I have purchased a Safari luggage from Myntra, which is quite big in size, so want to return it, it has 30 days return policy. Item is unused and with all tags etc.
I have submitted return request 3-4 time, sent written complaint, called customer care, they raise incident which is getting closed without resolution. Every time after submitting my return request, pickup is scheduled, but pickup status is updated as Failed without coming to my home or calling me.
Kindly get this item returned and help me getting my refund back.
