Myntra has been such a problematic one when it comes to customer service. No response. I raised a complaint a month back..someone came in contact but they say they cannot transfer to SBI account. I really dont understand whenever I returned a product they were able to transfer to SBI when not now. I also gave them an option to give Myntra credit but no response at all. I am really pissed of with them. I hope someone will quickly do the need full action

      Today on 23rd of july, 2022, I ordered FREAKINS
      Women Blue High-Rise Mom Fit Jeans, FREAKINS
      Women Blue Mom Fit High-Rise Mildly Distressed Jeans, Jewels Galaxy
      Set of 5 Gold-Toned & White Contemporary Studs Earrings. As i did payment, first payment was done from my side and money was deducted from my account but at myntra, it said failed payment. Then i did payment again so it was done on both sides and order was placed. But my money went one time extra.
      So its my kind request to refund the money at the earliest.

        I had ordered the item on 17th July 2022 and i recieved it on 21st July 2022. On opening the package saw that the base of the flats was scuffed and as they were expensive flats, I decided to return them immediately and had placed return request the very day. The delivery person came and checked all the tags before taking it. The next day i checked the return status for refund only to find that they have put my return on hold citing that tags for the item are missing and later on 23rd July the status showed that my return has been rejected. What kind of fraud is this. I didn't even use the sandals not even once neither did i touch the tags or label. What kind of fraud has myntra started

          I had ordered 1 roadster t shirt.order I’d is 121022126051057851303.i have received a worn t shirt that too of green colour where as I had ordered black.immediately I called delivery agent he said to contact customer care.i spoke to customer care they lodge a complaint.next day I got a call from same delivery agent.i showed him the t shirt.he updated that customer is providing fake product and he denied to take the product..Again I call customer care but they are not lodging complaint properly
          I am a regular customer of myntra.if you will see my past transaction then they will get to know that how loyal I am.that t shirt
          Cost is 400 buck only.what if I had ordered a phone worth of 40k and myntra would have delivered a piece of stone then whom should i complaint because delivery agent would written the same thing that customer is providing fake product.it’s not a matter of 400 rupees it a matter of trust.this is the first time happens with me and could be last time with myntra.after this goo[censored]p also I had ordered 3 t shirt without checking seller.after checking the seller name I have cancelled for the time being.i don’t have all day to chase myntra to get my money back and I am not atol willing to do charity on company like Myntra.
          Request you to kindly take it up with company and highlight this issue as there must me someone inside the company who is doing such fraudulent and demeaning the reputation of myntra.such person is should be kick out as soon as possible.you should use such parameters to avoid this kind of fraudgery.

            I placed an order with order number Order ID # 1209065 [protected] and the product has been returned but i have still not received the refund. It just shows it is under quality check. Myntra is making customers fool. This is totally [censored]. I need my refund otherwise i will take and action against this

              It was very disgusting experienced with your customer support agent.i was try to order one shirt from your site on 24.06.2022.amounting 1526/, but due technical problem that order was not done my money deducted from my credit card .after talking with your customer agent, he register a complain against it .no is-IN[protected].without solve my problem they send a msg your complain is resolved .so please refund my money immediately other wise I raise a complain in consumer court against you.its 20 days gone no solution from your site .your customer support agent did not co operate with us.

                I am uploading the invoice of products that i had ordered from Myntra.
                They send the package out of which three kurties are missing.
                The order numbers are -

                which is written in the invoice that are not received by me but they showed it delivered.
                I had lodged the complain with myntra customer care but they didn't resolved the issue .

                  Hello,

                  I have ordered dress costing 2199 on 9th July with myntra which I received on 12th July .The dress didn't fit me so immediately I have raised return request and dress was picked two days later in the evening around 7 PM. On the same day I have received a message saying quality check failed and item would be re-shipped to me in 48 hours.
                  I called up call centre asking the reason for failure of quality check they mentioned product was used. But when mentioned that dress was not fitting to me how could I use it and also want evidence for false acquisitions like photo or other details they have no proof for same.

                  I politely requested for re-investigation, call centre employee mentioned that it could happen only after re-shipment today is 21st July I haven't received the product and call centre people don't respond properly.

                  I see its scam to sell products to customers, Someone help me ☹

                        I brought a product trimmer with Order ID # 1208834 [protected]. As I opened the outerpacket, I saw trimmer seal was broken. Thereafter, asap I put this on return by sending photos of seal being broken and ordered one more trimmer from Myntra. The 2nd trimmer came for which I have already paid and I am using it.

                        The 1st trimmer was returned and now Myntra is saying that they won't refund since as per their so-called 'investigation' - the product was alright. They won't even share the investigation report and I can't even appeal because as per Myntra process nothing can be done.

                        Why wil i lie??
                        Why will I order again if I had to lie about seal being broken??
                        I have sent photos but they even share docs about investigation??
                        This is not banana republic, we are in democracy.

                        Myntra is only harassing customer by doing all this. Why should I use seal broken trimmer which is used in pvt body parts??

                          Hello...i have placed order 2 kurtas from Myntra on 7th july 2022 and it shows that they will deliver within 16th july...On 10th july it shows that my order reached Guwahati and it takes one day to reach my address..But today its 18th July till i didn't get my order...And after 10july there is no update on tracking...i messaged them but they are not interested to reply...i call them but can't reach to customer care...Now i want my order within 24hrs ... Thanks

                            Hello Team,
                            I tried to place ome order on 29th June, 2022 for amount of INR 3913.55 but order did not get placed but my money got debited from my account. I used SBI bank upi payment mode to make the payment. I got message from myntra that order was not successful and if the money is deducted from the account it will get refunded within 72 hrs but I didn’t get my money back. After that I raised a complaint on myntra for same issue and they told that they haven’t received the payment and asked me to check with the bank team. I checked with the bank and they told me that money was received successfully by the merchant account, i.e., Myntra after that I again reached out to myntra and they again told they haven’t received the payment and told to check with bank again. I want to register a complaint please help me regarding this.
                            The bank request ID for my raised ticket is[protected] and the transaction ID is T2206290138195627745497 and UTR is[protected]

                              Then i returned it . On 15th July i got a message on my app on the order stating

                              'return request rejected. Item will be re-shipped to you'

                              Although i have no idea by when i will receive the order back.

                                Yesterday I received a call from Myntra courier ph # [protected] at 6.41pm, that there is a return request on my package which I never placed .I explained to courier guy that I never placed the order so he informed that he will place the cancellation on the order . Meanwhile I cancelled the return request on my Myntra mobile app . But I received another call from the same person at 7.10 pm from ph# [protected] that he cancelled the order .
                                Post that I tried to access my Myntra app on my iPad & mobile app but I am unable to access my account . It is hacked & someone else is using my account under some another mobile number & email Id.after reaching out to Myntra & informing that I have all the documentation about my purchase this is surely a account hack & need immediate action. But Myntra tech team as usual told me that they will take 3 working day ? I have my credit in Myntra account & also my cards are attached on the app . It is disappointing the way Myntra handle the whole issue .

                                    I have purchased a dress from myntra but i didn't like it so tried to return it and as per Myntra order policy everything comes as per rules but still they are not taking the return back. I literally called lot of time and requested them to return but looks they are not even helping. They just say wait for some more days and nothing actually they do. Even sometime they dont come on call also.

                                      I try to login my Myntra last couple of time with email address. But not received password reset email on my email address. I submit lot's of complain regarding my issue I talk lot's of time with myntra customer care executive but issue still not solved. I have 1000 Myntra credit in my account. But Myntra team are not helped to solved my issue.
