I ordered a Biba grey kurta set from Myntra after 5 days I received the packet which contained a different biba kurta set which was white and teal blue. After repeatedly raising complaints and issues in Myntra they are not resolving the issue or accepting returns.

    I have ordered 4 trousers from myntra and got it delivered today, i am unable to get exchange of these as i am having fitting issues .when i called customer care they are telling only 2 products get return what can i do with this fitting issue of other 2 products, super coins collection i am not aware how it was done i have not done it manually .i am requesting them with other size they are not doing it .its not at all good .need to take necessary action i dont need any super coins .

          The product call safari trolley with 3 bag quantity was picked up by their delivery agent and now they are not giving me refund for 2 trolley bags which is around 7000rs and again again rescheduling the pick for the same. I already made a complaint with all the deliver proof but still they are not giving me my refund l. Please help me with a resolution.

            Myntra has delivered defective Philips hair straightener. On initiating a return request within a return window, they are not accepting a return saying go to brand support for the repair.
            When Myntra has delivered something defective they return it, this is the policy which is clearly mentioned. Still they are not returning. Attached is the invoice with order details and return policy screenshot on the product.

              This is to raise a written complaint against my return request. I purchased a kurti from Rangriti on 15-Jan-2023 which was delivered to me on 18-Jan-2023. Because of size issues I requested for return immediately on 19-Jan-2023. It’s been 2 months since I have raised this request but not a single attempt has been made to pick up my product. I have connected to the customer care executive for 7 to 8 times to get an update but not a single executive has solved this issue. Within one month the window of return got closed and I had requested customer care to raise the return request from their end. Everytime Myntra failed to collect the product, I had to call customer care. Everytime I get an answer (From senior executive as well) that it will be highlighted and sent as an escalation but no solution to this problem. Also I asked Myntra to give me the option of exchange or self-shipment but the customer care executive straightly denied the same. I have requested for a return within the timeline only. Also the product is with original tags and unused. During my last complaint, the committed date was 15 Mar 2023, but today also there is not a single attempt made to pick the product. Today I am not even able to open the help centre option. And I am unable to take the screenshot of previously registered complaints. Attaching all other screenshots and invoice of the product.

              Please let me know in case any further details are required from my end to prove my rights.

              The amount of product is not less, it is Rs 2794. As a regular customer of Myntra, I hold all rights to return the product and get a full refund amount.

              I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem.

                I ordered Dressbery women peep toes block heels and Dressbery velvet pointed toe pumps from Myntra. I prepaid for both these pairs.
                Now on 5th March, they delivered only Dressbery velvet pointed toe pumps and the former shoe pair was missing in the packet.
                Now when I have been chasing them either to send my order or to give the refund they are refusing it and saying that they cannot do anything in this regard as for missing item the customer has to lodge complaint within 72 hours. They are not even ready to investigate on this. When the product is not delivered to the customer how a customer will get to know that they have received the order. The customer is not free to be on Myntra App always to track the orders. It is the sole duty of the company to deliver the right product.

                  I ordered jeans which I received on 9th March which is too loose to me so I have to exchange it so I waited but size is not available so I decided to return it so I placed return request on 11th March they accepted request and notify me they pickup my return on 11th March but they did not pick up . And now they are not responding me I request that return your product and refund my case and I assure you that I have not damaged or used product take it back as soon possible

                    I ordered dresses for my family as there was a marriage in my family, and delivery was expected to be 12th but suddenly then delayed the delivery and soon after they cancel the order and send the refund, a person is waiting for you, and they just cancel the order and in response there CSR we're so rude they just hung up the phones, really cheap customer service, worst experience with shopping with flipkart

                      I ordered a dress from Myntra but because of size issue and defective product i return it. But quality check failed and return will be reshipped to me but Today 7th days but product not reshipped. I contacted to Myntra customer care they told me to wait for 24 hours and from last five days they only advice to wait for 24 hrs but not giving satisfying reply.

                      Product not reshipped also my amount is stuck.

                      Please help in that case I don't want defective product.

                        I ordered jeans from Myntra Order ID # 1229306 [protected]. This jeans is very bad quality and looks used. I created return request. But nobody attempted to pickup and they mailed me that pickup failed. I request you to help me getting refund for this bad quality product.

                            I have received two products
                            (1) friskers (woman teal solid French leisure now padded wirefree lingerie set) amt of Rs 499 on

                            (2) Brachy (strapless lingerie set) amt of Rs 584 on which is partially delivered.
                            Complain raised on 31 jan 23.
                            Refund initiated of Rs 499, which complain I have already registered that wrong iniation done from myntra. Care centre assured me to cancel wrong refund and initiate either replacement or refund for brachy product.
                            Delivery agent pickup brachy product on 02 feb 23 at approx 1100 hrs.
                            Again I did complain for this initiation of pick up. Care centre assured me for refund or replacement.
                            Now after several complains and conversation there is still neither product received nor refund initiated. Pl initiate actual refund with panalty raised on myntra for negligency on delivering partial product and giving fake response and reply to initiate refund of actual amount.

                              I recieved a wrong product from myntra..
                              Then i complaint to the myntra costomer care..then my return request aproove after 3 days.then pick up also generated..the the ekart delivery boy come to house and receive the product..then he back to my hame after couple of hours.then he back the parcel to me...then i complaint to my tra costomer care then pick up generated again.but the boy did not come to my house..then i complaint again and again from 18 feb 2023 to correct day..the boy cut my phone..and did not come in my house.he did not pick my parcel.. myntra costomer care did not help me..

                                I ordered a saree from myntra worth Rs 11045 and received a saree from same brand Pothys worth Rs 1785 on 7/03/23.
                                I have tried returning it, but they kept rejecting it by saying that they checked the product for quality check prior sending me.
                                I tried calling customer support but its of no use.
                                Please help.

                                  I ordered Pothys Saree worth Rs 11045, and I received wrong product which is of Rs 1785 on 7/03/23. I have raised return request multiple times but they are rejecting by saying that the quality check was done before sending the product to me.

                                    I ordered nike shoes blue color through myntra on 01/03/23 order number 122956581607200862101 cost Rs 2697 delivered on 07/03/23 but wrong product delivered black color not blue Done, which is clearly written in the barcode gray midnight colour, I made a return request whose return id-[protected] and myntra camplain number - IN[protected], but my product return was not accepted and the return has been cancelled, no problem myntra counsumer court only for thugs like you I have been created for you I am complaining about thugs and frauds above.

                                      I used to be a happy and satisfied customer of myntra, but in my last order all my reviews about myntra has changed and their Service have become horrible now .

                                      My Product was supposed to be delivered on March 6 and when i check its says its delayed, Since then i was calling to the customer care and nobody even bother to confirm the actual delivery date / Estimate date .

                                      I ordered aristocart bag blue color from myntra whose order number was 122851836445756234203 cost Rs 3849 on 19/02/23 the bag was delivered on 23/02/23 but myntra delivered wrong product when I made its return then myntra after a lot of complaint and hard work Returned on 02/03/2023 through delivery logistics, now asking for refund, myntra is not giving refund, while myntra itself approved the wrong product, one myntra gives wrong goods, then in the name of giving refund Chutiyapani does, it shows that myntra is a big thief company of mine3849 has been cheated, I have complained about it in National cunsumer grivance, whose docket number was 4298445, after the complaint, I was given a message that refund will be given in 48 hrs, but till now my refund has not been given, myntra customer care Mr. Sandeep And when talked to Miss Neelu, she said that refund Will not be given, why are myntra doing this, one you give wrong goods and do not return directly in the name of return, what do you want, I will complain again, no problem, I will forward it to the district court I have bee.
