I have returned an item to myntra a month before and they are not refunding my money back daily am getting the same answer that please give us 1 more working day to solve the problem. Am listening this since 20-25 days They daily lie to their customers....

my order no being 21801028. three products where to be delivered at my home address at begusarai, bihar.one of the product was delivered at kolkata which is no where near to begusarai and other 2 products have been retured to myantra warehouse.when i call the customer service, they keep on increasing their dates for refund.the product which i had ordered was on 19th october and yet myntra is not able to detect where their product are.when...

I returned 2 jeans which I sent through DTDC courier in a same package, tracking no z36596330. I got the refund of 1 jeans around 10-15 days ago and the status of another 1 is showing as "in transit" in Myntra's website. How is that possible when I sent both the jeans in same package? It has been 25 days since i have placed a return request ..But till the date, i dint get any positive response .. I have called up customer care 4-5 times ..Every time they generate a new return id .But no one comes to pick up my item ..In a week they will say that 30 days return policy has ended up.. Very sad to write that delivery system of myntra is very harrasing... earlier it used to be the best in the industry but now you take almost 15 days to deliver a product from gurgaon warehouse to guwahati city... i have been calling continously to your helplines for past 15 days but no heed been taken... u have everytime breached promise dates and also you provide promise dates of 9-11 days from date of order...thats a shame in this highly...

I had Placed an Order of 2 Products in Myntra.com. In that 1 product is delivered in the due date of delivery but other product's delivery is delayed due to some fault of delivery company and also filed a complaint in Myntra.com.
