I had ordered a Phillips blue trimmer.

Then i returned it . On 15th July i got a message on my app on the order stating

'return request rejected. Item will be re-shipped to you'

Although i have no idea by when i will receive the order back.
No message, e-mail, nothing.

Yesterday I received a call from Myntra courier ph # [protected] at 6.41pm, that there is a return request on my package which I never placed .I explained to courier guy that I never placed the order so he informed that he will place the cancellation on the order . Meanwhile I cancelled the return request on my Myntra mobile app . But I received another call from the same person at 7.10 pm from ph# [protected] that he cancelled the order .
Post that I tried to access my Myntra app on my iPad & mobile app but I am unable to access my account . It is hacked & someone else is using my account under some another mobile number & email Id.after reaching out to Myntra & informing that I have all the documentation about my purchase this is surely a account hack & need immediate action. But Myntra tech team as usual told me that they will take 3 working day ? I have my credit in Myntra account & also my cards are attached on the app . It is disappointing the way Myntra handle the whole issue .

My account was closed abruptly the day I placed a few orders. There was no prior intimation and no valid reason given afterwards on call with customer support team. Multiple orders are under process.

I have purchased a dress from myntra but i didn't like it so tried to return it and as per Myntra order policy everything comes as per rules but still they are not taking the return back. I literally called lot of time and requested them to return but looks they are not even helping. They just say wait for some more days and nothing actually they do. Even sometime they dont come on call also.

I try to login my Myntra last couple of time with email address. But not received password reset email on my email address. I submit lot's of complain regarding my issue I talk lot's of time with myntra customer care executive but issue still not solved. I have 1000 Myntra credit in my account. But Myntra team are not helped to solved my issue.

I order boult y1 earbuds by Myntra and today I received my parcel from Myntra. Got defective product by Myntra then I call Customer care number they talk me very badly and said that it’s not our fault you can talk directly to brand. I want to change my product, please help me

So I have ordered two roadster jeans for my brothers one with 32 number waist and one with 30 number waist . When it came, 30 number jeans was fit but 32 number jeans was too loose so I decided to return it. after the pickup has done they told me that the quality check was failed, now tell me how is this possible because we haven't used that jeans and I have returned it without any damage with all the tags. This is not fair Myntra I want my money back because I had returned the jeans with its original condition.

I ordered multiple items during recent Myntra sale. I got a message that 5 items were delivered but when I checked the package I got only 4.

When I raised an issue on Myntra Support, they checked at their end and after 1 day informed that the investigation is closed and they cannot pass my claim as they did an internal investigation and they know that product was delivered.

I tried talking to their customer support executive and requested them to share a picture or confirmation that the proof they have seen if authentic but they did not help much and suggested that nothing can be done about my money or about delivering the Product.

This is such a bad experience as I have paid for something which I am never going to get. There should be some assurance provided by such a huge company who owns the responsibility of delivering us products through online shopping.

If that is not something which they are able to do - they should revise the process in someway to provide more faith for their customers.

I don't think I can ever purchase through Myntra going forward.

Wrong product delivered after multiple returns. Final resolution was pushing me for a refund. I wanted the product I wanted. Myntra forced me to keep the wrong product thry delivered and refunded it. It's a false display color for the product. Delivered wrong color twice.

I've ordered a dress from Myntra, it costed me 887rs .. Intially the payment failed so I paid again! The money got deducted twice.. kindly look into this

Fraud myntra

May i know the reason why delivery Service at pincode 790102 has been stopped suddenly. Kindly resume the service at this pincode.

What a pathetic service it is. I haven't received my refund yet, it has been 15 days from the day I returned your product. None of the other online shopping platform does this.. they refund immediately as soon as they received the product. What's so special in you huh. Do you guys have any idea what a person is going through. We are not ### who wait for our own money to get it returned back. Refund me ASAP or else sueing you will be THE BEST option provided to me. Actually you guys have to pay me the principal amount+ interest, for holding up money for more than 15 days.

We stay outside India. Before coming to India, my wife ordered 31 items from Myntra.com. Order number is[protected]-0848701 dated 1st July'22.

It was started delivery of the items while we were outside India. All the items were received my mother, who is an older lady and naturally she could not verify the items. Last delivery date was 8th July'22.

When my wife started checking the packages, she found out that 9 items out of 31 items were missing though order has been updated as delivered.

We got back to Myntra customer care on 15th July'22. However they refused to raise ticket on 8 items as they sent on single packets. I talked to even their manager but no support received.

This was our 1st order and we have been duped and deceived by Myntra.com

I ordered a pair of crocs form myntra at a heavy discounted price, but they cancelled the order and now they are providing the refund, I don't want the refund but the product.

I ordered a pair of clogs from Myntra on 11th of July 2022 and on 15th of July they cancelled the order on their own. It was totally unexpected. It was urgent to me.

I had placed order from Myntra.com. the had not delivered the product yet .The delivery date was 8 july today it is 15 th july whats going on either do the delivery as soon as possible or else refund the amount and from next time I am not going to place order from myntra app .I want solution .And if you want to deliver the product then deliver to this address -

Why you stopped delevering some products at pincode 193222
Some days ago they were available at my pincode but now I thought that I should order them but I saw the pincode is unserviceable
Why are u hurting us by doing this

My return request was rejected. I had only tried the shoes once and all the tags are intact, and the team did not provided any other details.
