Product ordered on Myntra on 18th July as a gift for my wife, product delivered on 13/14 th aug after kuch delay, i booked for a return and refund after delivery as product was not satisfactory, however delivery agent sent for pickup rejected the pickup claiming that the product had 2 brand names on the dress, 1 Jac brand as shown in Myntra and another was a unknown brand . When I contacted Myntra customer care the request was rejected further without checking or knowing the problem

    Myntra delivery agent continuously denning to deliver products on my address since 2 years.
    I always place order through myntra.com as there is delivery available to door step at my pincode.
    But everytime delivery agent deny to deliver the product. I register complaints in customer support but I never get solution.
    Delivery agent always ay Myntra is not giving enough money so he will not deliver my order.
    For every product Which I had places he asked me to come 5 km from my address to receive my order.

    I just want either remove my pincode availability for product delivery or talk to your delivery agents or myntra should provide them enough money.

      I have tried to make a purchase of RS. 2000 from the myntra portal, but I was charged a convenience fee of Rs. 149 because my previous returns were high, I have a Rs. 786 in my myntra credit and if I'm not willing to pay the convenience fee and do not want to purchase anything from the website, there is no option to transfer that amount to the parent bank account. Clearly, Myntra didn't mention anywhere that it will be charging a convenience fee when any product was returned. Secondly, the product was returned not just because of any unnecessary reasons and fault is on Myntra's side too. For an instance, once I have ordered a night suit set and I was supposed to receive both a shirt and a pant, wherein I received just a shirt and not a pant, in such a situation I would obviously return the product and it would be unethical on Myntra's part to levy a convenience fee. There was also an instance, wherein the product I received was completely different from the product that I ordered. I have also spoken with their consumer care personnel several times, but didn't receive any positive response from them. I just want the convenience fee removed on my future purchases or it would be much better if my credit amount can be transferred to my bank account so that I won't be ordering from Myntra anymore.

        Hi,
        I have just now ordered a dress on myntra but when I see on my orders list its not visible in myntra app and in site also the payment has been successfully completed. Havent recieved any order confirmation mail of order placed successdully.Please check on it since parent has been finished and I couldn't track my order the page is empty.

          I ordered forever 21 flats from myntra. I got a message that my order is out for delivery on the 9th of August. But my order was not delivered. Even till 9 pm it was showing not delivered and after that it showed delivered after 9 :30 pm. Its completely the fault of your delivery boy. according to everyone one else in the hostel, he did not deliver any product that day. I got a message from you that Rohit Kumar is liable to deliver the product for me. Its a huge loss for me. The delivery boy is answerable to this. Kindly please help me out in this situation and look into this matter

            I applied for data entry work from home. Through Rajiv patil ( +[protected] THERE WAS NO LEGAL CONTRACT.
            Initially have only to pay rs. 899 as fees for the job and was informed the payment will be released within 24 hours.
            At the time of releasing the payment was informed through mail AS PER THE CONTRACT. ( THERE WAS NO CONTRACT. IF THERE WAS CONTRACT THE COMPANY SHOW THE PROOF OF THE CONTRACT signed by me) from their GST department to pay rs. 8709 /- ( refundable) as GST charges to release the payment. THERE WAS A THREATENING MAIL IF NOT PAID THE PAYMENT WILL BE CANCELLED. So I paid thinking the payment will be released.
            After a few minutes received another email from GST department. THERE WAS MISCALCULATION. Will have to pay CGST (refundable). Paid another rs. 8709/- A THREATENING MAIL IF NOT PAID PAYMENT WILL BE NOT BE RELEASED.
            Then another email on the same day that PFT charges rs. 17230/- (refundable) for the payment to be released. AGAIN A THREATENING MAIL IF NOT PAID THE PAYMENT WILL NOT BE RELEASED.
            The same day another email from GST department to pay NEFT charges of rs. 23, 000/-(refundable) for release of payment as the amount is a big amount. The company purposely kept adding Mony to make nearly lakh of rupees so to pay the NEFT charges.
            I refused to pay. AGAIN A THREATENING MAIL IF NOT PAID THE PAYMENT WILL NOT BE RELEASED.
            I REFUSED TO PAY.
            Then Rajiv Patil told me to send an email to discontinue the work. Then the amount will be refunded in 45 days. I questioned why so then he said or pay the termination fees it will be refunded in 15 days. I told him there was no legal contract so why should I pay the termination fees as there was no legal contract. He replied that "the contract is given when the project is given the second time." ( All the payment transaction to gst department of Myntra in 1 day on 5th July 2022. ( I have all the proofs of the payment transaction done. All the communication with Rajiv patil secured with me. All the communications by Rajiv Patil and GST department. The payment proofs of GST, CGST, PFT made on a single day (5th July 2022) are with me to show as proof. The last message that "the payment will be done on 10th August through (whatsapp by Rajiv Patil was sent on 22nd July 2022.) Have sent so many reminders through mail to Myntra accountant GST department and to CEO of the company but no reply. Till date the payment not released.
            At last need your help to receive the payment.
            A person sincere with work is cheated like this it’s very SHAMEFUL

              On[protected], I had bought a fire boltt smartwatch to gift my sister on Rakshsbandhan throgh Myntra and i had paid the amount of this product before delivery and there, on[protected], my sister got a broken product. I, many times beg to help me to myntra but they all neglected me saying this and that.

                  I ordered a tshirt under the category "Express delivery". The promise is to deliver the product next day itself. After ordering the date of delivery was showing correct which was 14th August'2022. However now they are saying it is delayed and will be delivered by 21st August'2022 which is unacceptable to me. I ordered it from express delivery section cause I wanted it as soon as possible but now it isn't serving the cause. My question is why the option of Express delivery given when they actually can't stick to their promise. This is a consumer fraud that they are doing.

                    Dear Sir / Madam,

                    I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Clothing, Shoes & Accessories

                    The issue that I have experienced was: I had ordered Inddus Floral Net Scalloped Edge Kurta Set from Myntra for an amount of Rupees 2992 on 4th August, 2022. The product was delivered to me on 11th August. After placing a return request on 11th Aug, the product was successfully picked up post evaluation at doorstep on 12th August round 1pm. Till late evening of 12th August, the product was displayed as Out For Pickup in Myntra mobile app. After contacting Customer support, I got to know that the Product was been put on hold due to tag missing. I confirmed Myntra that the product was picked up successfully after evaluation and the product tags were intact. However, Myntra has put my product on Return Hold with my amount stuck. Similar issue is observed over other products from this same order id and invoice number - Inddus Kurta Set and Indo era kurta set.

                    It occurred on: 12/08/2022

                    I want refund of Rs 2992 + 1627 + 1784 = Rs 6403 ASAP

                    I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.

                      I had ordered Mango Yellow & Pink Floral Print Maxi Dress from Myntra for an amount of Rupees 3594 on 7th August, 2022. The product was delivered to me on 11th August. After placing a return request on 11th Aug, the product was successfully picked up post evaluation at doorstep on 12th August round 1pm.                         I ordered a Louis Phillipe shirt on Myntra app on 07/8/22 vide captioned order number trusting the brand name and picture of the product as shown. But, what I received is a very poor quality product on 11/8/22 and raised return request on the same date. The item was picked up on 12/8/22 vide return id [protected]. Afterwards, I received an email stating the Return was rejected due to quality issue and they are resending the same item.
                        But, i dont want the same poor quality item instead i want the paid amount to be refunded to my bank account which I have provided during return.

                          Hi,

                          This is Ravi from Visakhapatnam, the issue I was facing was :

                          I have ordered 2 trousers and 2 jeans from Myntra app on[protected] at around 2 :00 p.m

                          But the issue was i was just to login before making an order and i was done with payment through Zest money app and the payment was successful
                          So after payment the app asked me about the login details and just logged in with my phone number and then I linked my Google account with the phone number in the Myntra app

                          Then I got a pop up showing you are not authorised to see this order

                          I have just open the orders in myntra app
                          I was unable to see the orders i have placed and the amount was debited through Zest money

                          So here is the Transaction ID and the order ID given by the zest money customer support

                          Transaction ID: [protected]A
                          Order ID. :[protected]

                          These are the ID they have provided me

                          So please kindly give a confirmation that the order was placed successfully or else it was not placed. If the order was not placed please send me the confirmation mail to my mail i.e. [protected]@gmail.com.

                          So that I can request the zest money to cancel the transaction.

                          Kindly please assist me and resolve my problem as soon as possible

                            Hi I'm Ankita and I have a complaint regarding an online company Myntra. I made a purchase of a 3 pc Blackberry suit from their site and instead of the suit I ordered I received trouser which is different. I raised the grievance the same day the product is delivered. I am being informed that after conducting a thorough investigation and review of the claim, they have found that the correct product was delivered. I asked them for the investigations proof but they denied me of that saying it's internal. I have not received the product I ordered, that is the case. For processing related part, it is Myntra responsibility and they are out with an apology. It is worth Rs. 7500.

                              I had cancelled an order and i got email confirmation that refund is completed on same day. However, it was not reflecting in bank account. Hence, i contacted bank and they confirmed there is no such transaction recieved and asked for a reference number. Upon contacting customer care all are giving vague answer that refund is done and Wait. Upon asking for reference number they are telling it's not generated but the transaction is completed. I tried multiple times they are not able to share reference number. The refund amount is 899 Rs. Order ID is # 1211730 [protected]

                                I have raised a return request for earring. No courier person has come for pickup and when I called customer care, they informed that the return is on hold because the product was damaged.
                                What is wrong with Myntra, This issue is happening again and again. How you got to know that the product is damaged without coming for pick up and moreover the product is not at all damaged and in good condition.
                                Pathetic service.Highly dissapointed.I immediately called customer care and asked them to connect me to courier person but they did not do that.New scheme of Myntra for making easy money from customers.shameless

                                  I have been using Myntra for a long time now but i have never met a delivery guy like him. I was busy at my work that i wasn't able to pick any calls at that time. This guys called me 10 times in a row and kept calling me even after i rejected all his calls . And the next thing he does is fighting me on the phone . He has even shouted at my little brother and he doesn't seem to understand coustomer circumstances. Kindly look into the matter .

                                    On 13/06/22, without placement of order my money i.e.Rs.2393/- got deducted from my account via gpay. I called Myntra customer care number for so many times, still they are not giving my money back, inspite of they promised to do so. I am very much disappointed and dissatisfied and frustrated by their pathetic service. Am not getting why are they not returning my money if my order has not been placed.
                                    I want to resolve my issue as soon as possible.

                                      I ordered a Vega hair straightening brush but received a damaged/defective product which they now refuse to pick up even though the product description clearly mentioned 15 day hassle free return .

                                      On a loop they keep on asking me to contact the brand for servicing the product even though I have told that I wished to return the product.

                                      Myntra had once send a dress to me without a price tag and bar code and then also did not accept the product. It is the same again. Worst customer experience ever

                                        My myntra account was being deactivated by Myntra, i had returned many products but didn't get the refund, my refund for all the products is approx 10500, few items i still want to return. I'm going to file a case against myntra, if i didn't get my account and my money back in the next 3 days. It's been a long time requesting it, now it's time to take step.
