MYNTRA HAS DELIVERED WRONG SIZE PRODUCT AND COMPLAINT HAS BEEN RAISED THE SAME DAY. CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER IS NOT FUNCTIONAL. IT'S A CLEAR CASE OF HARASSMENT AND FOOLING THE CUSTOMER FOR LAST 10 DAYS AND DELIBERATELY ASKING ME WITH ALL DETAILS AND SNAP SHOTS AGAIN AND AGAIN. EVEN THOUGH I HAVE REPEATEDLY SHARED ALL DETAILS AND SNAP SHOTS OF THE ORIGINAL INTACT PRODUCT WITH PRICE TAGS/STICKERS/BAR CODE, CUSTOMER CARE IS TELLING NOW THAT THE PRODUCT IS NON-RETURNABLE. HOW DARE YOU? YOU HAVE DELIVERED WRONG PRODUCT AND IT'S YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO EXCHANGE OR PROVIDE REFUND.
It’s regarding the complain no – IN[protected], order no – 114307958062506427603(Allen Solly Junior Kids 4 Pcs 3 Ply Fabric Mask)
ordered placed on 3/6/20, received on 7/6/20 and complain raised on 7/6/20.
Please note, this is the fourth time I am writing with complete details and clear image of the product with all price tag/ stickers and Bar code intact.

Please note, Price tags/Stickers are intact as it is.
The received wrong product is unused and in unwashed condition with all tags and brand packaging.
Please look into this issue and arrange for exchange ASAP.
