I have ordered 3 pair of hrx shoes during festival season in December emding... They sent me duplicate goods. No cash back happen yet, been more than 8days. They put hold me in the name of quality check, ..myntra is very bad and fraud company.. i will not let u do this to them ... I ll lodge complain against them.. products are damage.. all d time they put my call on hold and they was no solution.. thry just transfer my cll to tjeir senior.. and this is how they manipulate me. They send me shoes without name od brand at bottom of the shoes... [protected]@$[protected]@

I have ordered Roadster jacket from myntra which i want to return because the quality of the material is not good. But i am not being able to return it because i have mistakenly taken the insiders points, which i want to return/give back for returning my product. I have contacted the customer service but they are not being able to provide any help.

Yesterday I got a mail that my parcel is delivered and when I checked Myntra website its showing order already delivered on 1st Jan but my office was closed on 1st Jan so how its possible. Give me the refund of the wrong parcel I received. It has been a long time since I have complained, but I have not complained but no action was taken and my account was blocked. What was my mistake that I blocked the account? If it was only an complaint, was it the same one who was right? The Correspondent Partner came to me and talked to the abusive man, I asked him to remove it from the company. G will also say that even though that parcel was already approved, he spoke to me inappropriately. Which of your policies is it written that any delivery agent should come and talk to the abusive person, because of which I have been blocked?, Tell me in your policy that within which policy it is written that the delivery parcel is going to be delivered, then talk to the customer inappropriately while the parcel was already approved, I need your Npani be a me parcel wrong brand has blocked my account

I placed the order o[censored]nisex Boat earphones(Blue BassHeads 220 In-Ear Headphones with Mic) on 30th, December 2019. But i received partial item (only Ear buds with out earphones) on January 1st, 2020 with order id (Order No.:[protected]-7314001) and invoice number is C[protected]. So, i have to decided to exchange an item. So, please consider my request.

I ordered a package from myntra that was to be delivered to my office address. But the delivery guy marked as delivered and kept the package. Myntra package awb [protected] myntra order no[protected]-3512201. Also the package was marked delivered on sunday and my office was closed on that day. So that is sufficient proof that item was not delivered.

I ordered one black roadster shirt from myntra which was of poor quality hence made a return request. On the day of return the delivery boy cancelled the return pickup without any concent. Next day in the morning reshedule happened, he called once and cut the phone and i received the message return failed. I called him immediately he said I am waiting outside bring your product, I gave it to him and told why i received this message. He told I will update it dont worry.
It has been days since I lodge a complain regarding this now today I got a mail from myntra that your refund has been cancelled beacuse you have not returned the product. I am having the call details for the same day. Customer care does not care about the incident, he is just saying we cant do anything. This is kind of a fraud that happened, and the man who did it knows because in our area only one man is responsible for the returns.

I ordered for Under Armour blue hooded sweatshirt and instead of that I received a reebok jacket with under armour tags on it. The delivery boy delivered the package in my abscence and when I opened it I found reebok jacket instead o[censored]nder armour sweatshirt. I immediately placed a request for return as wrong product received. It was picked up next morning and after 4-5 days return was declined. After that it’s been showing that it will be reshipped again however nothing has been reshipped. After talking to customer care, they said once it’s reshipped to you, give us a call we will collect it. I think they are trying to kill the 30 days return time to avoid this return and dupe customer with money by forging a product. I have raised complaints through various channels however no resolution till now. Reebok jacket was packed intentionally with under armour tags and labels on it. I have been shopping with Myntra, Jabong, Flipkart for years now but this time Myntra is giving me real hard time with their cruel intentions.

I had ordered one Raymond men blue slim fit shirt and it delivered on 31/12/2019. The size of shirt is small. When I want to refund or exchange the shirt unknowingly tap on claim points after that return and exchange not working and showing that this product can't be returned or exchanged. After that I call to customers care they also denied.

Order Kurta set from myntra but not received. delivery not done but msg sent from him order delivered.delivery guy very rude not answering call not getting any solution from myntra delivery person didnt call once also how can he deliver the product without calling to consumer I call him but not answering call please help me matter is not of rs767but of trust that we do on online site by paying online payment

I ordered go noise watch 2899 rs for 2699rs the order was cancelled automatically as part of this transaction i had applied paypal first transaction offer i get 600 rs on purchase of 1200rs in any online platform and myntra point of 290rs as part of reason sale was refered to my friends.
Since the product was automatically cancelled by myntra below are the issues
1) myntra points not reloaded as part of referal 290srs instead they provided a goodwill coupon where i couldnt use for the same product go noise..
2) pay pal first transaction 600 rs voucher lost since the amount is in refunded status - i could have done in any other platform

Wasted 1000rs booking in this site no proper response

During their year end sale on 22nd Dec, 2019, I had ordered 5 items amounting 4366/- on which I was getting 10% discount on my debit card, total amount was coming as 3930/-
My order got failed but this amount 3930/- was deducted from my bank account. I, immediately called up the customer service and illustrated this issue. Myntra clearly stated to me that there was an issue in their payment gateway due to which my order got failed and confirmed me to initiate the refund ASAP. Its been more than 8 days now since I have been waiting for my refund to reflect back in my bank account.

Now speaking about customer care executives, they're one of the pathetic, miserable executives I've ever spoken to, on phone. They're such mean and evil creatures.
At first, they'd tell me to wait for 2 min to check some information related to this issue and they'd ask me to stay on hold for 2 min and then they would turn their back and blatantly cut the call, which is atrociou. I am continuously chasing Myntra support to get an update on this issue as if it’s my mistake to ask for refund for my failed order. They are acting completely irresponsible and ignoring this issue.

The executive they've hired, are so unresponsive and are not even trained to speak properly.
From the past 8 days, i have called them for more than 15 times to get the update regarding my refund. And everytime, i was asked to wait patiently for 24hrs.
But even after waiting for 8 days, the refund is not yet reflected in my account.
I trust this delay is just an oversight, but i need the refund immediately
I'm looking forward to launch a consumer complaint against Myntra for not resolving this particular issues.

Customer care executives who had given me false promised and insufficient information regarding my issue are Kinjal, Pooja, Madhav (Floor Manager). I have all the recording with me to showcase their unrealistic behavior towards me and the mental torture which I have gone through.
I hope to see some action on this issue now and help me in getting my hard earned money back.

I have been harassment from myntra delivery agent who are scheduled for return pick up of the order[protected]-5172201 placed on 21st dec 2019. Since yesterday they scheduled for return pick up and whole day their delivery agent with contact number [protected] kept us waiting saying i will come at 4:30 pm and when he did not come by that time i called up to check what time he will come, he said he is in traffic and after an hour he will come where there was no traffic sound and he was at home, i asked don't tell lie there is no traffic sound only tell what time you will come so rudely he disconnected the call. So when he did not come i called up at 5:40 pm and he started disconnecting my call. I have informed this incident to myntra customer care and found no action taken against the delivery agent and this delivery agent has updated the status that unable to communicate with customer hence did not pick up. Today they have scheduled another delivery agent and since 12 pm he told 1 and half hour he will come and now when i called he misbehaved over the phone call and hanged up my call without updating when he will come, i can not take leave from job and stay at home for their these kind unprofessional delivery agent and can not go through the harassment every day in the name of pick up, i need my refund amount rs1196.36 as soon as possible.
They don't want to provide refund that's why they are not picking up the product from me. Kindly look into this matter.

I cancelled an order in myntra.com, i was supposed to get refund of rs1333/-

The refund amount got credited into my account and immediately got reversed into myntra's account with the same reference id.. But myntra team is saying that we successfully credited.
I contacted the bank and they said that the amount got credited into myntra's account.
No proper investigation by the myntra team that they received the amount or not.

I want to complain about the pathetic service which you provide... I had collected insider points by mistake and now m unable to return the product even though the quality is pathetic... Human error may happen and u have made it such that by scrolling only it gets collected and once it gets collected the customer gets trapped because we can't return after that... The company is at benefit... Just wanna make money by fooling customer... I guess customer satisfaction is not important for the company... Worst service and i will never use myntra from now and will not suggest anyone to use it...#hate myntra...

I am a frequent customer of myntra and i have bought many many products.in last 10 days some sale was going on and i ordered many items. Unfortunately my order didnt get placed and amount get deducted. I have several times raised complaints but u only 3441 rs refunded. Now pending amount to refund me for one u and f printed top is 363 rs.
And even i want to return dressberry sling bag having order id[protected]-4552101.

Yesterday my myntra account was blocked for reason best known to the myntra team. And i received products worth 519 rs which is not as per my expectation and i have to return it. But i am helpless since i am not able to access my account as its locked.
Plz help me in unlocking my account.

My myntra account is locked by the myntra so i am not able to log in. I am calling again & again to myntra customer care but customer executive not giving any reason why they have locked my account. They are saying we cannot provide exact reason and neither can we unlock the account. Myntra is making its customers fool. Myntra is making profit and running company in such pathetic ways. This is sheer cheating on their part when the product is within the return policy and i have myntra credits available how can they do this? I will drag this entire thing on social media and show how they cheat people.

Packet not delivered due to rudely behavior by agent. He asked me to come down and collect the package and i told him that my leg has fractured and unable to come down and agent did not come to delivered the package, this type of pathetic service we never expect from myntra.

Hey i have ordered a hoodie between 11 -14 when the delivery boy comes he gave my order and go away when i open the packet i see a jeans but i ordered a hoodie i place a return order and when the delivery boy comes again for return they say we have to return from a hoodie u ordered before but i say i got a wrong product (Jeans) they say we have no order of taking this then they put on hold and after it's cancelled then 2nd time i place order this item for refund and when the delivery boy comes they also said we can not take this jeans on myntra customer care number i can not speak person to person and myntra does accept any gmail's right now i want my cash back.
