout.

                    They sent me damaged and wrong products couple of time for which they even don't refund my money yet. And not ready to compensate or even apologise the customer for their misbehavior.

                    I have a ticket I'd and they have the call recording for this.

                    Please help me to get this sorted.

                      Refund has not been received

                      I have placed a return request on myntra. Tge delivery guy has received the parcel on 10 june 2023 but my order status didn't change and i didn't get my refund money. I call the customer helpline and they asked me to wait for 48 hours.
                      So on 12th june the status again change to pick up failed but i have already returned. So again i call the helpline on 12th june 2023 and registerd a complaint regarding the refund and change...

                      I ordered my product on Monday 12 june, 23 on express delivery which they promised to get it delivered by 15june, 23 but gave me usual delivery instead
                      The product I ordered costed me 1284 on express delivery which instead costed 849
                      Even i paid more but didn't got the order.

                        My myntra app got crashed while using and when i tried to reopen, it asked me to relogin, when i relogged in my entire account is wiped out including my myntra credits of 1456. This has happened at 15jun 12:20AM, and from that time onwards till 1:25AM i have been reaching out to myntra team continuously and my call is being disconnected. And when i got through they simply said account is suspended and cannot be reactivated. I told them I didn’t do it maybe due to technical glitch it happened and I don’t want everything put of my account, except for my money(myntra credits) and open orders so that i can use the app a before. I didn’t even ask for the elite membership again though am an elite member. For hour of the midnight i tried to connect with them and there is no resolution even for the elite members. This is highly unacceptable.

                          I had ordered 13 pants from myntra, on 8 june i recieved a parcel which was supposed to have 10 pants, i paid for it. When i was opening it i found it had been temepered with and had only 4 pants. I have sent photographs of parcel to myntra, have shown it to the delivery guys who acknowledged that it was a temepered parcel but myntra refuses to listen to anything.

                            I have an account on myntra and using that account i placed an order of a cargo pant of 706 rupees . now i do not have access to that number so i asked myntra to recover my account then thay send me an email to submit required documents and i fulfil all their requirements then again and again they were just requesting for a new detail about the account and i send all the details this process continues for 10 days then i received a mail that my account is recovered just click on the link and reset your password but the link is not working then again i request them to resolve but once again they send me the same link which is not working they are just making me fool from the half month i just want my payment back of the order which i did not even received bcz i have access to my account so many times i asked them to recover my account but they are just making me fool now whether they recover my account or not i just want my payment back

                              I ordered 5 items from myntra and one by one every order is getting cancelled by myntra stating due to some internal issue. But i didn’t receive a single call from delivery boy at the delivering time. Now the prices have increased and if i will order again then i will have to pay extra for it. Basically myntra has cheated with me.

                                I have order an allen solley trouser. They have delivered at the give address. Its misfit and i want to return it but its showing no pickup available at the same address. How is that possible one can deliver but cant pick up.

                                  Today the return pick up person behaved rudely.
                                  He called at 1:52pm for pick up which I was not able to pick. He reached home within next 5 mins and started ringing door bell continuously and when I asked him not to ring the door bell so many times he started scolding me saying that I called you thrice and you people don't pick the phone. I had two myntra returns that were scheduled. When I asked him which item he has come to collect, he said he doesn't know and doesn't have a picture. and refused to tell me any information about the item that he was to collect.
                                  Extremely bad behaviour by the myntra return pick up agent.
                                  I've had issues with Myntra agents in the past and those issues were unresolved and no refund was given inspire of pickup.
                                  I hope the company looks into the matter seriously.
