I don't why u have opened such a business when you are not good to deal with it. From the date 06/12/18 and today is 08/01/19 till now i haven't get my refund amount i. E 996 rs. It feels like u are earning money by simply making false promises. The worst site please guys don't trust them they are very fake instead it's urgent try to avoid myntra.

    I had ppurchased a marks & spencer navy blue jacket from myntra.com which i had eventually put up for return. The product was picked up on 24.12.2018 when another item was delivered to me but i received no update on the pickup, hence i called myntra customer care within half an hour of coming back home and finding that the product has been picked up. I was assured that the update will be received within 48 hours and my refund shall also be initiated. When that did not happen, i called them again. This time, i was assured that the product has been definitely picked up and refund shall be initiated soon. I waited three days and received no update or refund. Upon calling myntra customer care again on 29th of dec, 2018, i was told that there is no update and a formal complaint was registered and an email to that effect was sent to me and i was assured that within 72 hours, the issue would be resolved. That did not take place. When i again contacted them several times after that, each time i was assured that the issue will be resolved within another 24 hours. On 05.01.2019, i was assured the same and a supervisor call back was also assured, which again did not happen. On 07.01.2019, i called and after waiting for 30 minutes on hold, i was put on call with ms. Deepika jain, escalation supervisor who assured me the issue will be resolved within 24 hours and took down the name and number of the delivery executive who made the pickup. After a few hours, two emails were forwarded to me from bharath and vignesh, both escalation supervisors saying 48 hours was required to make even the inquiry. This has been going on 24th dec, 2018 and my refund of rs. 2249.50 is not being initiated. Please help.

      This is regarding my recent order (Safari unisex red anti-scratch small trolley suitcase) placed on myntra with order id #[protected]-9646803 on dated : 22 dec 2018 which is on returned to origin status.

      I was completely surpise to see the order status as returned to origin, because no one every contacted me for delivery and even no one came for delivery.

      After that i called customercare and had a word with yesh customer care agent and he informed me that there was some deffect in the product and due to which it was retuned back to the origin. And he also confirmed that a complaint has been raised against the order and they will get back to me with in 3 days for the resolution.

      Here my question is: if there is some defect in the product then why it was shipped and if it is shipped after all quality check how they come to know about defect in transist without opening the order.
      This clearly show myntra is tempring the package.

      After 3 days again i called to teh customer care and had a word pooja.

      She informed me to wait for another 72 hours.

      After waiting again i called back and this time a had a word with anita.
      She again asking me to wait for more 3 days for resolution.

      When i ask to provide the same product with the same price. She denied and asking me to choose any other product with the price which is showing in the website and the response was so rude and un-professional.

      If myntra doent have any sla standard then why customer care agent giving incorrect time line for resolution.

      This is not the way to provide customer service. If myntra is not willing to provide product to the customer then myntra should not allow the customer to place order.

      Being waited for more then 15 days, talking to the custome care associate multiple time i am getting such kind of response and getting mentaly persure while taking to customer care and getting idiotic response.

      This is not at all expected and myntra should not play with customer emotion and expection.

        I want reimbursement for late delievery of my product.
        Order id :[protected]-8844401

        I could not get this product on available time span. Which results a barrier in my plans. It was expected to arrive on 4 jan as informed by customer care executive.
        I orderd it on 25 dec and it was showing 7 jan recieving date. But the order was not delievered on that day. I need reimbursment for the same because due to this i could not go somewhere else or i could not plan any other trip. Because i had to stay at the order place to recieve that order.

          On 29th december, 2018 i placed an order for two items of which one got cancelled and received refund. The other item was supposed to be delivered by january 15, 2019. On january 8th i received an email that my order is out for delivery and within an hour i got a delivered email. However i didn't receive the order and it was delivered to some nikhil singh in patna. The order was scheduled to be delivered in kolkata. How the address got changed the myntra guys don't have any clue and are also not providing any concrete resolution. I have attached the delivery confirmation screenshot showing the address and the order confirmation where the correct address is reflected. Kindly look into the issue.

            The order got returned on 21st december but i have not recieved my refund yet they told me to wait 2-3 days but it's almost a week still i have not got my money back i have mailed them my current bank details bt they told me to ask to ur bank about refund bt bank employee told me to we have not got any information related amount of 1, 379.07 rs they refuse my issue to complaint to consumer for this query i am using myntra since 2013 but i have not get this type of issue i did not expect this from myntra

              Dear service team,

              My orders are too much delayed, i have ordered my things on[protected] and note received yet.

              My order id is:[protected]-4553103.

              The delivery service at sagar (M. P.) is very poor, i found that my order id ml[protected] is misplaced at sagar delivery centre (Sag)-dc.

              And there are two more orders with having id ml[protected] are note received yet, while delivery date was[protected] at max.

              I have got only one product of mine out of five products and that is also very low in quality for which i have placed a return request.

              Kindly solve the issue.

                I Have canceled two products (A saree and a women Top) which was bought from Myntra, many days back but still haven't received refund of those canceled products as well as few other returned products (Shirts) even after the timeline of refund has been crossed.

                Trying to contact to customer care for the update but unable to connect to Customer Care executive of Myntra. Please help to get my refund back, I want my refund as soon as possible.

                    Return request for sassafras women light olive green solid a - line kurta (Recd on 29 dec 18) was given next day. Return request no. Is [protected]. Mr arbaz enterprises str with listed mob no. [protected] was to be contacted for materialising the return. This return has still not materialised although repeated mob msg recd everyday indicate that item will be collected today. Mob conversation with the delivery boy of the area (Mob : [protected]) promises collection same day, however no one has collected the item from us till date. Pl intervene & arrange collection by tomorrow (08 jan 19).

                      Sir,
                      The product i ordered a roadster women’s blue grey shirt on 25 th december 2018 has got cancelled the money has deducted from my account it was supposed to be refunded in 7 to 10 days and i did not get refund for it yet. Please make sure i get my refund back to my account. The other number is[protected]-9395203. The help centre on the app doesn’t respond to my call i even did keep mails but didn’t get any back. Its my humble request to please refund my money on my account of the cancelled product.

                      I have been assured by Myntra executive that my product complain will be registered and they will get back to me, it’s been more than 1 week I have no updates and if I am trying to contact, my call is again n again getting disconnected.

                        Can't you choose better service for delivery than using dumb services like xpressbees.
                        I called the courier boy for 7 consecutive days to bring my order and ended up as my fault that my mobile was out of coverage where actually i called that dumb service providers

                        If myntra really wants grow.. You should avoid such courier services else u will loose customers
                        I am never gonna shop in myntra for sure

                          Placed an order on myntra 2 weeks back which was prepaid but as of now i have not received delivery of the same. Moreover no intimation has been served so far. They don't even entertain consumers complaint call, just a number has been flashed on their app/website.
                          I couldn't get the refund of the said order nor even getting the delivery.
                          Myntra team seems to be so irresponsible in handling their customers greviances.

                          I hv requested for a return from myntra nd they have given me the expected date of 30th Dec till now no pick up.. no conversation from Myntra..I also tried to contact them via phone however their number keep going busy return no. Is [protected]..
                          I reported a complaint to myntra customer care regarding fake product and they sent me an mail asking for product with images but now after so many mails from me they are not replying even and they are keep selling fake products.
                          I can share with you the trail email.
                          Very disappointed with the service. It's been more than 7 days, its showing in the app 'refund processed' but haven't received any in my account. Call back option is disabled in the app. On calling customer Care they put the line on hold and ni one attends the call

                            My order is delayed since jan.05 and there is no communication no information related to this and even customer care no. Is not available.. whenever I call on c.care of myntra the call holds for 30-35 minutes then automatically cuts .

                            Really pathetic..
                            Atlst communicate about the delay and show the tracking process.

                            I ordered a suit last week and it still hasn't been delivered yet i need it as soon as possible it was suppose to come at january 1 but its been delayed i need the product before jan 4 but please make the delivery on jan 2 i need it as soon as possible .
                            My actual delivery date is 31st December but the products were returned to origin even the customer care executives are worst not at all responding properly

                              Placed a return request for a product. Return pickup failed due to unknown reason. (I didn't get any call but failed pickup-message).
                              Then i tried for 2nd time return. But it has been a week, myntra is not responding back for pickup.

                              They don't have proper customer service support. They don't have even a email id to reach to them. Customer care phone is still chargeable in 2019. Even though you will not get support executive to complaint/request.

                              I have tried 10-12 times to connect any customer support executive and tried 4-5 times "call me back" feature. But nothing works. Still the product is with me, i am unable to return it and my money is stuck with myntra.

                              The product is returned and refund is intiated, it's more than a 20days, but didn't receive refund amount.
                              If we call helpline also call is not connecting, , no use of that number where we have contact or complain regarding this.

                                Hey i had ordered women black jacket of all about you on 20dec and got delivered on 22 dec but it is to large in size so i had return it as other size us not available but after sum tym on same day i saw its smal size n contact to customer care of mynta n asked to cancel my return req and ask to exchange it and provide me small size. Now on 27 dec pickup boy came n picked up my product n also gave me slip for same... I had tried many times toh contact uh but it always comes busy now its being 6-9 days n its a very long period i really got frustrated.. Is this the way u satisfied ur customers n dealing to ur customer it’s really very wrong eithet provide me my product or refund my money in my bank account other wise i’ll take further action so sry to say this but also the product is very cosy that’s why.. Hope u will respond me very soon

                                  Order no ending with 63601 hubberholme track pant ordered this product 15 days before still not received the product waste buying in this so called good shopping app previously ordered some products tat tym also same problem heavy delay in delivery tym but this tym also same mistake and this will be my last thing in this useless online shopping amazon is 100 times better then this yar seriously max they will take 3 days to deliver the product but this # app worst funny thing is offer is going on myntra usually i would hv ordered so many products but this tym not at all interested so i just want to say u guys u just lost one regular customer atleast now take care of the problem goodbye

                                    I requested to return one order of fort collins jacket which i had got with removed price tag... Thereis no pick up till today... I want my pick up and refund.. I called customer care about 4 times but they only said to wait upto 72 hrs and i didn't get any response amd any solution till now... Myntra is not resolving my problm so i want that i should get my return pick up with refund as soon as possible...

                                      Hi, i bought 2 products from myntra and it is were pathetic experience i never faced with other e-commerce vendors. Order no:[protected]-8878201 - while placing the order it showed by delivery date as 1-jan-2019 but after couple of days it is shown as 6-jan-2019, i reached out the executive but no response, no use of reaching out escalation team

                                      Later it is shown the date as 4-Jan, i waited till date but i have not received any message, late evening of 4-Jan i got message the order cancelled due to product Lost in transit, i immediately called by the escalation manager and raised the complete, he told me it will take 7-10 days to refund the amount, i cleared told them why should i wait these many days if there is no fault from my end, where as other vendors are giving immediatly with out any delay, he said we can't do anything and you need to wait 7-10 days, there is no one in myntra who takes the owner ship / accountability.

                                      When i speak with executive / escalation manager they told they will raised the couple of tickets and will send a mail but nothing is happen, even they don't maintain any track of conversion which is happen earlier.More over i told many times the call me back option is disable in website since is bought the product but till now no action.
                                      I got a call from Myntra from one of the executive, he is not even read to listen my concern which i faced during these duration from the date i placed the order in myntra and he is not ready take the fault which is happen.
                                      When we dial to customer Care the IVR voice says they upgraded the service system for quick response but which is not happening.
                                      1. There is no quicker resolution / solution even though you reach escalation manager or next level.
                                      2. Takes much time for any time of request.
                                      3. No owner ship / accountability.
                                      4. Team gives false information to customers.
                                      5. Regarding to my order Escalation manager said they lost the product but i got call from executive today, he said they don't have the product in stock, not sure why they are giving 2 different versions.

                                      I got fedup with myntra team and they process, they (Myntra team) are not eligible for rating.
                                      I'm not getting any respond for my return pickup after 1 attempt has been failed because the agent didn't come. Also, no any responses from the help centre. Time is ruuning to be around 30 days. Atleast, I should any message ir email for further return pickup.

                                      It would be great if you restack these shoes. I so badly want these. Please do consider.

                                        I ordered 6 sweatshirt, i didn't like the material n some are defected too then i requested exchange but again they delivered defective product then finally i returned those worst product n they initiated my refund process. I got refund of 5 product only n for left one they texted me that refund of zero rupees has been initiated instead of 628 rupees then they mailed me succesful refund of 628 but i didnt recieved 628 rs in my bank account. I tried to contact them but their customer care always remain busy. They are not responding to my mails. Pls help i want my refund asap n plzz contact me myntra team asap.

                                        These frauds still not responding to my call. Plzz help me i want my refund. I will take strict action against myntra. I will file case against myntra in consumer court.

                                        Item shows as delivered on Dec 25th 2018. But I have not received it. Where is the order? I have ordered it during the period 22-25th of december 2018. I have attached the image for reference.
