I ordered mast and harbour sneakers shoes order no[protected]-4167103 uk8 but my ut is too loose. So i request to exchange with uk7 at the time of delivery i was not available but i give my product to small boy so he can deliver and take the product back.
But your delivery agent refuse to take exchange and update the comment product damaged/stained.
When i tried to update the situation he cut my call again i initiate exchange but he did not come to my address and again update the same comment.
When i call him he told me that he doesn't have approval and cut my call.
My shoes is very clean, no used, with price tags, original packaging, unwashed.
Why he is not taking it... I am continuously tried to resolve this issue but nothing happened please do anything.
