Ordered two items on july 4, 2020 and the product is not yet delivered with no update on the delivery date. Even after contacting multiple times, a reason has not yet been given as to why the material is not being delivered or by when the material would be delivered. The payment for this is already done....

I returned a product on 24 july 2020 till today i did not get the refund after calling them so many times amount is 1299 please help me regarding this matter...

The service of myntra has been poor overall. I have already paid for myntra for 2 products through gpay and it's showing amount is deducted. Myntra says my query is resolved but nothing is updated there on the site and also i am unable to see any refund status on website....

Contacted them more than 100 times, raised so many complaints and queries every time they gave me bank reference numbers and asked me to contact my bank for further assistance.

But the point is, in the order there were two products of amount 199 that i cancelled...
