I have buy mujari (Shoes) from myntra.com whois shoes i saw on the website thay send different shoes to me than i have done return requests from website i have send shoes return for my refund but thare is saying me your product is ussage and it failed in quality check sir plz help me....

I have ordered three items total of 2057 inr on 17th of july and i have done my payment through google pay but the delivery address was wrong so i have cancelled my order on 18th of july. I haven't recieved any message or email from myntra side about getting my refund is initiated and have not received my money. I talked to them about this issue they told me to wait for 10 days but still i didn't get my refundable amount. Again i called them...

Myantra return issue
I ordered a product which shows 30 days return available
However while returning it shows that "return pickup is not available for my pincode"
So they want me to personally courier it to their office at andheri location
My concern is if product is returnable for 30 days why myantra not taking responsibility to arranging return pickup
And why should i take the pain of sending it them...

I am writing this email with heart full of disappointment and sadness. Ira been close to a month and my complain is not resolved yet and and above all your poor customer service, not poor very poor customer service department.

Now the delivery boy came to pick but he refused as the brand was not there in the body of necklace. The necklace came with a price tag, warrenty card, bill and myntra tag they brand name was never there...

I had called upto myntra customer care for deleting my moms myntra account because she was using my mobile number in her account so i was unable to update my mobile number in my myntra account. I had called up myntra customer care and asked them to delete my moms account. It's very shameful for myntra that they show buy one get 1 or buy one get 2 or even buy one get 3 free offer, but there's no way I can avail the offer if I add 2 products they charge for two products.

Govt should take strict actions against such false information...

I had requested for de-activation of my account 0n 30 jul 20 due to their continuous harrasment, delays in deliveries of products. bt i did not take cognizance of credits and other coupon which got trapped in it and also there a complaint registered with consumer forum for which i am unable to provide details like date, order id. even the case manager had suggested that re activation is possible later .all iam asking is to reactivate so that...

Order placed on 24th july delivered on 1st aug

We did not like the final product. When we tried to return it on mobile app, there was no option for return/refund on mobile app. When talked with customer care, got this response "since you had used point system and agreed to a pop up, so return option will not come". I talked to customer care multiple times but always same answer. Point system is a reward, not a forced system....

I had ordered a tshirt and exchanged it due to sizing issues. The product that i received in exchange was a totally different product. Now the delivery person wouldn't accept the return because the product did not match the description.
