On 21st September 2020, I received the wrong product in place of the product I ordered from Myntra. I ordered Women Black solid Rapid dry active stripes with side stripes and received an absolutely different black color tights which did not match the description of the product. I immediately initiated a return. The quality checker who came the very same day, refused to accept the product citing reasons that the product bar code does not match (whereas I requested the return for the same reasons that its not what I ordered). He went on further by saying that he will call me on my phone and tell me that I failed the quality test so I need to talk to the customer care. And promised that once I talk to them, he will come within 2 hours to take the product and initiate the refund. I immediately called the customer care and since that day until today, I have been given all kind of false assurances that my issue will be resolved within 24 to 48 hrs. But noone called me. I myself kept on calling them after every 24 hours just to again hear them that the issue is being dragged for the next 24 hours. Finally I requested a call back from the senior executive, which I didn't receive, then after 24 hours I again called them, n finally got connected with a senior executive, named Aishwariya who again assured me it will be the last 24 hours after which my issue will be resolved. After 24 hours, I again received no response and called them back where the agent told me that he will try his best to resolve it that day itself but again, that day is over and I did not receive any response even after warning him that I will file a legal suit against them. I am highly mentally tortured and agonised by all the customer care agents who have dragged the issue since 11 days and request a return and a refund immediately of Rs1469 along with compensation of Rs. 5000 for the mental harrassment caused.
