I have ordered one dress from myntra on 02.07.2020, order id[protected]-2087503, for RS 1249/-, order was not delivered and returned to origin, on enquiring customare care it has been informed that refund already processed on 02.08.2020, I have to wait till 12.08.2020, till this date also refund not credited to my account, again I called customare care on 15.08.2020 they told to wait till 25.08.2020, till that date also amount not credited afterwards myntra customare care provided one reference no[protected], raised complain with bank consumer complaint also but till now no response, it's very regret to note that myntra is not taking care of customers refund.I m a regular shopper of myntra but after this I think now I cannot trust this myntra platform, this kind of ignorance is not acceptable, if issue not resolved then I have to proceed consumer forum also.

Same happen with me my refund also not received to me till from 23rd july same story like u happen to me I am also a regular customer of myntra but when myntra doing like this with their valuable customers who will trust on myntra
I have ordered two dresses form myntra
1st one was of Anouk dress 1254.60
2nd one was of Libas dress 1122.30
But I have returned both the dresses due to the size issue but I have not received my amount yet.
Please look after my problem and try to solve it as soon as possible.

    After cash on delivery when product packet open found breakbounce jeans rs 999 was missing, other jeans is there rs 874. I need my product as soon as possible. There is marriage ceremony so please look into this matter. My register mobile number is 916xxxx136, mohammad furkan. Now to lodge a complaint, email facility is also not there “ [protected]@myntra.com”
    Calling facility is also not available. Who will wait for 72hr to get back call from myntra after becoming fool..., rs 999 jeans found missing inside the packet. If my complaint is not resolved quickly then i have some otherway to take my money back... Atleast i expect a call from myntra

      The myntra firm is not accessible for its customers to handle the issues and complaints. They have shut down the email for written complaints and the wrong issue handlings can’t be reported or resolved. If i call the toll free no they insist on sending an email by some recorded voice. When i reach the email they reply with automated message that email not functional please contact us. On contacting the helpline numbers my numbers is shut down to approach or report any wrong, mischievous issue handling. I have not yet started with the series of issues faced with this firm yet. Now with the issue.. I i had two returns of myntra out of which the delivery boy picked the wrong return and i was refunded for the wrong item, which i did not even return! I had filed the issue with myntra and they are making series of neglect and practicing wrong work ethics by stating the issue is resolved when the issue is not resolved! And wrong status for products is even flashed. I cannot reach the customer care team to resolve the matter as they have done unreachable settings to reach them. It’s very harassing to have ordered from myntra and being subjected to such malpractice by them. Kindly take a strict not and intimate and help me resolve the matter.

      The issue pending is not yet resolved by Myntra . Their team is continuously misleading and not resolving the issue since so long and doing wrong consumer practices . They have shut down their email id for taking complaints and wrongly marking the issues resolved . Also after repeated requests for a simple issue to the helpline numbers the customer care people are taking too long to understand or either disconnect the call in the midway and again I am left hanging since a long time . Extremely unprofessional services and stubborn attitude to resolve the issue and misleading services .In calling many times the team assures me after calling at the help desk which they had shut down earlier ( help Desk ) that the issue will be resolved and after the due date of the time given it’s still pending, they are practising wrong customer handling and harassment of customers .
      Kindly take a strict note of this and help me resolve the simple issue .
      This issue is not yet resolved by Myntra . I am continuously harassed for not resolving the issue till now even after filling a consumer complaint !

        I had purchased helix watch from myntra and i recieved empty box. I complained for the same on 29th aug and customer support informed they will resolve my query before 03rd sep. Today i received the message from myntra that my complaint ticket has been resolved without any solution and they informed me that i was lying that i received empty box.

        This e-mail is in regard to the missing component claim raised against the product "Helix Women Silver-Toned Analogue Watch TW040HL00" pertaining to the order number[protected]-1129101.

        After conducting a thorough investigation and review of your claim, we have found that the products were dispatched from our warehouse in a properly sealed package. We have also received a confirmation from our Logistics team that the package was delivered in sealed and pristine condition to the same address as updated while placing the order.

        We cannot transfer the call to the (higher authority or the courier person) nor arrange a call back from the director as per the policy.

        We regret to inform you that the claim cannot be accommodated and thus we would not be inclined to look at the same anymore.

        I appreciate your patience and understanding in this regard.

          I have issue with my return... My return got rejected just because of the pick up boy... I have issue with the fitting of the shoes... The pick up boy told me to ask for approval from customer support... As price tag was missing dont know what he wanted... I gave him everything i got in the package... But he refused... And by mistake marked my request as damaged... Though the shoes are not damaged... The customer support i complaint... Inquire about damage... That is not the case... Myntra is well known but im highly disappointed...

            Today i ordered three articles (Shoes) from myntra and paid for them on the time of delivery though the packaging of boxes was torn and mangled which i have on video. The orders are under following order numbers:-
            1.[protected]-7514801
            2.[protected]-2319003
            All three shoes had size fitting issues so i requested for return via myntra app. Now i got an email from myntra telling me to self courier the items, basically forcing me to do so if at all i want a return. If they can deliver me the package and take my money why are they forcing me to self return it. Please help me

              I ordered a product. It was delivered to me on 31st of august, but the status is not updated. I want to return the product but as the status is not updated so it is not possible. I called on customer care no. But they are declining the call. I put a mail to them they replied we are unavailable right now call on customer care no. Meanwhile they reduced the time of returning.

                I ordered 1 pair of mojari (Belly) from myntra and it get delivered on 3rd aug 2020 in morning 11:30am. I was in office and i tried it just after sometime, it was quite large to my size. So, i raised a return request on the same day 3:00 pm (It cant be exchanged because the other sizes were out of stock)
                The fortunately the delivery boy came on the same day around 5:30 pm for pick up.
                The very next day, i received a msg from myntra that they have cancelled my return request due to failed in quality check and again shipping the same item to me (Which is obviously no use for me). I tried reaching myntra customer care and they told they will sent those to me anyhow.
                They have to return it as i have nothing to do with quality check because i have issue with size. And i even did not keep that item with me for days.
                They either ask their delivery boy, he checked the mojaris in front of me.
                I am not gonna receive that item again. I will file complaint against them.

                      I ordered 4 products from Myntra and it get delivered on 12th Aug -2020. As per Myntra return policy the the products can be returned to Myntra within 30 days. I raised a return request for 2 orders 4 time but each time my return request gets failed without any reason. I tried reaching Myntra customer care and they told they are working on the ticket but again they cancelled my return pickup.

                        They credited a amount of something 2k for a refund of a article that i made a purchase from the website.
                        I was informed that the credit was valid for a year.
                        I had somethings on my mind which i was going to buy. But due to the pandemic situation i was unable to order and also the website was non operational during the time of lockdown.
                        So i have now 2k of expired, unused credit.
                        The company should have taken measures aligning it with the posg pandemic situation

                          Hi,

                          I received a severely damaged product from myntrs for makeup revolution triple baked blusher. This product was completely destroyed when i received it. Hence i immediately tried to contact the customer care and i requested for a call back. The first time, a complaint was registered and was immediately marked resolved without any further intervention. I contacted the customer care again, they asked me to wait for a few days till 3rd september. Then immediately they marked the issue as resolved without any further intervention. So i called the customer care thrice today, the customer care representative asked me for the barcode number which should be starting from a specific number. I told him the barcode number which was present on the product, this number was not what he was expecting and started getting irritated. I couldn't understand exactly what he was asking for, i asked him politely number of times, the customer care representative was getting irritated and his tone was quite disrespectful.

                          My issue is still not resolved and i don't know what to do of that broken product. 613rs. Is not a small amount for a consumer like me and it is saddening to see such disgusting service from myntra. I regret shopping at myntra and would never buy anything from this website. This is customer exploitation.

                            Requested for refund of two amounts on 16.06.2020 and till date haven't received refund in bank account. Have contacted to customer care via mail and calls numerous times but their laid back attitude have only caused harassment to me. Myntra acknowledges the fact that stupid error has been made from their end that refund was initiated taking my debit card number as my account number. However, no action has been taken from their side to correct the same and issue the necessary refund. Also, the team had escalated the issue and ensured a call back in 24 hours, and guess what till date haven't received the call as well. How pathetic is their customer service! I want immediate redressal of my grievance.

                              Dear Sir / Madam,

                              I ordered Crocs Brown & Beige Sandals . As i tried, size was not fit so I put a request for exchange. It was about 8pm and I didnt notice any defect at that time. In the morning I once again tried and found there is slight color variation, but I had already put my request for exchange/cancellation and myntra accepted the same. when the delivery boy came to pick up i told him that there is color variation also. He refused to pick up and said first you have to approve it from the company. I wrote the company providing all documents and pictures of sandals. But they rejected the cancellation on the ground that they have shipped correct product. My concern is that I have received the defected product and that color variation is not apparently visible, I could have adjusted it had size for me been proper, on what basis they are saying that have shipped correct product. if they shipped the correct product, how automatically color variation has occured.

                              It occurred on: 18/08/2020

                              My request is to either exchange it with smaller size or credit the money in my account for future adjustment

                                I had ordered a Blue anarkali kurti with dupatta of size XXL and priced Rs. 3239/- but on 30th Aug 2020, received a Wrong product i.e. a Black straight kurti of size S priced at Rs.999/-. Immediately contacted customer care for return of wrong product and refund.As per support teams instruction, opened the packet, spread the black dress on bed and sent photos of wrong black dress, packet with bill, intact tags . The pickup man refused to take back the dress saying he was asked to pickup blue dress shown on order and not the wrong black dress received by us. The support team had not provided him images of wrong dress delivered. Since then have repeatedly contacted support team for return and refund. Though myntra admitted and apologised for the wrong product delivered, it had not yet collected the return item and has not given me any refund. Kindly ensure early pickup and refund, otherwise will have to go to consumer court.

                                  I have ordered a procuct from Myntra which reached on 1Sept to me. The product was all old and torn out. So we applied for return. The person who came to recieve the product said it all good. Now they are saying the product didnt pass the quality check. Then why do you ship such cheap products which cannot even pass your own parameteres. Now we need return. Or we will suing Myntra for it.

                                      I ordered Ahika women green & off white kurta but size issue I Made Return Request 4 times but they Wasn't Picked the product. Also i was duscussed with to myntra customer care on call they told me this time we will surly pick up the return request product and give tracking updates but they didn't.

                                        Hi team, Initially I have order 15 dresses from myntra I retained 1 and I returned back all the 14 products in two faces.In 1st face I returned 10 products on 25th August 2020 And the 2nd face of products on 28th August, the dispatch of 2nd face of products is reflecting in my application but the dispatch of 1st face of 10 products is not reflecting in my application . I have the details from the pick up boy who took the 10 products, kindly find this and update me as soon as possible.
