I placed an order yesterday and made the payment through card and i got the notification from bank for the deducted amount which is Rs1629
I tried checking the order in my profile but it is not visible.
i need to know if the order is being processed cuzi already paid for it

    I purchased a Michael kors watch from Myntra on 7th June 2022 costing 16, 995. Order ID # 1206420 [protected]. I received the product and didn’t like it because of a black spot on the watch. Since it was a returnable product, I requested for a return which was declined by Myntra claiming that there was no black spot when they had sent the product. I again requested for a return, it got rejected twice without picking up the order. It was becoming highly disturbing for me mentally and financially because I wasn’t getting a solution inspite of end number of customer care calls and writing to them. I finally tried again and my return got approved. My product was picked up on 22nd June by xpressbees courier partner in the evening. I didn’t get any proof of the pickup or the tracking details of the order pickup. After 5-6 days I contacted the Myntra team again regarding a solution. I was informed that the product has reached the warehouse and quality check process is going on. The next day I called again and the agent replied that the product hasn’t reached the warehouse. It was highly shocking for me to be different responses everytime. In the meantime, my order status in the app showed that I refund has been processed from our end. I was lucky enough to take a screenshot of that update because after sometime, that update never reflected and it again showed that quality check process is still going on. After few days I again didn’t get any response. In the first week of July 2022, I contacted the customer care team again on call and I was informed that 8 business days of quality check are not enough and I was then asked to wait the solution till 11tg July 2022. It became more frustrating but I still had hope that right product has been sent to Myntra so I’m surely going to get a refund. Yesterday, 8th July 2022, I received a response stating that my return has been refused because I have sent them a different product and also to confuse me they mentioned that right product was sent to me initially. I literally got shocked because after so much hassle my product was picked up and this was the solution that I got from them. They have shared a false claim. I immediately called the customer care team asking for proofs of the videos of the product that they sent me, the product that was picked up from my house and the product that they received after my return request because I need proof of their false claim with videos of the product showing date and time. That’s how they will be proved wrong. Since yesterday I’ve called Myntra multiple times, either the agents say that we don’t have any further solution and the product has been re shipped to you so please keep it or they disconnect the call in between. I don’t need the product I mentioned them unlimited times I just need my money. I feel helpless now. The watch still shows a return policy of 30 days easy return. Please help me because my hard earned money is involved. They have been harassing me for many days now.

      I placed a order on 8th July on Myntra and i got a message of order confirmed on site after payment and bank account got debited. But when checking in My order section, no order was placed. Calling support i got a reply that you need to wait for 7-10days for the refund. I once again placed the order on next day as i needed the product urgently. But again same thing happened and my bank account again got debited with no status of order placed on myntra site. This time i called myntra support and asked if there is any problem in my account they said your account has no problem and again you need to wait and you can call back for status update. The support person told me we don't have any complaints mail id or number neither we register complaints. You just need to wait and asking on whether i will get a call back on my issue resolve, they said no you only have to call again. Very unprofessional behaviour from the myntra support team. Still waiting for my money and status on my order.

        Since 2 months i had returned their product which they told me to do self shipping to one of their address but after that they are still not giving my money back, even i[censored] want i can send all those screen shots of couriers receipt and the money that got deducted from my account. Even i tried to reach their customers support services executive number and each time these agents are so rude and impolite even they don't have process knowledge and all the time they will give me irrelevant answers to my question and they will tell me to wait for 24 hours but my question is how long i have to wait as theirs waiting period is not ending from their end as now it had been 2 months. Now i am requesting to you guys who ever is reading my messages please get into this matter and help me get my money back, even i am an old customer of MYNTRA but still they don't care about their customers problem and now they had blocked my complaint number so that i can't reach to them n so that they will not give my money. Please i can't tolerate such harrasment by MYNTRA agents towards me. So now i request you to get into this this matter and help me to get my money back otherwise MYNTRA will remain only as a name with no brand n standard with ZERO customers satisfaction... Please help me and get back to me ASAP... Thank You

          I had order 7 cloth products which was valued nearly 9, 000 rupees. At first 3 products were arrived for delivery and the delivery person called me.The conversation was as follows:
          Date of incident:[protected]
          DB - Delivery Boy
          DB: Sir there are three products available for delivery which costs nearly 2976 rupees.
          Me: Yes
          DB: Sir, we cant deliver the product to the specified location can you please come to the myntra logistics location and can you please collect.I will send the location sir
          Me: ( I was just shocked for a while) Why should I come anna. Till before I collected the products at my location, why what happened now?
          DB: Sir I think it was E- Kart logistics and now it came to Myntra Logistics which is too far from my location to your home anna. ( Now after knowing my age he just called me anna and to be frank the distance from my location to his office was nearly 4 km). Anna many people from the location are also collecting the product by coming to this location.( how fair it was I don't know)
          Me: Anyway, anna why I should come - I just asked again
          DB: Anna if you wont wish to come I just return the product as it was too long from our location to your location, we wont deliver it was final. ( He just said)
          Me: How can you do like that (and I came to know that he wont listen to me and I will just call the myntra customer care and I will find the solution) and I just said wait I will come.
          DB: Ok anna, Anna I will give my personnel number and I will share my location and I will be available through my phone and you can call for any query anna. ( and I gave my number and asked him to put me message and I just cut the call)

          After all this, I just called the myntra customer care and I explained all these things and she just replied that sir you don't need to go there, they will only deliver the product at your doorstep.

          Still I got the call from the delivery boy and said that anna you got two more product when will you come and collect anna.

          Now he directly demanded me to come to his location collect the product. The way the delivery boy was very rude saying that if you wont come and collect the product I just return it and also for the new arrivals he just said anna as you already had my personnel number I just keep these products with me and I just put in my shipment as delivered, you can collect your products at your free time( for this I said no).

          Remedy I need:
          1. I need my new arrival products to be delivered to my location.
          2. I also need some compensation for the collected products from theirs location.
          3. This should not repeat for anyone and for anytime

            Hi Team Myntra,
            Before some time i have purchased one Red tape shoes from Myntra App but when i received my shoes the box was completely damaged but still i accept that.
            But when i try those shoes, the size was not fir to me so that i apply for exchange and then the same courier boy comes to me to receive those shoes and at that time the behaviour of that person was completely changed, and he denied exchanging my shoes because of that damaged box and at same time he updated the status about quality.
            And he gives me threat that i am localised of here and without my permission nobody can exchange and deliver your package here.
            Really the behaviour of that courier boy not accepted.
            Even after that nobody visit my location for quality check. Every day i am receiving message that today we will pick this package but till evening automatically visit cancel. It happens with me 3 times and now forth time it is again show the same status "Quality check failed" without any visit of your team.
            So now please tell me how that is possible to check quality of my shoes without any physical visit.
            Now i really feel that the courier boy is more powerful then Myntra team. Even i am not getting any support from you customer support team as well. I am calling them every day but no positive response.
            Now i need solution anyhow?

              I had placed an order of Myntra, order id
              [protected] . I made the payment on 24th june 2022 to myntra through PayTM app.
              I had placed a return request for the Phillips straightner. I had paid through PayTM wallet. No order was placed but the payment status was successfull. It’s already been three weeks.Im always getting a negative response from myntra
              I have already sent you the bank statements as well as payTM wallet statements. I humbly request you to please help me to get my money back.

              Kindly look into the issue and let me know the status as to when will I receive my refund.

                The issue that I have experienced was: I have ordered from myntra, formal trousers on 12th of june, after a lot of delays in the delivery status. on 29th june the status in the app updated as delivered. I didn't get any call from the delivery agent and the parcel wasn't delivered for the same. I have raised an issue but the issue has been resolved without any notice and again I have raised the reinvestigation that also has been resolved without any notice. After all these I have called customer care and once again they are telling me there is no other solution, this makes no sense at all, for something that happened from myntra side why should i bear the cost. This is completely unacceptable.

                  I had ordered M.A.C Studio Fix Pwder Plus Foundation- NC42, order no. is 120686011727692660803 along with other 3 items on 12th of June
                  On 14th of June I received only 2 items but did not received M.A.C Studio Fix Pwder Plus Foundation- NC42

                  After complaining about it they delayed my request saying to wait for 48 hrs multiple times till 30th of June

                  Ultimately on 4th of July they updated in my app saying that claim is been declined

                  I did not receive another product which was Loreal Face Serum for which I got a refund only because it costed below 500/- INR, just because M.A.C product is expensive they delayed my requests, once they closed my issue saying issue has been resolved but in actual I din receive that product nor I got any refund. I had re open the issue and followed up 100 times

                  On call also same reply that investigation is going on, delivery partner also called twice to check whether package was tempered or no, but simply no justified revert from Myntra

                  Myntra being such a big and reliable brand treats their loyal customers like this is not acceptable, I lost 2507/- INR behind this product just because I trusted Myntra

                  Request you to look into the matter and help me getting my refund

                    Had placed an order pf Roadster black jeans on 13th of May 2022. I was to recieve my order on 17th of May 2022. But even on 19th when I checked the status of the order it showed shipping delayed. I waited until 21st of May 2022. Nothing happened. I raised a complaint but nothing was done.
                    Its been almost two months now. I had called the customer care 5-6 times now and they tell me only one thing. To wait for another 24-48 hours. My order is not going to be delivered. Its not getting cancelled. My money is stuck. I am frustrated with this now. I have wasted my time and money on this order. Nothing is happening. Myntra is not even able to cancel my product. I don't know who can cancel my order. I want my money back. Worst customer service. Worst experience of shopping ever.

                      I purchased a body trimmer from myntra from registered account vide number [protected].
                      Order id[protected]-4153501

                      Purchase date- 10/06/2022

                      The received product was non functional.

                      I returned the product which was picked up.

                      However, it showed that product has failed quality check and was returned back to me.

                      Myntra customer support has been useless. They are refusing to take back non-functional product and hence my money 1708/- INR are stuck.

                            I ordered a watch bearing Order ID #[protected] placed on 28th June, 2022 and the same was delivered on 29th of June, 2022. I then opened the package which had more than one tape covering on the package and upon unwrapping the package, when I checked the watch the hands of the watch were defective as they moved in circular motion with every moment rather indicating the correct time in the watch. Thereafter, on that very instance I raised a return request and the same was registered with the Myntra within 1 hour of receiving the said Watch.
                            I state that I received a call from the one concerned person and i brought to their notice the piece that was delivered to me, to my utter shock without even considering any of my submissions or trying to even assist me with any solution, the concerned person concluded saying that the concerned Watch had been delivered to me after stringent quality check and they cannot do anything about the said defect now. The Myntra executive, rather taking the accountability just raised their hands off their liability leaving me in a dry and helpless situation wherein now I am left with a defective watch worth Rs. 21, 000 approximately. The Myntra while ordering the said watch clearly shows that the said watch is returnable within 30 days of ordering the same, if Myntra is not to accept any return request then why falsely mention the same and cheat their customers?
                            I demand that Myntra accepts their accountability of delivering this defective watch and accept my product return request, just stating that a quality check was performed on the part of the Myntra does not given any assurance with respect to any product that it shall reach its end customer/consumer without any defect and when a defect has been brought to the notice just upon receiving the said product then there is no doubt on the authenticity of the said Complaint. This response and policy of the Myntra is bad in law and is merely running away from their liability and accountability.
                            Kindly take note and respond to the said complaint at the earliest, failing to which I shall be eligible to avail all my legal rights against the said delivery of the concerned product.

                              On 6 july 2022, I processed order for 8K via card payment method.

                              After entering OTP for transaction, it showed me payment failure and try again.

                              but my account got debited immediately.

                              So Myntra has got the payment but order is not placed.

                              Please refund my money asap.

                              I am now skeptical to place new order via Myntra due to unstable payment and order methods!

                                I have ordered a product from myntra which was delivered on 27/02/2022 for that product first I have made payment from my FI account which was successful from my end but not reflected on Myntra's delivery partner's app then he asked me to pay once again from another payment mode but i refuse and wait for sometime for payment to be reflected then he again asked me to pay again from another payment mode then I had paid with from my paytm account which was a successful transaction and it also reflected in the Myntra's delivery partner's app, then he said me that the refund of my FI account money will be credited in the same account in which payment was initiated in 4 - 5 days . Then I have waited for 6 or 7 days then i have complaint my issue to myntra customer care but i have not refunded my refund amount till today.

                                  My area pin code is 411041. Delivery hub is Nikita or chiranjeevi DC.

                                  [protected]-4183403 was my order number. I requested to exchange due to size issue, when it came at the time of exchange product received for exchange., Pick up agent and his manager purposely denied to accept exchange, while refusing pick up item, and said product box is not same etc. Even I told them I received same thing which I'm returning you now, even it's having Myntra tag and all barcode scanner history stickers on that box, Then also they refused & abused and not having sence to talk with ladies, I'm got to take legal against both of them as well with myntra.com, Its multiple times People from our area 411041 are receiving wrongs product and difective product with tampper box by same Delivery centre . This deliver centre is totally fraudsters, In some area this delivery and pick up agents along with der managers are taking bribe to accept & approved exchange product.
                                  Myntra.com have to look into such cases. Such people are spoiling Myntra, s name and reputation.
                                  Same thing happened with me, I received some defective and different product . so i change my address, now i m receiving proper and Geniun product . That means my old previous delivery centre in area 411041 was problematic and faulty

                                      I'm contacting here for the missing item in the the box at the time of delivery.

                                      I have purchased it from Myntra and and I'm trying to make it resolve since couple of days and customer support don't even want to check it clearly to verify the situation and resolve it.

                                      Customer support just replying with same sentences again and again without even check the issue with the team.

                                      I'm very tensed and frustrated, I just want it to be checked and my item or money back.

                                      This is the last hope for my concern, after that I'll leave it my money in your pocket and will keep letting people know about your services and customer service experience on social media like Facebook, Instagram, twitter as well on youtube.

                                        Hi,
                                        I have purchased an allen solly sport T-shirt. And after 2nd wash it’s logo starts vanishing.

                                        Complained abt this in Myntra but they said they cannot help because it was not machine washed.
                                        Very poor customer service
                                        Myntra.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
