I have ordered so materials from myntra on june 19 2020 for rupees 2423, but my order failed and money got debited. I have waited for 1 week still there is no response from myntra. So plz refund my money back.

    The date 25 june 2020 my name is pallavi ghodake im recive my product yesterday 24 june 2020. And im my product the product is good for price so i can apply return request. And they submitted mail for me return request. And today im reciving mail your return request are succesfull and product are pickup today... Then im checked with product tag and saree and all details... The saree is not used and not washed... The saree product tag is with saree... The deliver boys are pick up the product with me and then 4 hours latter im recive mail for product issue your product request refund is put on hold. Then checked my myntra account and product details they are sad to me missing product tag... This is not good reason for me... Beacouse im check product tottally the tag is with product...

      I have ordered a tommy hilfiger wallet.. Bt i received a underwear instead of that wallet. I am complaining since 25 dys.. Bt they r not resolving my issue

        mobile number blocked

        I was using single mobile number with 2 email id. During the recent eors i got to know that due to recent changes in myntra policies, only one e mail id can be attached with one mobile number.
        So i request myntra to change my default id as i wasn’t allowed to access the one which had existing orders. Instead they linked my mobile number with the email which i used in 2016.

        After lot many phone calls and complains...

        Mrp per myntra is 899 while the actual mrp is 799. Can there be two mrps for a single product? This is cheap pricing trick.

          Dear Team,

          This is pertaining to my recent order placed with Myntra.com dated 18th June whereas I had placed order Calvin Klein Men's brief (Pack of 2) whereas when i received the parcel I checked instead of Brief there was a single pack of CK Trunk in it based on which I spoke to Aparna (Customer support executive) on 23rd June 2020 where she had clarified on what product was delivered and also share the Barcode details and she noted down the same whereas in a mail confirmation it says my claim has been denied and on which grounds. In that case, we have clearly instructed the delivery person as we are not at home how will he deliver the package on which he said I will leave the package with Security. So we agreed on the same.

          First of all, I am not at all complaining about the quality of the product it's about the wrong product has been delivered for which I haven't paid for it.

          Secondly, I am not requesting a refund whereas I have shared enough details with your customer care team and still if you guys need proof I will do share the details for what I have received.

          But such poor service and reply towards my complaint are not acceptable we over here keep faith in your team and buy products.

          But if our grievances are gonna handle in such a way then definitely I have to raise this complaint in consumer forum with all necessary details for which I have been facing.

          I hope to hear from you soon with a positive response.

              I have placed a return request for 1 product i had bought. Initially the return was requested on 24th may. After few days of waiting, this request was abruptly cancelled by them on their own without any kind o[censored]pdate or intimation. I again placed return request on 8th june which was not at all looked at again for many days. I raised the issue on twitter on which i only got regular autoresponse saying someone will connect with me. Yesterday, someone just called me to say that no one can come to pick up the return for which when asked about the reason (Since all deliveries, etc are happening properly), the person didn't have any answer. The person randomly said that my area is non-serviceable. If it is non-serviceable, i would not even get any deliveries in the first place right? And then, again, today my return request is randomly cancelled from their end and the issue in the app is marked as resolved. I am not understanding what am i supposed to do. Also, the person who had called me said that she is the highest authority for complaint resolution, which is difficult to believe since she was not at all aware about the whole situation and only kept speaking scripted lines to me despite whatever i was asking.

                I placed order on 28th may 2020 which was suppose to deliver me by 2nd june. On 7th june i received message that it is out for delivery and after sometime i received message that it is delivered. Today is 24th june and i have still not received my package. I called customer care so many times. They only say 1 line repeatedly that ma'am please wait for another 24 hours. I asked them to refund money they refused. I asked them to connect to higher authority still no response. Now i'm trying customer care they are now not even responding my call request. There is no other way to contact these frauds. Worst service ever. Look into the matter. Or take training from amazon on how to serve their customers. Fraud myntra

                  Received broken makeup product

                  Received broken eyeshadow pallette of makeup revolution from myntra... I tried contacting them.. They even called and asked to wait for solving the issue.. But they disconnected the phone call and sent me a message call disconnected the matter is now closed. Ordered two pallete both came broken. Didn't expected this from myntra....

                  My wife has ordered a navy blue dress. Since she did not like the product, wanted to return. Today i have a got a call ([protected]) from myntra executive. I was requesting, since i m not aware about the product, i will check with my wife and call you back. But this person was not ready to listen to me and threatening will cancel the order. I have never come across this kind of behavior. Please educate your staff how to behave with a customer.

                    I have ordered dress from forever21 and some cheap product sent totally different in terms of quality of material size and color...

                      Myntra has closed my account without any notification, i have 3 prepaid orders which are yet to be delivered and rs 2000 credit in my myntra account.

                      This is not what i expected from this company, i want to recover my account.

                          Hi,
                          This is regarding one of the item number[protected]-4154601, two footwear ordered from myntra. Today morning we received a call from delivery boy mentioning he is at the society entrance to deliver. as per new society rules because of pandemic, the delivery has to be done at the main gate with proper entry in their register which later on provide us notification at our society app as well that delivery has been done.
                          On call we confirmed him to deliver at the main entrance.
                          Once we went to collect our package, the gatekeepers told us that there has been no delivery for our flat neither did we received any notification on society app.
                          if we check the status on mynta app it says delivered . now since then we are neither receiving any call back nor able to connect with customer care.

                            I want to return my myntra package under order number[protected]-7808001,
                            But it says i can't do so because i've collected insider points. I dont remember doing it.
                            I want to return the order in any way as its neither comfortable nor fits me.

                              I ordered some items from myntra before lockdown and created return request as well before lockdown due to fit issues. I got message that soon they will arrange pick up once they get some relaxation in lockdown. Twice the pick up guy came to my society but he didnot confirmed me which item i have to return him. He told me that you must have recd some confirmation which was not the cas. I only received message that "pl assist the pick up to reach your location. There was no any mention of the item which needs to be returned (Since there were 5-6 items to be returned). Thay guy told me that i will be calling you back in 2 minutes after confirming from myntra team. Then he didnot called me back and he ran away from there... I texted him, called him but no reply. I am escalating my concern to myntra helpdesk from past so many days but no any proper assistance been provided. They replied me that send the details vis email which all items you want to return but not confirming the email id on which i have to share the details. I received there mails from 2 ids"updates"&"mailers" but both these ids are bouncing back my mails. No any customer care number available to reach. I want to return all the said items which are unused, tags are intact and i want my moneyback. Please help me asap

                                I order some items during myntra sale then after it got delivered to me i want it to return but at the time when i am entering my bank account the. Confirm log is disabled so now please help me out of this i want my money in my bank account not in myntra credits

                                  Myntra is the third class e-commerce website in india. Myntra locked my two account without any valid reason. I calling many time in your customers support but your agent jot attending my calls. I am requesting to you please unlocked my account as soon as possible

                                    I m a regular customer of myntra. I m trying to logging in my account from 5 days and unable to log in. Now it's locked and i have called customer care they also don't helped me, i had received worst quality material now i want to return the product, i directly wrote the mail to [protected]@myntra.com but they are not responding. Plese help me to return the product.
