Pending return of a defective package since 9 days

Myntra failed to live up to its promises

I had placed an order of 6 items through myntra.com with Order No. 10522461 on 19 Feb 2014 for which I paid Rs. 5351 online. On the very next day I received all the items from them and when I saw one of the item I was bit disappointed as it was somewhat different from what I saw online. Fooling customers with refund policy

Money deducted from a failed transaction

This is to inform you that while trying to purchase a shoe from myntra.com an amount of Rs 3737 was deducted from my account on 24th December. ([protected]@hotmail.com) While trying to file a complaint at their customer complaint they simply stated that they hav'nt received that amount when my bank clearly confirmed that the amount was deducted through post purchase. it is torn and damaged
