I have returned one item from myntra.com which payment was made via flipkart pay later option as on march. Pay later bill has been paid by me in april but due to lockdown my product return request was processed on may and on 15 may my product has been picked up from myntra.com but till today 30.05.2020 i haven't received my amount back neither in my pay later account nor in my bank account

I brought one roadster t-shirts and i created return request for that. The parcel is picked up from my side and app is showing me refund is processed but i haven't received it yet... I have a problem regarding the exchange process of myntra. Before lockdown i raised a exchange request and on 19th may one attempt has been made to exchange the product.
