It's showing 23rd of October but I didn't get my package and before some days I called your customer care number but they said that I'll get my package by 23rd.It was very urgent to get my dress because it was for Durga puja occasion, I am very hopeless for my order, This is not expectable from your side.I will never purchase from your site.

      For Refunded product, selected amount to credit to Myntra Credit instead of amount refund to bank, but that amount got expired and not returned to my bank account...

        I ordered a denim skirt but I did not like the product so I returned it now they are saying that product is damaged. I have not noticed any damage that time don’t know why they are calling it damaged. Either I missed to notice the damage when I received or delivery person has damaged it later after return. They say there is huge sale then they grab money like this by delivering damaged product.

          MYNTRA NO.1 FRAUD COMPANY. PETHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE.

          I just wonder why do Myntra still exist after receiving so many Fraud related complaints. Myntra should be ashamed to be having SUCH BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

          1) FRAUD with one of my order, i ordered Maybelline New York The Nudes Eyeshadow Palette - Blush 9g" with order # 115344931182719143401. As soon as i received the order i notice the PRODUCT IS MANUFACTURED ON SEP 2019, and i received the product on 02 Oct 2020.. I RECCEIVED 1 YEAR OLD PRODUCT.

          I have raised 4 complaints on this, EXPERIENCED VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, PEOPLE DONT KNOW HOW TO SPEAK even the escalation team speaks so bad . And all the four times i received below reply saying " so what if it is one year old, it’s not EXPIRED SO YOU CAN USE IT, I Was seriously shocked.

          they deliver me 1 year old product that we directly use on skin and when escalated get the below reply.

          “This e-mail is in regard to the "Maybelline New York The Nudes Eyeshadow Palette - Blush 9g" pertaining to your order # 115344931182719143401.

          As per record, a complaint was already registered regarding this and I regret to inform you that we can not accommodate your request as the product which is been delivered has MFD of 2019, which is not expired and it can be used before 2022.

          Hence, we will be unable to accept return/exchange and the decision stands final”

          2) And I have raised 4 complaints stating ask the Delivery person to call and then come to my door step, still, post the 4th complaint the delivery person stands at my gate SCREAMING MY name, He dint even add sir nor Madam", but just my NAME, And one of my order got delivered without even notifying me.

          WILL ANY action be taken against Myntra???????????? Or will they continue CHEATING PEOPLE LIKE THIS????????????

            I had ordered a jacket from myntra and received a wrong product. I have received a pair of jeans instead of the jacket. Now the mail and contact services are unavailable. The man who had come to pick the exchange says he needs a pre approval from the company.

              Myntra delivered me a Micheal Kors watch which costs freaking 10, 000 INR! and it was literally empty. They say that product was checked beforehand, but the packing was so intact that I highly suspect that this fraud was done from somewhat beginning of product delivery cycle.
              That makes me wonder what the hell goes back there during checking when they ship it. Such a pathetic customer service. They're extremely hard to reach out to. They've also denied providing me any kind of reimbursement.

However, later they rejected the return request, kept the product with themselves and didnt refund my money.

                  I had made an order of Order ID # 1155135 [protected]. I received the order on Oct21, The product is unused and unwashed, Its in the same condition as received. Still Myntra Logistics is not taking back the order because of small size. It had happened twice with me for the same kind of product . This kind of behaviour is taking the customer interest back, if these actions are happening . Providing a product in a condition and not taking it back.
                  Please look to my concern.

                  I am writing you as I have experienced inappropriate behaviour of the delivery agent for Ghaziabad circle naming Vineet. The person talks in a wrong manner to girls. I don’t want any such person coming to my place from Myntra Logistics.

                    So I ordered superdry flip flops from myntra and ended up receiving a pair of jeans? what the hell is this? on top of that i’m not able to get in contact with the customer care executives because apparently they’re too busy. not expected from a brand like myntra. very disappointed with their service. never ordering from here again.

                      Unable to login myntra, despit of filling otp received on registered mobile number correctly it says token expire and when trying with registered gmail account it says aunthentication failed, already called customer care multiple time but they aren't providing any solution ...kindly help in fixing problem

                          I ordered 1033rs worth of products from myntra on my account of phone no. [protected] and I was receiving shipping updates.I accidentally logged out of my account and due to their new updates while logging in again my number got connected to my old myntra account email [protected]@gmail.com I promptly removed it and tried logging in again and now I can't access my account.I called them and they told this no. Is not registered and they can't help without order ID(which I don't have as I can't log in).I have shipping messages to my number and also gpay receipt of the order. other platforms like AJIO can track an account via previous order amounts.I provided them no., screenshots, gpay id, and also a coupon referral id of my old account (which is unique to the account )which is still working and they are not helping me.

                            I ordered a track pant from myntra (order id is 115440632617963384901) on 13th of october and received the product on evening of 19 october. the product didn't exactly looked what i expected it to be, it was a bit dull in colour and a bit too loose so i requested to return the product the very next day. they picked up the product on 21 october and the delivery guy told me everything is fine and now they are saying that the product didn't pass the quality check because it has been used. i mean how would I even use it if it didn't even fit me.
                            now i don't know what to do .

                              The customer service is extremely slow. There is no point of having a customer care executive on chat, if he can't do what an executive can on call.

                              And, why are the terms of returns so unclear? Your product mentions, 2day return period, but in reality its not the case, you actually count 48hours. So, if a product was delivered to me on 19th Oct at 1pm, I am supposed to place a return request before 21st Oct 1pm. Nowhere on the product description was this mentioned.

                                  I have received a maxi dress of brand Inddus on 17 October 2020 it have tiny and light spot infront of it so it retrun it on 19 october with a proper tag but pickup boy refuses to take it and put it on halt and said me to call Myntra Costomercare i called them they said my will solved by 22 october but today on 21 October 2020 i received a massage my from myntra that issue have been solved but nothing have been done. I want to return dress and want my money back

                                      I have ordered 'JBL T500BT Powerful Bass Wireless on-ear Headphones with Mic' on 12-Oct-2020 having order Id[protected]-2338401.
                                      We got it delivered on 15-Oct-2020.
                                      But we received wrong product, headphone is not same headphone which i have ordered. I have received some different headphones.

                                      It was very tough to reach out to them, when you will call customer care, they will ask you to send email, when you send email they say they are not accepting emails and asks you to reach out through 'Contact Us' through Myntra App. When yo will try to contact using 'Contact Us', it will always be like 'all our agents are busy'. (Please refer screenshots)
                                      After trying for hours somehow we managed to chat with an agent. They registered IN[protected].
                                      On this issue, they are always updating below message since last 6 days :
                                      'Dear Customer,
                                      This e-mail is with regards to your concern raised with us.We apologize for the inconvenience caused and delay in response. Please be assured that we are already looking into this & will get back to you within 48 hours.We value your association with Myntra and thank you for your support & cooperation.Regards
                                      Team Myntra'.

                                      They are trying to avoid giving updates or dosen't looks like they are bothered to look into the issue, so complaining here.

                                      Please help us from this FRAUD.

                                        I placed a return of Gerua women brown and maroon striped kurta with trousers worth Rs. 1049 on the 12th of September. The return was picked up on the next day, i.e. 13th of September. However the refund has not been initiated till now and today is 21st of october. I have raised a complaint thrice with the website and they have assured me and asked me to wait but still the refund is not sanctioned.
