I have order a coord set for whcih I have requested for early delivery of today just one day before but ccustomer service is not communicating anything clearly. As I wont be available tomorrow I want the order to be delvered today anyhow otherwise I have to cancel it. Please try to deliver it today.

I placed an order worth 699 via Google pay on Myntra. Although my money was debited order did not get confirmed.

I ordered jumsuit but got top i created return 5-6 times and everytime my return got cancelled delivery man came say ur return request is not approved yet create return again i tried to get in touch with customer care via call, live chats and mail too they raised complaint 3-4 time but the result was same they give me new date eveyday..i created last return request on 27th of march and customer care also raised complaint too he said please wait till 30th of march today(28 march) i checked 11:40 return request was approved but at 12:20 am i got msg my return was cancelled and 28th march was last date of return and exchange, myntra made my life hell in past 7 days..so disgusting customer service .Wost experience ever.Now I'm going to consumer forum, 1400 is not a joke

I returned a product 1 year back worth ₹1650 and never got a refund back for that. I have complained million times but Myntra customer services are crap

The product(product id: 1228791 [protected]) was returned to the Myntra executive because of improper fit. However the Myntra delivery guy picked up the product but never marked it as picked. And hence we never receievd the revised product and not the refund. Despite raising complain again and again to Myntra customer care, even after mentioning the delivery guy details including time of pick up, contact info, Myntra never bothered to check with their delivery person and said nothing can’t be done

I am struggling to log in myntra app since many days but its not sending otp to my account to login. I have 2400 Rs myntra credit and till 3 days back i was unable place any order as otp was not being sent. Now my account also go logged out and i cant also login as otp is not being received. All phone settings checked. Myntra seems to have locked my account for no reason and is not allowing me to login my account whic even has a balance....

I have received a old or used defective product so i applied for return and delivery man didn't take back the product as it is defective. After that I complained more than 5 - 6 times and they are just keep changing the pickup dates. I assure you that I have not damaged or used your product. Take it back as soon as possible.
I request that you pick up your product and refund my money.

I have returned a dress on Myntra and didn't got any refund they have given a reference no. But my account was not credited by refund. My branch bank manager also confirmed that no refunded money has been credited. And after complaining so many times they misbehaved and started ignoring my problem.

I ordered the U.S. Polo Assn. lounge pants (Pure Cotton White color size M) worth Rs. 1149/- on 16th March 2023 at 19:33 pm and received my parcel on 23rd march but when I opened the parcel, I got a different product. Then I placed a return request on the same day clearly mentioning the reason and the next day the delivery pickup boy came and refused to pick it up as it was a different product. Then I tried to call customer care but failed to talk to the customer care executive and then I placed a return request again. I got an option chat with us in the Return Help option. I talked to a customer executive on the chat messenger and she convinced me to resolve the issue upto 27th of March. On the next day (24th March) in my app return request was removed and instead of that it was displayed that the issue has been resolved by showing "the product is delivered" and also the chat with us option was disabled yesterday. But no delivery agent came to receive it. Yesterday once again I placed a return request but today i.e.[protected] the delivery agent again refused to pick the item up. I have never faced such bad experience on any shopping site.

i have ordered this product and received the wrong one i raised complaint by calling customer care executive and they verified the wrong received product and arranged pickup for me but logistic person didnt came and tried to contact me but update fake unsuccessful pickup i again call to helpline no and raised complaint for they same the team supervisor assured me that the product will get picked up within 24 to 48 hr and they will issue me refund as they varified the wrong received item but i got no solution and my account got terminated after that without any prior information now my money got stuck plz help me

I order 2clothes one was t shirt and another was shrug when I received I don't like it because like used product and quality issue so I complaint for pickup I wait for one week no one come for pick up again I complaint agent said I solve ur complaint mam within 4days I wait again no one response I again call for complaint at this time they were said self ship the product because no one come for pick up they people are very bad harras their customers my husband has no time that's why I order my baby is 2months old how I self ship their products

I ordered a shirt of marks and Spencer for the first time on myntra. When I received I found it of cheap quality also the price tag was also fixed with cellotape. Apart it was bit big as per the size mentioned. So I returned it. In evening I got email that quality check failed and refund is on hold. I called customer care they said brand tag is missing from the shirt but that was there when I returned it. First of all the delivery boy should check it carefully when he came to pick up the product. It seems to be a defective and not original brand shirt. When i returned it everything was there include price and barnd tag on shirt. Now thry say its missing. I have ordered first time on myntra and its very bad experience. I want the complete refund.

I had 3 products, 2 jeans and 1 footwear.
2 jeans were delivered but my footwear is not delivered.
"Allen Solly" Footwear is not delivered.
I asked to raise complaint, they said it should be raised with 72 hours, I was away and was not able to check on delivered products.

I also asked to check with their delivery boy or share the contact number and name of delivery boy.

My pincode is 484001 I had forgeot to mention it in the complaint please resume delivery as soon as possible

Myntra has suddenly stopped their service at my pincode since 5 to 6 days earlier they used to deliver so I request them to restore their services at the above pincode.I want to place return for a order which I had ordered but I can't because of their sudden stop in services

I had placed an order on myntra on 01/03/2023 for Nike Women White Court Vision Low Sneakers pricing 3, 996 INR" [Order ID #122948869116212119801]. After approximately 2 days the order got delivered and upon unboxing I found out that it had woodland shoe box contained "fake Woodland shoes with no tags". I immediately initiated a return providing them with all the necessary things to validate the claim. The return request was put on hold and then they cancelled it. Even after sending them the proof of the wrong product shipped myntra refused to collect them as they were not the same as what was mentioned in the order. After repeated calls, they reopened the issue but still, no pickup was arranged and no refund confirmation. After 3 weeks of torture, they rejected my claim. I lost my trust in myntra because of such a pathetic service. How could they not value such an expensive package I want to return the products and in return I expect compensation for my loss.

I have a very old Myntra account which I created with Google account without phone number. I have some Myntra credit which I got through some product refund. Now, when I was placing a new order using Myntra Credit, they are sending some OTP which is mentioned, it will be send on registered email address but it shows 'Failed to send OTP'.

When I contacted the customer support, they told me that your mobile number is not registered with your account that's why you are not receiving the OTP. She registered a incident to add my phone number to
my account and asked me to send Govt. ID proof and phone number to be added on [protected]@myntra.com. I shared all the required details but my issue is not yet resolved. It has been 5 days and there is no progress on that issue. I am following up them on that support ticket and they are again and again asking to share the details every time and no other details are provided about the issue progress.

My question is when we can't use the Myntra credit with Phone number then why they are allowing to refund the money in Myntra credit. This is a complete scam.

No, I am so much frustrated that I am not able use my Money which they kept in Mynra credit on the name of wallet and easy usage.

I bought a jumpsuit from myntra which they delivered a wrong product, since 10th march I’ve requested return pickup. Not a single delivery agent is calling me and deliberately marking return pickup failed. It’s been more than a week now still the order is not picked up, no one is responding either to my queries. Please help.

I ordered a sketchers tshirt, received a roadstar tshirt! Myntra is apologetic but no solution on refund or return...
