Here is a list of my queries for the "Hold that has been put on return"
1. Firstly, I have been delivered the wrong item. I purchased a pink kurta, instead I have been delivered some vaguely multicolor printed kurta.
2. Second kurta fabric is of inferior quality and has size issues too.
3. Both the kurtas have not been even opened by me from the transparent packet. They are given to Delivery boy, in the same state as I had received. The delivery boy started opening packets in front of me to transfer to some other packets which he brought along with himself. I insisted of not doing so, and asked him to carry original packets of Myntra along with invoice, which he did.
After all these irregularities of myntra and delivery boy, you are sending a message that return has been put on hold. On what grounds you have done that. Does it gives a clear indication of your arrogance to an old customer who raised the Return request the same day, she received the packets, and in same state, i. E. Unused.
I tried multiple times to contact on the customer care number, but all in vain.
Now, I need an immediate response on the poor service that has been offered and immediate refund of money. If not done, I pledge to uninstall Myntra and cancel all my ongoing orders.
