I had ordered a fossil watch product on myntra, and the product delivered is different than what I had originally ordered. Now, when I have filed a complaint on myntra for this and asked for the replacement, then they are saying that we have sent you correct product and we won't be able to help you with the replacement or refund.

Complaint marked as Resolved I have already submitted the product I had received and they are denying accepting that it's not what the product and it failed in quality checks.
Myntra.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
