I had ordered a kurta (Colou me by melange) on 18th september from myntra and received the product on 23rd september. I opened the package and didn't like the fabric. I didn't even try the kurta once. I requested for return on the same day. I clearly remember not misplacing the tag. The pick up was done next day. After the message was sent to my mobile that pick up was successfully completed i got another message saying my return was put on hold as it failed to pass the quality check. Why my return did not pass the quality gate. I have returned the item in perfect condition with proper tags and packaging without even trying it for once as i did not like the material. When the delivery guy came to pick it up, it was raining and he did not took the plastic bag and i am not sure what has happened after that. If it gets damaged during transit it is certainly not my fault.

Please look into this matter as i am very loyal customer of myntra and buying things at a very frequently and this is the first time such an incident happened. I am already quite aware of the return policy and would never do anything which would result in failing of quality gates. As a loyal customer i am giving you the full assurance that there was no such damages done from my end while returning the product. I want my money back. I want my refund

    I request myntra for return product they accepted my request... So that person came and pickup the return and after return picked up they are saying return pickup failed... How can you say that.. Such a fraud thing... I trusted myntra and it's so unfair to loyal customer i will not buy anything and tell my all friends and social media also... I want my all money refund... I don't know your person take home that product or what but i returned your product i want my all money refund

    Repost your complaint then. You can reach to consumer court or register your compliant online. Myntra is losing the brand by sending such damaged products and with it's poor customer service.

      I order flying machine men black & white slim fit checked casual shirt by myntra on 24/08/2020.
      Order no.[protected]-8750401
      And i returned the product 12/09/2020. And they initiated the refund on 12/09/2020. But unfortunately my vijaya bank account merge into bank of bank baroda. And my vijaya bank got changed. That why refund money not credited on my account.

      I requested to them re-initiated my refund my bank of baroda account.
      But they are saying money got credited i my account. But money not reflected in my account. And13 days passed yet not credited.
      I want simply want to change my bank account number for refund and re-initiate my refund

        Hello there,
        This is in regards with my order no[protected]-8501401 for bollywood vogue women pink & green made to measure embellished maxi gown size 38/57 on myntra.com website. I placed this order on aug 20th 2020 through my mom's (Nagamani) account & email - [protected]@gmail.com for myself, asking my mom to bring it to us who is travelling this saturday on sep 26th. However, this order was supposed to be delivered on sep 4th, but it was delivered after almost 3 weeks of placing this order i. E sep8th 2020 late evening. However, when we opened the package we were surprised to see that the dress was not the one we ordered. We immediately raised a complaint on myntra website (In[protected]) under contact us and also called to the customer service stating the same that wrong item was delivered and we wanted to schedule return pickup for this. We also told them that, the actual product we ordered is showing as out of stock on website. However, they didnot arrange for return pickup, they told us that the item cannot be returned until complaint is resolved and asked us to wait until then. We kept on calling every single day asking for status update, however they gave us the same answer every single time "wait for 24-48hrs". They asked us to share the barcodes for the item we received, we shared everything they asked for but no update. Meanwhile, on sep 11th we asked to escalate the case to supervisor, we were told that they cannot transfer the call to supervisor, but they will be calling us back within 24hrs.in this process of waiting, we got an email saying that "we regret to inform you that your claim for the return of the product cannot be accommodated as the product was shipped to you in a proper and intact condition after a successful quality check" and they closed the complaint. I am not sure what was the quality check they performed when the item itself is not the one we ordered, they didnot share any quality check report with us. We received a call from komali (Supervisor) on sep 15th i. E after 5 days asking for escalation. We explained the whole situation to her, she said she would re-open the issue and asked us to share the pics to [protected]@myntra.com from our registered email id and wait for resolution until sep22nd 2020. We shared the images of the item we ordered, the item we received as told by her from our registered email id to myntra support email id. We kept on calling every single day and emailing under contact us option in myntra website. However, no update until now. When called again yesterday sep 22nd, 2020 asking to escalate again and requesting supervisor call they are asking us again to wait 24-48hrs. Their customer service completely sucks. They are so dumb, helpless and useless other than asking us to wait. Same thing with supervisors too. The issue has not been resolved since sep8th 2020. One thing we observed was that the actual product we ordered was showing out of stock on myntra.com when the wrong product was delivered to us on sep8th 2020, the wrong product which we received was also from the same brand "bollywood vogue" on myntra and the same supplier "supercom net from surat". We feel that it was like a complete trap from myntra.

        Since this issue is not resolved from local branch, i am raising a complaint over here for myntra to take the responsibility for this mishap and pickup the product back within 1-2 days and refund my money of rs 8, 694.00 for the item and additional expense for them not able to deliver the correct product, exceeding the delivery estimate, not resolving the issue and penalizing the customer.

        They have not refunded our money yet.
        Myntra forwarded our complaint to returns department. They scheduled to pickup our item next Tuesday after we raised this complaint yesterday. Will update the complaint again Tuesday.

          I received an email stating that myntra credit validity is extended for 90 days. But in the account/app it has expired. I have been writing to you guys multiple times from 3 weeks now. No proper response received. The customer service agents send a generic reply and say issue resolved, or say will get back in 24/48 hours and vanish. Can this issue be resolved? Waiting to hear from you. I am not in india at the moment. They insist on calling. Why do they have to call to resolve an issue in beyond me. Anyhow, i have given them alternative number where they can reach me if they even attempt to try to solve the issue. The myntra credit was meant to go on till december, instead it expired in september. The amount should be credited back. First of all why should the return amount go to myntra credit without our permission? Should it not go to our bank accounts? They have done so many mistakes in the past like sending shoes (Both for one leg) and refusing to collect it when we tried to return, i was leaving to go out of stations i had to bin it instead. And now this, no attempt is being made to sort it out. Instead i have been writing and writing mails and via app. Could anyone please sort this? It’s not way to treat customers like this.

            The clothing which is displayed on sale in myntra is priced exuberant high and then they give 55% discount on the same.
            The same product on other online site and the parent site is much less then the sale price as quoted by myntra.
            These online portals are doing such a great fraud and are looting the public of their hard earned money..
            There a many such thing on the site.
            I am attaching few pics for referral.
            Please check the same product has different mrps on different sites.

              Hey, i am subhadra, a registered and regular customer of myntra. I added this product in my bag but it the size s went out of stock in an hour and price also increased suddenly. I really want this dress from bottom of my heart. I want this dress as soon as possible.

                not receiving otp through myntra credits

                Since july 2039, i’ve been trying to claim the myntra credits of rs 2000/-. The otp is not getting generated neither to my registered mobile phone nor to my registered email account. I’ve raised several queries with the myntra customer care executives but they don’t have the right solution. They are simply buying time and postponing my issue.

                My registered mobile phone is 9986*405. However, the screen on the myntra website...

                Greetings,
                I have been purchasing from myntra for a long time for all my special occasions. I had no issues or this kind of experience ever before but this one time! I purchased a dress which did not fit me so i opted for an exchange for the next size. I have my original invoice and also the packing slip.. But the guy who came for delivery was so irritating, he was literally smelling the dress and seeing in front of my house. Asking unnecessary queations like whether i use perfume. It was totally humiliating. He said he won't take the dress without the tag and gave back. He behaved as if we were cheating or something. He didnt even give time for checking the tag. As soon as i tried the dress i found it was not fitting me, i folded and kept it in the cupboard with the pack and bill (Really feeling bad that i have to justify all this!) it was totally frustrating, we said we don't want the dress. Money is not the problem. But i didn't expect this kind of behaviour and experience from myntra. Highly disappointed.

                  I had ordered for innisfree cream and got some maybelline product. My order was prepaid and non refundable.
                  When i logged a complain with myntra they took 4 extra days over the provided resolution deadline and delayed my request. Throughout these days there was no update from myntra on the progress and on 23rd without informing me they closed the request. When i again reached out to them they said my claim is rejected. There was not even a single call to me to investigate on this issue.
                  Their escalation manager (Priyanka) and multiple customer executives did nothing but sending me auto replies.
                  I charge them of complete negligence, fraud, and harassment.
                  Complete fraud company!!

                    I order watch from myntra having order id[protected]-3056203, when i opened packet the watch is missing only empty box is there. It seems packet is opened and repasted and inner box is damaged. Now customer service provider says they can not help in this. I want my money back.

                      I have self shipped two separate shipments on august 26, 2020 and september 1, 2020 through dtdc courier service bangalore.

                      1. Order number:[protected]-7839403 sent on september 1st
                      2. Order number:[protected], 114608164188861801201, 114571102582681369303, and 114217482056738567001 sent on august 26th.

                      Dtdc courier service tried 3 (Three) times to delivery the above shipments to the myntra warehouse. However, no body from the myntra warehouse are accepting the delivery.

                      I’ve spoken and raised several complaints to myntra customer care executives on myntra.com. However, they have been postponing to answer resolve my problem.

                      I’ve purchased more than a lac of myntra products and an icon member.

                      Instead of making a valuable customer comfortable you are simply giving trouble by not accepting the self shipped products.

                      Please try to understand that despite pandemic, i’ve self shipped the products and kindly accept the products,

                      I’ve attached the dtdc tracking sheet for your reference wherein the myntra warehouse people have declined to accept the delivery.

                      I have still not received the products that i’ve asked to courier from the dtdc warehouse. Once i receive kindly arrange for a pickup from my place.

                        Very very bad service
                        I am order a dress, at first myntra delivered a wrong product, after that when i am replace request, the delivery executive toll me that product code not match you have to complain,. After that i am call customer service and complain about that, at 1st they tell me that within 16th sep your issue resolved, but within 16th it can not again when i am contact it they tell me upto 48hr, after 48hr they ask me to send product image i am send it again they tell 48hr, after 48hr i am again contact them but they tell upto 24hr, after that 24hr allready passed but did not response me anything, whit is this i can’t understand it, very very bad service, i am uplode here the scree shot of that.

                          Dear sir / madam,

                          I am writing to you to raise an issue about: grooming accessories i ordered on myntra.com

                          The issue that i have experienced was: i ordered a philips men grey 13-in -1 hair clipper face and body multigroomer trimmer for rs 3779 and it was delivered to me on 14-sep-2020. The outer box of the product was torn, opened and the seal was broken. It has been opened and used. Also the warranty listed on the product page is of 5 years but on the product delivered it's showing as 2 years.

                          It occurred on: 14/09/2020

                          I called and complaint them to take back their product and refund my entire amount. Myntra should also apologize for the inconvenience caused. I also have video recordings with me as an evidence. Please resolve my matter at the earliest.

                          I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.

                            Respected sir, i have purchased wahl men home corded hair cut clipper on myntra online site on 9 th september 2020. I got the delivery of this machine on 16 september 2020. But when i took the machine for my use i notice that the machine was not working. It might have some technical issue. When we complained about this to myntra.com but they replied that they were not responsible for this product and they also replied that they will not return money in any condition.

                              I have received the partial product which i have order on 3 september from melange by lifestyle grey printed kurta with sharara. As due to the pandemic situation for safety measures we have opened the parcel after 3 days and as soon after that we are trying to contact the customer they are not providing any valid resolution towards the concern neither getting it exchanged. There is nothing wrong from our side we have paid you the full amount while ordering. How can we keep the partial product with the fully paid order. The customer care is very rude.

                                I have purchased a jeans for 670 got totally different material and fitting than shown on myntra site. Returned on the same day as received. And got 571 rs as refund.

                                They charge 99 rs for handling and shipping charges from customers!!!...

                                And still they are claiming "try and buy"
                                Should also write "at your own cost"
                                Beware before buying anything from myntra

                                      Order no:[protected]-6848703. I have ordered monrow women brown solid sandals. I did not like the quality of the product so raised a return request. After collecting the product myntra has put my request on hold claiming that it is used. I have requested them multiple times to share images of the products, to show me why they think it is used. Everytime they just say we apologize, we have have raised an issue but no one has ever looked into it and gave me proofs for the same. Later they just reject it and send it back. I have contacted the customer care multiple times but they are least bothered, they just repeat the order status again and again without listening to me. Myntra has closed my compliant and it doesnt even show an option to reopen the issue or raise a new one. Myntra has cheated me.
                                      I have attached images of the product, my query and their repsonse. Does it look used?
