I placed an order on 21st may and the expected delivery date was 3rd june, and on 3rd june without realising the actual date, i, by mistake cancelled the order. I tried to contact contact myntra but they have freeze all the ways to contact them. Neither are they providing information nor are they contacting their customer. So i took help of this site to raise a complaint and request to cancel the 'cancellation request' raised. On 7th june i received a text message from myntra saying that the refund amount has been processed. I checked out my account balance, no money has been credited yet. Please do look into the matter.

        Here is a list of my queries for the "Hold that has been put on return"

        1. Firstly, I have been delivered the wrong item. I purchased a pink kurta, instead I have been delivered some vaguely multicolor printed kurta.

        2. Second kurta fabric is of inferior quality and has size issues too.

        3. Both the kurtas have not been even opened by me from the transparent packet. They are given to Delivery boy, in the same state as I had received. The delivery boy started opening packets in front of me to transfer to some other packets which he brought along with himself. I insisted of not doing so, and asked him to carry original packets of Myntra along with invoice, which he did.

        After all these irregularities of myntra and delivery boy, you are sending a message that return has been put on hold. On what grounds you have done that. Does it gives a clear indication of your arrogance to an old customer who raised the Return request the same day, she received the packets, and in same state, i. E. Unused.

        I tried multiple times to contact on the customer care number, but all in vain.

        Now, I need an immediate response on the poor service that has been offered and immediate refund of money. If not done, I pledge to uninstall Myntra and cancel all my ongoing orders.

          I received a product (Jean kotty brand) from myntra on 10th of march 2020, after trying the product it was not fit for my size, so i was waiting for few days to look for exchange of another size, but the size was not available so i thought of return the product, beacause of lockdown due to corona pandemic the myntra app was not accepting any returns, and when i mailed them about the issue i received a reply saying they will extend the return period of the product and will serve with the return as their services resume but after waiting so long now they are not accepting the return, there is no response for the calls, and for emails everytime they are sending the same reply that the expiry of return is over

            My prepaid order number mynp[protected] was placed on 7 may and from 10 may it is in transit and yet on 11 june i have not received it.
            Ekart logistics is a worst courier as all their emails and contact information is fake and no response from that.
            I messaged at help centre of myntra 5-6 times from 24 may to 6 june to get any information regarding my prepaid order, but every time they gave me same reply that i will get my order in 5-7 day. I want to know how many 5-7 days it will take.
            Please refund my money.

              Placed bedsheet order via myntra online app but bed sheet delivered. Same day return had been raised. Last one week myntra is nit picking up the return saying you are trying to return blanket where as bef sheet should be returned although they hv delivered blanket only. Compliant has been raised but they hv resolved without taking any action and their customer care no is not working. By this way they are trying to cheat consumer. Please take proper action and make sure they pay penalty on top of the product cost 3249. I want refund if 10k because of this harassment.

                  Sir/ma'am, i have ordered a t-shirt for myself and paid it through google pay and expected delivery was 8 june 2020. I got a message of otp from myntra that delivery boy has been out for delivery but he didn't delivered it to me and after few hours i got a message that my parcel has been delivered. I have been try to contact to myntra coustomer care since 2 days but they are not responding. I request you to take action on it and please refund my money back.

                      I have received another person's package instead of mine and i have tried to speak to myntra executives a number of times. Even though i constantly tell them that my order id was obviously exchanged with someone else's and i have not received the products i had ordered, they do not seem to understand and simply place a return from their end. When the pick up person arrives, they reject the pick up on the grounds that the products do not match. It has been about 10-12 days and myntra has not resolved a single issue inspite of constant calling. I have spent money and expecting some resolution from their. End, since it is obviously an error from their end.
                      I would like my products to get delivered or my refund to be initiated as soon as possible.

                        I ordered some products, out of which i returned two t-shirt
                        1. Hrx t-shirt Rs.769
                        It's been more than 10 days since product return
                        2. Roadster tshirt Rs. 549
                        Around 8-9 days for this.
                        Below in the attachment i am adding what i sent in their query section, i have put around 7-8 queries since that day but everytime they just put my query as resolved while it is not solved.
                        Please make them return my money

                              I want to return my product since 1st apr, but myntra is not doing anything in it.
                              I tried hard to reach on myntra cc but there is no response from there side.
                              Everytime i am supposed to get a call or email, but nothing is happening.

                                I ordered men black leather sneakers of tommy hilfiger (Rs. 6499) from myntra, which got delivered on 28th may. When i opened the parcel, it was totally different product of same brand. I immediately launched complaint in myntra website for wrong product & was expecting refund.

                                Courier person came to pick the product & said he can't take the product as there should be "pre"-approval"be as"yes" in case of wrong product (Not with my case) & also told to check with myntra team. I called them & they said they are working on it & will revert in 48 hrs. I didn't got any update from myntra next couple days.

                                After 10 days of harassment, today myntra update on my incident saying that they will not take the product. After 10 days of harassment, i came to learn that they refused to take the parcel. Please assist.

                                  Hi,
                                  This is regarding one of the item ordered from myntra. Today morning we received a call from delivery boy mentioning he is at the society entrance to deliver. as per new society rules because of pandemic, the delivery has to be done at the main gate with proper entry in their register which later on provide us notification at our society app as well that delivery has been done.
                                  on call we confirmed him to deliver at the main entrance.
                                  once we went to collect our package, the gatekeepers told us that there has been no delivery for our flat neither did we received any notification on society app.
                                  if we check the status on mynta app it says delivered . now since then we are neither receiving any call back nor able to connect with customer care.

                                    I have purchased Boxer through Myntra. I have ordered XL size . I have received the product and one the packing there is sticker of XL size but inside the packet the product is of L size and L size is there on the Boxer . I tried submitting complaint 2-3 times on Myntra Customer service but no response they are just sending the copy paste reply of return policy and then mark the complaint as issue resolved. It is not my fault it is Myntra responsibilty that i get the product same as i ordered.

                                      I have ordered allen solly women grey woven design sneakers (Return no: [protected]) on 23/5/2020, as it didn't fit me i opted for an exchange, the product got exchanged successfully and product got delivered on 6/6/2020. I'm not happy with the product as it didn't fit me well and the product was not packed well i was completely disappointed about the wrapping of the product so, i raised the return request on 8/6/2020. The product got picked on 9/6/2020. And i received the message on 9/6/2020 that product did not pass the quality check. The product didn't contain any tags when it got delivered it didn't fit me so i neatly packed the product and returned the product, what if the product is damaged while the product reaching you, i'm no way concerned about the product after i handed over to the delivery agent. So, kindly refund my amount as soon as possible.
