I have ordered a headset from mantra on the jan 1, 2020. The product was delivered on the 12th of jan.
The packaging was all smudged and damaged to a very great extent.
Now coming to the product. The product packaging was torn and the i could not find any sealing to the product.
To make matters even more pathetic, the original cover was tampered and using cellotape the original packaging of the product was stuck onto.

One of the side of the headset and deformed and there was rattle sound when it was shaken.

I have raised complaint on mantra. And i was expected to get a response on th 15th, i even called them yesterday and they assured by the e0d 15th i will get a email stating what to do next.
Today is 16 and i again called them, and i was told to wait for another 24 hours to get the response.

This is my first purchase from mantra and boy i could say.
Never ever am i gonna buy a product from mantra again, i would certainly make sure none of the people i know will ever order from mantra again

    I have ordered an evening gown with order id 112940653946221364503 with small size worth rupees 29490. Received on 7th jan with medium size and no tags on dress. I raised a returned request on the same day to return it as it was too large for me to wear. Mytra pickup boy denied to pick it up as it has no tags on it and he entered wrong comments that i have used the dress in his system. When i complained myntra that this is their fault that they did not check the dress size and price tag before sending it to me. They declined my request saying that it has tags in it. When i asked them about what it the proof that the tags were their on the dress like any pick or vedio recording then they changed their statment that this dress has some odor. I asked them multiple times to send a proper verification officer to my house so that he can check. The dress is absolutely fine and its not used. But they denied saying that our pickup boy is verification office. I also told them that this dress is not my size so i can't use, but these guys has no vedios, no pics that can proof the tags were their and they are not even ready to send proper verification team. They just trust their pickup boys comments and declined my request. Please resolve this issue as the product is not my size and is of no use for me now.

      I had ordered h&m sweater from myntra, however i got a wrong product and i had called customer care which asked me to mail photo, bill to the [protected]@myntra.com on 4th jan 2020. I got a mail stating that i will reverted in 48 hours then another mail stating another 48 hours are needed. Now there is reply and then i got sms stating my return is on hold since the quality check is not approved. The pickup is still pending since the person refuse to pick the return so how is return on hold and secondly there is no reply from myntra even after sending reminders. It's been pending since 4th jan almost 2 weeks.

        Hi i have not received my refund. I received refund initiation mail from myntra & refund timeline has been passed & i have not got refund of montecarlo sweatshirt. Kindly take necessary action against myntra & refund my rs. 1440.00. The required timeline for refund has been passed. For proof i am attaching photos. I received mail from myntra on 4th jan 2020 but the timeline of 10 days have been passed still not get refund.

        As I placed exchange order for my puma shoes which is still not being delivered and there is no information for it . I paced exchange order for it and still no information from the myntra .

          I purchased boat headphone from myntra.com on 22dec. Headphone stopped working after 4 months, for warranty claim, i called customer care around 20 to 30 times but each time they played bluff by saying we have sent an invoice to your mail-id but non of time i got. As per my understanding myntra sells old products on their platform because of that for warranty claim products they are not sharing the invoice to customers.

            I have ordered a trouser from Myntra.com, I received it before the scheduled delivery (which is good thing). The trouser didn't fit me, so I thought to place a replace order. I login the app and went to orders, it was showing 'Myntra Insider' points near to 'Return/Replace' option, by mistake I clicked on it, suddenly I saw a popup message :- "You cannot place a return/replace order, as you have claimed your Myntra Insider points." What the ### is this? I dialled Myntra CUSTOMER CARE number, and after 5 mins navigating with the options I reached to CUSTOMER CARE executive. I told her all scenario. She said sorry sir we cannot help you in this, as you have claimed the points.

              I always trusted myntra but all my trust is mixed into dust with today's shipment that i received. I ordered a jack and jones sweatshirt and was pretty excited about it but when i opened the package it smelled of strong perfume and i was shocked because a new thing should smell and not of perfume, the armpits were smelling of sweat and the price tags were found not attached to the product. I was shocked because i never expected myntra to deliver used product. Myntra being such a big shot company should really give more importance on hygiene. This experience was totally distasteful. I used to be a regular customer of myntra for its quality products, i always bought something every month from myntra but now i think i will think thrice before placing an order or totally refrain from doing it.

                Today i placed an order from mantra for 2 pair of bra, a pack of three bra and a pack of panty. I have paid the money online and even for a message from pnb about the transaction but i have not received any confirmation message from myntra. When i thought of tracking the order, even their nothing was shown. So i have given a complain to them online pls solve my problem as soon as possible

                I have ordered a fossil watch on 23rd December 2019, after that I haven't received any update on that. I have called number of times on there customer care. They are just asking to wait everyday.
                My friend had ordered SASSFRAS top on 5th of Jan. The delivery guys are not calling me and asking if they are confused about address. Delivery guy is not even calling me and my order is getting delayed.Very disappointed with Myntra logistics this time.
                I purchased item from mymtra and placed return request due to size/fit issue.Item is not collected yet still my return request put on hold due qualty check failed. If item not picked up yet then how it will be on hold due to quality check .For quality check it should be collected first.

                  I purchased a shoe which is manufactured by bond street red tape in the month of march or april, 2019, the said shoe quality is very bad and got teared from the top. The said shoe was not weared by me for a month... I have grave apprehension the said shoe is duplicate or counterfiet...

                  Myntra did not refund money for the twice payment. Myntra complain no IN[protected] since Dec 25, 2019.

                  Callcenter team telling "wait for some time and team is working to resolve". But nothing is happing.
                  Shoes ordered on 25 Dec 2019 but still waiting for the product as on 9 Jan 2020. Showing that they will deliver at the earliest. Given date was 7 Jan 2020.
                  I've ordered one Roadster and two Wrogn shirts last month and Myntra assured me that it will deliver those products on 2 Jan 2020, I've already paid the amount and eagerly waiting for the products. Today 08 Jan and I'm yet to receive the products. I'm requesting you to inform me whether it will arrive or not.

                    I had an amount of 263 rupees in my myntra credit and used it today during my other order... During placing the order it was correctly reduced... But after placing the order while checking in the order details... The myntra credit of 262 is added to main bill... Of total.. Why is the myntra credit points added instead of subtraction.. Please clarify it soon..

                    I ordered from myntra worth Rs 2168 and my money got debited but the order was not placed. Now the customer service is telling me to wait for a couple of days but still my money has got refunded. This is absolutely not acceptable. Myntra is cheating on thier customers.

                        I had returned a product called "arise shorts".
                        I returned for the reason because i do not use that material as it is woollen, and the website mentioned cotton.
                        Their pick up person did not update their system for the return and someone else again came for the pick up the next day.
                        Their executive said quality check has failed and they will return the product and i will have to re-return the product.
                        Later they said i sent a wrong product, whereas that was the only product from that company i had ordered.
                        Then again they said qc failed.
                        Their senior executives are also giving me different answers.
                        It has been around 3 weeks they are not responding and only asking for 24 and 48 hours every time their previous deadline is reached. No one is ready to give the information of their grievance department as well.

                          I ordered a blue jacket from mantra app, which i received on 12.01.2020 evening. When i opened the packet, the colour of the jacket was not as per the picture shown in the app. It was faded. So, i requested for return of the product on 12.01.2020 itself through app. However, the pick up boy when came to take return said that it did not pass the quality check. He took the product with him but did not initiated refund citing reason as quality issues.

                          Mantra first delivered a bad/defective/fade product, then refused to take return. This is harassing and defrauding customers. Concerned officials of myntra please do the needful to refund my money.

                            Pathetic experience. I have waited for return 15 days then this agent came after 15 days and did quality check as below:
                            1. Checked product which is in good state
                            2. Checked receipts which are available in box
                            Then after 9 hours receiving mail stated my return put in hold as other quality check people felt that it's used.
                            Excuse me, i mean m returning that product as it looks like faded and color and texture of top are different at the time of order and actual one. And i[censored] ppl feel that customer are using and returning it then why u ppl pick product after 15 days, pick that product in one days. Its u people responsibility to deliver and collect return on time. Its not customer fault if product color and texture is different once received. Improve delivery and reimburse my money asap otherwise will put case.

                              I recently bought combo shirt from myntra online shopping. I ordered on 8.1.2020 and it's delivered on 11.1.2020 with wrong item. So i created return and requested for refund on that same day. On the next day, i have received the message that the product is out for pick up, so the delivery agent from ekart logistics came to pick up the product, but he is refused to pick up the product and he's saying that the product is mismatching with image he is having in his phone. I have choosen the "wrong product delivered" in the reason for return request option, but how dare he is checking with image. I dont know what to do now with this useless product from myntra. Myntra is totally fraud and cheating customer with useless product. Totally waste of time and money. Please help me to take back this useless product and refund my money.

                                I bought a Juga by Myntra's applislation, whose delivery was on October 7, 2019, as Redtap Snikker, this shoe has spoiled, which I had done on January 6 and told me that your And I'm calling for it repeatedly, and Myntra's Costomer Care repeatedly speaks that you do 24 hours to do so, 120 hours have passed as a Senior Superivisior of Myntra.And I am repeatedly told that I will arrange the callback for you, but I do not get any call from myntra, Promise everyday, but does not work on behalf of myntra.

                                  I had ordered items in bulk. And returned few of them. But bymistake I forgot to create return request for one item which I had already returned.
                                  Then I called the customer care and informed them the same.
                                  But warehouse guys denying it. They have probably misplaced it somewhere or knowingly not telling.
                                  I have never faced this type of inconvenience with myntra.
                                  Atleast return me the product or else refund my money.

                                    I contacted them many a time but they give me some fake reference number and told me to contact bank but when i approached to the bank they said no amount came from myntra. Further i contacted myntra they are just giving me fake reference number.
                                    I even send them mail with my bank statement as a attachment. But there is no response coming from them.
                                    They are just frustating me by saying to contact bank and gpay.
                                    I did all but my money is not refunded back.

                                      I bought one moda rapido tshirt online from myntra in which product was missing from my package and myntra is not accepting my complain neither refunding my money back. Dont buy from them anything they dont send your product and will take your money and will not refund also even if complain. Even they hung customers call if they are registering complain for same.
                                      Worst brand myntra dont buy from it. Worst brand moda rapido.
