My account is locked since last year. I have credit in my account. I cannot reach the customer care through their mobile or mail because they say they are closed due to lockdown and low staff due to covid19.

Even the complaint is not getting registered in their site.

    Address: ATTN: The Logistics Manager, The Returns Desk, Vector E-Commerce Pvt Ltd., 7th Mile, Krishna Reddy Industrial Area, Kudlu Gate, Opp Macaulay High School, behind Andhra Bank ATM, Bangalore – 560068.

    I had ordered filed for the return of the product on 03/06/2020
    They delayed the pickup and after my repeated requests, picked the same on 16/06/2020.
    On 17/06/2020, they declared that the refund was put on hold because it did not pass a certain quality check and did not give any details whatsoever.
    The next day, i.e., on 18/06/2020 they informed me that they cancelled my refund.
    I would like to inform you that I had abided by all the rules and guidelines of their return policy and sent the product in its original condition, with all the tagging and packaging intact.
    Since was the product's size chart on the website was incorrect, the product I received was too small to put on.

      The delivery guy called me in the morning and said he is standing in front of the door. I asked him to stay and i called my mom to receive the pacel (As i live in a different address and i ordered something for my mom to her address). The same delivery guy has delivered some items to the same address in the past as well and knows the address and house properly, still he calls me and said that he doesn't know the house and is standing at the given location. When my mom asked him who's name is on the parcel, he replied rudely that - jiska naam hai uska call aa jayega aap parcel lo aur khatam karo. My mom found it suspicious and tried calling me, meanwhile i was calling her too so we couldn't connect. A few mins later it was resolved and my mom went to take the parcel but the guy wasn't there. I called the guy and he said he is still there only, then he very rudely said that he won't deliver any parcel here and it's not his duty to tell who's name is on it (Which actually is his duty to provide proper information about the parcel)
      He then talked some rude words to my mom and left.

        unexplained deactivation of myntra account

        To begin with, i had received a random otp for myntra on my cell phone on may 30th, without having done any transaction. I checked myntra immediately to see if there was any unexplained activity. Since there wasnt. I ignored that message. Towards 1st/2nd of june i noticed that my myntra account had got locked. On june 4th i tried recovering my account by answering to the security questions and i tried reaching the customer care to explain...

        I recently ordered dressberry rosegold watch from myntra. The product i received was damaged and therefore i requested for return, they reshipped the product to me saying the product is damaged. The whole process qas for the same reason.
        Wgen i contacted the customer care they declined my request again saying it was shipped in perfect condition.
        What kind of a betray is this to customer who frequently orders from their portal.
        I want my refund back. Not at all acceptable.

              I purchased 5 item simultaneously from mantra on 2nd Feb order no :113252243404535172803.. i returned 3 of them ..From which I got a refund of two item ..But I didn't receive the refund of fossil watch amount is RS . 5697/_I raised a complaint so many time they providing me another item reference no and amount and said that your issue is resolved..I contacted bank too they said they didn't receive any such amount ..

                I placed an order on myntra app using my myntra credits but the order got automatically cancelled. Though my amount debited from bank was refunded but part payment that was done using myntra credit was not refunded i have raised several complains but was not provided with proper solution.
                I was asked to contact the source from where i got the gift cards that were converted to myntra credits and they are saying that it is in your part and they can't help.

                  I have returned us polo tshirt and it's been more than a week it shows refund has been processed but i have not received money in my myntra credit. Tried contacting customer care and only response it receive is we will get back to you within 24 hours and ticket is closed and am still here without any response. I am very disappointed.

                    I had canelled my order on june 9 2020 due to delay of delivery. I had paid through my debit card the amount is not yet refunded to my account. Kindly refund the amount.

                      I ordered a wallet and received packet on 13june. When received a packet it was perfectly intact but the box was empty from inside. Can you imagine how people are working inside the company and myntra is not taking care of it.

                      I complained about it and they told me they will investigate. And as a result they told me that everything was fine from their aide and claim has been denied.

                      They are not even considering long term relationship with customer.

                      Please, i want money back or product back

                              Have ordered a product from myntra and have placed the request to return the product as soon as it reached home due to the size issues, soon after the request product was picked by the delivery executive, the status on the application showed product picked up successfully. However after a week again delivery executives calls me and asked that there is a request for the pick up of the product (For same product which was returned week ago) therefore i requested them to check the database since product was already picked up, by then the executive confirmed that there is an error from myntra and product is already shipped to merchant.

                              Now on the application the status of the product shows return request cancelled by virtue of which refund will be denied.

                              Please help me in getting the relevant refund for the product that i have purchased and returned within the refund tat/policy.

                              Do lemme know if any further details required.

                                My items shows delivered but its not.
                                We have checked with the delivery person. He says he has delivered but we did not get the item. Raised several complains but no action yet. Complains gets auto resolved and no help from customer care.
                                Delivery person neither called nor ring the door bell. So he is saying lie that he delivered.

                                  I've been trying to get in touch with the customer care since a month now.

                                  Myntra now doesn't have an email address, or a phone number for customer care.

                                  They have an in-app process where you can "write to them", "chat with them" in real time, and "ask for a callback".

                                  The last two options are always greyed out. Even during normal working hours. So the only option you have is to "write to them"br...
