I had ppurchased a marks & spencer navy blue jacket from myntra.com which i had eventually put up for return. The product was picked up on 24.12.2018 when another item was delivered to me but i received no update on the pickup, hence i called myntra customer care within half an hour of coming back home and finding that the product has been picked up. I was assured that the update will be received within 48 hours and my refund shall also be initiated. When that did not happen, i called them again. This time, i was assured that the product has been definitely picked up and refund shall be initiated soon. I waited three days and received no update or refund. Upon calling myntra customer care again on 29th of dec, 2018, i was told that there is no update and a formal complaint was registered and an email to that effect was sent to me and i was assured that within 72 hours, the issue would be resolved. That did not take place. When i again contacted them several times after that, each time i was assured that the issue will be resolved within another 24 hours. On 05.01.2019, i was assured the same and a supervisor call back was also assured, which again did not happen. On 07.01.2019, i called and after waiting for 30 minutes on hold, i was put on call with ms. Deepika jain, escalation supervisor who assured me the issue will be resolved within 24 hours and took down the name and number of the delivery executive who made the pickup. After a few hours, two emails were forwarded to me from bharath and vignesh, both escalation supervisors saying 48 hours was required to make even the inquiry. This has been going on 24th dec, 2018 and my refund of rs. 2249.50 is not being initiated. Please help.
