After a lot of calling, talking and mail exchange with Myntra I am saddened and writing this here.
I had ordered for a pair of shoes from Myntra. The shoes cost me 1996/-
Order ID # 1152137 [protected].
I received the shoes Mid Sep 2020 and since then I am struggling with the exchange.
I had an issue with the size so I raised return request. However, when the agent came for return collection he stated that there are some spots on the shoe and that he cannot take it back. He requested me to raise this matter to the Customer Support. So I did. Post explaining the issue and also sending the photographs the Cust Support is not agreeing to the request I made and one of the agents uploaded the issue as Product Tag missing. So instead of dealing with the size and defect the whole matter resolved around Tag missing. I then again sent all photographs and close up shots of all tags it came with. I have stated time and again that the SHOES CAME WITH THE SPOTS AND THE TAGS IT CAME WITH ARE STILL INTACT. I have raised close to four complaints and exchanged more than 10-12 messages and spoken to 4-5 Cust Care Executives, but all in vain.
Please help me solve this issue.
As I have had a really horrible experience I would like to state that I would probably bot be associated with Myntra for my future purchases. However, I cannot let my hard earned money go waste. I would either request a RETURN or REFUND.

Updated by Yangchen1991 The Myntra has closed the case stating that the ISSUE IS RESOLVED without addressing it properly. I have reopened the issues again and again.
