I ordered a regular jeans from Myntra on 21st July 2022. It was slated for delivery on 24th July, which never happened. It was a pre paid order. I filed a complaint through myntra help center. On 27th july, it showed delivered. But the delivery person never called me. I raised a reinvestigation there and then, and myntra gave me a deadline of 31st july for an update on the same. On 29th July, the help center showed that the issue had been resolved, but again, I never received the order. I raised a complaint yet again, but the same thing happened.

Now the myntra escalation team keeps saying that they can't do anything about it, that they can't contact the delivery person. I told them them either give a 800 rs coupon, or a refund, or the delivery boy's number, but they kept repeating that they can't do anything now.

So the present situation is, I have already paid for the jeans, which were to be delivered on 24th July, but never received them.

I would request you to kindly resolve this issue: either deliver the product, or process a refund.

    I am an ICON member of Myntra, I have placed an order - neerus kurta with Palazzo and dupatta worth of 6230 rupees, I have returned it due to fit issues and product has been picked up on 14 July, but till today (31 July) i haven't received refund yet. I called customer care multiple times, they are raising ticket and closing with status as resolved without actually resolving the issue.
    And again i have raised new complaint request, they updated that before August 1 i will get an update but no update yet.
    How much time will it take to initiate a refund? No update even after multiple calls with customer care, Facing worst service experience by Myntra.
    Please refund me ASAP.

      On 19 July 2022, i ordered 3 tshirt from Myntra Android application.payment option chosen was COD.
      On 25 July 2022, Delivery boy arrived at modinagar Bus stand.he said that he will not come to my address .I went to modinagar which is approx. 7 km from my address.He said first you have to pay money than you can collect your order.one of those tshirt (Slazenger Men Teal Blue Brand Logo Applique Ultra-Dry Running tshirt) was damaged as it was stick to its polythene packaging and burned. So i return that tshirt at the same time and select damage product received in Myntra app .delivery boy took tshirt from me. I came back to home.in evening, Myntra app sent a notification that your return cancelled.
      I called so many times customer helpline number but they were not listening my concern.
      Today on 30 July, a customer executive connected me to escalation manager Azhra.she said we deliver product after 100% quality check so it's impossible we can deliver a damage product. And your return cancelled due to quality check. So now we are reshipping this damaged product to you it will reshipped in a very short period of time and you have to accept delivery.if you'll not accept this delivery may your package will lost.But under no circumstances we'll refund your payment.
      My concern is i don't want this burned tshirt.please refund me my money.

            Ordered placed for multiple items on 22 July for amount 4786₹ and expected date was 25 July but not received anything then I talked to one customer care on 26 she assured that items will be delivered before 29 July but still not received anything... Now I'm not able to talk to any of customer care neither can call them... Either deliver my order ASAP or refund my money back asap

              I ordered white joggers from myntra and the button was corroded/ rusted when i received it, due to which there was a stain on the button hole. I wanted to exchange it as it was too loose so i applied for a smaller size in exchange for the one i received. When the delivery boy examined the product he told me that it cannot be returned because of the stain. I told him that it was already there when it was delivered but he asked me to talk about it at customer care and its just not working, all of the agents are busy. Kindly exchange the order.

                I ordered a jeans from myntra but it's fitting is not perfect it is too small in length so I want to return my parcel to myntra but after submitting return request it get cancelled by myntra without any reason this happen two times now I put third request of return request.very pathetic service from myntra😡😡😡

                  I tried to reach out to customer care regarding my order on myntra, but they didn’t provided relevant response no solution
                  Customer care executive and their supervisor cut my call in the middle
                  My order Is a bit expensive and now i have to purchase it on a higher price with late delivery

                      I have returned 3 items to Myntra :

                      H&M Women Beige Polo-Neck Tunic : Rs. 2299
                      Returned on 7 July 22

                      H&M Women Grey Solid Short viscose dress : Rs. 1149
                      Returned on 7 July 22

                      No refund received till date. Complained to customer care multiple times and every time they mark issue resolved without providing either reference no. of the transaction nor the refund. Now option to reopen the issue is also disabled by the company.

                        Hi Team,
                        I have ordered Tommy hilfiger trolley from Myntra on 7th July 2022 and it is expected to be delivered by 18th July 2022. And it is not delivered. I have raised so many complaints against this order in Myntra app from 21st July 2022 and I'm Fed up of hearing the same thing from the support team. They keep on saying " Sorry for the inconvenience caused and we will try to resolve this issue within 24 hrs to 48 hrs". They didn't even say the expected delivery date. I really had a bad experience with this order. Please help me with this.

                            I ordered the following item and apparently got the package for delivery on 20 Jun - ADBUCKS Women's Light Blue Solid Denim Lycra Jeggings But to my surprise got a mens chappal - the box had my name and address on it but the invoice inside was for someone else.

                            I tried to raise a return request selecting wrong item received on your website but it did not allow to send a photo of incorrect item.
                            The delivery guy came the next day to my surprise with my correct item but refused to hand it over to me and that the chappals back as he claimed he wanted a jegging in return of a jegging. When explained he said I need to call CC and raise a separate complaint
                            So I called and they said made a note of it - next day delivery agent came and was the same situation and they closed my open query / complaint without checking with me
                            I wrote to you all very frustrated on a chat and they said they made a note of it - After 3 days delivery agent came and same thing - refused to pick the chappals up and the query was closed again without any intimation to me
                            I called in absolute rage and spoke to one of the floor supervisors they gave me the same jazz and said will take action against the delivery agent and raised a complaint - For the first time I got a complaint # IN[protected] with ETA for 3-4 days
                            After 3 days delivery agent came and refused to hand over my correct item and take the incorrect one back.
                            I called again to ensure no agent knocks my door if they are not willing to collect still the delivery agent came
                            Delivery agents have no clue of the situation, do not know how to talk to customers
                            TO my surprise later the exchange for jegging was cancelled and query closed again
                            I am left without my item and no refund to it + sent an email to grievance dept with no response

                                I have raised a return request for earring.No courier person has come for pickup and when I called customer care, they informed that the return is on hold because the product was damaged.
                                What is wrong with Myntra, how you got to know that the product is damaged without coming for pick up and moreover the product is not at all damaged and in good condition.
                                Pathetic service.Highly dissapointed.

                                  I bought biba kurta which I want to return but first it was 30 days return now it became 14 days. So due to becoming 14 days I can't return it.All tags and everything is attached to it. I understand that return time can change but when first i bought it it was 30 days so same should have kept it. I had gifted it to someone but she didn't loved it.So I need to return it

                                    Regarding MYNTRA product "LC Waikiki Women White & Beige Striped Boxy Pure Cotton Casual Shirt" pertaining to the order number[protected]-8540803.
                                    I had returned the product after one day of delivery on July 8 th itself and the refund was initiated on same day on orders page.
                                    When I didn't get any refund even after 10 days, on 18 th july 2022, the max time limit which myntra asks customer to wait for refund completion, I got in touch with them via email, chat and phone.
                                    They said they are initiating refund on 18 th july itself and had no explanation as to why it was not done until then. As I didn't get any updates or refund even after one week, I got in touch with them on 25 th july and 26 th july to remind them about my refund.
                                    This time they told me to wait and said they have initiated, there's nothing more to be done. I said same answer was given many days back but no money was returned.
                                    For this they blocked me from writing anymore to them. So I reached out to them via phone and they said they can givevany update only by august 5 th..
                                    They are refusing to comment on why my refund has not come to account simply asking me to wait.
                                    Each time they are extending date by which they should return money and trying to block my access to reach out to them to raise a complaint also.
                                    This amount of rs 1299 has been initiated by myntra 3 weeks ago and they have no idea why the refund has not taken place and also say they have no reference number of bank since refund has not been done by them.
                                    Pls look into this and help me sort this out. Customer care at myntra has not helped out at all...

                                    Today that is 28 th july the second deadline given by myntra. Com itself has expired. I have still not got my money refund of Rs 1299 after 3 weeks of refund being initiated.
                                    On calling customer care, I was told that refund was initiated 3 weeks ago as per their records... But they don't have any reference number... They said there might be an problem from their side hence they are unable to get a reference number nor process my refund. They also stated there's nothing much they can do about it and that if I want to wait I can wait.
                                    When asked if I wait for x number of days will I get my money back? They said they can't assure.. I can only wait and see.
                                    This is pure cheating on part of myntra where the customer is deemed helpless if at all any glitch takes place in myntra functioning. The customer is, made to suffer, waste his time continuously contacting them, reminding them, and at the end his money is not returned and he is cheated of it.. And he's told there's nothing that can be done.

                                      I have a ordered a product form myntra and the product was delivered at my doorstep and I want to return that product. And for no reason they are not returning my product. It’s showing that my address is not eligible for return. How can it be? When the same product was delivered on my address and now it’s not eligible for pickup? Please help me regarding this.

                                        I have placed an order of a Allen Solly Women Yellow PU Structured Sling Bag Size: One size on 14th July 2022 through Myntra app from my phone. It was expected to be delivered by 22nd July, but the delivery was delayed and till date I have not recieved my product.
