Have placed an order for a t-shirt (Allen solly junior, boys white and navy blue striped polo collar t-shirt), but i received a wrong t-shirt 12th august, (Attaching the image of this wrong t-shirt). So i placed a exchange request mentioning the reason - wrong product delivered, the design doesn't match. The pickup person came on 26th august, but he refused to exchange it as he had the image of the different t-shirt (Which i had actually ordered, but hadn't received). He told me to speak to the customer care, where i called, but no one pick up the call. I have registered my complaint to myntra customer support, sent them th eimages of the received t-shirt, its tag as suggested by them and on 31st of august they sent me a message that due to some internal issues, they are cancelling my order and will refund the amount. They didn't refund the amount and when i again raised this issue to heir help centre, they closed the issue without resolving it (No refund, no return). Why should accept the t-shirt of their choice?
And how can they close the issue without actually solving it? I am raising the issue and they are simply closing it. They are wasting my time also.
Myntra.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by sinhanjana Again I placed an order for a similar T-Shirt, different size ( Allen Solly Junior, BOYS white and Navy Blue striped polo collar T-shirt), But I received a wrong T-shirt on 8th sept . So I placed a return request mentioning the reason - WRONG PRODUCT DELIVERED, THE DESIGN DOESN'T MATCH .
The pickup person came on 9th, but he refused to pick it up as he had the image of the another T-shirt . The same problem which I had with previous T- shirt.
I received a call from their support centre, he asked me about the problem, I narrated the whole stroy about these 2 T-SHIRTS. He asked me to be on hold, and then he disconnected the call after a few minutes.
This 2nd issue is still open on myntra site, they call me, listen the story and then the call gets disconnected .
