Address: AKR Tech Park- B Block, 7th Mile, Off Hosur Road Kudlu

I did a transaction on 30th august while doing that transaction money got debited from my account but merchant (Myntra in this case) claim that they haven't recieved the amount. This was done through google pay. After multiple follow ups from my bank and google pay team they have confirmed that payment has been credited to myntra bank and they shared the trasnaction id as well as myntra bank details where amount has been credited. I did check with myntra but they are refusing that they haven't received the amount.

I file charge back against the amount but icici bank has confirmed that the beneficiary bank (Myntra bank) has confirmed that they have received the amount and they can refund me the money but there cs team is not responding and when i am writing them they don't even care to reply they just close the thread without replying to that.

Please help here as i did transaction of inr 3474 and bank has confirmed that their beneficiary bank (Myntra) has confirmed that they have received the amount but their customer team is not giving any update and its been 23 days now i am struggling to get my money back.

      This is to state that i am facing a lot of harassment in returning and exchanging my order via myntra.
      There has been 3 instances wherein i have faced this problem.

      1) order no[protected]-9138401

      This was an exchange request where no exchange or return has been done till date, nor did i get any refund.

      2) order no[protected]-6219603

      This was an exchange request where the delivery person rejected to take the exchange stating his order no is not tallying with my item.

      3) order no[protected]-7504703

      This was a return request where the request was rejected stating quality issues and item was returned back to me. But the item is intact with all packages n tags.

        I have paid for my shopping through my bank debit card and due to some reason I have returned some products and refund received in my Myntra credit instead of bank account.
        One month back I got email from Myntra regarding extension of expiry date of my refunded amount. It is extended from 11 sept to 10 dec 2020. But when I checked in Myntra credit balance it shows 0. And in history it shows expired my refunded amount on 11 sept.

        How can any online Shopping company like Myntra or Flipkart can cheats with their customers.

        They don't have any right to decide expiry date of customers own refunded money. Actually in my case there is not actually expired amount and it is extended as per email from Myntra updates.

        When I called customer service they said just same thing your credit amount has expired. This is like it is not our money it is gift card or voucher by Myntra. Such a fraud by a reputed company like Myntra.
        Customer care service of Myntra is now pathetic.
        They are not understanding issue properly.

        Talk to the customer care and get a complaint case created that u will be able to see in help center as an open issue and gradually ur case will be escalated and u will get credit back.

          Myntra.com has not refunded my money after over two months of repeatedly calling and emailing them. Every time they make the same excuse about my bank account details being incorrect, while i am sure that that's not the case. I know why that happens: they are excepting a 14 digit bank account number while the bank that i am registered with uses a 16 digit number (Which also happens to be the international standard). Telling them about it and receiving their admittance of this error hasn't done any good either. Their system is so poorly designed that every employee seems to completely unaware of any complaint that a customer has and calling their helpline is straight up nightmare, forcing you to listen and speak the same things you already done dozens of times without any result.

          They have lied to me so many times about my bank details having been updated successfully that i just cannot trust anything that comes out the mouths of the their helpline employees. After about 20 phone calls (Some of which they simply hung up when they got too bored) and over 10 emails, they have done nothing but repeat the generic phrases they tell everyone and now their calls seem so useless that i might as well have been talking to a wall all that time.

          I have tried to speak with their supervisors but myntra, trying to keep up with its tradition, lied there too. Three times they told to wait for 24 hours during which i was supposed to receive a call from them, but they never kept their promise.

          There is no way to give any feedback about their service: they have blocked their support email ([protected]@myntra.com), initially there only automated responses to any issue you raise on their website, then they simply paste one of their pre-written responses without reading the issue (From the wording of my issues and their responses to that, i am sure they don't read the issues), they have even applied a 250 characters limit in the text box that we get when we try to reopen an issue so that we don't bother them too much.

          I understand that most people don't have a problem with their refund process because every detail they give them is exactly what myntra needs but as soon as their refund system encounters a single unexpected variable, it becomes completely useless. Such a small problem must have been solved pretty easily but judging by their responses up to now, i think they just throw these unexpected requests into the trash, never to be looked at again, rather than trying to solve it. Still a pretty small number, so myntra lives on!

          I have used other shopping websites too and i've never had to deal with so much incompetence to make me wonder if this entire website is being run by two money-straved frauds. This level of carelessness and unethical behavior is not something that i was expecting such a big name.

            Myntra confirmed that they have initiated my refund amount of 844/-rs on 11th August which i can not find credited to my account.

              Myntra sent me old pair of loafers, which results in tearing apart of the sole within an hour after i wear it, and the whole inside rexsin material came out on my feet in a powdered form, if you are really concerned about your customers then please take their reviews and register it. Have tried to put my review on mytra and the site is now not even allowing it to upload. This is really disappointing on the part of such a huge organisation which doesn't even look after the problems of their customer. If i am paying for quality then i should get it too, not the old stock is to be delivered without any check. Moreover problem is not resolved yet as i wasted 1900 for rotten shoes from mytra of ginger brand. Exchange or repair facility should be given if you really hope people buy footwears from myntra in future..

                I wishlisted one of the product in myntra and it went out of stock within 1 day... I want the product named - roadster-fast-and-furious-women-blue-skinny-fit-mid-rise-mildly-distressed-jeans... I want size 28 of the product as soon as possible.

                    Hey, i am facing a problem on myntra - i can't view my order history, and additionally, i can't cancel or return my orders. I have tried logging in if and out several times and have even tried to open myntra through google chrome instead of the app, as was suggested by a myntra correspondent on the phone. Can anyone please help me? Thanks a lot. I swear i'll never use myntra again. Have already deleted the app.

                        As i ordered a turquoise blue dress from myntra but i received dark green colour from brand chabbra 555. I immediately filled return request but they put it on hold while taking it. As it is clearly visible that dress is of different colour but they are not providing me any solution. I want my return back.

                          Hi, i had purchased a pair of black & while sandals from myntra.com on aug 29.8.2020. They were worth ₹3500/-. I received the sandal in wrong colour. Immediately i asked for exchange again the same wrong colour was sent. I issued a second exchange and again the same wrong sandal was sent. The same wrong sandal was sent 3 times. Finally after many calls to customer care and many emails, myntra asked me to exchange/ return the sandal. I decided to return it. On 9th sep, the sandal was picked up and thereafter the status on myntra orders shows that the refund is on hold. I have been calling them everyday and emailing everyday, however i get a standard reply that somebody will contact me in 24/48 hours!! No one has tried to contact me except for when i ask for customer care call back, which gives no satisfactory answer. I am totally frustrated and now neither do i have the money nor the sandal. Please help!

                                I order[OrderID[protected]-5967301] an "Park Avenue Men Grey Super Slim Fit Self-Design Single-Breasted Formal Suit" -
                                please find the attached link of product(https://www.myntra.com/7628971?skuId=32065658&sellerPartnerId=4214) on 30th Aug 2020, as per the product description the package will contains
                                1]Formal blazer,
                                2]Formal trousers and
                                3]Waistcoat.

                                I received the package on 8th Sep 2020 12:54PM for that i paid ru 7799 using GooglePay(TransactionID[protected] for Product and after open package notice that it contains only formal blazer. Package have missing items like formal trousers and waistcoat as per the mention product description.

                                Therefore As soon as possible i created Return Request on 8th Sep 2020 1.08PM i.e less than an half hour after received time a product i created return request because of missing item.

                                I raised compliant on Myntra Site- Compliant ID - IN[protected] But now Mynta Excutive denied to took return/pickup product and try to close issue forcefully without return/pickup also denied to refund money.

                                kindly help me to get my money back.

                                  This is the worst kind of service from any online shopping site that we have ever experienced. Almost a month ago that I shopped a blink go fitness band to gift my wife on her birthday, as I opened the box it did not work n I charged it ...but still did not work...I contacted the customer care n nobody responded properly.My issue has not been solved even thirty days after the product delivery. This is the worst case of disappointing service from your side...Next time who would want to buy any such products from your site if this is how u handle customer grievances. I want either a refund or exchange of product asap...for not solving my complaint even now.

                                    Yesterday i ordered two products of the face shop via myntra. There was an offer i. E, if i shop of rs 999 or more, i get a whiteseed brightening kit free.
                                    I put it into my bag, there was a popup that offer is applied and i get a free gift. Then i placed order but free gift wasn’t being showed in my order details hence i had a word with customer care and i were told that i would definitely receive free gift, no worry.
                                    Today i received my parcel but there was nothing like complimentary thing.
                                    I’m again raising this issue but ain’t getting any solution.
                                    These products are non refundable. It’s my lose without my fault. Wasted my money.
                                    I want my money back or get me that free product.

                                      My myntra credit expired on 14/9/2020.

                                      In aug 2020, i talked to myntra customer care that i have myntra credit in my account and i am unable to purchse due to lockdown and corona pandemic. So extend my myntra credit for few more months.
                                      The customer care agent assured me that the credit will get automatically extended by 3 months and i was relieved.

                                      But today 16/9/2020 when i checked status of my myntra credit. I has expired and i cannot use it.

                                        I ordered nike men red and grey air jordan 3 retro se mid - top basketball shoes on 10 june 2020. For which i received the order on 12 june 2020. But i received a wrong order. The same was opened before delivery guy and i asked to exchange the same. The app was not working dur to covid times. I immediately posted a tweet on myntra support and drafted an email.in reply i was asked to wait. This issues was dragged for a month and in the month of july i hit information that i my claim is been denied since the order was delivered correct. Though i sent all the images and details the same day on which i received the wrong product and it is clear that the shoes i purchased are not similar with the ones delivered. If is not in the original box and contains two stickers. It is clearly visible that someone posted an another sticker on the box. Now that i sent everything on my part including pictures of shoes, packaging, transaction details, order id etc... Why my complaint is veen denied. Please either provide me with my shoes or refund the money. Following are the order details:
