Hello, i had booked kurta with pyjama set in myntra.com for diwali, but when the material was delivered it was only kurta and i called immediately to customer care and they raised complaint and told 4 days will get resolution, and last day they raised return request and quality check is after 48 hrs and refund will done after 7 days so totally they took 13 days to refund the amount, then how do i buy the clothes for festival without money. Either its needs to be paid immediately or they need to compensation.

I ordered a shirt worth RS.659 from Myntra on 15th October. The payment was done by Paytm but the order was not placed. I have made complaints against both Paytm and Myntra. No reply yet.
I have order Levi's Shoes which was informed to get delivered by October 7th..The item still hasn't arrived.While calling the customer care the lines are always busy..Very poor service from myntra..
The prepaid packet was shown delivered and no refunds or anything was made . Customer care was rude and no one care about the reputation of the company

    I had ordered a kurta for diwali, diwali is on 27th, when i placed the order on 270th it showed the expected delivery date to be 25th and normally any ecommerce websites delivers product before the expected delivery date.
    Now, what myntra has done it changed the delivery date to 30th oct which is ridiculous.

    I called to support center and they are no helpful. They provided information which are not relevant at all.
    Could some one look into this issue.

      I am regular buyer of myntra i placed one order of suit from 6th oct 2019 i was getting continuous sms stating that my order will be delivered today but after sometime i got the text that we were not able to deliver as customer not contactable on 11th october i decided to call executive he said that mam i lost your order and i’ll pay the amount. On very next day he called my brother to come downstairs to collect the order but he didn’t gave the order infact he said that i will pay you the money in next 3-4 days and after one hour i got sms that your order is delivered i was completely shocked i called customer care he shared pod (Proof of delivery) immediately and after that delivery executive called me to provide aadhar card and he will pay the amount. I called customer care that it does not belongs to us also executive asked me to provide documents they told me to not to provide any document. On 13th oct i filed this complaint and i am continuously calling up to check the status but same responses again and again that we will respond you in 24 hours

        I have ordered a shirt online first time and received on 16.10.19. The size of the shirt is too much small so i requested for return of the shirt and initiated the return request. But the pick up boy old me serial no the product is not matching so could not be returned and rejected my request. I have also registered a complain in[protected] on 24.10.19 for this issue. I have maintained all the criteria for the product to be returned. Please resolve the issue as soon as possible otherwise i have to follow the legal process to get my money back.           I ordered brown shoe but the shoe delivered to me was same but change in colour so i returned it. Myntra rejected the shoe in quality check saying the shoe is different. I returned what was delivered to me. They even check in photo and found that it was there mistake. But it was late and they had reshipped the product back to me without sharing the tracking details and informing me about the shipment. For more than fifteen days they themselves didn’t where the shoe is. Now when the shoe is delivered to me, and i informed them regarding the same they still couldn’t work upon. From last ten days they are working on the complaint and making fool of the customer saying that we are working we highly apologise and all. And this is the response of escalation desk supervisors. Now if seniors will do like this then the customer will contact. To whom will the customer will complain now. On top of that the senior supervisor have the audacity to cut the call of customers in between.

            Return id [protected]
            I was delivered a sealed myntra package. The box which was inside the sealed package was open, the product (Ring) which was supposed to be inside it was missing/ stolen / lost in transit by your efficient packaging team.
            Upon raising a complaint with your call centre almost within 10 minutes of the package delivery, i was assured an investigation and process of my refund claim.
            Today i received a call from your customer care to inform me that the claim had been declined after an 'investigation'.
            The ring (Which wasn't delivered at all) cost me rs.700 and it cost myntra a regular shopper. Perhaps also your goodwill. Never again am i ever shopping with your website which is at par with fraudulent/ fake shopping sites.
            You ought to have shown some grace and good sense to save your already loss making business and process a refund.
            I'm appalled at your attitude and it won't be a surprise if you eventually have to wind up with your losses in profits and goodwill combined.

              Hi team,
              I have ordered bulk of clothes (I. E. 10 clothes) on 29th sep 2019, order no:[protected]-9569803
              On 9th oct 2019, i received a call from courier guy (No: [protected]) for order delivery, i was not in town (I. E. Delivery location), so i asked him to bring it on monday. But he said, he will cancel the order if i didnt pick my order and asked me to send any of my friends. So my friend went and collected the 5 parcel and courier guy said 6 parcel was supposed to be there, but 1 parcel is not yet received from their side and after receiving they will deliver or call back.
              When i returned to office on monday (14/10/2019), i checked other parcel and in myntra app, i checked for the missing product status, it is shown delivered. I raised a complaint against it and also checked with delivery guy, but no luck.

              Note:
              1. Delivery guy said, he received only 5 parcel and asking me to check with customer care. (I have recording of this courier guy statement)
              2. Customer care is telling, complaint is raised after 5 days of delivery, as per their policy they can do anything. (I have recording of myntra customer care)

              How come / why do a customer knows about the complaining policies?
              If there is a policy why it is not written?
              Why courier guy is asking, someone to come and collect?
              If the parcel is not delivered, why it is marked as delivered?
              Why there is no enquiry for this issue?

              Please i want my order back, returning or refund money i dont want, i want my order, that order is selected by my fiancee for the first time.

                  I return 3 product in which there was a blue skinny fit wrangler jeans and one white united colours of benetton tshirt and one jack and jones blue shirt and yesterday my order has been picked up and i have reseived the pick up msz and e-mail but i haven't received my refund yet i want my refund within 24 hrs... It was the worst service that i have ever got... Usually refund has been received to me on the very first day after pickup but this time i get disappointed i want my refund

                    Order never got delivered and myntra confirmed that they have delivered the product.
                    The customer service people denied help every time i tried contacting them.
                    They are just scamming people anyways.
                    I've been writing to them since many days now.
                    Such a scam is a shame to the nation.
                    The entire board members and management must be put behind the bars for looting innocent indians.
                    I appeal to the govt of india to take strict action against such a scam.

                      Recently i cancelled my order and it stated that the following amount will be credited to my source account. Its more than 20 days and i have not got my refund in to my source account. This is how myntra is playing pranks on their customer. They are constantly saying that the refund has been processed to my source account on 29 sep 2019 and also asked to file a dispute against my bank account i already did but when the refund is only not been initiated how can my bank account will get the money. Myntra now is a total dissapointment. Stop playing games with coustmer instead try to solve their issue. I hope to get my refund soon or else i have to take some other step against myntra.

                        On 9.10.19 i have received a dress from myntra. It was used and torn. Immediately after receiving the product i initated the return. From 09.10.19 to 21.10.19 every day i'm receiving message regarding my product will be picked up and in evening a message stating your return pickup failed due to you reschedule. Everyday same messages. No courier person has called or came to my place. I'm registered a complain several times by calling customer care but no response. Everyday same thing please wait. I'm really disappointed by the service. Received a damaged product, fake pickup attempts and no response from customer care. Being a associated from myntra from soo many years never expected such response. Please transfer my money back.

                        Everytime when you call customer care they will say please wait for 72 hours. Then after 72 hrs when you will call then they will say please wait for 5 more days... No response from myntra any time

                          I ordered a Teakwood Leathers, Men Brown Leather Solid Belt from Myntra and as I received it, I wasn't happy with the product quality. Hence, I place the refund request on the same day. There was a delay in the pick up but once they picked up the product, representative came back and returned saying that his senior said that the tags aren't there. I had a word with his senior, he said that I have to discuss with customer care, then, I contact the customer care and they said I will be updated on my email. I received the approval email but product hasn't picked up.
                          Its a terrible and disturbing experience, not only my money is blocked but I need to spend my valuable time on this. I didn't use the belt at all and this unexpected behavior from Myntra leave me in bad state.
                          I request you to help me to resolve it and get my money back.

                            I placed the exchange request of this order because the robe of this nightdress had only one belt. After that today i got worse than that, the parcel didn't have the inner of the night dress and they have packed it inside of another product cover cause it's having the picture of another night dress which would have been ok for me if it would have the inner in it but they have send the robe only. It's like they just picked the robe n packed it carelessly in a different product's packet. If you were running out of that product you could have cancelled the order right!
                            On the time of exchange or return the person do check the product but why not while packing it. Cause we have to face the consequences right! Like where is the inner and all. I just returned the product. Just make sure the product is well and good before sending it to us.

                              I placed an order on Myntra on 5th October and paid via my debit card..the order was supposed to get delivered on 12-14th October but Myntra postponed the delivery to 16th October. I raised a concern regarding the my order and the assigned Myntra representative told me that I will gety product my 16th but I didn't receive and today is 21st October. Today when I again raised another concern, the assigned Myntra representative called Pankaj told me to contact them after 4hours and he just signed off and ended the conversation. I am not being able to get any details about my order. Other products that I ordered from Myntra however has been delivered on time but with this order they are not providing me with any details about my product and since I have already paid for the product and I am very scared that this might just turn into a fraud case scenario.. please help me out.

                                I noticed that some random orders were placed from my account and my myntra credits were used. After contacting the customer care twice, i was told that the order which was in "packed" status will be cancelled.in order to check the status of refund, i tried logging in my account but it says that my account has been locked. Moreover, the password and the registered mobile number of my account has also been changed. Customer support hasn't helped me yet regarding this issue.

                                  Dear all,
                                  I bought a gift card for my brother on his birthday around 15 days back. My brother was unable to use it. He complained to the customer support to which they said that there is some issue with the pin and the sender only rest the pin. When i called the customer support they said the pin cannot be reset. After that i have done at least 6 mails and numerous calls to them.. Every time i get the generalized answers and till date i don't have the solution. These bunch of ignorant people don't know the technicalities. You would find conflicting answers to the same question of you call them again and again. One thing is clear; there knowledge is quite shallow. Customer hardly matter to them. They wouldn't proceed with the refund. They would come up with new ways and means to frustrate the customer.
                                  Anybody who is going through is strictly warned to be careful of myntra. You would regret doing business with them sooner or later.

                                    I have placed order on 15th october and cancelled instantly still i have been charged for the order when i contacted myntra they said refund has been initiated it's been 7 days i didn't received refund of it and myntra is not helping at all it's a fraud and every person is copy pasting the same email to me and no one try to resolve this issue and it's unacceptable if customer is trusting you then this should not be the result of it... It's a fraud and if its going continuously very soon myntra will loose their business in india and they will responsible for it

                                      Ordered nike flip flops on 24th september. Received women tshirt on 9th oct when the promised delivery date for flip flops was 28th sep. Worn out packagin. No bar codes nothing. 7 days after numerous calls and complaints they approved return and now since last 7 days no pick up. No option of contacting call center on the app as the same has been disabled by myntra. I have mailed them repeatedly but there is no response from the company.

                                        (Ravi sen) contact no [protected].. When delivery boy come with me with a parsal.. I have done online transaction in a phone.. Which was pending that day.. After 10 days when money credited in ravi sen account with registered mobile number..[protected].. He didn't gave my money return and not picking up my call..
