Hi,
This is regarding one of the item number[protected]-4154601, two footwear ordered from myntra. Today morning we received a call from delivery boy mentioning he is at the society entrance to deliver. as per new society rules because of pandemic, the delivery has to be done at the main gate with proper entry in their register which later on provide us notification at our society app as well that delivery has been done.
On call we confirmed him to deliver at the main entrance.
Once we went to collect our package, the gatekeepers told us that there has been no delivery for our flat neither did we received any notification on society app.
if we check the status on mynta app it says delivered . now since then we are neither receiving any call back nor able to connect with customer care.
Myntra.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I have asked to speak to their supervisor for resolving my issue, but nothing has happened so far.
This is a very unprofessional attitude, not becoming from a major warehouse company like Myntra.
Kindly resolve my issue ASAP.
