I ordered a sports shoe for my son and I had received improper dirty white shoes.Why didn’t the staff check the ordered products before a dispatch to its destination?Very disappointing!

    Hi,
    I had ordered online on myntra for Aura curtains. They had delivered on my address and the next day i processed for return the items online due to the poor fabric. They had delivered the item at my address and now for return they are saying self ship means i have to ship to myntra return processing centre after that refund will be processed. This is totally wrong, if you are delivering at door then return should be also from door. They are saying pick up facility is not there, if not then why delivered at door.

    My request is please collect the delivered item from my door and refund the amount immediately.

        My name is Groovi Sadhwani. I recently placed an order for Realme smart watch pro-2 through myntra on 23rd june and apparently the product was supposed to be delivered by 24th june by their 'express delivery mode'. The delivery guy came with a sealed box which was empty. It had no watch nor the charger. I immediately called the delivery guy and asked him, where is my product to which he said that i am not responsible for it. Call myntra, they will help you which they never did. I called the customer care team and they assured me that a refund or watch will be given in this case. Then the very next day, 25th june, I get a message of issue resolved, saying that we did our so-called checks and the product came sealed with unnecessary details. I again called the customer care and the person said 'SORRY WE CANNOT DO ANYTHING, WE DID OUT SO-CALLED CHECKS, PRODUCT WAS DELIVERY IN A SEALED PACKAGE. I kept on re'opening the issue and they everytime said the same non-sense and did not bother to help me in anyway possible. I have even reported this fraud on Twitter. No response is being given from that as well. I would urge you to please help me with my refund as its my hard earned money and these people do not care to help me in anyway possible

          I ordered a product from myntra. Few days back 2 of my friends also ordered from myntra.
          None o[censored]s got our products delivered. If we dont get refund, we are sure not to order from myntra again .

            I was suppose to get my order by 20th June, it's 27th june today and haven't received my order yet. Even the help centre is not responding. It has been in the ahmedabad transport hub from past 7 days. I also haven't received delay delivery date. I am extremely disappointed and unhappy with your services. I would like to have my order as soon as possible or give me the refund.

                I was suppose to get my order on 20th June and now it's 26th June. There is no further movement regarding my order. It's getting delayed and delayed.
                Even customer care is not responding or doing anything about my complain. Extremely disappointed with Myntra's service!!!

                  I have ordered 2 kurtas of sizes M and L from Myntra of brand Indi Inside.Same color same pattern just the sizes were different.Because I did not like the product quality, raised return.
                  The return person did not pick up the product because the price was not mentioned on the tag attached in both the kurtas.Is it customer ' s fault .
                  After calling customer care I got to know that the pick up guy has mentioned the reason as product was used hence not picked.I have video of the courier guy where he has clearly mentioned to call customer care and inform them that the price is not mentioned in the tag .Instead the case was completely different.Moreover I have received both the products with tag intact but the prices were not mentioned and an invoice copy.
                  I requested Myntra customer care that I can provide pictures and videos of product which they should verify from seller.But the customer care team were highly unsupportive and they said they will verify from backend.My question is how and what will they verify from backend with getting pictures from customer.Hopeless company and customer support #BanMyntra

                    India’s best fashion retailer #Myntra doesn’t care about its customers (doesn’t matter whether you’re an Elite customer), their money and feelings. Zero concern for what customers go through. This was either a major cover-up or a genuine mistake that they don’t think is worthy of their time.

                    I ordered a FOSSIL Neutra Smoke FS5699 watch (Rs. 10, 400) from Myntra App on June 13 and the next day, I ordered some other apparels separately. On June 16, a single package was delivered to me. I was busy with some work so didn't open / check the package instantly. An hour later, got a message on Myntra App that among other apparel items, FOSSIL watch has also been delivered. I quickly opened the package to see if it contains the watch. It didn't. Immediately, I called up the delivery agent and he said 'Í don't know what the package contains and you should wait till 3pm, maybe it will come in another package''. I waited but nothing came, then went on the App to file 'Where is my order?' and 'Missing order' complaints. Also, called Myntra customer care. They asked me to wait till June 20. Later they changed the date to June 22. On 21st, they closed the issue stating their investigation is clean and no lapses were found from their end. I called up customer care and spoke to Supervisor (Mr. Salim), he said investigation shows all quality check parameters were passed and that he can't help and now beyond his authority. He said some floor manager will call back in 2 hours. I waited the entire day patiently but no call came, instead they closed the issue again. Next day I called customer care again, spoke to supervisor Mr. Vishnu and asked for floor manager. He said floor manager will call you tomorrow after 12pm. I asked for callback at 2pm. No call came next day also and issue got closed again. Now, they have disabled the ‘Re-open issue’ button, and I'm unable to re-open the issue. I wrote on Twitter yesterday, got a call back from some case manager, who informed me that there is no error from their end and this issue will stand declined. I argued with him that I haven't received the watch and there could be a genuine error at their end, but he refused. Eventually, he disconnected the call abruptly. This is where I am right now.

                    The watch is an expensive one. It's truly heart-breaking. At no mistake of mine, I'm on the losing side. What was my mistake? Maybe that I prepaid and I trusted Myntra. I asked the case manager to tell me one mistake I made in this entire process as a customer, he didn't have any answers. It’s even more irritating when these people talk like robots in a templatized manner.

                    I ask –
                    1. Why did they club two different orders from two different dates?
                    2. They are repeatedly saying that the footage shows watch was packed in the same package, but are not willing to share the footage with me due to information security reasons. How do I trust them?
                    3. The package I received was a flat paper sachet bag consisting of 2 t-shirts and 2 jeans. It definitely didn't look like there is space in it to fit a watch box. This is why I'm so sure that they have made a mistake. My guess is they have packed the watch in some other package or not packed it at all. This is a cover-up.

                    One small change - the two orders that were clubbed together were ordered the same day I.e. June 13th. The watch was ordered late in the night while the other apparel items were ordered in the afternoon.

                    Latest update is that I got a call from Mr Nihal, escalation manager, who gave it another twist. He says the watch was delivered as a separate package. And before he said this, he said he has rechecked the details including footage. Upon me telling him that all this while it’s being told to me that it was part of the same package, he got nervous and said he will get this reverified and call back within 48 hours. After that, they have called and asked for extensions after extensions, still waiting for an update. Fingers crossed.

                    Got a callback today. They are initiating a refund. They say there was some logistic error at their end. What a tiring and stressful experience this was. Lucky that it worked in my favour, but lot of lessons learnt. Earlier they kept denying for good 1 week, but luck favoured me that a gentleman heard the issue carefully and looked into it.

                          Hello,
                          I ordered Nike Off White Court Legacy Slip-On shoes from Myntra which was delivered on 24th June 2022, as I checked product was packed in Nike box with paper wrapped and shoes paper fillers with "No Price Label" on shoes. When I decided to return as I observed they looked like someone used it, so I placed return request on the same day with exact packing (honestly, there was nothing major to pack as it was shoes only). Now, few minutes before I get message that "Quality Check is Rejected" (No reason mentioned). I wanted to request Myntra what could be the reason. Also, I am using Myntra since 2015.

                            Hi,

                            I have raised return request for 3 of the sandal/slipper that I bought from Myntra but everytime the return is rejected stating quality issue.
                            I don't know what quality check is not passed by them but later they ask to call and raise return request from call.

                            My return window will close by 26th.
                            Please help me out.

                              I have ordered Nike shoes. I got the shoes without tags and I raised the return request on the same day. On 30th May I got an SMS saying that return rejected. I called customer care immediately they said they will help. After two days the ticket got closed without any updates. I followed up and they said the product cannot be returned and it will be shipped to me. It been 24 days and I raised three more tickets for receiving the shoes or refund and now today on 24th June am being told that the shoes are already delivered when I never received any return till date.

                                Myntra failed to provide any proper update regarding the order . I have never seen any pathetic service regarding service where customer don’t know where is his order .

                                I have been given a Delievery date of 22nd June and till now no such update regarding the order . Not even a single message has been done my Myntra or email regarding delayed service
                                Myntra is best at fooling customer and it’s now frustrating that should I cancel that order because I waited long enough from 12th June . Never going to give a good feedback to any of relatives or friends

                                    I had cancelled a prepaid product of amount 2142/- on 1st of April 2022. The refund was supposed to get transferred to my account within 7 days but till date there is no refund reflected in my account. It has been over 2 months. I had a conversation regarding this with the team but no help or resolution was given by the team.

                                      In Bengaluru Myntra delivery agent not ready to pick up the product & Myntra customer service also deny to help me. They simply said do whatever u want to do. Escalate this issue we are not going to help you.
                                      In Bengaluru Myntra delivery as well as pick up is worst.
                                      Delivery person behaviour very rude.

                                        I am very disappointed that the delivery guy tried to scam me .I have ordered a dress(Order ID # 1206581 [protected]) in myntra on 8th June 2022 and i haven't received the product but in status it's showing me that the product is already delivered on 17th June 2022. I am pretty sure that the delivered guy took the parcel .Delivery guy is the culprit .I have attached order details and delivery guy no also for your reference.

                                        I have complained to customer care several times and there is no progress till yet .
                                        Please look into this matter and reply back ASAP .
