I purchased a product (Jaipur kurti) from myntra which i later had to return. I returned the product on the 02/08/2020. Myntra claimed that the refund was processed on 04/08/2020 and it would be credited within 7 - 10 days. But the amount of rs 769 has not yet been credited to my account. After calling the customer service of myntra, they gave me reference no igaizruch0 and informed me to get in touch with my bank. I gave a complaint to my bank but the refund has not yet been credited to my account till date. I have been calling myntra but they do not seem to be of any help. Please help me to get my refund back.

I have not received the refund of Rs 769 in my account since 04/08/2020. Myntra has not been so supportive of my complaint. They have been informing me to contact my bank. But even after contacting my bank, the Bank was unable to trace my refund. It has been more than a month. I will be highly obliged thereby.

    Hello,

    I had ordered 2 bodyshop products from myntra.com on 31st july but i got 1 t-shirt delivered to my house with someone else's bill inside the packet. I immediately called myntra customer care and explained them that they have send me a wrong product i was assured by the representative that i will be refunded with my rs 1000/- as its totally myntra's fault. They send a delivery boy to my house to pick that 1 tshirt i returned it to myntra and i only recieved rs 500/- from them in aug. I have called them 30 times till today for my remaining 500 /- but no one in cust care or their managers are helping for it... Looks like they just dont care for their customers... Looting money, sending wrong products to customers and than not returning their money is seriously harrasing me. Please help me

      I have ordered one h&m trousers it had stained before hand and the fitting was also not good so i decided to return it within two days the delivery boy has done late to pickup the product so its not fault and then he took the product with him and put the product in hold so i contact to customer support they asked me to wait for 3 days then again when i call them they asked me to wait for more 2 days they are so irresponsible and after 5 days they emailed me that your return in rejected because you have used the product like what the hell what is the guarantee that i have use the product and it was not defective before hand what is the guarantee that due to mishandling of the delivery agent product has stained how can you just blindly cheat... I want my money back thats all. If you myntra don't trust your customers why will i trust you. I got fredup telling them that i have not used the product pls trust me but they only care about money not there customer.. The trouser cost was 2399 it was costly i can't waste my money like this i want it. And now they have re shipped me back that product and then again i returned the same product and this time delivery boy refused to take the product and asked me take pre approval from myntra support so again i called myntra support they again asked me to wait 3 days and now its already two days i m jst waiting for there approval what kind of approval man i have not used the product should i write that with my blood then you will understand.. I want my money back. If my money doesn't come back i m not going to shop from myntra in my life.

          Respected authority,

          I have ordered a french connection watch worth rs, 3547 from myntra on 31 aug 2020.

          The parcel got delivered on 4 september 2020. And when i opened the packet, i found no watch inside the box. There were just the watch manual and the cushion for the watch. I immediately called the delivery boy and he asked me to raise the complaint with myntra.

          I lodged the complaint with myntra and they told they will come back to me by 8 september. On 7 september they emailed me my query is resolved

          I reopened the issue and requested a call back though myntra app & twitter. I received a call back on 8 september afternoon. After a discussion on call, they told they won't do anything and they're fine if i file a case against them.

          I wish to complaint that either their quality check/shipping team or delivery partner would have done some mischief which they are not trying to find. I am ready to share my pan, itr which will show i am a service person earning decent money, so why would i lodge such complaint out of nowhere.

            We have puchased online jackets of rs.4874/- from myntra on 27.08.2020, its order no. 115042306089525656401. They have delivered damage product on 2.09.2020 at 6:30 evening. At the time of delivery i was not in home, i came from office at 7:30 evening and open the parcel and i saw the jacket was heavy cut in back side of jacket and left sleeve of jacket. I have raised return request in myntra site at evening 8:30. And next morning around between 10 am to 10:30 am, parcel picked by myntra delivery boy. After some time i i received a message that your return process is hold. On 3ed sep. 2020 i raised the complaint no in[protected] on myntra site reason for hold. On 04.09.2020 they closed the request and give the reason that your request for exchange decline due to damage and used product. And i have again raised the complaint no. In[protected] on 04.09.2020 on the same but they didn't response and the damage product which was picked on 03.09.2020 was delivered on 07.09.2020. My concern is that damage product was delivered by the myntra and in short time it is not possible so much damage. We enclosed her video of damage jacket, which is not possible to damaged within 2hours. Simple company has intentionally send the damage product and used product to me. Please help

              fake armani watch delivered

              I bought an armani exchange men’s watch from myntra.com (Order no:[protected]-1670503) sold by the sellers truenet commerce. The watch is an absolute fake. I bought the watch on 20th june 2020 and it got delivered a month later on the 20th of july 2020. After a million complaints it got delivered after a month. Next, i took the watch to get the strap adjusted according to my wrist at a registered titan store and to my astonishment...

              I have odered a jeans from myntra heaving order no 2929301 then i have returned this oder due to uncomfortable fit. On 13july my refund succeeded successfully with in 10 days it has to b done in my account but till from 23rd july my refund not received to me i have been calling again and again for this but no posiive response from myntra side pls solve the matter

                I have ordered 3174 rs of clothing in myntra online and did not receive any order confirmation in the myntra app nor an email confirmation about the order, but the amount got deducted from my account. Please help me in confirming and delivering my order or please return my amount back. I placed the order on sep 4th and no information or reply about my complaint till today, 7th sep. Please respond quickly.

                  First product issue-my name is avijit singh, my wife ordered a kurta of sangria brand for herself from myntra. The kurta had 2 layers, the outer layer was clean but the inner which was white in color had some old light brown stains. Kurta was too tight for my wife since the size ordered was small usually she wears medium (We ordered small since it was last piece available on myntra and was under huge discount so we wanted to give it a try if it fits). Finally it came in very bad packaging and it did not fit also so we returned. Later it got rejected in quality check stating that it's used product. And myntra has sent me back that product.
                  Second product issue - same as above. I received stained white puma sweatshirt with very bad pacakging. So i took picture and video of it and raised return. Today the product got picked up and failed quality check. I beleive in covid this is their tactic to make profit.
                  We have called multiple times to myntra customer support since 10 days and asked to escalate the matter. Everytime they assure for call back from higher authority but never received a single call.
                  Then we used twitter to escalate the matter then today we received call from some manager named sanjay from myntra to address the first product problem. And the resolution what he gave is "myntra quality check is awesome so he can not return money for".
                  Why should we pay for something which we have not done. I am sure that myntra guys are not doing quality check before sending the product to customer since several times i have received defective, damaged, badly packed, dirty, crumbled products.
                  This clearly indicates these guys are cheating customers by false alligations.

                    I ordered 3 clothing items from myntra and they were all in stock at the time of purchase. Theey delivered one item a day later and showed the rest of them will be delivered soon. So after a week I received a message that the order got delayed and will soon send it. But 2 days later I got a message that my order was cancelled. I called them they said it was not in stock but at the time of purchase it was. And also I checked on myntra again I found that it is still in stock but is priced at a high amount. Kindly provide me the same item.

                        Ordered a berrypeckers clutch and Recieved a completely different coloured product .
                        When I placed a return and when he came to collect the product he is saying the product is damaged but we haven't used it still .
                        It's is in the same condition as Recieved .
                        Not able reach customer support person as well.
                        Please take the product and refund the amount .

                          I have ordered one dress from myntra on 02.07.2020, order id[protected]-2087503, for RS 1249/-, order was not delivered and returned to origin, on enquiring customare care it has been informed that refund already processed on 02.08.2020, I have to wait till 12.08.2020, till this date also refund not credited to my account, again I called customare care on 15.08.2020 they told to wait till 25.08.2020, till that date also amount not credited afterwards myntra customare care provided one reference no[protected], raised complain with bank consumer complaint also but till now no response, it's very regret to note that myntra is not taking care of customers refund.I m a regular shopper of myntra but after this I think now I cannot trust this myntra platform, this kind of ignorance is not acceptable, if issue not resolved then I have to proceed consumer forum also.

                          Same happen with me my refund also not received to me till from 23rd july same story like u happen to me I am also a regular customer of myntra but when myntra doing like this with their valuable customers who will trust on myntra
                          I have ordered two dresses form myntra
                          1st one was of Anouk dress 1254.60
                          2nd one was of Libas dress 1122.30
                          But I have returned both the dresses due to the size issue but I have not received my amount yet.
                          Please look after my problem and try to solve it as soon as possible.

                              The myntra firm is not accessible for its customers to handle the issues and complaints. They have shut down the email for written complaints and the wrong issue handlings can’t be reported or resolved. If i call the toll free no they insist on sending an email by some recorded voice. When i reach the email they reply with automated message that email not functional please contact us. On contacting the helpline numbers my numbers is shut down to approach or report any wrong, mischievous issue handling. I have not yet started with the series of issues faced with this firm yet. Now with the issue.. I i had two returns of myntra out of which the delivery boy picked the wrong return and i was refunded for the wrong item, which i did not even return! I had filed the issue with myntra and they are making series of neglect and practicing wrong work ethics by stating the issue is resolved when the issue is not resolved! And wrong status for products is even flashed. I cannot reach the customer care team to resolve the matter as they have done unreachable settings to reach them. It’s very harassing to have ordered from myntra and being subjected to such malpractice by them. Kindly take a strict not and intimate and help me resolve the matter.

                              The issue pending is not yet resolved by Myntra . Their team is continuously misleading and not resolving the issue since so long and doing wrong consumer practices . They have shut down their email id for taking complaints and wrongly marking the issues resolved . Also after repeated requests for a simple issue to the helpline numbers the customer care people are taking too long to understand or either disconnect the call in the midway and again I am left hanging since a long time . Extremely unprofessional services and stubborn attitude to resolve the issue and misleading services .In calling many times the team assures me after calling at the help desk which they had shut down earlier ( help Desk ) that the issue will be resolved and after the due date of the time given it’s still pending, they are practising wrong customer handling and harassment of customers .
                              Kindly take a strict note of this and help me resolve the simple issue .
                              This issue is not yet resolved by Myntra . I am continuously harassed for not resolving the issue till now even after filling a consumer complaint !

I complained for the same on 29th aug and customer support informed they will resolve my query before 03rd sep. Today i received the message from myntra that my complaint ticket has been resolved without any solution and they informed me that i was lying that i received empty box.

                                After conducting a thorough investigation and review of your claim, we have found that the products were dispatched from our warehouse in a properly sealed package. We have also received a confirmation from our Logistics team that the package was delivered in sealed and pristine condition to the same address as updated while placing the order.

                                We cannot transfer the call to the (higher authority or the courier person) nor arrange a call back from the director as per the policy.

                                We regret to inform you that the claim cannot be accommodated and thus we would not be inclined to look at the same anymore.

                                  I have issue with my return... My return got rejected just because of the pick up boy... I have issue with the fitting of the shoes... The pick up boy told me to ask for approval from customer support... As price tag was missing dont know what he wanted... I gave him everything i got in the package... But he refused... And by mistake marked my request as damaged... Though the shoes are not damaged... The customer support i complaint... Inquire about damage... That is not the case... Myntra is well known but im highly disappointed...

                                    Today i ordered three articles (Shoes) from myntra and paid for them on the time of delivery though the packaging of boxes was torn and mangled which i have on video. The orders are under following order numbers:-

                                    All three shoes had size fitting issues so i requested for return via myntra app. Now i got an email from myntra telling me to self courier the items, basically forcing me to do so if at all i want a return. If they can deliver me the package and take my money why are they forcing me to self return it. Please help me

                                      I ordered a product. It was delivered to me on 31st of august, but the status is not updated. I want to return the product but as the status is not updated so it is not possible. I called on customer care no. But they are declining the call. I put a mail to them they replied we are unavailable right now call on customer care no. Meanwhile they reduced the time of returning.
