I ordered from myntra on 21June 2020 at 10:27AM by google pay and the transaction id is[protected] of payment Rs. 1949. My payment got debited from the bank account and the order was not confirmed. There has been no refund till date and no related information of that refund .please resolve my issue ASAP.

    I had ordered this kurta set for rs. 2949 from myntra.com but due to size issue had to return it. All its tags were intact and original packing present. myntra refused the pick up saying product is dirty and stained because of two black dots present on the trousers. These were already present when the product was delivered. I am returning the product in original unused condition but myntra.com refuses to accept. This is cheating. Why should I have to pay for an over size product that was stained when delivered?
    Please help.

      Hi,

      this is regarding 2 products from brands HRX and 2GO under order no.[protected]-4852503. I have recieved the order on 22nd May 2020 and i have created the return due to misfit on 29th May 2020 but it got reshipped to me due to some vague reasons of missing tags and packing. I had multiple calls with myntra regarding the return and they agreed that the reshippment is wrong and done mistakenly. They promised to resolve the issue in 24 to 48 hours of each call. But its 26 JUN 2020 today but i have recieved no communication from them. Products are lying with unused unopened. I am tired doing calls again and again. and The now the return period is also going to be over soon. Kindly help.

          I am not satisfied with the answers given by the customer service. I need a proper answer as to when will they give me a ball which is in good condition. I am not liable in any way for the damages caused to the ball.so I should get a ball in good condition. It costs 4000 and I need the ball at any cost.. Give me a proper answer when will I get my ball.

            I had ordered an Adidas football worth rupees 3999.. After receiving it, i found that the ball was an used ball.The weight of the ball was very light and the bladder of the ball was worn out and there were dark brown patches all over the ball.It seemed that the ball was used by someone for quite a long time and then that person had returned it to myntra..I immediately called up the customer service and told him to apply for exchange as I had received a used ball. When the delivery guy came to exchange the ball and take the used ball, after seeing the ball he claimed that I had did it by myself so he can't take away the ball..I told him that I have the pictures and the mail that I had sent to the customer service showing that I had received a defective ball..He told he did not get any PP. After that I again contacted the customer service and told them the whole issue..They again gave me the same answer claiming that they are lodging a complaint against this and my issue will be resolved within 28th June.. Today I got an email from myntra stating that the quality department has checked my status of the ball which was being delivered stating that the ball was in good intact condition before delivery therefore my request has been declined.. Again I called up the customer service and they told they will re send a mail to investigate once again by the quality department regarding the condition of the ball before delivery. I need a new ball at any cost. I am going to lodge a complaint against u guys in consumer forum. 4000 rupees in vain.Such fraud company.

              Myntra excutive confirmed two items where there in one packet but in real there was one red kurta found, grey kurta was not there and packet was also not tempered

                    I have purchased the derss from myntra.com with 985 rupess on 31 May 2020 . The Value of the shirt is 985 rupees . I have made a complain that the size of dress is not matching as well as the dress is damged so they have send me courier person to pick up the product but at the same time of pick up the customer care agent is saying that the seril number is not matching . I have given the complaint to the customer care .Ihave followed up the myntra several times but they are allys told me looking into the issue on 25/06/2020 they are saying the product is not damged . So closing the issue . Without checking how can they say like this and also fitting is having problem and seril number is not matching they ware not refunding please help .

                        The date 25 june 2020 my name is pallavi ghodake im recive my product yesterday 24 june 2020. And im my product the product is good for price so i can apply return request. And they submitted mail for me return request. And today im reciving mail your return request are succesfull and product are pickup today... Then im checked with product tag and saree and all details... The saree is not used and not washed... The saree product tag is with saree... The deliver boys are pick up the product with me and then 4 hours latter im recive mail for product issue your product request refund is put on hold. Then checked my myntra account and product details they are sad to me missing product tag... This is not good reason for me... Beacouse im check product tottally the tag is with product...

                            mobile number blocked

                            I was using single mobile number with 2 email id. During the recent eors i got to know that due to recent changes in myntra policies, only one e mail id can be attached with one mobile number.
                            So i request myntra to change my default id as i wasn’t allowed to access the one which had existing orders. Instead they linked my mobile number with the email which i used in 2016.

                            After lot many phone calls and complains...

                            Mrp per myntra is 899 while the actual mrp is 799. Can there be two mrps for a single product? This is cheap pricing trick.

                              Dear Team,

                              This is pertaining to my recent order placed with Myntra.com dated 18th June whereas I had placed order Calvin Klein Men's brief (Pack of 2) whereas when i received the parcel I checked instead of Brief there was a single pack of CK Trunk in it based on which I spoke to Aparna (Customer support executive) on 23rd June 2020 where she had clarified on what product was delivered and also share the Barcode details and she noted down the same whereas in a mail confirmation it says my claim has been denied and on which grounds. In that case, we have clearly instructed the delivery person as we are not at home how will he deliver the package on which he said I will leave the package with Security. So we agreed on the same.

                              First of all, I am not at all complaining about the quality of the product it's about the wrong product has been delivered for which I haven't paid for it.

                              Secondly, I am not requesting a refund whereas I have shared enough details with your customer care team and still if you guys need proof I will do share the details for what I have received.

                              But such poor service and reply towards my complaint are not acceptable we over here keep faith in your team and buy products.

                              But if our grievances are gonna handle in such a way then definitely I have to raise this complaint in consumer forum with all necessary details for which I have been facing.

                              I hope to hear from you soon with a positive response.

                                  I have placed a return request for 1 product i had bought. Initially the return was requested on 24th may. After few days of waiting, this request was abruptly cancelled by them on their own without any kind o[censored]pdate or intimation. I again placed return request on 8th june which was not at all looked at again for many days. I raised the issue on twitter on which i only got regular autoresponse saying someone will connect with me. Yesterday, someone just called me to say that no one can come to pick up the return for which when asked about the reason (Since all deliveries, etc are happening properly), the person didn't have any answer. The person randomly said that my area is non-serviceable. If it is non-serviceable, i would not even get any deliveries in the first place right? And then, again, today my return request is randomly cancelled from their end and the issue in the app is marked as resolved. I am not understanding what am i supposed to do. Also, the person who had called me said that she is the highest authority for complaint resolution, which is difficult to believe since she was not at all aware about the whole situation and only kept speaking scripted lines to me despite whatever i was asking.

                                    I placed order on 28th may 2020 which was suppose to deliver me by 2nd june. On 7th june i received message that it is out for delivery and after sometime i received message that it is delivered. Today is 24th june and i have still not received my package. I called customer care so many times. They only say 1 line repeatedly that ma'am please wait for another 24 hours. I asked them to refund money they refused. I asked them to connect to higher authority still no response. Now i'm trying customer care they are now not even responding my call request. There is no other way to contact these frauds. Worst service ever. Look into the matter. Or take training from amazon on how to serve their customers. Fraud myntra

                                      Received broken eyeshadow pallette of makeup revolution from myntra... I tried contacting them.. They even called and asked to wait for solving the issue.. But they disconnected the phone call and sent me a message call disconnected the matter is now closed. Ordered two pallete both came broken. Didn't expected this from myntra....
