Hi Team,
I have ordered Tommy hilfiger trolley from Myntra on 7th July 2022 and it is expected to be delivered by 18th July 2022. And it is not delivered. I have raised so many complaints against this order in Myntra app from 21st July 2022 and I'm Fed up of hearing the same thing from the support team. They keep on saying " Sorry for the inconvenience caused and we will try to resolve this issue within 24 hrs to 48 hrs". They didn't even say the expected delivery date. I really had a bad experience with this order. Please help me with this.

    Hi,
    I had ordered a denim shirt from roadster on myntra. They delivered to my address on 15/07/2022, but they are asking for self-ship for returning the product. I am a student, and going out of campus is not really that easy. My request is to please collect it from here.

      I ordered the following item and apparently got the package for delivery on 20 Jun - ADBUCKS Women's Light Blue Solid Denim Lycra Jeggings But to my surprise got a mens chappal - the box had my name and address on it but the invoice inside was for someone else.

      I tried to raise a return request selecting wrong item received on your website but it did not allow to send a photo of incorrect item.
      The delivery guy came the next day to my surprise with my correct item but refused to hand it over to me and that the chappals back as he claimed he wanted a jegging in return of a jegging. When explained he said I need to call CC and raise a separate complaint
      So I called and they said made a note of it - next day delivery agent came and was the same situation and they closed my open query / complaint without checking with me
      I wrote to you all very frustrated on a chat and they said they made a note of it - After 3 days delivery agent came and same thing - refused to pick the chappals up and the query was closed again without any intimation to me
      I called in absolute rage and spoke to one of the floor supervisors they gave me the same jazz and said will take action against the delivery agent and raised a complaint - For the first time I got a complaint # IN[protected] with ETA for 3-4 days
      After 3 days delivery agent came and refused to hand over my correct item and take the incorrect one back.
      I called again to ensure no agent knocks my door if they are not willing to collect still the delivery agent came
      Delivery agents have no clue of the situation, do not know how to talk to customers
      TO my surprise later the exchange for jegging was cancelled and query closed again
      I am left without my item and no refund to it + sent an email to grievance dept with no response

          Complaint ID - IN[protected]

          I have raised a return request for earring.No courier person has come for pickup and when I called customer care, they informed that the return is on hold because the product was damaged.
          What is wrong with Myntra, how you got to know that the product is damaged without coming for pick up and moreover the product is not at all damaged and in good condition.
          Pathetic service.Highly dissapointed.

            I bought biba kurta which I want to return but first it was 30 days return now it became 14 days. So due to becoming 14 days I can't return it.All tags and everything is attached to it. I understand that return time can change but when first i bought it it was 30 days so same should have kept it. I had gifted it to someone but she didn't loved it.So I need to return it

              Regarding MYNTRA product "LC Waikiki Women White & Beige Striped Boxy Pure Cotton Casual Shirt" pertaining to the order number[protected]-8540803.
              I had returned the product after one day of delivery on July 8 th itself and the refund was initiated on same day on orders page.
              When I didn't get any refund even after 10 days, on 18 th july 2022, the max time limit which myntra asks customer to wait for refund completion, I got in touch with them via email, chat and phone.
              They said they are initiating refund on 18 th july itself and had no explanation as to why it was not done until then. As I didn't get any updates or refund even after one week, I got in touch with them on 25 th july and 26 th july to remind them about my refund.
              This time they told me to wait and said they have initiated, there's nothing more to be done. I said same answer was given many days back but no money was returned.
              For this they blocked me from writing anymore to them. So I reached out to them via phone and they said they can givevany update only by august 5 th..
              They are refusing to comment on why my refund has not come to account simply asking me to wait.
              Each time they are extending date by which they should return money and trying to block my access to reach out to them to raise a complaint also.
              This amount of rs 1299 has been initiated by myntra 3 weeks ago and they have no idea why the refund has not taken place and also say they have no reference number of bank since refund has not been done by them.
              Pls look into this and help me sort this out. Customer care at myntra has not helped out at all...

              Today that is 28 th july the second deadline given by myntra. Com itself has expired. I have still not got my money refund of Rs 1299 after 3 weeks of refund being initiated.
              On calling customer care, I was told that refund was initiated 3 weeks ago as per their records... But they don't have any reference number... They said there might be an problem from their side hence they are unable to get a reference number nor process my refund. They also stated there's nothing much they can do about it and that if I want to wait I can wait.
              When asked if I wait for x number of days will I get my money back? They said they can't assure.. I can only wait and see.
              This is pure cheating on part of myntra where the customer is deemed helpless if at all any glitch takes place in myntra functioning. The customer is, made to suffer, waste his time continuously contacting them, reminding them, and at the end his money is not returned and he is cheated of it.. And he's told there's nothing that can be done.

                I have a ordered a product form myntra and the product was delivered at my doorstep and I want to return that product. And for no reason they are not returning my product. It’s showing that my address is not eligible for return. How can it be? When the same product was delivered on my address and now it’s not eligible for pickup? Please help me regarding this.

                  I have placed an order of a Allen Solly Women Yellow PU Structured Sling Bag Size: One size on 14th July 2022 through Myntra app from my phone. It was expected to be delivered by 22nd July, but the delivery was delayed and till date I have not recieved my product.                       I placed an order on Myntra right now i.e on 27 July, 2022. Total amount of rs 1857 has been deducted from my account but it is showing no order in order section which means my order didn't got placed. What kind of fraud it is by Myntra. I want my money back. Highly disappointed.

                        The delivery boy of malout city refused to deliver my order on my given address and the behaviour of the delivery boy on phone call was not appropriate.I collected my order 6 km away from my given address.Below is the picture uploaded by me from where i collected my parcel. The location in the picture was 6 km away from my given addrress while placing my order

                            I ordered a jean from my registered mobile number [protected], the delivery agent came and called from somewhere and asked where to come.I mentioned the location at around night after 10 and that guy registered after sometime at 11 registered that it was delivered and i never recieved it. I registered a complaint having faith on your company and apparently your haven't made a proper verdict and said I received the product and that too by otp based delivery. But your escalation supervisor said it was an non otp based delivery and you closed case stating i said otp and recieved. i have all the recordings with your company and what is it about has been attached either take an action and also compensate me for wasting my time and energy for nine days . I tried contacting the customer care they cut calls and no responses are right. I have all the proof of their call recordings I am not able to attach and if necessary incan provide

                              Myntra has been such a problematic one when it comes to customer service. No response. I raised a complaint a month back..someone came in contact but they say they cannot transfer to SBI account. I really dont understand whenever I returned a product they were able to transfer to SBI when not now. I also gave them an option to give Myntra credit but no response at all. I am really pissed of with them. I hope someone will quickly do the need full action

                                  Today on 23rd of july, 2022, I ordered FREAKINS
                                  Women Blue High-Rise Mom Fit Jeans, FREAKINS
                                  Women Blue Mom Fit High-Rise Mildly Distressed Jeans, Jewels Galaxy
                                  Set of 5 Gold-Toned & White Contemporary Studs Earrings. As i did payment, first payment was done from my side and money was deducted from my account but at myntra, it said failed payment. Then i did payment again so it was done on both sides and order was placed. But my money went one time extra.
                                  So its my kind request to refund the money at the earliest.

                                    I had ordered the item on 17th July 2022 and i recieved it on 21st July 2022. On opening the package saw that the base of the flats was scuffed and as they were expensive flats, I decided to return them immediately and had placed return request the very day. The delivery person came and checked all the tags before taking it. The next day i checked the return status for refund only to find that they have put my return on hold citing that tags for the item are missing and later on 23rd July the status showed that my return has been rejected. What kind of fraud is this. I didn't even use the sandals not even once neither did i touch the tags or label. What kind of fraud has myntra started

                                      I had ordered 1 roadster t shirt.order I’d is 121022126051057851303.i have received a worn t shirt that too of green colour where as I had ordered black.immediately I called delivery agent he said to contact customer care.i spoke to customer care they lodge a complaint.next day I got a call from same delivery agent.i showed him the t shirt.he updated that customer is providing fake product and he denied to take the product..Again I call customer care but they are not lodging complaint properly
                                      I am a regular customer of myntra.if you will see my past transaction then they will get to know that how loyal I am.that t shirt
                                      Cost is 400 buck only.what if I had ordered a phone worth of 40k and myntra would have delivered a piece of stone then whom should i complaint because delivery agent would written the same thing that customer is providing fake product.it’s not a matter of 400 rupees it a matter of trust.this is the first time happens with me and could be last time with myntra.after this goo[censored]p also I had ordered 3 t shirt without checking seller.after checking the seller name I have cancelled for the time being.i don’t have all day to chase myntra to get my money back and I am not atol willing to do charity on company like Myntra.
                                      Request you to kindly take it up with company and highlight this issue as there must me someone inside the company who is doing such fraudulent and demeaning the reputation of myntra.such person is should be kick out as soon as possible.you should use such parameters to avoid this kind of fraudgery.
