I never thought of getting such an experience with india's well established business website-“myntra”.
From now on and going forward i boycott any shopping from myntra and would request my friends and family to do so as well. Please read below for the detailed experience.
I ordered a wallet on date 07-june-2020 and the packet was delivered in about 4-5 days. The process was going normal as always until the packet was opened.
The packet was delivered with a sealed plastic bag with the company's logo on it. We all normally open the packet with the excitement of checking the product and feel happy about it. But, in this case the packet was delivered with an empty box with no product inside (I have attached the photo of the empty box). Till this time also i was expecting the company to acknowledge my comments and initiate an exchange or a new delivery on behalf of the payment made to the company in advance (Because of pandemic situation).
First of all, it is very difficult reach the company as the customer care centres are opened with very limited staff. Somehow i managed to have a ticket opened explaining the scenario. The ticket was resolved with the comments “ please note that post thorough investigation and review of your claim, we had found that the product was shipped and delivered from our end”. When asked to share the investigation details, rather than giving a justifiable answer, question was asked if i made a unpacking video of the product or not.
I am sure no one make a unboxing video when you expect the company to deliver the product which customer pays for.
The ticket in[protected] is still open and i am not convinced with the justification given. Can company share the video of the product while packaging??
If not, then i am looking forward to a refund or delivery of the product.
The concern will not be resolved unless the customer gets either of the above.
Myntra.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I have asked to speak to their supervisor for resolving my issue, but nothing has happened so far.
This is a very unprofessional attitude, not becoming from a major warehouse company like Myntra.
Kindly resolve my issue ASAP.
