I have ordered one dress from myntra on 02.07.2020, order id[protected]-2087503, for RS 1249/-, order was not delivered and returned to origin, on enquiring customare care it has been informed that refund already processed on 02.08.2020, I have to wait till 12.08.2020, till this date also refund not credited to my account, again I called customare care on 15.08.2020 they told to wait till 25.08.2020, till that date also amount not credited afterwards myntra customare care provided one reference no[protected], raised complain with bank consumer complaint also but till now no response, it's very regret to note that myntra is not taking care of customers refund.I m a regular shopper of myntra but after this I think now I cannot trust this myntra platform, this kind of ignorance is not acceptable, if issue not resolved then I have to proceed consumer forum also.
